ВЫБОР ОПТИМАЛЬНОЙ МОДЕЛИ ВОЗДУШНОГО КОМПРЕССОРА ДЛЯ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ В ПОДРАЗДЕЛЕНИЯХ МЧС РОССИИ МЕТОДОМ ЭКСПЕРТНОЙ ОЦЕНКИ ТЕХНИЧЕСКИХ ПАРАМЕТРОВ

For smooth operation, as well as effective and safe maintenance and repair of fire trucks, air compressors are used in fire and rescue units of the federal fire service of the State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia. The air piston compressor allows you to create the necessary air flow pressure for the operation of the pneumatic tool. Therefore, an urgent issue is the choice of a compressor model with optimal parameters. The paper evaluates the technical parameters of compressors by the method of expert evaluation. Based on the results of the assessment, the most significant parameters affecting the reliability and efficiency of the compressor were determined, and optimal models of reciprocating compressors for staffing maintenance posts of fire and rescue units and repair and technical centers were proposed.

Dukungan Pimpinan dan Dampaknya Terhadap Perilaku Kerja Proaktif yang Dimediasi oleh Budaya Kerja (Studi pada PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Layanan Pelanggan (ULP) Muara Sabak)

This research aims to describe leadership support, work culture and proactive work behavior at PT. PLN (Persero) Muara Sabak Customer Service Unit (ULP), as well as testing the influence of leadership support on proactive work behavior, both directly and indirectly, work culture. The population in this study were employees at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Muara Sabak, totaling 60 employees. Meanwhile, to determine the sample in this research, the census technique was used. The research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis. The research results show that the support from the leadership of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Muara Sabak directly or indirectly through work culture has a significant influence on employee proactive work behavior. These results indicate that strong leadership support creates a work culture so that employees can adapt and behave proactively in facing challenges.

Методи обґрунтування запасів запасних частин у системі управління транспортним процесом

The article formulates directions and analyzes the possibilities of substantiating and choosing the most optimal variant of applying mathematical models for forecasting the number and range of spare parts. The provided recommendations allow to take into account the multi-brand fleets of motor transport enterprises and trends for extrapolation in the short term, identified by the results of observations in real operating conditions. The main reasons for the occurrence of prolonged vehicle downtime due to technical malfunctions are considered. Traditional methods of planning spare parts inventories based on the use of reliability theory and results of mileage forecasting, standard time to failure; inventory management theory and statistical methods for forecasting random processes; methods of operations research; economic and mathematical methods; stochastic methods of transformation of random variables are analyzed. The article formalizes the grouping of factors that affect the size of stocks and the range of spare parts in the operation of rolling stock of enterprises, depending on the state of the system of organization of work of services for maintenance and repair of vehicles; structure of the fleet and technical characteristics of vehicles; level of development of the production base; availability, interest and qualification of personnel; operating conditions of automotive equipment. It is proposed to improve the logistics of spare parts inventory management and to formulate measures to improve the performance of carriers based on an assessment of the total costs incurred by the enterprise to maintain the reliability of rolling stock in operation and taking into account the amount of lost profit due to vehicle downtime in the technical service units. At the same time, it is recommended to use the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy set theory for decision-making, which allows formalizing the parameters of vaguely defined expectations of consumers of motor transport services and reducing the subjectivity of decision-making when solving problems of optimizing spare parts stocks in the transport process management system based on the analysis of the structure of consumer properties and service quality indicators.

