INTERNAL RISK FACTORS IN CREDIT DISTRIBUTION

Rural Banks in North Sumatra Province during the 2017-2021 period experienced an increase in the amount of credit disbursed to the public, but it was not significant, where there were microeconomic factors that influenced the increase in the amount of credit, such as decreasing CAR, increasing NPL and decreasing LDR value will affect BPR's ability to maximize the amount of funds to distribute credit in the future even though third party funds increase during 2017-2021. This research aims to find out what internal risk variables are, namely variables CAR, third party funds, NPL, LDR directly, partially or simultaneously influence the amount of credit that will be distributed by BPRs in North Sumatra Province. This research uses quantitative research methods using panel data regression analysis using the eviews application, where the data used is secondary data originating from the financial reports of 53 BPRs in North Sumatra Province, where this data is collected from microeconomic aspects such as Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Third Party Funds (DPK), Non Performing Loans (NPL), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR).

Pengaruh CAR, FDR, dan BOPO Terhadap ROA pada Studi kasus BCA Syariah periode (Tahun 2018 – 2022)

The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which the capital adequacy ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and the operational expense ratio (BOPO) have an effect on the profitability of BCA Syariah. The return on invested capital (ROA) is the metric that is used to analyse these elements. In terms of methodology, the research is quantitative. This information is included in the yearly report for 2018-2022 that is provided by BCA Syariah. A thorough selection was made for the sample. A multiple linear regression analysis was used in this investigation, and the statistical software tool IBM SPSS version 23 was utilised for the analysis. According to the findings of the multiple linear regression analysis, the independent variables CAR, FDR, and BOPO were able to explain the dependent variable ROA concurrently. This was the case all three variables individually. The correlation between the variable FDR and ROA is positive, although it is not statistically significant. When it comes to ROA, both the CAR factor and the BOPO factor have a counterproductive effect.

The Effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Against Return on Asset (ROA) With Net Interest Margin (NIM) as an Intervening Variable in BUMN Bank Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2022

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Non- Performing Loan (NPL) in the Return on Asset (ROA) with Net Interest Margin (NIM) as an Intervening Variable in BUMN Bank Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2022. The independent variable used in this study is Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Non-Performing Loan (NPL). The dependent variable used is Return On Asset (ROA). The intervening variable used is Net Interest Margin (NIM). The method used in this study uses nonprobability sampling technique, using secondary and quantitative data. The analysis technique in this research uses Smart PLS 3.0 by analysing the inner model such as the coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing and path analysing. The research show that, CAR has a significant and positive effect on NIM, LDR and NPL have no significant and unidirectional effect on NIM, CAR and LDR have no significant and unidirectional effect on ROA, NPL and NIM have a significant and unidirectional effect on ROA, NIM can mediate the influence of the variable CAR on ROA, NIM cannot mediate the influence of the LDR and NPL variables on ROA.

Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio Dan Loan to Deposit Ratio Terhadap Harga Saham Pada PT. Bank Jago, Tbk.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio on share prices at PT. Jago Bank, Tbk. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data, the data source used is secondary data. The analytical methods used are descriptive methods and linear multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, t test and f test. Research results of the regression equation Y= -10,479.907 + 61.477X1 + 97.523X2 + e. Simultaneously, the influence is not significant on the variables Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio on share prices at PT. Jago Bank, tbk. The Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on the share price at PT. Jago Bank, tbk.

Influence of Internal Factors and External Factors on Non Performing Financing in Islamic Commercial Banks

This study aims to see the effect of the variables Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Costs and Operating Income (OCOI), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on Non-Performing Financing (NPF) for Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using E-views version 10 software. The sample in this study is Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The results showed that simultaneously the variables ROA, CAR, OCOI and FDR had a significant effect on Non-Performing Financing (NPF), while simultaneously, the variables Inflation and GDP did not have a significant effect on Non-Performing Financing (NPF). Partially CAR, OCOI, and FDR have a significant effect on Non-Performing Financing (NPF), whereas ROA, Inflation and GDP have no effect on Non-Performing Financing (NPF). Internal factor variables have an effect of 88.2% on Non-Performing Financing (NPF), while 11.8% are influenced by other variables not examined. External factor variables have an effect of 3.1% on Non-Performing Financing (NPF), while 96.9% are influenced by other variables not examined.

