This study aims to examine the effect competency, information quality and perceived usefulness on satisfaction accounting information system users at PT. TASPEN Persero Branch Office Denpasar. Data collection techniques used in this study using questionnaires and direct interviews. The type of data used is quantitative data with primary data sources. In this research approach used is associative quantitative approach. That is, associative research or quantitative is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were 42 respondents. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling technique with criteria employees who use the Accounting Information System and the number of samples obtained as many as 37 people. The data analysis technique used is test validity, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, test model feasibility (f test), hypothesis test (t test), and test the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that: 1) Competence has an effect positive effect on user satisfaction of the PT.TASPEN Accounting Information System Persero with a significant value of 0.011. 2) The quality of information has a positive effect on the satisfaction of users of the Accounting Information System of PT. TASPEN Pesero with a significant value of 0.034. 3) Perceived usefulness has a positive effect on PT.TASPEN Persero Accounting Information System user satisfaction with value significant 0.017

systems and the potential impact of information systems. Satisfaction of users of accounting information systems has an important role in the effectiveness of the use of accounting information systems. The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of the quality of accounting information systems and their perceived usefulness on user satisfaction of accounting information systems. This research was conducted at the Head Office of the Bali Regional Development Bank. The total population in this study was 230. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method with a sample of 155. Data was collected using a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis it was found that system quality has a positive effect on user satisfaction of accounting information systems and perceived usefulness has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction of accounting information systems. This study supports the DeLone & Mclean Information System Success Model in explaining the positive relationship between information quality and accounting information system user satisfaction and supports the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).

Financial information system user satisfaction and its impact on organizational performance

The successful implementation of the use of a comprehensive financial information system in Ministries/Institutions in the form of developing an Institutional Level Financial Accounting System (SAKTI) is important in supporting the management of the state budget so that it can run effectively and efficiently. Human, technological, and organizational variables all play an important role in the development of information technology-based information systems. This study aims to measure and evaluate the factors that influence the success of the Financial Accounting System at the Agency Level with the Modification of the Delone and Mclean Models. This research is a quantitative analysis utilizing survey-based primary data. Respondents to this study were SAKTI users at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of PUPR. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method (census). The analysis technique in this study used the SEM Structural Equation Model with the SmartPLS program. The results of hypothesis testing show system quality, information quality, service quality, and user training positively impact user satisfaction. In addition, user satisfaction also has a positive effect on organizational performance.

ANALISIS DETERMINAN KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI

Information system user satisfaction can be used as a measure of the success of an information system in a company. In this modern era, companies are always trying to meet the needs of information system users, so as to increase information system user satisfaction. By increasing user satisfaction, it is hoped that performance will be more optimal, which will have an impact on the company. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of information system quality, perceived user convenience, user participation, and service quality on user satisfaction of accounting information systems at Krisna Holding Company. The sample in this study were 40 employees who used an accounting information system based on a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive effect on user satisfaction of accounting information systems; while the quality of information systems, perceived ease of use and user participation do not affect the satisfaction of users of accounting information systems. The implication of this research is that later it can be used as a reference in making policies related to the development of human resource capabilities related to the use of the system and improving the quality of the system to make it more user friendly.

The Effect Of Utilization Of Information Systems On Work Plans And Budgets On Employee Performance With Ease Of Use And Satisfaction Of Information System Users As Moderating Variables (Empiris Study at Universitas Sumatera Utara)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the ease of work plan and budget information systems on improving the quality of development human resources, the influence of satisfaction with the use of work plan information systems and budgets on improving the quality of development human resources, and the effect of application, ease and satisfaction of using work plan information systems and budget simultaneously to improve the quality of Human Resources Development. The research method used is quantitative method with data collection techniques by literature study, observation, and interviews and is supported by data collection tools, namely interview guidelines and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the application of information systems has a positive and significant impact on the quality of human resources development at USU Medan; The ease of using the information system has a positive and significant impact on the quality of human resources development at USU Medan; Information system user satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on the quality of human resources development at USU Medan; and the application of information systems, ease of use of information systems and satisfaction of information system users together have a positive and significant impact on the development of the quality of human resources in the development of USU Medan.

