Kurikulum untuk Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran Peningkatan Bobot Kambing di Era New Normal

The purpose of this study was to analyze the curriculum for entrepreneurship courses as a learning module development for the Science Technology Engineering Mathematics approach in the New Normal era, feed for increasing the weight of goats in the growth phase. The respondents of this study were students in semester 5 of the 2021/2022 academic year of Chemistry Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University. This research method is descriptive, researchers analyze data from interviews with chemistry education students in semester 5 of the 2021/2022 academic year and documentation. The results of the questionnaire on 6th semester chemistry education students who strongly agreed were 61.90% for item 1) The learning module for entrepreneurship courses contained material about raising goats to increase the weight of goats. A total of 47.61% of students strongly agree with point 2) The revised curriculum is revised in order to foster entrepreneurial attitudes and motivation. A total of 38.09% stated strongly agree to item 3) Entrepreneurship curriculum characterized by chemistry (chemo-entrepreneurship). as much as 52.38% strongly agree with item 4) The entrepreneurship curriculum uses the STEM approach. a total of 52.38% strongly agree with point 5) In the New Normal era the curriculum must be carried out with entrepreneurs. The conclusion of the study is that the entrepreneurship curriculum needs to be revised so that students can adapt in the New Normal era so that a learning module with the topic of feed types is needed to increase goat weight.

COMPARISON OF PLANTING SHRUB PEPPER (Piper nigrum L.) FLOATING AND DRY LAND WITH MAGNESIUM FERTILIZER TREATMENT (Mg)

The cultivation of pepper plants is usually carried out on dry land, but at this time there is a lot of conversion of pepper plantations to other plantations and even housing. This study aimed to investigate the growth ratio of floating agricultural pepper and dry land, study the best Mg dosage for the growth of pepper with float-ing and dry land systems, andinvestigate the planting system on soil moisture content, pH and Mg content of soil and plants. The research was carried out from September 2020 to January 2021 in the gardens of the Soil Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya. This research was conducted using the Split Plot Design method with 2 factors. As the main plot is the farming system, namely: S1 = Floating. S2 = On dry land (conventional). Subplots were Mg fertilizer with doses per polybag: Mg0 = No Mg fertilizer, Mg1 = 4g plant-1 , Mg2 = 8 g plant-1 , Mg3 = 12 g plant-1 , Mg4 = 16 g plant-1 . Observations were made on the increase in plant height, number of leaves, elemental content mg, soil water content, soil pH. The results showed that the planting system had an effect on plant height, number of leaves in the 11th week and root length, Mg doses did not affect the growth of pepper and soil. The soil water content of the floating system is higher than the conventional system, whereas the pH is higher in the conventional system than the floating system.

Increasing growth of sorghum using vermicompost and dolomite planted in tidal soil

Sorghum is a cereal food that can grow on marginal land and is suitable for planting in dry or warm areas. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of vermicompost, dolomite, and a combination of vermicompost and dolomite on soil NPK levels, NPK uptake, growth, and production of sorghum plants (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) on tidal soil. The research was conducted at the Greenhouse, and soil and plant NPK analysis was performed in the Soil Chemistry Laboratory, Biology and Soil Fertility Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This research used a completely randomized factorial design with 2 factors, where the first factor consisted of 3 dosage levels of vermicompost: 0 ton/ha (V0), 2.5 ton/ha (V1), 5 ton/ha (V2), and 7.5 ton/ha (V3), and the second factor comprised 2 dosage levels of dolomite: 0 ton/ha (K1) and 0.404 ton/ha (K2). The results showed that vermicompost, dolomite, and the combination of vermicompost and dolomite had no significant effect on soil N, P, K levels, as well as N, P, K uptake, wet weight, dry weight, height, number of leaves, and sorghum panicle weight.

Biodegradable Plastics: Biodegradation Percentage and Potential Microplastic Contamination in Seawater

Increasing plastic production, which causes the problem of plastic garbage polluting the oceans, has increased the use of biodegradable plastics to address the problem. However, it is still debatable how much microplastic contamination it can cause. So, this study aims to determine the proportion of biodegradable plastics in the marine environment, identify the microplastics it produces, and analyze the relationship between the two. Seawater sampling is located in the Bangka Strait. The research was conducted in the Genetics and Biotechnology Laboratory, Department of Biology, Sriwijaya University. The biodegradable plastic test material used was made from a mixture of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) and starch. Biodegradation test method using standard ASTM D6691-17 with respirometry system design. The stage of microplastic identification is carried out through filtration with a 4.75 mm-size filter; density separation using ZnCl2 solution and Whatman No. 1 filter paper; as well as visual observation of microplastics under a microscope. last Pearson Correlation analysis with bootstrap to see the relationship of the percentage of biodegradation with microplastics. The results obtained in this study were the percentage of biodegradable plastic (26.5±1.4%) and positive control kraft paper (33.2±4.2%) for 70 days, which produced 9 microplastic particles from biodegradable plastic with fragment and film types. Correlation analysis concluded that there was no relationship between the percentage of biodegradation and the microplastics produced.

