Analisis Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Jumlah Penduduk dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Distribusi Pendapatan di Aceh Bagian Timur

This research aims to determine the influence of Economic Growth, Population and Human Development Index on Income Distribution in Eastern Aceh simultaneously and partially in 2012-2021. This research uses time series data using panel data regression analysis method. E-Views application version 10, which produces a coefficient value for the Economic Growth variable of 0.9402 and has an insignificant effect on Income Distribution. The population coefficient value is 0.5946 and has insignificant effect on Income Distribution. The coefficient value of the Human Development Index is 0.0006 and has an effect significant to Income Distribution. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.6948 or 6948%. Meanwhile, the remaining 30.16% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Analysis of Crude Oil Price Determinants on Indonesia's Export Volume for the Period 1992 -2022

This study was motivated by curiosity about the impact of world oil prices on the economy in Indonesia. The study was conducted in Indonesia and used secondary data from relevant agencies. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression with time series data from 1992 to 2022. The results show simultaneous production variables, worldwide oil prices, growth, and exchange rates. have the same effect on export volumes. However, part of the production variable has a positive and significant impact, the world oil price variable has a positive but insignificant effect, the economic growth variable has a positive and significant impact, the exchange rate variable has a negative impact and insignificant to the volume of Indonesia's crude oil exports.

Renewable Energy Mix Enhancement: The Power of Foreign Investment and Green Policies

The objective of this study is to examine and assess the viewpoint of population and economic expansion, as well as foreign investment in the renewable energy sector, by examining the influence of green investment on indexed listed businesses in Indonesia's Sri-Kehati. The dataset utilised in this study include macroeconomic time series data from Indonesia spanning the years 2015 to 2021, as well as issuers indexed under the SRI-KEHATI framework. The data underwent analysis using the multiple regression approach. The study employed an associative research technique and utilised the Eviews 10 programme tool for data analysis. The findings of the study demonstrate a noteworthy positive impact of economic growth on the composition of renewable energy sources. The impact of population growth on the composition of renewable energy sources is shown to be insignificant, but foreign investment is observed to have a notable and adverse influence on the renewable energy mix. The impact of foreign investment on the Renewable Energy Mix is found to be both statistically significant and unfavourable. The variable of economic growth exhibits a noteworthy and favourable impact when moderated by green investment in Sri-Kehati indexed issuers, specifically in relation to the composition of renewable energy sources. The variable of population growth exhibits a noteworthy and favourable impact by means of moderating green investment in the perspective of Sri-Kehati indexed issuer companies regarding the composition of renewable energy sources. The variable of economic growth demonstrates a statistically significant and favourable impact when moderated by green investment in the Sri-Kehati Indexed Issuer Company, specifically in relation to the renewable energy mix. The impact of population growth on the renewable energy mix in the perspective of Sri-Kehati indexed issuer companies is found to be positive and statistically significant when considering the moderation effect of green investment. The variable representing economic growth demonstrates a notable and favourable impact when moderated by green investment in the Sri-Kehati Indexed Issuer Company, particularly in relation to the composition of renewable energy sources. The impact of population growth on the renewable energy mix in the perspective of Sri-Kehati indexed issuer companies is found to be positive and statistically significant when considering the moderation effect of green investment.

Determinants of Energy Consumption in Central Asian Countries: Panel Data Analysis

Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan) have been witnessing important developments in the field of economic development since gaining their independence. The increase in energy consumption, in particular, plays an important role in the development of the country's economy by triggering the development of many factors. The main purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the determinants of energy consumption in Central Asian countries. Panel data analysis covering the years 1992-2021 was used in the study. Since there are many determinants of energy consumption, the factors of economic growth, foreign direct investments and energy prices are considered appropriate in this study and it is aimed to examine the interaction of these factors with each other. The test technique used to detect the cointegration relationship in the study confirmed the cointegration relationship between the series. In other words, there is a long-term relationship between the series considered in Central Asian countries. When the estimation results are evaluated, it is seen that the results differ for each country group. It is seen that the economic growth variable, as a determinant of energy consumption, is significant in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, the foreign direct investments series is significant in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, and is insignificant in Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic. The results obtained for the Kyrgyz Republic were found to be insignificant for all three series.

Determinant of labor absorption in Yogyakarta

This study aims to examine government expenditure, investment, economic growth and inflation and their effect on labor absorption in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) in the 2010–2019 research period and to prove the Okun’s law and Phillips curve in DIY. Methodologically, this research was conducted using quantitative methods using secondary data. The data analysis technique used is panel data analysis with the chosen approach, namely the random effect model. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, this study shows that the four independent variables together have a positive and significant influence on labor absorption in the DIY Province. Meanwhile, based on the results of the partial test, it shows that the variables of government expenditure and inflation have a positive and significant effect on labor absorption. Investment and economic growth variables have a negative and significant effect on labor absorption. Implication of the study is the importance of the effectiveness of government expenditure and investment to increase labor absorption and strengthen the environment of investment to stimulate labor absorption in DIY.

