The construction of the Gebrak Pakumis House is part of the commitment of the Tangerang Regency Government which is managed by the Tangerang Regency Housing and Settlement Service in the renovation program for uninhabitable houses belonging to poor residents. Location of outreach activities Providing information to builders about the implementation of Rehabilitation construction for Uninhabitable Houses. Preparation method, coordination, identification and verification of residents' houses included in the list of potential aid recipients (CPB), making planning drawings, socializing craftsmen, discussions. In socialization activities, more time is needed because many craftsmen still have minimal understanding of construction, although some craftsmen already have quite a lot of experience. As a result of this socialization, craftsmen understand more about implementation drawings, which in previous activities relied on experience. With the results obtained from this socialization, craftsmen need technical guidance to increase the knowledge and competence of craftsmen to ensure the implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2023

Domestic wastewater masterplan for Ciamis Regency

In Ciamis Regency, domestic wastewater is the largest pollutant entering waterways. One way to monitor and control wastewater is to improve wastewater disposal. The government has set targets in 2015-2019, including the provision of 100% drinking water coverage, a target of 0% of households occupying uninhabitable housing and settlements (slums) in urban areas, and achieving 100% sanitation. This plan aims to provide adequate sanitation facilities for domestic wastewater disposal, particularly in urban areas of the Ciamis Regency. This master plan examines the technical and technological aspects of domestic wastewater management planning. It is planned to build 4 urban-scale IPALs that will serve 20% of the urban population in the Ciamis Regency. It is planned to build 4 urban- scale IPALs in Ciamis Sub-district and one in the Banjarsari Sub-district. The main IPAL housing buildings are expected to be in Kawali Sub-district and Panjalu Sub-district. In addition, it is planned, local system services in 3 (three) IPLT service areas are planned to be implemented in stages. The first phase is the optimization of the existing IPLT (Cijeunjing IPLT), the second phase is the construction of an IPLT in the Kawali Sub-district, and the third phase is the construction of an IPLT in the Banjaranyar Sub-district. The construction of the IPLT is expected to serve around 70% of the urban population.

Strategic Management Of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (Bsrs) At The Public Works And Spatial Planning Office Of The City Of Sukabumi 2020 - 2022


 
 
 
 Self-help Housing Stimulant Assistance or abbreviated as BSRS, is an uninhabitable housing assistance program organized by the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out the Management of the Self-Help Home Stimulant Assistance Strategy (BSRS) at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Sukabumi City 2020-2022. The research began with the discovery of problems, one of which was that the BSRS target had not been able to achieve targets such as the Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) and that there were eligible beneficiaries but had not been registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS). The theory used in this research is strategic management theory put forward by L. Wheleen, et al (2015: 48). The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the method or method used by the Public Works and Spatial Planning (DPUTR) Sukabumi City Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning (DPUTR) has not been optimal, such as socializing the BSRS program that has not been evenly distributed, there are people or prospective beneficiaries who know and do not know the BSRS program. influenced by the information he got, did not have a special procedure regarding the BSRS made by the Sukabumi City DPUTR. Sinergi Program Bantuan Rumah Tidak Layak Huni di Kabupaten Tanah Datar antara BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanah Datar dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanah Datar

The problem of poverty certainly cannot be left entirely to the Regional Government to solve it. Ideally, good synergy is needed to solve various problems in the field. Reflecting on the phenomenon of increasing the percentage of post-Covid poverty in Tanah Datar Regency from 15,340 people in 2020 to 15,890 people in 2021 or an increase of 3.59%. BAZNAS Tanah Datar Regency also experienced a decline in zakat collection and distribution. In terms of zakat distribution, there was a decrease from 2021 to 2022 amounting to Rp. 981,623,300,- or 8.46%. This requires synergy to be established, so that poverty alleviation programs can continue to be implemented well. The type of research used is field research, data collection techniques through interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques, namely data analysis techniques, namely data reduction and data presentation, drawing conclusions/verification. To test the validity of the data resulting from this research, triangulation was carried out, namely by examining data from various trusted sources in various ways and at various times. There is a synergy of poverty alleviation programs that are oriented towards long-term benefits between the Tanah Datar Regency Government and the Tanah Datar Regency BAZNAS, one of which seems to be assistance in renovating the houses of mustahik or underprivileged communities. In 2023, 42 uninhabitable houses will be renovated.

