FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PADA UKM DI KOTA BANDA ACEH

This study aimed to examine the influence of computer self-efficacy, non-physical work environment, level of education, and accounting knowledge on the effectiveness of the accounting information systems utilization in SMEs in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study is all SMEs in Banda Aceh City. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, and the sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 100 SMEs in the fashion business field in Banda Aceh City as a sample. The primary data is obtained through the distribution of questionnaires via online platforms such as WhatsApp, collected using Google Forms, and analyzed by multiple linear regression models. The findings of this study indicate that computer self-efficacy does not affect the effectiveness of utilizing an accounting information system. However, non-physical work environment, education level, and accounting knowledge affect the effectiveness of utilizing an accounting information system.

Determination of Product Quality of Hevea Brasiliensis (Rubber) at PT. Hevea MK 1 Palembang is very important in improving the quality of service to consumers. PT. Hevea MK 1 Palembang has not maximally utilized Information System Technology in determining the best quality of latex, resulting in a relatively long time in calculating the quality value of latex rubber, the need for Information Systems Technology that can support Decision Making to solve structured and unstructured problems. Based on the problems above, we need a system that can solve the quality problem of Hevea brasiliensis (rubber) sap, with the Decision Support System determining the quality of Hevea Brasiliensis (rubber) sap is expected to help and facilitate the company in choosing the type of superior rubber seeds. This study aims to determine the best quality of latex Hevea Brasiliensis rubber at PT. Hevea MK 1 Palembang uses the promethee method. The output of this application is in the form of an alternative decision with the highestranking value. The Decision Support System was developed using PHP and MySQL programming as a Database Management System (DBMS). System testing resulted in Rank 1, namely A2 with Leaving Flow = 0.583333, Entering Flow = 0, Net Flow = 0.583333 while Rank 2, namely A3 with Leaving Flow = 0.166667, Entering Flow = -0.25, Net Flow = -0 .8333 and Rank 3, namely A1 with Leaving Flow = 0, Entering Flow = 0.5, Net Flow = -0.5

The Effect Of Hospital Management Information Systems On Human Resources Services In Haji General Hospital Medan, Sumatera Utara Province

Utilizing information technology by hospital human resources is essential for improving the efficacy and efficiency of hospital service administration. This study examines some variables in the management information systems on human resources services at Haji General Hospital Medan in Sumatera Utara Province using quantitative research methods with an associative research approach. The method is employed to identify the relation between some variables. This study has three independent variables: utilization of management information systems, satisfaction with information system use and ease of use of information systems. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is human resources services. Tests were conducted to evaluate the impact of independent factors on RSU Haji Medan's human resources services, individually and collectively. This study finds that each independent variable had a substantial effect on human resources services at RSU Haji Medan. Furthermore, the combination of these elements has a significant impact on human resources services at RSU Haji Medan.

Failure to plan the utilization of Information Systems and Information Technology results in organizations/institutions facing a relatively high increase in financial expenses. Advances in information technology make Information Systems and Information Technology have an important role for the running of an organization today. Information system strategic planning is needed that is aligned with organizational goals that are in accordance with organizational needs and can provide benefits. Strategic planning must be in accordance with the needs of activities and organizational goals. This research was conducted using the Cobit 5 Framework with the Ward and Peppard method by applying several stages of analysis. It is known that the priority of the BSC Cobit 5 Dimension sequentially is financial, learning and growth, internal and costumer. While TI's goal of the cobit 5 process, number 7 gets the first priority where the processes that are the first order are EDM04, APO01 and APO07 and so on.