FACTOR AFFECTING GOOD UNIVERSITY GOVERNANCE IN FINANCIAL INFORMATION SYSTEM: EVIDENCE FROM UNIVERSITY OF INDONESIA

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the realization of Good University Governance in financial information governance at the University of Indonesia. The variables used in this study are transformational leadership, system quality, information quality, service quality, individual impact, and information system user satisfaction. The approach used in this research is quantitative research. Data obtained from 94 users of financial information systems were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using partial-least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that transformational leadership and service quality have a positive effect on Good University Governance. The quality of the system and the quality of information have a positive effect on the impact of individuals, and the quality of information and the quality of service affect the satisfaction of users of financial information systems. Good University Governance can be realized by integrating the vision and mission of the organization and its leaders, human resources, and quality infrastructure. Another important thing is the monitoring, evaluation, and adaptation of these three aspects according to the needs and current developments.

The Effect of Information System User Satisfaction on Individual Performance (High School Case Study)

Evaluation that can be used to assess system performance is performance evaluation based on user perceptions. Users in this system include End Users, namely computer operators from all units, and people who use the output of this system (including management and leadership), namely individuals involved with this system. Evaluation of the system according to user perceptions is very important, because they are the ones who should feel the needs and benefits of the system. Perception is a cognitive process experienced by everyone in understanding information about their environment, either through visions, feelings and experiences. To assess whether the applied information system is running as planned, a measurement is needed. This research uses the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Services) to be able to answer problems. The Influence of Top Management Support on Zakat Accounting Information System User Satisfaction in Baznas

This study aims to get the truth through hypothesis testing related to the influence of top management support on zakat accounting information system user satisfaction, the results of this study will be a solution to the problems that occur and can develop accounting science. The method of this research is explanatory research, the type of data used is primary data with a questionnaire instrument distributed to 21 Baznas with the observer unit of the system users in Baznas and the hypothesis testing tool used linear regression. The results showed that top management support influenced the level of satisfaction of the users of the system, both related to leadership, commitment and the provision of available resources at Baznas with a percentage of 59.5% while the remaining 40.5 was influenced by other factors that were not researched. ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SISTEM INFORMASI E-CAMPUS DI IAIN BUKITTINGGI MENGGUNAKAN METODE EUCS

This study aims to find out and analyze how the level of user satisfaction with an information system is being used, and to find out what factors influence the level of user satisfaction of the Information System. The object of this research is the E-Campus information system at the Islamic Institution of Bukittinggi state. Research is based on the importance of evaluation for the development of a system. The method used in this study is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). The EUCS method consists of five independent variables, namely content, accuracy, shape, ease of use and timeliness and one dependent variable is satisfaction. Population data is N = 99 with the analysis results obtained by the correlation coefficient number of 73.3%. That is, there is a statistically positive relationship between content, accuracy, form, ease of use, timeliness, and satisfaction. if each variable has a higher correlation, it will increase the user satisfaction of the E-Campus Information System with the meaning of the relationship in the same direction.Keywords: End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), satisfaction, information system, E-Campus.

Effect of Skills, Capabilities, Education and Training on Accounting Information System User Satisfaction

This study aims to examine the effect of skills, abilities, education and training on the satisfaction of users of accounting information. The research method uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study were UNPAM students who worked as accounting and had received education and accounting information system training and training. The results of this study are the influence of skills on the satisfaction of users of accounting information, there is an influence on the ability of users of accounting information satisfaction and there is no influence of education and training on the satisfaction of users of accounting information.

EFFECT OF TOP MANAGEMENT SUPPORT, SYSTEM QUALITY, AND INFORMATION QUALITY ON SATISFACTION ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SYSTEM USERS IN LEMBAGA PERKREDITAN DESA (LPD) IN UBUD DISTRICT

The use of Accounting Information System (AIS) is very helpful in accommodating all the information needed to make an accurate decision. Indicators in determining the good and bad performance of an information system can be seen through AIS user satisfaction and usage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of top management support, system quality and information quality on AIS user satisfaction. The sample selection method used was purposive sampling. The research sample was 147 people consisting of administrators, loan officers and savings at 29 Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) in Ubud Subdistrict. The data in this study is primary data which is the answer from the questionnaire. The regression results show that all variables have a significance of 0,000. It shows that top management support, system quality and information quality have positive influences on Accounting Information System user satisfaction.