Pemanfaatan Tepung Lemna sp. dan Enzim Non-Starch Polysaccharides (NSPs) Pada Pakan Ikan Tambakan (Helostoma temminckii)

Lemna sp. is one of the local raw materials that can be used to substitute fish flour and soybean meal in fish feed formulation because its protein contain. However, protein plant-based in fish feed formulation need additional enzyme (exogenous) such as Non starch polysaccharides (NSP) enzyme which able to increase feed digestibility. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of NSP enzyme to Lemna sp. flour in feed formulation for kissing gouramy’s growth and feed efficiency. This research has been conducted at the Experimental Pond Laboratory, Aquaculture Study Program and Laboratory of Chemical and Microbiology of Agricultural Products, Department of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. Juvenile kissing gourami 4±0,5 cm in length were used and culture in certain condition which was temperature 25-27 °C, pH 6, dissolved oxygen > 2.5 mgL-1 and ammonia <0.1 mgL-1. The Rovabio Excel AP10 T-Flex were used as NSP enzyme. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used with 4 treatments (Tn) and 3 replications, namely the addition of Lemna sp. flour 0% without enzyme (T0), addition of Lemna sp. flour 0% with enzyme (T1), addition of Lemna sp. flour 5% without enzyme (T2), addition of Lemna sp. flour 5% with enzyme (T3). NSP enzyme dose is 1 g/kg feed material. The results showed that T3 gave the best results with absolute weight growth 0.91 g, absolute length growth 0.63 cm, specific weight growth rate 1.35% day-1, specific length growth rate 0, 41% day-1, survival 100%, and feed efficiency 28.59%.

Legal Protection for Victims of Harassment in a Victimological Perspective (Case Study of Harassment in Higher Education Institutions)

Sexual violence can occur because of disparities in power relations. In the context of higher education, teachers have power over students, also in the form of suggestions, functions and evaluations. Consequently, teachers may use this authority to sexually harass students in the performance of their functions. Komnas Perempuan noted that in 2017-2021, cases of sexual violence in the education sector were the most frequent in tertiary companies, namely 35 cases. Followed by 16 severe cases and 15 high school cases. At the end of 2021, social media was once enlivened by cases of harassment that occurred between students and lecturers at Sriwijaya University under the guise of final assignment guidance. This incident reaffirmed the need for a regulation that regulates the protection of victims of sexual harassment. Actually the government has tried to fulfill this condition by promulgating Permendikbud Number 30 of 2021 and various other legal instruments that can help prevent and take action against all existing forms of sexual violence. The purpose of this paper is to study the protection of victims of sexual violence on campus, especially in Permendikbud Number 30 of 2021. It also analyzes the protection of victims in cases of sexual harassment by UNSRI lecturers from the perspective of victimology.

Inovasi Pembuatan Sabun Mandi Cair Dari Virgin Coconut Oil di Desa Tetangga UNSRI

Community service has been conducted regarding counseling on making liquid soap from Virgin coconut oil. The service was carried out in front of mothers and young women in Semambu Island village. In the community service activities, demonstrations and practices are carried out on how to make liquid soap that smells good and can be used as bath soap from Virgin Coconut Oil. The community is very enthusiastic to learn how to make this soap because coconut raw materials are widely available in Semambu, Ogan Ilir Utara District, Jalan Raya Palembang-Prabumulih. Counseling and training on liquid soap are carried out face-to-face in the field. This activity was attended by 50 female recitation members as well as young women from the village. The activity was also attended by 7 Sriwijaya University students. The method of community service activities carried out is the delivery of scientific material and empirical facts from Island village. From the results of the activity, the participants tried to make their own soap using the raw materials provided by the community service team from the UNSRI Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.