Analisa Efektivitas Metode Octave Allegro dan Fmea Dalam Penilaian Risiko Aset Informasi Pada Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi

The current rapid development of technology allows all tertiary institutions to utilize information systems to support their operations, such as the Surabaya ABC Institute of Technology. Through the Central Information System Unit (PSI), the ABC Surabaya Institute of Technology can develop and manage ICT (Information and Communication Technology) so that it can easily manage various kinds of data and information. However, it should be noted that currently digital information is an important asset that needs to be protected from various kinds of adverse risks. But unfortunately the application of information asset risk management at the Surabaya ABC Institute of Technology has not been implemented properly. From these problems, the researcher aims to find out the process of managing the security of information assets in tertiary institutions through a risk assessment of the information assets they have. To achieve this goal the research method used refers to the Octave Allegro framework and the FMEA method is used to assess the risk of information assets. The results of this study indicate that the ABC Institute of Technology has 11 important assets which are divided into 5 categories, namely: Data, Hardware, Network, Software, People. Of the eleven assets, six of them have a high level of risk. From these findings it can be concluded that universities also need to manage information security. These results also indicate that the method used by researchers is very helpful in determining the risk of the value of information assets owned by the ABC Surabaya Institute of Technology. So that the combination of the Octave Allegro method with the FMEA method is very effective in helping organizations carry out information security management.

Classification of Sentiment Analysis and Community Opinion Modeling Topics for Application of ICT in Government Operations

Utilizing information systems is very useful in the current era. Digitizing administration in the Village is beneficial in the service process to the public. This is seen as a change in service that can make it easier or more difficult for the people of Sanrobone Village to take care of administration at the village office. This study aims to analyze public opinion regarding the use of e-government, predict public opinion regarding the use of e-government, and analyze modeling topics related to the use of e-government. This research applies a text mining algorithm with a sentiment analysis method to see positive, negative, and neutral public perceptions and also uses topic modeling to get the most frequently appearing topics in the data. Stages in this study include Data Collection, Text Pre-processing, Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling, Classification, and Evaluation. The results obtained are the ten words that appear most often in the responses of the Village community: easy 122, help 96, village 80, accessed 80, letter 80, permit 77, resident 73, manage 60, service 52, and the person with 52 words. The sentiment analysis is positive, with 411 opinions, 37 negative opinions, and 152 neutral opinions. Finally, the performance of the Nave Bayes algorithm in predicting classification results is excellent, with an accuracy rate of 98 percent.

Contemporary Review: An Overview of the Utility of Patient-Reported Outcome Measurement Information System (PROMIS) in Foot and Ankle Surgery.

Patient-Reported Outcome Measurement Information System (PROMIS) has favorable psychometric and administrative properties in orthopaedic clinical research. It facilitates clinically meaningful data collection while minimizing administration time and survey fatigue and improving compliance. PROMIS is a critical component of patient-centered care and shared decision making, as it provides enhanced communication and engagement between patients and providers. As a validated instrument, it may also aid in measuring value-based health care quality. The goal of the current work is to provide an overview of PROMIS metrics used in orthopaedic foot and ankle, including advantages and disadvantages compared to legacy scales and PROMIS's applicability in specific foot and ankle conditions based on psychometric properties. We provide a review of the literature regarding the utilization of PROMIS as an outcome measure for specific foot and ankle procedures and conditions.

Bolstering the Measurement of Racial Inequity of COVID-19 Vaccine Uptake.

Inequities in COVID-19 vaccine uptake by racialized groups have been persistent throughout the vaccine rollout, leading to disparate burdens of COVID-19 outcomes. A cross-sectional study was conducted to determine COVID-19 vaccine uptake across racialized groups within the nine-county Finger Lakes region of New York State in December 2021. Cross-matching and validation were performed across multiple health information systems for the region to reduce the percentage of vaccine records with missing race information. Additionally, imputation techniques were applied to address the remaining missing values. Uptake of ≥1 dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by race was then examined. By December 2021, 828,551 individuals in our study region had received ≥1 dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, with ~25% having missing race values. Cross-matching and validation within existing records reduced this to ~7%. Uptake of ≥1 dose of a COVID-19 vaccine was greatest among individuals identifying as White, followed by those identifying as Black. The application of imputation techniques reduced the percent of missing race values to <1%; however, this reduction did not significantly change the distribution of vaccine uptake across race groups. Utilization of relevant health information systems, accompanied by imputation techniques, stands to greatly reduce the burden of missing race data within vaccine registries, facilitating accurate targeted interventions to mitigate inequities in COVID-19 vaccination.