The existing methodologies to determine the costs of service for a hazardous production facility provided by emergency and rescue units have been analyzed. The issues hampering the calculations were identified, and the criteria to be incorporated into the calculation procedure, considering the identified shortcomings, have been proposed. Throughout the study, the following problems were resolved: The analysis of accidents at hazardous production facilities, federal laws in the sphere of industrial safety, and the existing methodologies to determine the cost of service for a hazardous production facility provided by emergency and rescue services or units; Identification of issues hampering the calculations; Proposing criteria incorporated into the procedure of calculation of costs of service for a hazardous production facility provided by emergency and rescue services or units. The authors refer to the statistics on emergencies at hazardous production facilities and focus on the fact that similar accidents cause devastating consequences requiring emergency and rescue operations. When operating a hazardous production facility, its operating company is required to enter into servicing agreements with professional emergency and rescue services or professional emergency and rescue units. Maintaining a servicing agreement with professional services is more cost-efficient compared with maintaining an in-house emergency and rescue unit. At the same time, the issue of determining a justified cost of the agreement with professional emergency and rescue services (units) for servicing a hazardous production facility becomes crucial. The article analyzes the Rules of calculation of costs of service for mining facilities provided by professional emergency and rescue services (units) and the Norms of minimum equipping of emergency and rescue units. The procedure of calculation of expenses on maintenance of personnel of professional services and the respective operational costs have been analyzed. It has been demonstrated that the calculated service cost is significantly higher than the service costs specified for tenders. The criteria incorporated into the cost calculation procedure for servicing a hazardous production facility by emergency and rescue services or units have been developed.

Similarities and differences between intermittent hemodialysis and sustained low-efficiency dialysis

Abstract Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a multifaceted syndrome with diverse etiologies encountered very frequently in all critical care service units. Time and again, multiple researchers have proven its independent contribution to increasing morbidity and mortality in hospitalized children and adults. This undeniable fact has guided the development of newer strategies and logical concepts that have led to new modalities of treating AKI. In the absence of curative medical therapy, kidney replacement therapy (KRT) is considered the primary supportive therapy for AKI, and when initiated at the right time, it has the potential to bridge the gap toward cure. Among all KRT methods, blood-based dialysis occupies a prominent role and has now become the cornerstone of treatment for critically ill children with AKI. Two major methods usually employed are “intermittent hemolysis” (IHD) and “continuous kidney replacement therapy” (CKRT). Currently, a third method called “sustained low-efficiency dialysis (SLED)” is gaining momentum in critical care. It is a hybrid method; in simpler terms, it is a slow and prolonged IHD that may carry a few of the critical merits of CKRT. This narrative review article sheds light on SLED, as well as its comparison to IHD in critical care practice.

Analysis of Service Levels in the Development of Infrastructure and Facilities against Minimum Service Standards in Supporting the Quality of Area Facilities Intanjung Piayu District, Batam City

The government has an important role in providing public services for its people. Every public service provider must have service standards. One form of standard public service is the service of developing facilities and infrastructure. Facilities and infrastructure development services can be divided into nine elements, namely service procedures, suitability of proposals, timeliness, complaint handling, implementing competence, provider competence, development quantity, development quality and development results. The research was conducted in Tanjung Piayu Village, Batam City by direct observation and filling out a questionnaire regarding community perceptions regarding facilities and infrastructure development services. Type of descriptive qualitative research. This study uses minimum service standards (SPM) and index analysis. The research sample was 80 respondents. The results of the research show that the facilities and infrastructure development services owned by respondents are considered to be in good condition, with a service unit IKM of 76.90. However, there is a mismatch between the results of the assessment and real conditions, there are three elements of services for the construction of facilities and infrastructure that are in poor condition, namely timeliness, service procedures, and construction quantity. So, There is a need for re-management of existing facilities and infrastructure development services in order to further improve the quality of public services provided.

Development of Electronic Health Record System Functionality through the Creation of a Central Surgery Module

With the advancement of health technology, the use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems has become crucial in improving the efficiency and quality of services in various hospital units. However, the adoption of EHR systems is still uneven, especially in developing countries, including Indonesia. At the Pekanbaru Military Hospital, several departments have successfully implemented EHR systems, but the surgical department still uses a paper-based system for medical record keeping. Challenges faced include a lack of infrastructure and technical support. Therefore, the development of a central surgery module within the EHR system at Pekanbaru Military Hospital is necessary to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of medical record-keeping. This study aims to enhance the functionality of the EHR system in managing medical records in the surgical department by developing a central surgery module at the Pekanbaru Military Hospital. The software development methodology used in this study is the Agile model, which includes user requirements analysis, data collection, system implementation, as well as evaluation and validation. The Central Surgery Module that has been developed includes various features such as patient registration for surgery, recording of pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient data, surgical reports, and integration with laboratory and radiology systems. Through testing conducted using the black box testing technique, the results showed that 93.48% of the system functionality worked well, and using the User Acceptance Testing technique, it was found that 92.5% of the system functionality was acceptable to users.