Analisis Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Profitabilitas pada Bank Umum Konvensional di Indonesia

Conventional commercial banks have an important role in the Indonesian economy by being a pillar in raising and distributing funds and providing various financial services to the public, a deep understanding of the financial performance of these banks is related to their level of profitability. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance on profitability in conventional commercial banks in Indonesia during the period 2018-2022. The data used in this study was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample of 16 conventional commercial banks and used panel data regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a positive and significant influence on Return on Assets (ROA) and Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO) has a negative and significant influence on ROA. However, the variables Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) did not have a significant effect on ROA in 16 conventional commercial banks in Indonesia during the study period.

THE INFLUENCE OF CAR, NIM, ROE, LDR AND NPL ON PROFIT GROWTH AT PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA Tbk PERIOD 2018-2022

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of financial ratios on profit growth at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. The variables used are financial ratios in the period 2018 to 2022 using secondary data from PT's quarterly report. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. SPSS version 25 was used to process the data, with multiple linear regression testing. The independent variables in this research are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM) Return on Equity (ROE), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Non-Performing Loans (NPL). The methods used in this scientific writing are Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Statistical Test, T Statistical Test and Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2). The research results show that the variables NIM, ROE and NPL partially have no effect on PT's profit growth. Bank Negara Indonesa Tbk, while the CAR and LDR variables partially influence PT's profit growth. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. In simultaneous testing, the variables CAR, NIM, ROE, LDR and NPL influence PT's profit growth. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. The research results also show that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.614 or 61.4%. This means that the five independent variables, namely CAR, NIM, ROE, LDR and NPL, can explain the relationship to the dependent variable, namely profit growth of 61.4, while the remaining 0.386 or 38.6% is explained by other variables which are not included in the regression model of this research.

Analysis of banking credit distribution using the vector error correction model

The business model and consequently, the bank’s risk exposure significantly depends on the source of capital (Riabichenko et al., 2019). This research uses vector error correction model (VECM) data analysis to investigate the influence of capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non-performing loans (NPL), loan to deposit ratio (LDR) on the level of credit distribution at commercial banks in Indonesia. Using secondary data, research data was processed using the EViews 12 application with the research population being banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019–2021. The research results show the variables CAR, NPL, and LDR have a significant effect on long-term credit distribution. In addition, the NPL variable significantly influences the credit distribution variable in the short term. The Granger causality test result shows that there is no two-directional causality relationship between the independent variables CAR, NPL, and LDR on the credit distribution variable. The results of this research are in accordance with financial intermediation theory, where the theory explains that savings and loans with high leverage can reduce the possibility of default (payment failure).

Pengaruh CAR, FDR dan NPF terhadap ROA Perbankan Syariah dengan PBH sebagai Variabel Moderating

This study aims to determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Debt Ratio (FDR) dan Non Performing Financial (NPF) to Profitabilityat Islamic Commercial Banks with Profit Sharing Financing as the Moderating variable. This research uses quantitative research using multiple linear regression analisys. The data in this study are secondary data, with the population of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2016-2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 10 Islamic Commercial Bank that met the criteria. The analysis tool uses the Eviews 9 application. Based on the f test, it is known that simultaneously the variable CAR, FDR, NPF and Profit Sharing Financing have an effect on Profitability. From the R2 test, it is known that the independent variable in this study affects the dependent variable by 99,6%. Based on the t-test, the result show that CAR has a significant positive effect on Profitability, FDR has no effect on Profitability, NPF has no significant positive effect on Profitability, Profit Sharing Financing has no effect on Profitability. From the result of the MRA test, it is known that PBH strengthens the effect of CAR on Profit Sharing Financing, PB weakens the influence of FDR on Profitability, while PBH is unable to moderate the effect of NPF Profit Sharing Financing.

ANALISIS PENGARUH CAPITAL ADEQUACY RATIO, DANA PIHAK KETIGA, FINANCING TO DEPOSIT RATIO DAN NON-PERFORMING FINANCING TERHADAP RETURN ON ASSET BANK UMUM SYARIAH PERIODE 2014 - 2017

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze relation between independent variable Capital Adequacy Ratio, Third Party Funds, Financing to Deposit Ratio, and Non-Performing Financing to Return On Asset Sharia Commercial Bank. Sampling determined by using purposive sampling method and the observation sampling is eleven Sharia Commercial Bank. Data obtained as secondary data on quarter financial report for Sharia Commercial Bank, start from quarter I for year 2014 to quarter IV year 2017. The analysis tools on this research is using multiple linear regression analysis, the hypothesis is based on prior research with similar topic and another supporting theory. The results from this research shows that Capital Adequacy Ratio have Positive significant effect on Return On Asset Sharia Commercial Bank, Third Party Funds and Non Performing Financing have negative significant on Return On Asset, meanwhile Financing to Deposit Ratio doesn't effect Return On Asset.