Madrasah Aliyah Nurussa'adah Sarolangun has a need for IS/IT to be able to adapt to the existing environment. There is no integrated information system development plan so information system development is only based on current needs without considering further development. Based on the existing problems, the author proposes strategic planning of information systems with the Ward and Peppard method where this method emphasizes the analysis on increasing competitiveness and threats. The analysis is carried out using various tools critical success factor, value chain, SWOT, McFarlan Strategic Grid, and five forces. IMPLEMENTATION OF DATA MINING WITH CLASSIFICATION AND FORECASTING METHOD USE MODEL GAUSSIAN NAÏVE BAYES FOR BUILDING STORE (STUDI CASE: TB SINAR JAYA)

In the construction industry, the building materials business is a necessity, one of the businesses that is currently growing rapidly is the property business. The public’s need for a place to live becomes a business opportunity sought by the public. The Industry 4.0 transformation brought building materials stores to the online market, one of which is Tokopedia. TB. Sinar Jaya has a dataset of inventory and sales with a total of approximately 15,000 data rows which are updated each month. With large amounts of data, data mining and machine learning methods are needed in data management. 5 years rapid development of TB. Sinar Jaya has not been without problems, such as competition with online stores that offer lower prices than offline stores and a lack of strong marketing strategy. In this case, TB. Sinar Jaya wants help in making marketing strategy decisions by utilizing information system technology and minimizing existing problems. Based on these problems, it is necessary to implement data mining and machine learning gaussian algorithms naïve bayes to find out the average prices available on Tokopedia to increase sales and carry out classification, forecasting and TSA (Time Series Analysis) at TB Sinar Jaya. Based on the results of testing/research, the gaussian naive Bayes algorithm has good accuracy results with an accuracy level of 0.71 and gains insight, that is, for potential buyers they can do Wishlist efficiency, and for segments that generate profits below 50% of the total profit the researcher recommends carrying out a campaign program according to customer profile in order to improve the resulting profitability.

EVALUATION OF PRACTICES OF HEALTH CARE PERSONNEL IN THE EXPANDED PROGRAM ON IMMUNIZATION IN SA’ADAH, YEMEN, IN MAINTAINING VACCINE EFFICACY

Background and aim: The effectiveness of any vaccine depends on maintaining it at recommended temperatures from manufacture to administration. Health workers in any health facility play an important and vital role in maintaining the cold chain and vaccine efficiency. Therefore, the aim of conducting this research was to evaluate the practice of health workers working in the Expanded Program on Immunization in Sa’adah, Yemen in the correct procedures to maintain the effectiveness of the vaccine and recording data. Method: This study was conducted on 60 health facility (H.F) in 11 districts in Sa’adah Governorate, Yemen during the period from 1 June to 30 July 2019. The focus was on the checklist used to assess the general practices of healthcare personnel participating in the immunization program. The location of the refrigerator, the arrangement of the vaccines, the presence of a thermometer, the handling of the syringes, the cleaning of the injection area, the direction of the pentavalent and measles vaccination needle, and the method of storing the vaccines during the sessions were evaluated. Data were entered and cleaned using Microsoft Excel 2019 and exported to SPSS version 26. Results: The findings show that, the ages of participants ranged from 23-55 years with Mean±SD (34.17±7.310) and 38 (63.3) were male. From a total of health facilities, 43 (91.5) had a good site of refrigerators, 45 (95.7) had a good distance from the wall, and 42 (89.4) had thermometers. There is no significant correlation between the socio-demographics of HCPs and score practice, the total practice scores for HCPs were (21.7%, and 78.3%) for right practice and right but not complete practice, respectively. Conclusion: Only a small percentage of healthcare providers have corrected practice, while a large number have shown correct but not perfect practice. Hence, regular supportive supervision, ongoing technical support, and on-the-job training are highly recommended to improve the healthcare provider's practice with regard to immunization. This journal discusses the importance of hospital information systems, the benefits that can be gained, and the things that need to be considered in building and implementing an effective information system. Analysis of information system needs, information system development, training and utilization of the system, and information system maintenance are important factors to consider in building an effective system. With an effective and efficient information system, it is hoped that the quality of hospital services can be improved.

