Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Menulis Teks Eksplanasi Berbasis Kontekstual dengan Menggunakan Animasi

Writing skills are one of the most difficult skills to do. A change is needed to stimulate students to be interested in writing. Animation is expected to be a solution in making it easier for students to think.This study aims to 1) determine the needs of students for teaching material products to write contextual-based explanations using animation by utilizing web animaker 2) design teaching material models for writing contextual-based explanations using web animaker animations 3) implementing contextual-based explanatory writing teaching materials using web animaker animations 4) analyzing the results of expert validation and feasibility tests for teaching materials writing contextual-based explanations using web animaker animations. This method use R&D. This research and development refers to the ADDIE development model. The result can improved students. The feasibility test results of teaching materials received an average of 3.8 with a percentage of 95% in the “Very Decent” category and an average score from media experts of 3.75 or a percentage of 94% in the “Very Decent” category. The results of Indonesian teacher feedback at MA Annajah Petukangan South Jakarta obtained an average of 3.6 with a percentage of 90% thus it can be categorized as “Very Feasible”. Small-scale trial 38 students obtained an average of 3.89 and a percentage of 97.4%. Thus, based on a likert scale of 3.21 to 4, it can be categorized as “Very Decent”.

Development of Javanese Dialogue Text Learning Media with Web s.id in Junior High School

Grade VII MTs N 2 Sragen students have difficulty learning Javanese dialogue texts, so they need s.id web-based learning media that can be used so that students can listen, read, write, and speak Javanese dialogue text material. This research aims to develop a learning medium for Javanese dialogue texts with the s.id web. This research and development is carried out in six stages: analyzing potential problems, collecting information, designing products, validating designs, improving products, and limiting trials. The data obtained in this study were through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The study results show that students and teachers need media to support learning Javanese dialogue text material. The media content needed includes materials, examples, exercises, evaluations, and online dictionaries. The results of the material validation test averaged 88%, while the media validation test averaged 73%, and both showed valid results. The results of the limited trial also received an average of 94.8 or an N-Gain Score of 0.83 ≥ 0.3 with compelling evidence. Therefore, web-based learning media s.id be able to be used and developed into a supporting medium for dialogue text material for class VII MTs N 2 Sragen.

Real‐Time Reverse Transcription Multienzyme Isothermal Rapid Amplification for Rapid Detection of African Horse Sickness Virus

African horse sickness (AHS) is an acute infectious disease of equids caused by the AHS virus (AHSV), which can cause up to 90% mortality in naive horses. Reliable and rapid diagnosis is crucial for the surveillance and control of AHSV. As one of the AHSV detection methods recommended by World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH), the RT‐qPCR assay has the drawbacks such as complex operation, expensive instruments, and long detecting time, which limit its application in simple laboratories or outdoors. In this study, a real‐time reverse transcription multienzyme isothermal rapid amplification (RT‐MIRA) assay was established to detect AHSV. Primers and exo‐probes were designed, synthesized, and screened based on the conserved regions of the AHSV Seg-7 gene. A series of experiments were conducted to evaluate the performances of the established real‐time RT‐MIRA for detecting AHSV. The valid testing results showed that this method was highly specific for the detection of AHSV, without exhibiting any cross‐reactivity towards other equine viruses or other Orbivirus; its limit of detection (LOD) was 10 copies/μL, which was consistent with that of RT‐qPCR, meaning it had good sensitivity for detecting AHSV. Furthermore, the real‐time RT‐MIRA for AHSV performed good repeatability, and its standard curve exhibited good linearity with a correlation coefficient of R2 = 0.9898, which indicated that the established method could be used for the quantitative detection of ASHV. As no AHS infection cases have been reported in China, 120 simulated clinical samples were tested by the real‐time RT‐MIRA and RT‐qPCR for AHSV, which results showed there was a significant correlation between the two assays, with a κ value of 0.966 and an R2 value of 0.9576. Parallel detection of 396 equine blood samples and 1760 Culicoides by this method and the RT‐qPCR showed that all samples were negative for AHSV. Furthermore, the results of the real‐time RT‐MIRA could be judged by naked eyes under a portable equipment with blue light (480 nm). In conclusion, the real‐time RT‐MIRA for AHSV was specific and sensitive and had the advantages of convenient operation, visualization, no need for special equipment, and could be a reliable tool for rapid screening and detection of AHSV in field or border ports.

