Massive Data HBase Storage Method for Electronic Archive Management

ABSTRACTThe acceleration of the digitalization process in enterprise and university education management has generated a massive amount of electronic archive data. In order to improve the intelligence, storage quality, and efficiency of electronic records management and achieve efficient storage and fast retrieval of data storage models, this study proposes a massive data storage model based on HBase and its retrieval optimization scheme design. In addition, HDFS is introduced to construct a two‐level storage structure and optimize values to improve the scalability and load balancing of HBase, and the retrieval efficiency of the HBase storage model is improved through SL‐TCR and BF filters. The results indicated that HDFS could automatically recover data after node, network partition, and NameNode failures. The write time of HBase was 56 s, which was 132 and 246 s less than Cassandra and CockroachDB. The query latency was reduced by 23% and 32%, and the query time was reduced by 9988.51 ms, demonstrating high reliability and efficiency. The delay of BF‐SL‐TCL was 1379.28 s after 1000 searches, which was 224.78 and 212.74 s less than SL‐TCL and Blockchain Retrieval Acceleration and reduced the delay under high search times. In summary, this storage model has obvious advantages in storing massive amounts of electronic archive data and has high security and retrieval efficiency, which provides important reference for the design of storage models for future electronic archive management. The storage model designed by the research institute has obvious advantages in storing massive electronic archive data, solving the problem of lack of scalability in electronic archive management when facing massive data, and has high security and retrieval efficiency. Research on Optimization Path of Higher Education Management Based on Collaborative Filtering Algorithm

In order to better realize the optimization of university education management, this paper puts forward the research on the optimization path of university education management under collaborative filtering algorithm. The optimization of higher education management is divided into several management directions. First, the teaching resource recommendation management, using collaborative filtering algorithm based on emotional tendency, analyzes the comments of users of teaching resources, and recommends the teaching resources to users next time according to the emotional tendency obtained from the analysis. Second, the library book recommendation management, constructing the characteristic model of library book borrowing users, uses collaborative filtering algorithm to generate nearest neighbors, calculating the similarity of users, and recommending books that meet their characteristics for users according to the similarity. Finally, the management of personalized course selection recommendation in colleges and universities, which uses the historical information of students to establish the evaluation matrix of course selection, searches the nearest neighbors according to the evaluation matrix, and produces the personalized course selection recommendation results of the students according to the nearest neighbors. According to the experiment, the recommended users can be satisfied with the recommended results in different directions of education management. After applying this method, the overall quality of college students has been significantly improved, the expenditure of education management in colleges and universities has been significantly reduced, and the optimization effect of education management in colleges and universities has been remarkable.

Development of strategic participatory moral education management model in private vocational colleges

Addressing society’s current ethical dilemmas necessitates urgent reinforcement of moral standards. Transforming student behavior necessitates integrating legal and social measures through proactive youth cultivation within educational institutions. This study focuses on a participatory, strategic approach to managing ethics in private vocational colleges in Thailand. The researchers gathered data through structured, in-depth interviews and opinion surveys from a sample group of 400 individuals, which included directors and department heads of these colleges. The research identified two main dimensions and eleven factors essential for moral education management in private vocational colleges. The first dimension encompasses six critical factors: resource management, structural policies, educational services, personnel, financial management, and materials and equipment management. The second dimension includes five key factors: school strategies, administrative policies, teacher roles, student engagement, and community stakeholder involvement. Statistical analysis supports the causal relationship model, revealing a Chi-Square value of 33.492 and a P-value of 0.055. This comprehensive approach aims to foster sustainable moral development and cultivate desirable societal behaviors among students. It contributes to national stability and aligns with educational and vocational development plans, effectively addressing broader socio-economic challenges. The findings underscore the importance of strategic, ethical management in private vocational education institutions as a cornerstone for nurturing a morally responsible student body and supporting national development goals.

The Application of Big Data in the Management of Ideological and Political Education in the Development of Education Network

Based on a brief analysis of the current situation of university education management and research on intelligent algorithms, this article constructs a university education management system based on big data. For the clustering and prediction modules in higher education management, corresponding algorithms are used for optimization design. A fuzzy clustering algorithm based on entropy weight is proposed to address the shortcomings of the C-means clustering algorithm. This algorithm adds weighting coefficients on the basis of improvement and continuously updates the clustering centers. The prediction module uses Apriori algorithm to map and compress the target transaction database, reduces the number of candidate item sets through pruning process, and designs simulation experiments to measure the performance of the algorithm. The simulation results show that the clustering results of this algorithm are closer to the actual clustering situation, with shorter running time and better algorithm performance.

Multi-Scale Deep Learning-Based University Financial System: Hardware Design and Database Integration

With the increasing scale of college enrollment and the increasing complexity of college teaching management, college finance department should innovate the traditional financial management mode while adapting to the reform of teaching management, and make use of the openness and real-time characteristics of Internet to improve the quality of college financial management and reduce the risk of college financial management. To this end, this paper designs a university financial system based on multi-scale deep learning. In the hardware design, the system adds multiple sensors and scans all the information in the financial database using a coordinator. In the software design, the weights that can connect the financial information of the same attribute are set by establishing a database form; according to the multilayer perceptual network topology, a full interconnection model based on multi-scale deep learning is designed to realize the system’s deep extraction of data. The experimental results show that the financial risk is based on the risk warning capability for university finance, and compared with the system under the traditional design, the university finance system designed in this time has the most categories of financial information parameters extracted.

Objective: The objective of this article is to show the relationship between university social responsibility and educational policies and management from the scenarios of university extension and social projection. Theoretical Framework: The topics of university extension, university social responsibility, stakeholders in the framework of institutional governance are highlighted, which provide a solid basis for understanding the context of the research. Method: The methodology adopted for this research comprises a qualitative study of documentary analysis at international, Latin American and local level of normative documents, with emphasis on higher education institutions attached to the state university system (SUE). Data collection was carried out with the support of the Atlas Ti. 23 tool. Results and Discussion: Among the most important findings is that public universities have included university social responsibility (RSU) in the framework of extension and social projection policies, through the incorporation of management practices linked to their mission areas. Research Implications: It is concluded that it is important to permeate the internationalization processes, continuing education and educational quality, as well as academic and administrative management. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the literature because it presents strategies to support university decision-making in relation to society. The relevance and value of this research is evidenced in the possibility of modifying and permeating aspects that are immersed in such diverse aspects as educational quality, internationalization, design of indicators, continuing education, etc.