Rasio Tepung Sagu (Metroxylon sagu Rottb) dan Pati Ganyong (Canna discolor) Terhadap Karakteristik Pempek Ikan Rucah

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of sago flour and canna flour additions on the characteristics of trash fish pempek. The research was conducted at Agricultural Product Chemical Laboratory of Agricultural Technology Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The research used a Non Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with the treatment of flour formulation that was sago flour and canna flour as much as six treatments and each treatments was repeated three times. The observed parameters were texture, moisture content, protein content, crude fiber content and organoleptic (flavor, taste, and texture). The result showed that the subtition of wheat flour with sago flour and canna flour had significant effects on texture,and organolepic (flavor,taste, and texture). Pempek trash fish with a ratio of 80% sago flour and 20% canna flour was the best treatment according to sensory evaluation (flavor, texture,and taste) which was categorized as liked by panelists.

DIFFERENCES OF SHORT-TERM CONSUMPTION OF SEMENDO ROBUSTA AND ARABICA COFFEE TOWARDS SWEET TASTE SENSITIVITY

The most consumed and cultivated coffee in Indonesia is robusta and arabica coffee. Robusta and arabica coffee have different characteristics such as morphology, contents, and taste. Coffee consumption could cause alteration in taste sensitivity, especially sweet taste. Those could affect daily sugar consumption. The present study aimed to determine the differences of short-term consumption of semendo robusta and arabica coffee towards sweet taste sensitivity. This study used experimental study with a cross-over design approach that involved 21 students from the Faculty of Medicine Sriwijaya University. Semendo robusta and arabica coffee are used in this study. Sweet taste sensitivity was tested using the whole mouth test method by rinsed with sucrose solution at a concentration of 0,16, 0,32, 0,64, and 1,28 mol/l, which was given from the lowest concentration. Sweet taste sensitivity scores were rated at baseline and after the consumption of semendo robusta and arabica coffee which took place on different days. The lowest sucrose concentration that was correctly interpreted by the subject was noted as a taste sensitivity score. Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test. The chi-square test showed that the decrease in sweet taste sensitivity was more frequently happening after semendo arabica coffee consumption than semendo robusta coffee consumption (p<0,05). Short-term consumption of semendo arabica coffee has significantly increased the risk of sweet taste sensitivity reduction 4 times greater than semendo robusta coffee. There were differences in sweet taste sensitivity between short-term consumption of semendo robusta and arabica coffee.

Pengaruh Country of Origin dan Brand Image terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Iphone di Fakultas Ekonomi Kampus Palembang Universitas Sriwijaya

This study aims to determine the effect of Country Of Origin and Brand Image on iPhone product purchasing decisions. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used in this research is primary data. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique. The samples studied in this study were 100 respondents who were active students of the Faculty of Economics, Palembang Campus, Sriwijaya University. Based on the statistical t test conducted, it can be concluded that the country of origin variable partially has a significant effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone as indicated by a significance value of 0.007 <0.05. Based on the statistical t-test conducted, it can be concluded that the brand image variable partially has a significant effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone as indicated by a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. Based on the simultaneous f test, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained, so it can be concluded that country of origin and brand image as a whole have a significant effect on iPhone purchasing decisions. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 37.7%, the remaining 62.3% is influenced by other variables outside the research.Keywords: Author Guidelines; Journal Al-Kharaj; Article Templates.

Evaluasi Usability dan User Experience Pada E-Learning Universitas Sriwijaya Menggunakan Metode TUXEL 2.0

The era of technology that continues to grow makes all work in life easier and more efficient. These developments have an impact on the world of education which innovates to create a learning style that can do learning whenever and wherever we want without the limitations of place and time with the help of technology called E-Learning. A website that functions as an E-Learning supporter is called a Learning Management System (LMS). Sriwijaya University already has an LMS called Sriwijaya University E-Learning. There are some problems and difficulties encountered in using E-Learning of Sriwijaya University. This is proven after the researcher conducted a pre-survey. The average answer stated strongly agree that Sriwijaya University E-Learning needs to be evaluated for usability and user experience. Furthermore, from the interview with the Coordinator of Learning Development Center (LP3MP UNSRI), the information was obtained that the need for input from users to make E-Learning better and to know the level of usability of E-Learning itself to continue to be used. The method used in this research is TUXEL 2.0 which consists of three stages namely Usability Inspection, General LMS/Pedagogical Usability Inspection, User Experience Evaluation. The sample used in this study was 150 students consisting of 15 people each per faculty. The result of usability inspection found 50 problems reported. while in General LMS/Pedagogical Usability Inspection there are total 33 problems found and in User Experience Evaluation stage, it is known that all aspect scales are > 0.8 means all aspects have positive level which indicates Sriwjaya University E-Learning is very good