Pengembangan Modul Sistematika Cryptogamae: Keanekaragaman Jenis Rumput Laut Di Dusun Labuhan Terata

This study aims to develop a Sistematika Cryptogamae module based on research findings on the diversity of seaweed species in the waters of Dusun Labuhan Terata, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The research was conducted using a development method that refers to the ADDIE Model by Reiser and Mollenda, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This study is limited to the Development stage. The research instruments are validation sheets and readability questionnaires. Data analysis is conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach. The validity test results of the Sistematika Cryptogamae module reached 86.6%, categorized as highly feasible. In addition, the readability test results reached 84.4%, categorized as easy to understand. This module was developed using a research-based approach and local environmental context to meet the needs of contextual education. It is expected to enhance students' understanding of the diversity of lower-level plants, particularly seaweed, and to foster awareness of marine ecosystem conservation. This research also contributes to the documentation of biodiversity and the sustainable management of seaweed resources. The conclusion of this study is that the Cryptogamae Systematics module developed is deemed highly suitable for implementation in learning.

Innovation in Entrepreneurship and Its Role in Promoting Sustainable Economic Growth

This research explores the role of entrepreneurial innovation in supporting sustainable economic growth by using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The validity test results show that all 16 items have a correlation coefficient above 0.60, while the reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha yields a value of 0.9, indicating high consistency of the research instrument. Descriptive statistical analysis from 25 respondents shows a positive view towards innovation, with average responses ranging from 3.2 to 4.5 and a median of 4.0. This research also compares the results with three previous studies: by Fajri (2021), Bhegawati et al. (2022), and Santhi & Affandi (2020), which assert that entrepreneurial innovation not only contributes to improving the financial performance of SMEs but also serves as a driving force for economic growth through job creation and productivity enhancement. These findings highlight the importance of innovation in creating a sustainable and mutually beneficial entrepreneurial ecosystem. Therefore, focusing on innovation in entrepreneurship is essential to achieve sustainable economic growth, demonstrating a close relationship between innovation and its positive impact on the economy as a whole. This study provides important insights for SMEs and policymakers in developing strategies that support innovation for better economic growth.

Innovation of Business Models in the Digital Economy: A Case Study of Start-up Companies

This research aims to analyze the impact of digital technology adoption on the business performance of startup companies in Indonesia. Using a random sampling method, five startups were selected as respondents, and data were collected through a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The validity test results show that all questionnaire items are valid, with the calculated r value greater than the r table value. The reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient produces a value of 0.78, indicating that the research instrument is consistent and can be reused. Descriptive analysis reveals that the majority of startups operate in the fintech, edutech, and healthcare sectors, with most having utilized technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics. The findings indicate that digital technology adoption positively impacts business performance, especially in enhancing operational efficiency and expanding market reach. Startups that maximize the integration of digital platforms experience significant growth in terms of user numbers and revenue. However, challenges such as cyber security, the digital divide, and marketing competition remain major obstacles. This research also emphasizes the importance of government policies in supporting a conducive digital ecosystem so that startups can overcome these hurdles and continue to innovate. With the right strategies and optimal utilization of technology, startups in Indonesia have great potential to grow and contribute significantly to the national digital economy.

LUIS TOUR RPG: Explore, discover, watch documentaries, animation and complete quests

In social studies learning, the challenges faced are not only related to real-life problems such as the environment and society, but also the demands to develop high-level thinking skills, such as critical, reflective, and creative. This study aims to develop RPG game learning media based on differentiated learning by combining animated videos and documentary videos in the media. This study uses the ADDIE development model. The development research was carried out at SMP Negeri 24 Malang. After that, the LUIS TOUR media was refined and then tested again with a trial on 24 grade VIII students. The validity and practicality tests of this method were carried out in the context of social studies learning, with the results showing an increase in aspects of independence, cooperation, critical thinking skills, and student questioning skills. The results of expert validation and readability tests show that the LUIS TOUR media is very feasible. In addition to the validation results, a practicality test was also carried out by students with a score of 86% each. This study contributes to the integration of technology in 21st century learning, especially in developing learning media that are relevant to the challenges of the 5.0 society era.

Development of Arabic language teaching materials based on information technology for elementary schools

Arabic, as one of the most widely spoken languages globally, holds substantial cultural and economic importance, particularly in the context of Islamic studies and international relations. However, teaching Arabic in elementary schools often faces challenges, including a lack of engaging and effective teaching materials that cater to the diverse needs of young learners. The purpose of this research is to create a design for developing Arabic language teaching materials for elementary schools subject research SDIP Darum Musthofa. This type of research is research and development or what is usually called Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg and Gall development design model. This research produced a product in the form of draft Arabic language teaching materials for third-grade elementary schools. The design of this teaching material shows that the information technology-based Arabic language teaching material developed has a high level of feasibility. This is proven by the results of the design expert validity test showing a percentage of 96% with a very decent predicate, the content/material validity test reached 90% with a very good predicate and also the linguist validity test reached 89% with a very good predicate. The results of the field test on students were 32.7% who said they were very good and 65.5% who said they were good. Based on the test results. The supporting factors for this development are supporting technology, and students who are capable of technology, while the inhibiting factors are the limited media provided at school.