Toward Sustainable Clean Water: Evaluation of the Patradaya Programme in Rengel Village, Tuban

The clean water reservoir construction programme is an important step in improving access to clean water for the community, especially in areas with water crisis. This study evaluated community satisfaction with the construction of clean water reservoirs through the implementation of the Patradaya Programme in 2022 in Rengel Village, Tuban District. Using a quantitative survey method, data was collected from beneficiary respondents. The analysis results showed a high level of satisfaction, with a satisfaction index value of 3.87 and an IKM conversion of 96.72. The quality of service was rated A, and the performance of the service unit was rated as highly satisfactory. The programme was considered successful in creating a positive impact on the Rengel Village community. The policy implications of this evaluation allowed the company to take the right steps in supporting community welfare in a sustainable manner. In conclusion, the 2022 Patradaya Programme in Rengel Village, Tuban Regency received very good ratings from the community, demonstrating congruence with their needs and expectations.

Mekanisme Voice di Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta (Studi pada Unit Pelayanan Informasi dan Keluhan Kota Yogyakarta)

The Purpose of this study is to describe the voice mechanism in the Yogyakarta City Government, Study of the Information and Complaints Service Unit (UPIK), in the 2013-2019 period. This research uses the Guidelines for Effective Complaint Handling referring to the best practice of the Victorian Ombudsman. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The research results show that UPIK as a Voice Mechanism in the City of Yogyakarta has fulfilled the requirements for an effective complaint handling mechanism. Furthermore, UPIK has succeeded in becoming a forum that functions to accommodate and handle aspirations (complaints) from the people of Yogyakarta City even though there are still messages (complaints) that are in the wrong category and the wrong address, and the City of Yogyakarta's responsiveness is still weak in handling complaints. This is indicated by the fact that there are still complaints that have not been followed up by the relevant SKPD.

Analisis Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Rendahnya Capaian Pengelolaan Air Bersih dan Higiene Sanitasi di Puskesmas Selaparang Kota Mataram

The existence of infrastructure at the Public Health Center must be supported by governance including planning management, implementation, operational procedures, human resources, budgeting and infrastructure that have been determined so that the management of service units for the Public at the Public Health Center is in accordance with the standards set by the Ministry of Health. influencing the water and sanitation hygiene facility improvement tool (WASH FIT) assessment in public Health Centers throughout the city of Mataram in 2022 with the lowest results in the Selaparang public Health Center ( 63.05%). So it is necessary to analyze factors related to the low achievement of clean water management and sanitation hygiene at the Selaparang Public Health Center, Mataram City. This research is a qualitative descriptive method, namely providing a direct and comprehensive description at Public Health Center in Mataram City. Based on the research results, it shows that the condition of clean water management and sanitation hygiene from planning management, implementation, standard operating procedures, human resource guidelines, budget and infrastructure still has many deficiencies. Selaparang Public Health Center has not implemented planning management for clean water and sanitation hygiene in a truly open manner based on needs and has not involved sanitation and clean water officers, which has an impact on the implementation of WASH which is still lacking in operations, complete SOPs are not available, which impacts on poor compliance , sanitation and clean water program holders who are not involved in planning also result in inadequate budgets for the provision of adequate infrastructure, insufficient sanitation and clean water personnel do not meet needs due to transfers and permanent illness so that the workload becomes more and heavier. From these results, the implementation of sanitation and clean water at the Selaparang Public Health Center does not meet the standards in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2023 concerning Implementing Regulations of Government Regulation Number 66 of 2014 concerning environmental health and Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 of 2019 concerning Public Health Centers, with the results of this research, the Regional Head needs to make a policy, the head of the Mataram City Health Service and the Head of the Public Health Center need to review planning, SOPs, meeting needs and increasing the capacity of officers, increasing the budget through more objective planning through guidance to environmental health program managers and officers sanitation.