Analysis the Effect of Financial Performance Ratios on Profitability at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) 2018-2022

This article aims to analyze the effect of financial performance ratios on profitability at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA).This article using a descriptive quantitative method with using 50 months data of financial statement from 2018 to 2022 years. Secondary data comes from the official website of the PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA). The data analysis technique uses the classic assumption test which consists of the data normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test by using multiple regression analysis methods and testing the coefficient of determination.The results of the study simultaneously show that profitability is proxied by Return on Equity (ROE) indicating that the ability of the independent variables including Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), and Operating Expenses Operating Income (OEOI) are jointly unable to afford affect the profitability variable proxied by Return on Equity (ROE). While partially it shows that only the variable Return on Equity (ROE) which is proxied by Operating Expenses Operating Income (OEOI) which partially has no significant effect. While the two variables Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) & Non Performing Loans (NPL) separately have a significant influence on Return on Equity (ROE).Based on the research we have conducted, we will provide suggestions to PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk regarding the level of non-performing financing must be reduced and not exceed the limits set by the government. This will have an impact on achieving Bank Central Asia (BCA) profitability from an equity perspective, making it a major concern as a financial institution.

The Effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO), and Net Core Operating Margin (NCOM) on Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR) in Islamic Banking in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 Period

This study aims to determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO), and Net Core Operating Margin (NCOM) on the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR) partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements published on the official website of each Sharia Commercial Bank for the 2017-2021 period. The sample in this study amounted to 10 Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia selected by purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a partial positive and insignificant effect on the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR). In part, BOPO has a negative and significant effect on the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR). Partially, the Net Core Operating Margin (NCOM) has a positive and significant effect on the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR). Simultaneously, the variables Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Cost and Operating Income (BOPO), and Net Core Operating Margin (NCOM) have a significant effect on the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR) and the value of the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.608 or 60.8%.

The Effect of CAMELS Ratio on Banking Distress in Private Banking Sector Listed on The IDX Period 2020 – 2022

This study aims to determine the effects of CAMELS ratio analysis (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings, Liquidity, and Sensitivity to Market Risk) on Banking Distress in the private banking sector that is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019 – 2021. The object of this research is 31 private banks, and the data collection technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The data source needed in the research is secondary data, which is annual financial statements from Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research is conclusive on causality by using the Logistic Regression Analysis technique on IBM SPSS tools version 29 software. The result shows that the variables Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a positively significant effect on Banking Distress, while Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Interest Rate Risk (IRR) have no significant effect on Banking Distress. This study can be a valuable reference for banking sectors in avoiding indicators leading to banking distress. Future researchers can develop the elements from this research, including a more expansive period of interval, carrying more varied independent variables from external factors, and using other more accurate models.

Kecukupan Modal dan Profitabilitas Pengaruhnya Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

This study aims to determine how the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Return On Assets (ROA), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Financing Deposits To Ratio (FDR) ) on company value with case studies of Islamic banks listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. This type of research is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is firm value and the independent variable (X) includes Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Return On Assets (ROA), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing Deposit To Ratio (FDR). The type of data used in this study is secondary data derived from quarterly financial reports published by each Islamic bank listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. The amount of data is 42 data obtained from 3 Islamic banks in a 3-year period. This study uses the data analysis method of multiple linear regression tests with the help of IBM Statistics SPSS 26.The research results show that the variables CAR, NPF, ROA BOPO, and FDR simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value (PBV). Partially, the CAR and FDR variables have a significant negative effect on firm value (PBV). While the NPF, ROA, and BOPO variables have no significant effect on firm value (PBV).

Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) Dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) Terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) Pada Bank Umum Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Periode 2019-2021

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables Capital Adequacy Ratio (X1), Loan Deposit Ratio (X2) and Non-Performing Loans (X3) on Return On Assets (Y) in Commercial Banks Listed on the BEI for the 2019 - 2021 Period. is quantitative research used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method, the number of samples in the research obtained was 16 financial reports for a period of 3 years, namely 2019-2021, so that a sample of 48 was found. The analysis techniques used were Panel Data Analysis Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Coefficient of Determination. The results of the research obtained the panel data regression equation Y= 0.399 + 0.0005CAR + 1.588LDR + 0.833NPL and the t test results of the CAR and NPL variables had a partially significant effect on ROA with a result of <0.05. The LDR variable does not have a partially significant effect on ROA with a result of sig 0.624 > 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that CAR, LDR and NPL have a simultaneous and significant effect on ROA with a sig value <0.05.