Student information system satisfaction in higher education: the role of visual aesthetics

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to explore the role of visual aesthetics as a key in generating satisfaction in student information system (SIS) users and to discover relationships to other antecedents. This work has also studied how gender discriminates those relationships.Design/methodology/approachDeLone and McLean’s model of information systems success, visual aesthetic and gender socialisation theory are used as a theoretical framework for the study. An explanatory model was proposed based on the previous literature, and then this model was validated using a sample of undergraduate students. Partial Least Squares was chosen as the approach to conduct the statistical analysis.FindingsFirst, the findings show that the variance explained by the proposed model in user satisfaction of SIS is 67 per cent. Second, visual aesthetics has a significant direct effect on user satisfaction of SIS, but the indirect effect is much higher, through its relationship to system quality and information quality. Third, the results indicate that there are significant differences between men and women in the direct relationship between visual aesthetics and user satisfaction of SIS, and this relationship being much more intense in the case of women.Originality/valueThe study highlights the role of visual aesthetics as a variable that explains user satisfaction in information systems; this fact emphasises on the importance of taking into account aesthetics when designing information systems. In addition, the findings support the existence of a novel relationship between visual aesthetics and information quality. Finally, new evidence on gender differences concerning user satisfaction in information systems is presented; this result indicates in the opposite direction to recent studies that imply a certain homogenisation of gender in relation to the perceptions associated with the technologies of the information.

Accounting Information System User Satisfaction: A Survey of Indonesian State-Owned Banks

The objective of this study is to explore accounting information system user satisfaction, particulary, this study examines the level of accounting information system user satisfaction among state-owned banks in Indonesia. User satisfaction is generally used as a proxy for the successful implementation of an information system. The findings show that users are satisfied with the implementation of accounting information system. Specifically, majority of respondents indicate their satisfaction in terms of the content, accuracy of the system, format of the information, ease of use of the system, and timeliness of the accounting information system among the Indonesian state-owned banks. Thus, the management of state-owned banks in Indonesia are expected to maintain the good accounting information systems and improve the quality of the systems in order to achieve excellent services and further enhance the operations of the Indonesian state-owned banks.

ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA LANGSUNG DAN TIDAK LANGSUNG TERHADAP APLIKASI SUATU SISTEM INFORMASI

<p>Information system is becoming much more important for a company to gain competitive advantage compared to their competitors. A company with good information systems will acquired better opportunity .The purpose of this study is to understand the satisfaction level of an information system application and factors that influenced the user satisfaction. Factors that have been tested are system speed, system security, system accuracy, effectiveness and efficiency, IT<br />Support and user friendliness. This study was taken place in PT X that uses an IS application to support company business. The result shows that users are satisfied to the current application. There are three factors that significantly influence user satisfaction: system accuracy, system speed, and IT support. On the contrary, factors that have not significantly influencing user satisfaction of information system are system security, effectiveness and efficiency, and user friendly. ANALISIS DETERMINAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM AKUNTANSI INSTANSI BERBASIS AKRUALDAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP EFEKTIFITAS KERJASATUAN KERJA KOMISI PEMILIHAN UMUM

<p>This research aims to examinethe influences of information quality, system quality, and service quality of<br />the user satisfaction of the Agency Accrual-Based Accounting Systems (SAIBA). In addition, it will also<br />examine the influence of user satisfaction toward the user effectiveness particularly at Election<br />Committee of West Nusa Tenggara Province (KPU NTB). This research uses purposive<br />samplingtechnique with a sample of 66 respondents. A path analysis model which has been conducted by<br />modifying DeLone and McLean model is used to test the hypothesis.<br />The results show that system quality and service quality have a positive influence on user satisfaction,<br />whereas information quality has no influence on user satisfaction. It is also found that user satisfaction<br />has a significant influence on effectiveness of the user.This research provides important implications for<br />a successful implementation of SAIBA which is influenced by user satisfaction of information system. The<br />system quality which is reliable, flexible, user-friendly, accessible, and secure plays an important rule in<br />improving user satisfaction. Moreover, the service that provided by KPPNsuch as willingness to help,<br />understanding, and respondsiveness to the needs of user has an impact on increasing user satisfaction.</p>