Social Rehabilitation: Intervention of social workers in the Uninhabitable Housing Program in the City of Bandung

Home rehabilitation programs aim to improve the quality of life for people living in inadequate housing conditions. However, the success of these programs often depends on the support and intervention of social workers in planning, implementing and monitoring the rehabilitation process and its impact on the communities involved. This study aims to analyze the role and effectiveness of the social worker's intervention in the rehabilitation program for uninhabitable houses in the city of Bandung. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. This research reveals that the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses (RS-RTLH) in the city of Bandung has succeeded in overcoming the problem of poverty and improving the quality of housing for the poor. During the period from 2018 to 2021, this program succeeded in rehabilitating a total of 8,306 uninhabitable housing units . Despite facing challenges such as complex communication factors, limited human resources, and bureaucratic dynamics, social worker interventions play an important role in bridging information gaps, assisting in planning appropriate interventions, and providing ongoing evaluation assistance. The social worker's approach in making contact, assessing, compiling work programs, mentoring, and terminating plays a role in ensuring that this program provides optimal results, reduces social dependency, and improves the welfare of the people being assisted.

Unlocking potential of data: A localized data-driven approach for stunting reduction in South Kalimantan Province

This study addresses the issue of stunting in South Kalimantan Province, where high stunting prevalence rates persist. Through a comprehensive analysis of factors influencing stunting prevalence, predictive modeling using machine learning, and clustering analysis of districts based on stunting rates, the research aims to support the provincial government in formulating effective and sustainable strategies. The findings highlight influential factors such as HDI, poverty rates, immunization coverage, breasfed babies, number of uninhabitable houses, and access to clean water. The study also utilise machine learning to build model that aids in predicting future stunting prevalence, while clustering analysis categorizes districts into distinct groups. These insights guide the government in prioritizing interventions, setting prevalence targets, and determining strategic areas for stunting reduction efforts.

ANALISIS DAMPAK PROGRAM REHAB RUMAH TIDAK LAYAK HUNI TERHADAP KEMISKINAN DI KABUPATEN SUMBAWA BARAT

This research discusses the implementation of the Uninhabitable House Rehab program and the effectiveness of the Uninhabitable House Rehab program in reducing poverty levels in West Sumbawa Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the Uninhabitable House Rehab program and analyze the effectiveness of the Uninhabitable House Rehab program in reducing poverty levels in West Sumbawa Regency. This research uses mixed methods, qualitative methods to discuss the implementation of the Uninhabitable House Rehab program in West Sumbawa Regency and quantitative methods to analyze the effectiveness of the Uninhabitable House Rehab program in reducing poverty levels in West Sumbawa Regency. The research results show that this program has been implemented well by the West Sumbawa Regency Housing and Settlement Service. The RTLH program in the West Sumbawa community is carried out procedurally in accordance with existing regulations, both from the process of collecting data on aid recipients, mentoring, assessment of aid recipients and monitoring the ongoing rehabilitation process so that the rehabilitation process takes place in accordance with the Budget Plan (RAB). With N = 10, from the t table above we get a t table value of 0.699, the significance value from the table is 0.290 so we get a significance value of 0.290 < 0.699 or the calculated t value < t table so it can be concluded that the House Rehab Program is Unfit for Living (RTLH) effective in reducing poverty in West Sumbawa Regency.

Impact of the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses (RS-Rutilahu) in Improving the Quality of Life in Banjarmasin City

The city of Banjarmasin, situated in the heart of South Kalimantan Province, has grappled with significant challenges concerning uninhabitable houses. In its endeavor to address this issue, the Banjarmasin City Government is implementing concerted efforts to combat poverty by renovating uninhabitable homes. This research aims to analyze the impact of the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses (RS-Rutilahu) on improving the quality of life for the community in Banjarmasin City. The research follows a descriptive qualitative approach, engaging in activities that direct the exploration and in-depth examination of the social aspects under investigation. The research results indicate that the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses (RS-Rutilahu) has yielded positive impacts on various factors: (1) the health sector; (2) the education sector; (3) the economy; (4) the security sector; and (5) the socio-cultural field. This program has demonstrated its effectiveness in enhancing the quality of life in the City of Banjarmasin and mitigating poverty, which stands as the primary developmental challenge in the city.