Fa’āliyyatu Istkhdāmi Wasā`il “UNO Sharf” fī Ta’līmi Darsi as-Ṣarf li as-Ṣaf as-Tsāni bi Kulliyyati al-Mu’allimīn al-Islāmiyyah bi Ma’hadi ar-Ridho Sentul

Learning media "UNO Sharf" is a learning media of small cards modified from the UNO card game as a tool used by teachers in teaching or assisting teachers in providing understanding of certain concepts in learning, especially in Shorf lessons. In the initial observation at the institution, especially during teaching and learning activities, it was still faced with various problems, which affected the students' low scores. With this problem, researchers tried to provide a solution in the form of learning media "UNO Sharf" in Sharf lesson. The research was conducted using quantitative pre-experimental methods by design and the collection of data through test. From this study, it was concluded that the results were obtained, namely variable (X) learning media "UNO Sharf" effective if applied to variable (Y) class 2 KMI Sharf Lesson at the Kulliyyatul Mu’allimin al Islamiyyah Ar-Ridho Sentul. This can be seen from the results of the analysis test using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test method which is intended with a significance of 0.000 < 0.050, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then the average positive rank of 25 students was 13.00. Based on valid test results, researchers suggest that the learning media "UNO Sharf" can be used as a learning medium at the Kulliyyatul Mu’allimin al Islamiyyah Ar-Ridho Sentul create a good teaching and learning atmosphere and make teachers more creative and innovative.

A Guidebook for Assessing Mathematical Logic Intelligence in Kindergarten

Many children still need help understanding numbers; children also cannot differentiate between round, triangular, and square shapes. Apart from that, teachers only carry out assessments at the end of the learning semester and do not use assessment guides, especially on aspects of children's mathematical logic intelligence in their daily activities at school. Based on this, this research aims to develop a guidebook for assessing mathematical logic intelligence in kindergarten. This type of research is development research. This research uses the ADDIE model. The research subjects are learning media experts and learning material experts. The test subjects were fifteen teachers. The methods used to collect data are interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive statistical analysis. The research results are the results of material media validation tests with a test percentage value of 96.3% and the eligibility criteria being "very valid." The assessment from media experts was 98.7%, with the eligibility criteria being "very valid." The assessment score from the effectiveness instrument expert has a test percentage value of 97%, with the eligibility criteria being "very valid." The effectiveness test of individual trials were 95.69% "very effective" and small group 91.67% "very effective". It was concluded that the mathematical logic intelligence assessment guidebook is very suitable and adequate for teachers in kindergarten. The research implication is that the developed mathematical logic intelligence assessment guidebook can be used in learning activities.

Development of Articulate Storyline-Based Media for Momentum and Impulse Material in Grade X Senior High Schools, Indonesia

This study aims to develop an android application-based learning media that is literacy-oriented on Momentum and Impulse material and can be run on most devices owned by students. The creation goes through several stages in its formation. Through an application on a computer or laptop called Articulate Storyline, it is developed in such a way as to become a learning media that can be used in everyday learning. With the development model used is the ADDIE model. This model was chosen because it has research steps that are systematically arranged. The steps of the ADDIE research and development procedure consist of five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation and Evaluation. Which is intended for teachers and students of State High School (SMAN) 2 Pare and State Islamic High School (MAN) Paser with supporting data for material and media validation tests. The results of the study produced 91% for the media validation test and 83% for the results of the material validation test and it can be said that the learning media is very suitable for use. While the test results for teachers and students at MAN Paser and also SMAN 2 Pare each showed 90% and 94% for teachers and 90% and 89% for students.

Perancangan Media Pembelajaran Bangun Ruang Berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) Menggunakan Unity 3D di SMP Negeri 2 Payakumbuh

This study aims to design Augmented Reality (AR)-based Space Building learning media using Unity 3D to improve learning effectiveness at SMP Negeri 2 Payakumbuh. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Hannafin and Peck model, which includes three stages: Need Assessment, Design, and Develop/Implement. The learning media is designed to provide an interactive learning experience by displaying virtual space objects, which can be accessed both inside and outside the classroom. Media testing includes validity test using Aiken's V, practicality test using kappa moment, and effectiveness test using G-Score. The validity test results by four validators showed an average value of 0.83 (valid category), the practicality test by two teachers and ten students resulted in an average value of 0.80 (high category), and the effectiveness test by twenty students obtained an average value of 0.71 (high effectiveness category). The results show that this AR-based learning media can be used by teachers and students to understand Spatial Buildings material more effectively. This finding is expected to be an innovative solution in the development of interactive learning media.