How Does IT Influence Chinese IS/IT Users' Job Burnout?

Organizational utilization of information systems and information technology continues to grow in the 21st century, and job stress has become a worldwide problem; but the emotional expression of people differ in diverse cultural societies, and employees need to use IS/IT (IS/IT users) to do their work. Work exhaustion will also increase with the time. Mainland China (the PRC) and Taiwan share the same language and inherit Chinese culture; thus, this study based on job a burnout model and Chinese Guanxi perspective adopts a qualitative research method to collect IS/IT users' data from these two areas. This study has explored (1) permeability as a critical factor of the technology characteristics, (2) that technology characteristics and Chinese Guanxi will influence each other, and (3) that Chinese Guanxi will influence emotional job demands, social support, and personal accomplishment of Chinese IS/IT users. Finally, it has a contribution to both the academics and practice of the job burnout issue.

Utilization of Website-Based Information Systems to Optimize Data Management in Khaela Hijab

Khaela Hijab is a company which sells hijab products. The place is in Sedayu District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. Khaela Hijab produces their own hijab and markets its products via offline and online. Khaela Hijab uses social media as a medium to promote the products. Every sales and purchase transactions are recorded conventionally in a special note book. The transaction writing model causes constraints in presentation of information, where the information could not provided in real time. Beside of that, the calculation of sales profit product also had constraint which caused by recording of production and sales costs that often unbalanced. The result of this activity is the usage of sales information system which uses website as a base - with assistance and material distribution about the use of website to optimize the data management.

The Utilization of Information System for Crime Rate Modelling in Surabaya Using K-means

This study aims to model the crime rate in the city of Surabaya using the k-means clustering method. The data used is crime data that occurred in Surabaya in previous years, which includes the type of crime, location of crime, and crime rate. The k-means clustering method is used to classify crime data in the Surabaya area for 2020-2022 consisting of cluster 3, namely areas with moderate crime rates covering 6 sub-districts (1,260 cases), cluster 1 with areas with high crime rates, namely 12 sub-districts with 2,363 cases, and cluster 2 areas with low crime rates consisting of 13 districts with 2,178 cases based on data on the number of crimes. The geospatial visualization system is used to visually display modeling results, making it easier for interested parties to identify the location of a crime. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information for interested parties, such as the police and the community, in taking preventive action regarding crime rates in Surabaya.

Perencanaan Kerangka Kerja Menggunakan The Open Group Architecture Framework-Architecture Development Method (TOGAF-ADM) pada Puskesmas Sukatani

Problems occurred at the Sukatani Health Center is that they do not have their own information system; they still use applications provided by the Health Office; furthermore, they have not fully utilized technology, only partially in processing reports. In accordance with the existing fact that the utilization of information systems is beneficial in business process activities. Hence, it is necessary to plan or design Information System architecture at the Sukatani Health Center to facilitate activities in carrying out business processes, especially in medical services and medical support in order to be more effective and efficient. Based on the research, information system architecture planning at the Sukatani Public Health Center is divided into two architectures: data architecture and application architecture. The data architecture resulted in a classification of 47 classes’ data from all business processes. The application architecture resulted in the classification of 21 application candidates in 6 information system areas; namely the patient admissions information system area consisted of 4 application candidates, the medical service information system area consisted of 6 application candidates, the medical support information system area consisted of 2 application candidates, the pharmacy installation information system area consisted of 3 application candidates, the nutrition installation information system area consisted of 2 application candidates, and the payment information system area consisted of 4 application candidates.