Bedah Rumah Untuk Kesejahteraan Dan Kesehatan Masyarakat Tidak Mampu Di Gowa Kota Makassar

Poverty causes families to be unable to meet the needs of adequate housing for themselves and their families. Not everyone is able to meet their housing needs for economic reasons. One of the basic human needs is a house in the context of decentralized housing provision. Currently, there is no housing provision system in the regions that is responsive to developing needs. This is due to the lack of developed understanding that housing is also a public matter apart from being an individual matter. The aim of implementing the House Renovation Program is targeting poor people who have uninhabitable houses. The house renovation program has had an impact on poverty alleviation in Gowa District, Makassar. Community Service Activities (PKM) by the Indonesian Teachers and Lecturers Association in collaboration with IKAT Japan South Sulawesi as a form of improving the problem of poverty for our underprivileged brothers and sisters with a house renovation program. Apart from alleviating the problem of poverty through this house renovation program, it is hoped that those who receive Mr. Ridwan's assistance will be helped by comfortable accessibility with their families.

Implementation of the Swadaya Housing Stimulant Assistance Program for Low-Income Communities in Rana Masak Village, Borong District

This thesis is entitled implementation of a self-help housing stimulant assistance program for low-income communities in Rana Masak village, Borong sub-district. Housing assistance is a policy in overcoming the problem of poverty, especially in resolving the problem of providing housing for people who have houses that are uninhabitable. As a responsibility of the government, regulations have been issued relating to the fulfillment of housing, namely Swadaya housing stimulant assistance (BSPS). This research uses qualitative methods with qualitative descriptive analysis. As with qualitative methods, researchers will analyze using field research, namely researchers conducting interviews, observations and documentation related to the implementation of this housing assistance program. This research was carried out in order to determine whether the implementation of this housing program was going well or not. This research was carried out in Rana Masak village, Borong sub-district because one of the villages that received housing assistance was Rana Masak village. Based on four aspects in determining the success of implementing a policy, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, there are still deficiencies and obstacles faced, in this case the insufficient housing assistance budget. This is indicated by the construction of houses in Rana Masak Village where there are still people who are categorized as uninhabitable houses and there is a lack of budget in the construction process as a result of which the community does not receive aid evenly

Dampak Implementasi Program Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH) Pada Rakyat Penerima Manfaat

In the 1945 Constitution Article 28 H of Amendment IV, it is stated that "Home is one of the basic rights of every citizen, so every citizen has the right to a place to live and a healthy living environment". Observing this, the people have the right to own their own homes. The fact is that realizing a livable home is not easy, for most poor people. This is also the case in Rowosari Sub-district, Kendal Regency, where in the last three years (2021-2023) a number of poor people who live in uninhabitable houses have received financial assistance from the RTLH Program. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the RTLH Program Implementation on the poor beneficiaries. The type of research used is complementary descriptive research, the population is all poor beneficiaries in 2023 totaling 40 people. The sampling technique is with the census technique, the data collection is by observation, interview, questionnaire & documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative methods with percentages.Based on the study of Edward III Implementation Theory & Evaluation Theory, the implementation of the RTLH Program for 40 families in Rowosari Sub-district had a very good impact (above 75%). Although some other recipients said the impact was only good (65%-74.99%). However, a small proportion (2.5%-12.5%) said that the impact was quite small for them, because they had high expectations, tending to expect total assistance, to improve their lives.

Collaborative Governance dalam Program Rehabilitasi Sosial Rumah Tidak Layak Huni di Kota Surabaya

Abstract: The Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses abbreviated as rutilahu is a program to improve the quality of housing through repairs as a whole and/or entirely with the principles of acceptability, transparency, accountability, integration, partnership, solidarity, benefits and participation. This study aims to describe in depth the process of collaborative governance in the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses in the City of Surabaya. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative techniques with the determining informants through purposive and snowball sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used were observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using "interactive model of analysis" by Miles and Huberman (2014). The collaborative governance process is analyzed by theory (Ansell & Gash, 2007) including face to face dialogue, trust building, commitment to the process, shared understanding, and intermediate outcomes. The results showed that the collaboration process had been successfully carried out at the face to face dialogue, trust building, share understanding, and intermediate outcome stages between the DPRKPP of Surabaya City with BP2P Jawa IV, Baznas Surabaya, YMI ITS, Victory Community Church of Surabaya, KTPR, Bank Mandiri, and from private donor. Meanwhile, the collaboration process at the commitment to the process stage has been quite successful between the parties. In the commitment to the process stage, the majority of the collaborating or participating parties do not yet have written documents that can strengthen their collaborative relationship, so at least a letter of agreement is needed stating or known by the parties concerned.