THE INFLUENCE OF ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY, AND PROFESSIONALISM OF INSTITUTIONS ON THE LEVEL OF MUZAKKI'S TRUST IN PAYING ZAKAT AT LAZISNU DIY

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of accountability on the level of trust of Muzakki in Paying Zakat at PWNU Care LAZISNU DIY (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, the influence of transparency on the level of trust of muzakki in paying zakat at PWNU Care LAZISNU DIY, the influence of professionalism on the level of trust of muzakki in paying zakat at PWNU Care LAZISNU DIY, and the influence of accountability, transparency, and professionalism on the level of trust of muzakki in paying zakat at PWNU Care LAZISNU D.I.Y. This research falls under the category of quantitative research, where the study is associated with numbers, tables, and graphs, utilizing the SPSS 26 tool to determine the results of validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R2). The sample used consisted of 83 Muzakki with a random sampling technique, and a questionnaire was employed as the data collection method. The results of this research indicate that accountability, transparency, professionalism, and accountability have a significant negative effect on the level of trust of Muzakki. Additionally, the variables of Accountability, Transparency, and Professionalism of the institution collectively and significantly influence the Level of Trust of Muzakki.

Pengaruh Kompensasi, Kompetensi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasional (studi pada PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Erlangga Semarang)

This study was conducted to analyse effect of compensation, competence, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of PT. Pos Indonesia Erlangga Branch Semarang and the sample used is 102 employees. This study uses primary data and data collection methods using questionnaire. The results of data processing are in the form of respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity test results, reliability test results, F test results, coefficient of determination test results (R2), and hypothesis test results. The results show that compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, competence variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment

Development of a Zynq-Based Seismic Acquisition Station for the Exploration of Antarctic Subglacial Lakes.

The Antarctic region holds significant scientific research value and potential resources. Currently, limited research exists on the use of seismic exploration methods for Antarctic subglacial lakes compared to their use on other continents. Moreover, few reports are available on systems capable of multi-channel seismic data acquisition, remote data quality monitoring, and high-speed real-time data recycling in the extremely low temperatures of Antarctica. In this study, we developed a Zynq-based seismic acquisition station for polar exploration. The system features a compact design, lightweight construction, high data collection accuracy, excellent cold resistance, low power consumption, and real-time control. The software and hardware design of the system are described here, and validity testing is presented. The main controller utilizes a Zynq series system-on-chip integrated with an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) and an ARM (Advanced RISC Machine), enabling functions such as local data storage on a secure digital card, Wi-Fi wireless human-machine interaction, and high-speed Ethernet data transmission. Furthermore, to enhance data acquisition accuracy under low-temperature conditions, a neural network was employed for the temperature drift correction of the analog-to-digital converter chip. The validity test results showed that the station operated stably, was easy to use, and met the high-standard requirements for polar exploration.

Development of Augmented Reality media in polyhedral space-building lessons to improve the mathematical reasoning ability

Technology plays a crucial role in education, particularly in supporting teachers with interactive media to enhance students' mathematical reasoning skills in flat-sided geometry material. This study aims to improve students' mathematical reasoning skills by developing and utilizing valid, practical, and effective augmented reality (AR) media for flat-sided geometry. The research follows the ADDIE development model. The validity test results of the developed media show a validity score of 81.79% for media and 78.33% for material, indicating high validity. The practicality analysis, based on student response questionnaires, yields a score of 79.08%, categorized as practical. The effectiveness analysis, derived from pretest and posttest data using the Paired Sample T-test, reveals a significance value of 0.000, indicating a significant improvement in students' mean scores. Additionally, the N-Gain score of 0.64 falls into the moderate category, confirming the media's effectiveness in enhancing mathematical reasoning skills. In conclusion, the augmented reality learning media for flat-sided geometry material is valid, practical, and effective in improving students' mathematical reasoning abilities. It is recommended that future researchers further develop innovative products to enhance the quality of learning experiences.

Baseline data on distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes in cervical samples of gynecological patients before implementation of population-based HPV vaccination program in Poland.

