College students are a transition period from adolescence to early adulthood. At that time, students had to be clever in adapting to their environment. College students who fail to adapt can experience anxiety, lack of self-expression and face obstacles and obstacles in the academic field. The aim of this research is to see whether or not there is an effect of natural music therapy on reducing stress levels in students. This research is a type of experimental research to observe the effects of changes before and after treatment. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method. The criteria for this research were 2022 psychology college students at the Padang campus who were/had experienced stress. The total sample consisted of 10 colege students. The measuring instrument in this study used the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) 21. The data was processed using the SPSS version 26.0 for Windows application using non-parameter statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test to test the difference between the DASS 21 scores before being given treatment and after being given treatment. Based on the results, the Asymp Sig (2 Tailed) (0.015) < (0.05) results show that there is a significant difference between college students' stress levels before being treated and after being treated.