Bureaucratic Reform through Public Policy Implementing Quality Dimensions in Integrated Licensing Services

The bureaucratic reform of the licensing service sector in Gorontalo City was followed up by Regional Regulation Number 14 of 2006 concerning the establishment of a one-stop integrated service unit. However, the integrated service unit has not been able to provide quality services as expected. Therefore, this research is very important to provide corrections and improvements to publicly accessible licensing services. The scope of the study on the two services has reviewed the procedures carried out in the two selected services from the beginning until the licensing documents were issued. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method through an in-depth and comprehensive study of the series of licensing services. The results showed that 1) there are differences in the application of public service dimensions in environmental permit services and building permits. 2) several factors determine the success of licensing services, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include general management patterns of the organization and the provision of supporting facilities, as well as human resource development. External factors include service patterns, service provision procedures, and service distribution patterns, as well as service delivery patterns. This research provides positive benefits in the efforts of local governments to innovate public licensing services. The practical implications of the research results encourage the organization of regional equipment to meet the facility standards needed to provide quality public services.

The application of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis in reducing medication errors in the emergency department of Regional Public Hospital

Introduction: Medication or medication error is an essential issue in the world of health, both in the world and in Indonesia. The emergency department is a health service unit that provides emergency services 24 hours non-stop, which is very likely for medication errors to occur. Most medication incident errors can be prevented. One method that can be used is of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis (HFMEA). Applying HFMEA in hospitals helps avoid and identify possible or potential problems or errors in healthcare services. Methods: This qualitative study used the HFMEA approach to conduct risk analysis regarding medication events and errors in the emergency department (ER), at Regional Public Hospital, Central Java. Brainstorming and focus group discussion were conducted with all members of the HFMEA team at the regional public hospitals’ ER in Central Java following HFMEA guidelines. Results: Four process flows in ER drug or medication administration services were identified, encompassing 14 service sub-processes and 57 failure modes. Of the 57 failure modes, only 34 were subjected to hazard analysis, and only 24 failure modes required control measures. From these data, four control strategies were obtained. Conclusion: This study found 24 failure modes need to be addressed and suggested four control strategies, including enterprise risk management formats according to the needs of ER’ health workers, improving ER service management, improving standard operational procedures for medical services, and improving pharmacy management.

ФОНОВІ ЯВИЩА ТА ЇХ ВПЛИВ НА ВІЙСЬКОВУ ЗЛОЧИННІСТЬ

The article addresses to the study of certain background phenomena and their impact on military criminality. The authors identify the most common background phenomena, such as drug addiction, substance abuse, drunkenness, gambling, professional burnout and excessive professional stress, suicidality, discriminatory news framing, and political censorship. The authors analyze the features of the latter phenomena and their impact on military criminalty. It is established that these phenomena have background properties that directly determine the determinants of military criminality, ways to correct the negative manifestations of the personality of a military offender and the directions of its prevention. As a background phenomenon drug addiction causes military criminal offenses, undermines military discipline, reduces the combat capability of military formations and endangers the lives of both the servicemen and their comrades. The reasons for drug use among military personnel are high levels of stress, physical and psychological exhaustion, the availability of drugs, and the influence of the environment. Overcoming this problem requires a comprehensive approach, including a set of organizational, social, psychological, pedagogical, and medical measures, strict control over discipline, and measures to prevent drug addiction and taxi addiction among military personnel. It is found that the main causes of gambling addiction among the military personnel are the inability to control the state of excitement after combat, low self-esteem, the desire for quick enrichment, and, in some cases, heredity, as well as stressful situations that encourage a person to distract from the problem by getting a “dose of quick dopamine.” Suicidal behavior is being proven to be another antisocial phenomenon that has a negative impact on military crime. The ways of preventing this phenomenon include: intensification of the work of military psychologists, improvement of educational work aimed at preserving and strengthening the mental health of military personnel. Discriminatory news framing has side negative effects on military service, so it is advisable to change the media narratives of heroizing military service, the latter should be considered as an employer, and military service is a type of activity with its own characteristics. The article determines that the prevention of these background phenomena should be comprehensive and include: general social measures – organizational, social, psychological and pedagogical, medical, media (full information on the peculiarities of military service in war conditions is open); individual measures – strict control over compliance with discipline, ensuring the implementation of the suicide prevention mechanism, psychosocial support for servicemen. Algorithm for measuring parameters of radio link of an unmanned aircraft in fpv mode of the centimeter frequency range