ENERGY TRANSFORMATION AND ECONOMIC GROWTH IN INDONESIA: TO MEASURE THE IMPACT OF RENEWABLE AND NON-RENEWABLE ENERGY

The research aims to see the impact of renewable energy, if it is compared to non-renewable energy in increasing economic growth in Indonesia, over the last few decades, find out the impact of the energy transition that is designated to support sustainable economic growth, and to identify whether non-renewable energy still has a more favorable impact on growth of Indonesian economy. The research employs Indonesian secondary data from 2000 – 2022 that illustrates economic growth, biomass energy, natural gas, oil, fuel, and electricity variables. Data obtained from the publication released by Statistics Indonesia and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. Error Correction Model (ECM) is utilized as the analysis tool. The findings suggest that traditional biomass renewable energy has no impact on achieving the expected economic growth in Indonesia as a result of the minimal availability of biomass waste. Meanwhile, natural gas does not have the potential to increase economic growth due to the lack of infrastructure and management of this energy. Oil fuel contributes to reducing economic growth as a result of dwindling availability, fluctuating prices, and high subsidy costs. While electricity drives economic growth, its availability is still far from meeting people's consumption needs. Government policy needs to target the availability of this energy, especially encouraging the production of electricity sourced from available natural resources (renewable).

The Influence of Labor Absorption on the Level of Economic Growth in Purwakarta Regency for the 2010 – 2020 Period

In Purwakarta Regency, employment is still fluctuating although it tends to increase. This can have an impact on the level of economic growth in Purwakarta Regency. The rate of economic growth in Purwakarta Regency fluctuates, although it tends to decrease every year. Therefore, this study aims to determine the correlational relationship between labor absorption variables and economic growth variables for 10 periods. The theory used for the labor absorption variable is Zamrowi's theory. while the theory used for economic growth variables is the theory of the Central Bureau of Statistics. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the 2010-2020 observation period. The data used comes from BPS, Bappelitbangda and Manpower and Transmigration Office. The data analysis technique in this study is statistical analysis. The test performed is a simple linear regression test. In data processing, data testing is done with the help of SPSS software. The test results show that employment has a significant effect on the level of economic growth in Purwakarta Regency. This shows that employment can increase economic growth rates. When employment increases, economic growth will increase. Thus, increasing economic growth can be done through expanding employment opportunities so that employment can increase

Study on Regional Financial Innovation, Technological Progress Bias and High Quality Economic Development

Abstract This paper designs a coupled mechanism model of financial technology innovation and economic growth, aiming to analyze the impact path of technology finance and technological progress on economic development. Endogenous economic growth theory is adopted, with technological progress as an exogenous variable, and inputs of production factors and products are considered. The growth rate of capital accumulation is calculated using fuzzy principles taken into account from the likelihood distribution under the assumption that the output function is in generalized form. The value of the distance function is calculated considering the orientation efficiency to ensure profit maximization. After eliminating the effect of different magnitudes, the decision degree decomposition is clarified using the Marquist index. The decision unit boundary degrees are reassembled when the information contribution ratio is scaled up by a multiple. Production relative efficiency change index. According to the findings of the economic impact analysis, the eastern financial institutions’ loan growth rate is stable, the entropy index is steadily increasing, and the p-value for the regression coefficient of science and technology finance is less than 0.02. The standard deviation of regional economic growth variables is 1.0209. Consequently, the coupling mechanism model of financial innovation in science and technology and economic growth can encourage investment in such innovation, shorten the technological innovation cycle to speed up the transformation of outcomes and achieve high-quality economic development.

Determinants of Housing Prices in South Africa: The Impact of Covid-19

Objectives: The present study aims to determine the relationship between selected macroeconomic and market variables, and South African housing prices, and the influence that Covid-19 had on South African housing prices, after holding for the effect of the change in selected macroeconomic, and market variables on housing prices. Method: Housing prices were determined via the macroeconomic and market variables of economic growth, unemployment, inflation, household debt-to-income, interest rates, foreign exchange rates, stock market returns, and Covid-19. Data collected were analysed using correlation and hierarchical multiple regression tests. Results: The findings indicated that pre-existing relationships between housing prices and traditional determinants of unemployment and household debt-to-income have changed. The results also indicated that housing prices increased during Covid-19 over-and-above the expected increase attributed to changes in the other selected predictor variables. Conclusion: These results provide an updated collection of housing price predictors for practitioners to utilise post-pandemic.

