In the course of its activities, the enterprise for each contact audience involves the development and improvement of effective communication support, which is focused on objects of business interests and should be constantly adapt to changes in the environment. There is the problem of the complexity of observing the environment in its diversity and the large number and dynamics of its factors. Based on the analysis of recent researches on the identified problem, approaches to the ability of the company to continuously monitor changes in the environment in the direction of the main objects of its communication in order to effectively adapt to changes, predict them and respond in a timely manner have been considered. According to the results of the conducted research, it is also established that there is ineffective information exchange between the divisions of enterprises, when the same task is solved by different performers several times and this leads to direct additional expenses. It is proved that in order to eliminate these problems there should be done a combination of the existing technologies of processing the large number of information and information systems of separate units of enterprises into an integrated information portal. As a result of informational and analytical processing of the data of the laws of the subject area as an instrument for predicting possible changes for correction of communication decisions have been argued.