The mass use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the mode of remote control "from the first person" (First Person View, FPV) in combat operations radically changes the picture of modern war. Their use makes it possible to damage or destroy enemy equipment, the cost of which is hundreds of times higher than the cost of UAVs. To successfully perform the UAV flight mission in FPV mode, it is necessary to ensure stable radio communication of the UAV with the ground control station (GSC). In the work to organize a radio line between the GSC and the UAV, it is proposed to use radio lines of the centimeter frequency range. At the same time, at the stage of flight mission planning, the UAV operator needs to have information about the parameters of the receiving and transmitting devices of the unmanned aerial vehicle complex (UAVС) in order to calculate the maximum flight range. The purpose of the work is to develop an algorithm for measuring parameters of the radio link of an unmanned aerial vehicle in the FPV mode of the centimeter frequency range. The use of this information will allow the UAVC operator to create a flight map and prepare for a combat mission. The material presented in the article contains practical value for UAV operators and can be used in the organization and planning of the flight mission of multi-rotor UAVs of the tactical level at a given distance. Also, the material can be used by UAV service units for the purpose of checking the technical parameters of the radio link between the UAV and GSC and the optical systems installed on board the UAV (video cameras, thermal imaging cameras, etc.).

A bridge to memory: public experiences in front of the collection of the Museu de Arte Sacra Escritor Maximiano Campos

This article aims to analyze the public of the Sacred Arte Museum Writer Maximiano Campos – located in Goiana, Pernambuco – in view of their experience with sacred heritage, adopting as its central theme the study of the public in museums. The methodology used configures the research as bibliographic and descriptive, with a qualitative and quantitative approach. It uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument, applied to the established audience group configured in students of culture courses offered by the Social Service of Commerce unit in Goiana. Analyzes the data obtained through thematic grouping, interpreting it based on the cross-reference with scientific literature. The public's experience of the sacred heritage of the Sacred Arte Museum Writer Maximiano Campos is not homogeneous. It concludes that the experiences that come from a diverse and plural public contribute to reflections on the sacred heritage belonging to the Sacred Arte Museum Writer Maximiano Campos, reaffirming the importance of public studies in museums

The Bibliometric Study of Flood Discharge by Unit Hydrograph Method Nakayasu Synthetic (HSS) and Soil Conservation Service (SCS)

Urban territorial expansion and forest disclosure are two examples of large-scale modifications necessary because of population growth and the rising demand for land. The paper analyzes the various facets of urban development and the essential role that hydrology plays in planning construction projects and water infrastructure. Hydrology study becomes essential for engineers designing and developing structures involving water resources, especially when flood conditions arise. The paper explores two commonly used flood hydrograph approaches, the Nakayasu Synthetic and the Soil Conservation Service (SCS) Unit Synthetic, concentrating on the design of flood discharge and its significance in flood management. The study provides insight into the feasibility of existing hydrograph techniques for determining flood discharge and is based on bibliometric data from earlier studies.

Patient Handoff Practices at the Epilepsy Centers in the United States: A Survey of the Medical Directors.

Communication failure is one of the most significant causes of medical errors. Providing care to patients with seizures at comprehensive epilepsy centers requires uninterrupted coverage and a multidisciplinary approach. However, handoff practices in these settings have not been comprehensively assessed, and recommendations for their standardization are currently lacking. The aim of this observational study was to define the scope of existing practices for patient handoffs across epilepsy centers in the United States and provide relevant recommendations. A 79-question survey was developed to establish the patterns of transition of care for patients undergoing continuous EEG recording, including the periodicity of handoffs and specifics of the relevant workflow. With permission from the National Association of Epilepsy Centers (NAEC), the survey was distributed to the medical directors of all Level 3 and 4 NAEC-accredited epilepsy centers in the United States. The responses were obtained from 70 institutions yielding a survey response rate of 26%. Of these, more than 77% had established weekly handoff processes for both the epilepsy monitoring unit and continuous EEG (cEEG) monitoring services. However, only 53% and 43% of centers had procedures for daily service transfers for the patients admitted to the epilepsy monitoring unit or the patients undergoing cEEG, respectively. The patterns of handoffs were complex and utilized group handoffs in < 50% of institutions. In most centers (>70%), patient data transmitted through handoffs included history, clinical information, and EEG findings. However, templates were not applied to standardize this information. All participants agreed or strongly agreed that a culture of patient safety was maintained in their place of practice; however, 12% of participants felt that insufficient time was allowed to discuss these patients or carry out the handoffs without interruptions. Existing handoff practices are not uniform or fully established across epilepsy centers in the United States. This study recommends that guidelines for formal handoff procedures be developed and introduced as a quality metric for all NAEC-accredited epilepsy centers.