Pengaruh Risiko Spesifik Bank dan Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Stabilitas Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah

This research aims to examine the influence of specific bank risks and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on the stability of Sharia rural banks in the Province of Banten. The indicators of specific bank risks include Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Operational Cost to Operating Income (BOPO), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Meanwhile, the indicators used to assess GCG are the size of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS), board of commissioners, and board of directors. This study uses panel data from 8 Sharia rural banks as research samples from June 2020 to June 2022. Based on the regression results using the selected model, which is the Common Effect Model, it was found that partially, the variables CAR, BOPO, and the board of directors have a significant influence on the stability of Sharia rural banks. Meanwhile, simultaneously, all the variables, namely NPF, CAR, BOPO, DPS, board of commissioners, and board of directors, collectively influence the stability of Sharia rural banks in the Province of Banten.

Determinant of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in Indonesia

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the Bond Index, Stock Market Liquidity, NIM, LDR, NPL, Bank Inefficiency, Previous CAR, Economic Growth, Fed Fund Rate, and Oil Price on Capital Adequacy Ratio. The sample used in this research is conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010 – 2020, which totals 23 banks. The independent variables in this study are Bond Index, Stock Market Liquidity, NIM, LDR, NPL, Bank Inefficiency, Previous CAR, Economic Growth, Fed Fund Rate, Oil Price, and the dependent variable Capital Adequacy Ratio. The sampling method is the census. The data analysis method uses the panel data regression method which examines and analyzes the influence of the independent variables Bond Index, Stock Market Liquidity, NIM, LDR, NPL, Bank Inefficiency, Previous CAR, Economic Growth, Fed Fund Rate, and Oil Price on the dependent variable Capital Adequacy Ratio. Bank Inefficiency, Bank Risk, and GDP Growth have a negative and significant effect on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Previous CAR, Fed Fund Rates, and Oil Prices have a positive effect on CAR. Bond Index, Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) do not affect the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Banks can increase CAR when the Fed Rate and Oil Price decrease. Banking can increase CAR when Bank Inefficiency, Bank Risk, and GDP Growth decrease.

The Influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (Car), Loan to Deposit Ratio (Ldr) and Operational Costs of Operational Income (Bopo) On Profitability at Pt. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk

This study was conducted to examine the effect of the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operational Cost of Operational Income (BOPO) on the Profitability of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The period used in this study amounted to 7 years, starting from 2012 to 2018. This research was obtained through secondary data sourced from PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This study uses the documentation method obtained from financial statements published on the official website of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, which is www.bni.co.id. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that CAR, LDR and BOPO simultaneously had an effect on profitability. CAR had no significant positive effect on profitability, LDR had an effect on positive and significant towards profitability and BOPO has a negative effect and significant for profitability.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance on stock prices at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for the period 2017-2021. The independent variables used in this study are financial performance, namely Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), and Operational Expenditure to Operating Income (BOPO) and Stock Price as the dependent variable. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21. The results show that Return On Equity (ROE) partially has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, Operational Expenditures on Operating Income (BOPO) partially has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices shares, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Non Performing Loans (NPL) partially have no effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Equity (ROE), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), and Operational Spending to Operating Income (BOPO) simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Interactions from the independent variables CAR, ROE, LDR, NPL, and BOPO with a share price of 70.4% and the difference of 29.6% is explained by other factors.

The Effect of Financial Ratios to Return on Assets of the Sharia Rural Bank in Surakarta Residence

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Financing, and Operational Efficiency Ratio on ROA at Sharia Rural Bank. The data used in this study is secondary data (panel data) from Financial Service Authority’s (OJK Solo), which is an annual report published by Sharia Rural Bank in the Surakarta Residence listed on the Financial Service Authority’s (OJK Solo). Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The result are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) have no significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA), Non Preforming Financing and Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER) have significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA), Simultaneously all of variable Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, Non Preforming Financing, and Operational Efficiency Ratio have a significant effect on Return On Asset.