Instrument Validation of Chemistry Learning Module with the Topic of Increasing Goat Weight for the Millennial Generation

Module instrument validation plays an important role in ensuring the quality of the module. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to develop a valid instrument for the development of STEM-Integrated Chemistry Learning Module and chemically characterized Entrepreneurship Course for the millennial generation at Sriwijaya University’s Chemistry Education Study Program. The instrument includes content, pedagogy, and design or practicality validation, which is valid, practical, and effective for limited trials. The respondents of this study were semester-6 students and lecturers of Chemistry Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University. The results of instrument validation by experts showed that the average Aiken coefficient value on material was 0.92, pedagogy 0.73, and practicality 0.74, which are in very high and high categories. The results indicated that the module development instrument has met the validity and practicality criteria

APPLICATION OF DESIGN THINKING METHOD IN REDESIGNING THE UI/UX OF SIMAK (ACADEMIC INFORMATION SYSTEM) OF SRIWIJAYA UNIVERSITY BASED ON A MOBILE PLATFORM

Students at Sriwijaya University are having difficulty accessing academic information through SIMAK using their mobile devices due to a user interface that is not optimized for smartphones. In this study, the author used the Design Thinking method because it has stages that are very helpful in creating prototypes, such as the Empathize stage where the author can directly interact with users' personal opinions, up to the testing stage, which helps the author analyze the results of prototype creation so that further development can be more responsive and better. The prototype was tested through Maze, a platform that helps users test product or service prototypes quickly and efficiently. This platform is integrated with various prototype-making applications and allows users to collect qualitative and quantitative data in one place and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to analyze data from prototype testing. Based on the results of usability testing, the UEQ scores from 26 SIMAK users were above 1.6, with almost all assessment categories such as "Appeal", "Efficiency", "Accuracy", "Stimulation", "Novelty", and 1.3 in " Perspicuity". Therefore, it can be concluded that the SIMAK prototype design has a good user experience, and the design can be used as a reference for SIMAK mobile-based displays in the future.

Growth and production of soybean on different inoculant sources of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and water saturation periods

Production expansion to suboptimal areas such as tidal land through the application of integrated land management technology is an effort to increase soybean production in Indonesia. The study aimed to evaluate the morphophysiological response of soybean treated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) inoculation and duration of water saturation in tidal land. The study was conducted in April-October 2021 in the plastic house of the Research Field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Palembang. The experiment used a randomized complete block design with two factors and 3 replications. The first factor was the source of AMF propagations (without inoculations, corn inoculants, soybean inoculants, sugarcane inoculants, and soybean-sugarcane inoculants). The second factor was the water saturation periods (0, 2, and 4 months since planting), so there are 15 treatments. The results showed that the interaction between the inoculant sources and the duration of water saturation had no significant effect on all parameters. The inoculant propagated in the media of sugarcane produced the highest effect as compared to other treatments. The water saturation for 2 or 4 months since planting gave soybean plants a better morphophysiological response than conventional cultivation.

Prospects for Implementation of Green Campus in Education And Research Pillars at Edupark Fkip Unsri Become Edutourism

Purpose: This study aimed to look into opportunities for implementing green campuse on education and research pillars at edupark to become Edutourism in the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Science, Sriwijaya University (FKIP Unsri). Theoretical framework: Educational tourism knowns as Edutourism provides combination between travel and educational material which focuses on learning through experience. It is a general term used by schools and other educational institutions, like colleges and universities to involve students and communities for learning based on nonformal situation in Edupark around them. Previous studies showed the potential and benefits of an area that can be used for educational tourism and tourist visits for educational activities, training, empowerment programs, research, laboratory studies, and higher education programs. Edutourism programs have shown to help students and communities learn better and get along better with others. Methodology: This study implemented a descriptive design and content analysis to develop SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis. This study involved 44 FKIP Unsri lecturers as participants by using a questionnaire for data collection. Findings: Based on the SWOT analysis, it was determined how critical it is to have a sufficient number of education centers in the Edupark area, as well as a sufficient number of study programs preparing educators and a sufficient number of education centers in the Edupark area to meet the needs of the visitors. Research, Practical & Social implications: Future studies should focus on management and development of Edupark for each faculty in Sriwijaya University. It is important to create teaching-learning situation by loving nature and building good interaction among lecturers, students and communities. Originality and Value: A green campus is a part of becoming a sustainable higher education institution. As part of a green campus, the Edupark of the FKIP Unsri provides a space for activities based on the pillars of education and research. The support in the form of the commitment of faculty leaders and the motivation and socialization that have been carried out for the use of the FKIP Unsri edupark have made lecturers use edupark for research and teaching students.