Terapi Pijat Punggung dengan Alat Pijat Kayu Kaki Tiga Menurunkan Tekanan Darah pada Lansia dengan Hipertensi

Hypertension in the elderly is a degenerative disease caused by increased arterial pressure in accordance with age, aortic regurgitation, and the degenerative process that occurs in the body where persistent blood pressure increases with systolic blood pressure above 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure above 90 mmHg. Efforts that can be made as an alternative to non-pharmacological therapy, one of which is the provision of back massage therapy with a three-legged wooden massage tool. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving back massage therapy with a three-legged wooden massage tool on blood pressure in the elderly with grade one hypertension. This type of research is pre-experimental with the design used one group pretest-posttest design using sampling techniques, namely non probability with purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 16 elderly respondents with hypertension. The research was conducted in April 2023. The results showed that the average systole and diastol blood pressure before treatment was 158,94/92,81 mmHg with the average MAP calculation before treatment was 114,85 mmHg. The average systole and diastol blood pressure after treatment was 140,19/83,06 mmHg with an average MAP calculation after treatment of 102,10 mmHg. The results of statistical tests using paired t-test obtained a p value of 0,000 which stated that there was a significant difference in blood pressure before and after treatment. Based on this, it is recommended to the health service unit to make back massage therapy with a three-legged wooden massage tool as a non-pharmacological therapy in treating hypertensive patients, especially in the elderly group.

Implementation of Behavior Modification Techniques for Children with Low Social Skills (A Case Study at the Social Protection Service Unit for Children in Garut, West Java)

This research focuses on the application of behavior modification techniques in various specific behaviors agreed upon, aiming to influence the levels of social skills. The research method employed is the Single Subject Design approach. The respondents of this study are children with low social skills receiving services at SATPEL PSA. Instruments used to measure baseline A1, treatment (B1), and baseline A2 are based on the results of behavior assessments, identifying 9 behaviors with 36 specific behaviors. The implementation of behavior modification techniques aims to reduce maladaptive behaviors in children, utilizing motivation techniques, positive reinforcement, modeling, counseling, and self-help groups. The research results indicate that two children, SS and MK, showed increased measurements in cognitive, behavioral, and emotional aspects during baseline and intervention. The highest results were recorded in the behavioral aspect, while the cognitive aspect showed a comparatively lower improvement.

Pediatric nurses' experiences of implementing the ‘ten right principles’ in safe medication management: A descriptive phenomenological study

PurposeIn medication management, the ten right principles framework is an accepted global nursing standard and an important component of medication safety. Especially pediatric patients have a higher risk of harm in medication administration compared to adults. This study aimed to examine the experiences of pediatric nurses in implementing the ten right principles in safe medication management. Design and methodsA descriptive phenomenological approach was used in this study. The study was conducted with 16 pediatric nurses in a public hospital's Pediatric Service and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Pediatric nurses' medication practices were observed, and semi-structured interviews were conducted with the nurses after the observation. Observations were conducted using an observation tool, and interviews were conducted using a semi-structured interview form. Qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis. ResultsIn this study, it was observed that although pediatric nurses generally adhered to the ten right principles, they had the most difficulties with the right dose and time principles. As a result of the interviews conducted after the observation, two themes (factors facilitating the implementation of the ten right principles and difficulties in implementing the ten right principles) were formed. ConclusionsThe findings revealed that pediatric nurses achieved safe and effective medication administration and generally adhered to the ten right principles. Practice implicationsThis study highlights the positive contribution of pediatric nurses to patient safety by using multiple sources of information and clinical reasoning strategies despite the difficulties they experience in drug administration.