Free-of-charge vaccination against human papillomavirus (HPV) of 12-13-year-old teenagers was introduced on the 1st of June 2023 in Poland. Data on baseline HPV genotype cervical distribution are crucial to evaluate potential changes after full implementation of the vaccination program. We aimed at evaluating the status of HPV infection and distribution of HPV genotypes in cervical cytology of gynecological patients tested in one of the largest HPV laboratories in Poland. Data on all HPV tests performed in ALAB Laboratoria Sp. z o. o. in Poland in 2018-2021 were analyzed, focusing on tests that identified genotypes: 6, 11, 16, 18, 26, 31, 33, 35, 39, 40, 42, 44, 45, 51, 52, 53, 54, 56, 58, 59, 61, 62, 66, 67, 68, 70, 73, 81, 82, 83, 89. Distribution of HPV genotypes was assessed among HPV-positive women. Among 11.151 medical records retrieved in women with valid HPV test results, 5.681 were positive (50.9%), of whom 2.929 were infected with a single genotype (51.6%). At least one high-risk (HR) genotype was detected in 4.351 women (76.6%). Among all HPV-positive women, the most common HR genotypes were HPV-16, HPV-31 and HPV-66 (24.0%, 11.3%, 11.3%, respectively). HPV-53 was the most prevalent among non-HR types (10.5%). HPV-16 followed by HPV-31 and HPV-66 were the most frequent genotypes in the studied cohort. These results may be compared with the same methodology after full roll-out of HPV vaccination program in the future to track potential changes in HPV genotype distribution.

Pengembangan modul ajar menulis naskah drama satu babak Kurikulum Merdeka untuk peserta didik kelas XI SMK

This development study was conducted to create and make an independent curriculum-based teaching tool for trade school students in grade 11 that teaches them how to write play plots. The ADDIE model was used in this development research, which had five steps: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This study led to the creation of an independent curriculum-based play script writing training program that both subject and practice experts have approved. Field tests were also done to see what the students learned and how they responded. The development study led to creating teaching modules that could be used for learning. These modules got scores of 94.22% from material experts and 96.44% from practitioner experts. The field test found that 50.8% of students learned what they were supposed to learn and that 93.3% of students responded. A score of 83.69% was found in the "very feasible" group based on validation and field test results. Thus, the teaching module developed is suitable for use in learning. However, the percentage of student learning outcomes is a consequence of researchers' limited time in conducting development research. Therefore, drama script writing training is needed based on the results obtained.

Development of Augmented Reality Atlas Volcano Series Media in Social Sciences Learning

The purpose of this research is to determine 1) the development of Augmented Reality Atlas Volcano Series media (ARAVS) that is suitable for use; 2) increasing student learning outcomes from the cognitive aspect; and 3) find out students' responses to interest after using the ARAVS media. This research and development (R&D) process refers to design model of Dick and Carey. The trial of the developed product was carried out at Model Terpadu Bojonegoro State High School with a field trial sample of 120 class X students. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired sample t-test, and discriminant test. The results of the product development validation test from social studies learning developer experts and learning media experts are in the very feasible category. The results of small group trials are in the feasible category, and field trials are in the very feasible category. The results of the t-test on cognitive aspects showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes on volcanism in social studies subjects after using AR media. Students have a positive interest in using the ARAVS because the media (ARAVS) is considered concrete, innovative, and interactive. Media (ARAVS) is not boring and is not difficult to adapt to social studies learning. In general, the formative evaluation shows that the product resulting from this development is very suitable for use as an alternative to virtual and digital-based media in social studies learning on Volcanism material.

The Impact of Cashless Payment Policies on Consumer Behavior at Kesiangan Coffee, Batam City

This research aims to analyze the effect of cashless payment policy on consumer behavior at Kesiangan Coffee, Batam City. With the increasing use of technology in various aspects of life, especially in the payment sector, it is important to understand how cashless policies affect consumer behavior. This study used a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software, and it included validity, reliability, and linear regression analysis. The results showed that the R-value was 0.128 and the R Square was 0.165, indicating that only 16.5% of the variation in the cashless payment policy could be explained by consumer behavior. The validity and reliability test results show that all research instruments are valid and reliable, but the influence of consumer behavior on this policy is still relatively low. This finding suggests that other more dominant factors, such as technological infrastructure, level of security, and consumer demographics, influence the acceptance of cashless payments. Therefore, it is recommended that relevant parties, such as financial institutions and the government, focus on education and infrastructure development to increase the acceptance of this payment system among the public. Further research is needed to explore other factors that play a role in influencing cashless payment policies, so that more effective strategies can be implemented to encourage the use of this technology in various sectors.