Determinants of Foreign Direct Investment from China to Indonesia

This study identifies and analyzes the determinants influencing China's foreign direct investment level in Indonesia. The independent variables in this study are economic growth, inflation rate, wage rate, exchange rate, and export value. The data used is time series data from 2000 - 2016. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The study results show that wage and inflation rates significantly affect the foreign investment level from China to Indonesia. The variables of economic growth, exchange rates, and exports do not affect the level of foreign investment from China to Indonesia. The simultaneous test results significantly influence all the independent variables used in this study. The implication for foreign direct investment is that the government must increase foreign investment in Indonesia to increase economic growth by improving the investment climate in the country by providing several facilities to assist foreign investors so that investors feel safe investing their capital in Indonesia and with synergy with monetary policy in lowering interest rates to increase investor interest in investing.

Analisis Inflasi di Indonesia: Penerapan Model Vitaliano

This study aims to analyze the case of inflation in Indonesia, which is based on the problem of raising the price level (inflation) which is a classic economic problem of various countries, especially developing countries such as Indonesia. In this study using the Vitaliano model to analyze inflation, the variables included in this model are the money supply (M2), economic growth as measured by gross domestic product and government spending. The analytical tool used in this study is the Error Correction Model, with the test results concluding that the variables of money supply, economic growth and government spending have no effect on inflation in either the short or long run.

THE IMPACT OF POPULATION AGING ON THE SOUTH AFRICAN ECONOMY: A CASE OF THE KING CETSHWAYO DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY

Population aging presents numerous challenges, such as a reduced fiscal balance, changes in the savings patterns of households, and higher age dependency ratios. These consequences are evident for older individuals, the government, and the economy at large. This study examined the impact of population aging on the economic growth of South Africa, studying the King Cetshwayo District Municipality specifically. A panel data set for the period 2002-2020 by Quantec Easy Data was used for the study. A FE regression model was used to examine the relationship between economic growth (GDP per capita), population aging, savings, education, and other independent variables. The findings from the panel data analysis revealed that population aging negatively affects economic growth only in the short run but not in the long run. Also, other factors like education, savings, and income affected economic growth in the King Cetshwayo District Municipality. This study recommends a transformation in the country’s savings by educating the population about the importance of savings in order to improve GDP per capita and the economic wellbeing of the people.

The Influence of Government Expenditure and Investment on Income Gaps through Regency/City Economic Growth in West Sumatra Province

This research aims to test and also analyze the influence of government spending and investment on income gaps through economic growth in districts/cities in West Sumatra Province. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data, while the data source used in this research is secondary data. This research uses a path analysis model (Path Analysis), namely using panel data of 190 data consisting of 10 years as Time Series data starting from 2011 to 2020 and combined with 19 Regencies/Cities as Cross Section data. The data analysis method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method (Multiple Regression Analysis) and path analysis (Path Analysis). The results of research based on the path analysis method show that the government expenditure variable has a negative and significant effect on economic growth, the investment variable has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth, the government expenditure variable has a negative and significant effect on the income gap, the investment variable has a negative and significant effect on the income gap income, the economic growth variable has a positive and significant effect on income inequality.

Analysis of poverty in eastern Indonesia (Analisis Kemiskinan Di Kawasan Timur Indonesia)

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of economic growth, income distribution, unemployment, education and health on poverty in Eastern Indonesia in 2013-2017. Independent variables used in this study are economic growth, income distribution, unemployment, education and health and poverty as dependent variable. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of Maluku Province consisting of time series data for 2013 - 2017 and cross section data for 12 provinces in Eastern Indonesia. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that economic growth had a positive and not significant effect on poverty in Eastern Indonesia. Variable income distribution has a positive and not significant effect on poverty in Eastern Indonesia. The unemployment variable has a positive and significant effect on the poverty variable in Eastern Indonesia. Education and health variables have a positive and significant effect on poverty in Eastern Indonesia. The coefficient of determination is 0.993136, meaning that the poverty variable can be explained by variables of economic growth, income distribution, unemployment, education and health by 99.31%. Simultaneous test results (F test), showed variables of economic growth, income distribution, unemployment, education and health simultaneously had a significant effect on poverty in Eastern Indonesia

Government Spending on Economic Growth in North Sumatera

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of government spending on economic growth in North Sumatra Tabun 2017-2021. The research method used in this study is secondary data. The data taken is data published or obtained by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). In this study, in conducting data analysis techniques, namely using the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method using the Eviews 10 analysis tool. The result of this study is that simultaneously the variable government expenditure has an insignificant influence on the economic growth variable for 2017-2021 in North Sumatra Province. The variable government expenditure partially has a positive and insignificant influence on economic growth in North Sumatra Province. The Government Expenditure Variable (X) has a simultaneous influence on the Economic Growth variable (Y) of 56% and the remaining 44% is influenced by other unincluded variables.

Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Dan Inflasi Terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Di Sumatera Barat

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of economic growth and inflation on the unemployment rate in West Sumatra. This research is quantitative research with secondary data from the 1992-2021 observation period. In this research, the technique of data collection is the documentation method. This method is carried out using documents or research supporting data, such as data on economic growth, inflation and unemployment rates, taken from the official BPS website. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The research results prove that economic growth and inflation partially have no significant effect on the unemployment rate in West Sumatra between 1992 and 2021. The significance value of the economic growth variable is 0.824 greater than 0.05 and the inflation variable is 0.987 > 0.05. That is, if economic growth and inflation increase, the unemployment rate will also increase. Meanwhile, simultaneous economic growth and inflation had no effect on the unemployment rate in W Sumatra from 1992 to 2021 with a significance level of 0.960 greater than 0.05. The R2 value is 0.003, which means that the ability of the independent variables (economic growth and inflation) to explain the dependent variable (unemployment rate) is 3%. More than 97% is explained by other variables not reviewed in this research.

Pengaruh Investasi China terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia dengan Uji Kausalitas Granger

The purpose of this research is to inform about the influence of Chinese investment on Indonesia's economic growth. The data sample taken is a secondary time series data type with a time range from 2006 to 2021 sourced from BKPM and BPS. The data analysis used Granger causality through the use of Eviews 13. The results of the hypothesis test explained that there was no significant and positive impact from the causality relationship between the investment value variable and the economic growth variable but on the contrary had a positive but not significant causal relationship between the economic growth variable and the economic growth variable. investment value.

The People’s Republic of China’s 40-Year Demographic Dividend and Labor Supply: The Quantity Myth

During the past 40 years, the economy of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) has achieved miraculous growth, a significant part of which many have attributed to its favorable labor supply resulting from the country’s “demographic dividend”–that is, a relatively large share of the working-age population in the total population (WAPS). Currently, this dividend is slipping away, and many in the PRC are very concerned. Against this background, I set out to examine the contributions of various dimensions of the PRC’s changing WAPS and its impact on economic growth. I show that between 1982 and 2015 the increase in WAPS was offset by a decline in the labor force participation rate, resulting in a very limited increase in the quantity of the labor supply. I then estimate the association between regional variations in economic growth and changes in factors such as population size, WAPS, migration, and education. The results lend little support to the view that an expanding WAPS played a major role in the PRC’s economic growth over this period.

ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN KREDIT PADA BANK UMUM DI INDONESIA PERIODE 2011-2021

This study aims to find out how macroeconomic variable factors, namely inflation, interest rates, exchange rates and economic growth affect credit growth in Indonesia. In this study using quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study is in the form of secondary data in the form of a time series with a period of 44 quarters from 2011 to 2021. In this study it was found that the variables of inflation and economic growth partially have no effect on the growth of bank credit at commercial banks in Indonesia. Meanwhile, exchange rate and interest rate variables have an influence on credit growth. From the results of this study it is suggested to maintain interest rates and exchange rates through monetary policy in order to increase credit growth in Indonesia.

Analysis of the Effect of Regional Expenditure Management on the Level of Community Welfare in Papua Province

The objectives of this research are (1) to find out how much direct and indirect spending affect the poverty rate through economic growth, (2) to find out how much direct and indirect spending affect the HDI level through economic growth, (3) find out how much direct spending and indirect spending affect the gini ratio through economic growth. To fulfill the research objectives and test the hypotheses that have been set, the analysis used is path analysis to facilitate data processing, so the analysis used in processing the data is the Amos Program Version 22. The research results show that: a direct relationship between direct expenditure variables and growth The economic correlation shows a positive but not significant correlation. The direct expenditure variable has a negative and significant effect on poverty, both directly and through the economic growth variable. The results show that the direct spending of the Papua provincial government has an indirect effect on the poverty rate in this area. The direct expenditure variable has a positive effect on improving HDI performance, both directly and through economic growth variables. That is, the correlation between direct spending on regional inequality shows a positive relationship, both directly and through economic growth variables. Indirect spending variables have a negative relationship to economic growth in Papua province. The correlation between indirect spending on poverty levels in Papua province shows negative relationship, both directly and through economic growth. Indirect expenditure variables have a negative correlation with HDI performance, both directly and through economic growth variables. Furthermore, indirect expenditure variables have a positive correlation with regional inequality in this area, both indirectly directly or through intervening variables of economic growth.
