Video endoscopic sinus surgery: A two‐handed technique

This paper describes a team approach, called «Video endoscopic sinus surgery», that has evolved in treating over 350 patients during a 2 1/2-year period beginning June 1977. The technique permits the operating surgeon to use two hands for instrumentation, while greatly facilitating teaching and learning, and providing a reproducible method of documentation