Analisis Korelasi Akurasi, Ketepatan Waktu Dan Relevansi Informasi Terhadap Kepuasan Pemakai Sistem Informasi PT. Perisai Husada

The use of information systems that needed by users, must be accurate, timeliness and relevant. Accurate reflect the information must be clearly presented and not biased or miss-understanding, timeliness means that information is available when needed, relevant information is useful for users.The aim of this research is to analize the correlation between accurate, timeliness and relevant for the satisfaction of user information system, which partially and simultainly. The research method is descriptive verificative, case study at PT. Perisai Husada, with the number of respondens are 30 workers who users of the information system. The results of this recearch prove that accurate information and relevant information have a strong corelation to user satisfaction but timeliness information have a low correlation.

User satisfaction with an internet‐based portal: An asymmetric and nonlinear approach

AbstractPast research in information systems (IS) user satisfaction primarily adopted a conventional “key‐driver analysis” approach assuming that independent variables symmetrically and linearly affect user satisfaction. However, recent studies suggest that relationships in IS satisfaction models are more complex. Relying solely on symmetric and linear models runs the risk of systemically misestimating the impact of independent variables on user satisfaction. Building upon previous work, we empirically tested the asymmetric and nonlinear IS user satisfaction model in the context of Internet‐based portals. Results show that negative perceived performance on three of the four information‐quality attributes have greater impacts on overall satisfaction than do positive perceived performance. In addition, user satisfaction appears to display diminishing sensitivity to information quality in the domain of negative perceived performance but not in positive perceived performance. We expect that this study will generate interest in this new but important area of research.

Mobile Commerce User Acceptance Study in China: A Revised UTAUT Model

User acceptance is one of the key fundamentals for development and success of mobile commerce (m-commerce). Based on the revised unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model, we described a theoretical framework that incorporates the unique characteristics of m-commerce to enhance our understanding of m-commerce acceptance and usage in China. The revised UTAUT includes the characteristics of m-commerce, inclusion and consideration of information system user satisfaction theory, and Chinese culture and context.

Investigating the Impact of Customer Relationship Management Practices of E-Commerce on Online Customer's Web Site Satisfaction

This study addresses the effect of customer relationship management (CRM) practices on online customers’ satisfaction with their experience in interacting with the company Web sites. Recognizing the importance of maintaining a healthy relationship with customers, companies are actively seeking ways to enhance the customer value of their offerings through relationship marketing. Since effective managing of customer relationships essentially involves managing customer information flow, Internet technologies have become an important element of a firm’s CRM program. The company Web site is functioning as the focal point of contact for interacting with existing and prospective customers. An important concern is how the company Web site affects customers’ overall perception of the Web site. Using the concepts of Internet-mediated market orientation in marketing and user satisfaction in information systems, this study formulated and validated a theoretical model to analyze causal relationships between CRM practices, customers’ perception of a Web site’s online customer orientation and online customer Web site satisfaction. Based on the structural equation modeling analysis of the primary data collected in Taiwan, the study found that CRM practices positively impact online customers’ Web site satisfaction through their perception of the Web site’s customer orientation.

An integrated framework for continuous improvement on user satisfaction of information systems

Purpose – The primary purpose of this paper is to present an integrated framework for user interface prototyping and evaluation for the development of information systems and to present architecture for evaluating generic applications.Design/methodology/approach – The framework is constructed through combining two distinctive methods of prototyping and evaluation, statechart and goals, operators, methods, and selection rules. Relevant methods and architectures of the integrated framework are presented in unified modeling language when possible.Findings – The importance of the usability of information systems is highlighted in this research. However, it still lacks an integrated framework for information system development and usability evaluation.