Meta Analysis: Effects of Supervision Support, Feedback, and Training on Utilization of Routine Health Information System in Health Workers

Background: Routine health information is an important pillar in health planning, decision making, and improving health programs, as well as providing effective and efficient health services. This study aims to estimate the magnitude of the influence of supervision support, feedback, and training on the use of routine health information systems (SIKR), through a meta-analysis of primary studies conducted by previous researchers. Subjects and Method: This study is a systematic review and meta-analysis using the PRISMA flow chart and the PICO model. Population: health workers. Intervention: there is supervision support, there is feedback, and there is training. Comparison: no supervision support, no feedback, and no training. Outcome: Utilization of SIKR. The online databases used are Google Scholar, PubMed, and ProQuest with the keywords (Routine Health Information Utilization” OR “Management Health Information System”) AND (“Supportive Supervision” OR “Regular Supervision”) AND (Feedback OR “Regular Feedback ”) AND Training OR “HMIS Training” AND “Health Worker” OR “Health Professionals” AND “Cross sectional” AND aOR. There were 14 cross-sectional studies published in 2013-2023 that met the inclusion criteria. Analysis was performed with RevMan 5.3. Results: A meta-analysis was carried out on 14 articles with a cross-sectional study design from Ethiopia on health workers with a sample size of 6,088. The results of the meta-analysis showed that health workers who received supervised support 1.77 times to utilize SIKR compared to those who did not receive supervised support (aOR= 1.77; 95% CI= 1.21 to 2.59; p=0.003), health workers who received feedback 2.15 times to using CIC compared to those who did not receive feedback (aOR= 2.15; 95% CI= 1.29 to 3.58; p=0.003), and health workers who received training 2.65 times to use CIC compared to those who did not receive training (aOR= 2.65; CI 95 %= 1.70 to 4.13; p&lt;0.001). Conclusion: There is support for supervision, feedback/feedback, training/training can increase the utilization of routine health information systems. Identifying need for spay and neuter services: A GIS-based analysis

Abstract This study provides a method for assessing the need for spay and neuter services in Massachusetts by creating a composite index that accounts for spatial accessibility and social vulnerability. An accessibility index (AI) of existing low-cost spay/neuter (S/N) facilities was created using the two-step floating catchment area (2SFCA) method which was then combined with the social vulnerability index (SVI) from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to create a need index (NI). Two methods for selecting the final target areas from the NI results were examined and used to make recommendations for S/N funding allocation. The construction of the NI (i.e. factors included or weights applied to factors) had a significant impact on the results. The NI displayed statistically significant spatial autocorrelation, and hot spot analysis revealed statistically significant clusters of comparatively high- and low-need regions in the state. The target areas identified were strongly influenced by high levels of social vulnerability in urban areas and low spatial accessibility of low-cost S/N facilities in more rural western Massachusetts. The results of this project demonstrate the utility of geographic information systems (GIS)-based analysis in veterinary and shelter medicine, as well as the potential for the use of non-veterinary specific data, such as the CDC SVI, when planning the equitable distribution of limited resources. One Health impact statement Providing spay and neuter (S/N) services to owned and free-roaming cats, dogs and other companion animal species is integral to the health and well-being of the animals themselves. Their human companions also reap the physical and mental health benefits of the human–animal bond, in addition to the environmental and public health impact of limiting free-roaming dog and cat populations. By recognizing the relationships between human and animal populations, existing gaps in need can be addressed through the use of human data to inform decisions on animal health when relevant animal health service data are lacking. A composite index of factors accounting for the social vulnerability was combined with the spatial accessibility of existing S/N resources to create a final index of need for S/N resources. This transdisciplinary approach takes methodologies from public health, acknowledges the impact of the vulnerability of human populations on surrounding companion animal populations, and applies a practical method of identifying the need for specific veterinary medical services.
