Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect competency, information quality and perceived usefulness on satisfaction accounting information system users at PT. TASPEN Persero Branch Office Denpasar. Data collection techniques used in this study using questionnaires and direct interviews. The type of data used is quantitative data with primary data sources. In this research approach used is associative quantitative approach. That is, associative research or quantitative is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were 42 respondents. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling technique with criteria employees who use the Accounting Information System and the number of samples obtained as many as 37 people. The data analysis technique used is test validity, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, test model feasibility (f test), hypothesis test (t test), and test the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that: 1) Competence has an effect positive effect on user satisfaction of the PT.TASPEN Accounting Information System Persero with a significant value of 0.011. 2) The quality of information has a positive effect on the satisfaction of users of the Accounting Information System of PT. TASPEN Pesero with a significant value of 0.034. 3) Perceived usefulness has a positive effect on PT.TASPEN Persero Accounting Information System user satisfaction with value significant 0.017