Preliminary Study on the Development of Project Based Learning Inorganic Chemistry Practical Instructions

This study aims to conduct a preliminary study in developing project-based learning practicum instructions in Inorganic Chemistry courses. This study uses a survey method, where data is obtained by conducting a survey through the Google form platform. Participants in this study were 41 students who took inorganic chemistry courses at the chemistry education study program at Sriwijaya University. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to develop project-based learning practicum instructions for inorganic chemistry, as teaching materials in inorganic chemistry courses that apply project-based learning models in the current new normal era. The characteristics of students show that students feel happy, more motivated and feel more creative when participating in project-based learning.

Growth and Yield of Red Chili at various Doses of Chicken Manure Using Conventional and Floating Cultivation Techniques

The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of chicken manure application on red chili plants using conventional and floating cultivation techniques. The research was carried out on the experimental farm for conventional cultivation techniques and in research pond for floating cultivation located in the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya Campus, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra with an altitude of 10 m above sea level from July to November 2022. The experiment used a randomized block design with one factor, namely chicken manure (0, 10, 20 and 30 tons/ha) with three replications. While the floating experiment used 200 cm x 100 cm of bamboo rafts. Parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, crown diameter, fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit weight per fruit, and total fruit weight per plant. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at the 5% level. The results showed that increasing the dose of chicken manure up to 30 tons/ha in both cultivation techniques increased plant height and number of leaves. Likewise for the number and weight of fruit, obtained at the same dose in conventional techniques, namely 30 tons/ha. However, fruit length and diameter parameters were higher in floating cultivation at all doses of chicken manure treatments. Therefore, it was concluded that the use of chicken manure could increase the growth of chili plants in both cultivation techniques, although the size of the polybags used could not support the growth and yields optimally.

Strategies are needed to promote the existence of Soil Sciences at the international level. One of the strategic efforts that can be done is by organizing an International Conference by the Journal of Soil Science on a regular basis, which is referred to as the International Journal of Soil Science: Soil Science, Agriculture and Environment (ICOSATA).The objectives of organizing the 1st International Journal of Soil Science: Soil Science, Agriculture and Environment (1st ICOSATA) are: (1) to provide a platform for students, researchers and practitioners in the fields of soil science and agroclimatology to present the latest findings and discuss; (2) collect quality articles from various countries to be published in the SAINS TANAH Journal and IOP Conference Proceedings, which are indexed by Scopus. ICOSATA was organized on 27-28 July 2022 at Harris Hotel and Convention Center, Solo City, Indonesia with a Hybrid method (online and offline) because the travel restriction was still applied in some countries. Besides, the hybrid conference method is more convenient to save money and time for some people.The topic of 1st ICOSATA 2022 is “Modern Soil and Land Management Towards Sustainable Environmental Resources”. ERROR ANALYSIS OF PROSPECTIVE MATHEMATICS TEACHER IN SOLVING ADDITIONAL AND MULTIPLICATION RULES PROBLEM IN COMBINATORICS BASED ON ADVERSITY QUOTIENT

The background of this research is that there are still many prospective teacher students who still experience difficulties in solving addition and multiplication rules in combinatorics. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that aims to find out the mistakes of prospective teacher students in solving addition and multiplication rules in combinatorics based on adversity quitient. The research subjects were student teacher candidates in the 3rd semester of Mathematics Education, Faculty of Teaching and Education, Sriwijaya University. There are stages for this research including 1) preparation stage, 2) implementation stage, 3) final stage. Data collection was in the form of questionnaires and written tests. The results of the study were that student teacher candidates who had a Quitter type adversity quotient had 0 student teacher candidates with a percentage of 0%, Camper type adversity quotient had 58 student teacher candidates with a percentage of 82.86%, Climber type adversity quotient had 12 student teacher candidates with a percentage of 17 .14%. As well as prospective teacher students in the Adversity quotient category of the Climber type, they made 4 mistakes according to Newman's procedure, namely Comprehension Error, Transformation Error, Process Skill Error and Encoding Error. Student teacher candidates in the adversity quotient category of Camperr type made 5 mistakes according to Newman's procedure, namely Reading Errors, Comprehension Errors, Transformation Errors, Process Skill Errors and Encoding Errors.