Implementation of the Uninhabitable House Social Rehabilitation Program

Implementation of the Uninhabitable House Social Rehabilitation Program (RSRTLH). In its performance, several problems were found. First, there are large numbers of individuals without adequate housing. In addition, the distribution of beneficiaries of the RS-RTLH program has not been fully optimal, and the construction and renovation of houses have not been completed. This study aims to examine and describe the Uninhabitable House Rehabilitation Program implementation. In implementing the program delivered by Merilee S. Grindle, the tone of the program is appropriate, and the program objectives have been achieved. The research method uses a qualitative approach. The research results show that the program's implementation has not reached its target, indicating that the performance has not been by the observed impacts, and the level of change has not been running optimally as stated in the regulations that have been set. The inhibiting factors include the lack of involvement of related parties, budget constraints, and lack of community participation, so the program's implementation aims to be completed but has not yet obtained maximum results.

PERAMALAN JUMLAH RUMAH TIDAK LAYAK HUNI (RTLH) GUNA MENGATASI KEMISKINAN DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Indonesia is a developing country that still has many social problems. The problem that arises in this case is the inability of the community to have a home as a comfortable place to live. At its peak in 2003 there was a backlog (inability to provide housing) of 5.93 million housing units. The purpose of this analysis is to predict the number of uninhabitable houses (RTLH) to overcome poverty in the Special Region of Yogyakarta using the Arima model. The data used is secondary data in the form of uninhabitable house data in the Special Province of Yogyakarta from 2009 to 2023. The method used is a quantitative method in the form of forecasting tests on the ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) model with the help of Eviews 12 software. The results of the analysis state that in the next 10 years the number of uninhabitable houses will tend to decrease significantly so that in 2033 there will still be 85 uninhabitable housing units and will be able to become the basis for overcoming poverty in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Koordinasi Antar Instansi Dalam Pelaksanaan Program Rehabilitasi Sosial Rumah Tidak Layak Huni Kota Surabaya

Social rehabilitation of uninhabitable houses is a construction program for uninhabitable houses that need community participation. The construction program of social rehabilitation for the uninhabitable house is conducted by Social services in Surabaya and the Poor family Development unit. The study aims to describe and analyze institution coordination in the implementation of construction programs for uninhabitable houses. The theoretical framework uses coordination theory in Inu Kencana (2011) i.e. arrangement, synchronization, common interest, and common goals. This is a qualitative descriptive method and population sampling techniques are applied through observation, interview, and documentation. The results indicate that the indicators of arrangement, synchronization, and common goals are well applied in the implementation of social rehabilitation of the uninhabitable house program in North Perak. Whereas, the indicator of common interest is not well applied. For this reason, the program should be evaluated regarding the disbursement of funds in the implementation of social rehabilitation of uninhabitable houses.

PENERAPAN METODE TOPSIS DALAM SISTEM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN PEMBERIAN BANTUAN REHABILITASI RUMAH

The provision of assistance for the rehabilitation of uninhabitable houses to the community often results in fraud and errors in the process of selecting and providing assistance. The TOPSIS method is a method used to calculate in the decision-making process in determining prospective recipients of uninhabitable housing rehabilitation assistance. The results of the TOPSIS calculation from the system were then tested using the sensitivity test method by giving a weight change of 0.5 and 1 for each criterion weight. The test results in 2019 with a total of 25 families of data obtained the most sensitive criteria for adding a weight of 0.5, namely the criteria for work and life dependents with a percentage result of 92%, while for adding weight to 1 the most sensitive criterion is the job criteria with a percentage result of 96%. Black box testing of the system built is measured using a questionnaire media with 10 statement items given to 15 respondents which is calculated using a Likert Scale where the system built is highly approved which can be seen from the index percentage value greater than 80% (strongly agree).

Smart Anti-Burglary Surveillance System using Image AI

In today's world, with an increasing number of robberies, looting and shoplifting, it is indispensable to ensure the safety of our belongings and valuables. When it comes to certain places like bank vaults, uninhabited houses, business establishments like retail shops, jewellery stores, watch stores, etc., surveillance for observing the premise is very essential and has become the unavoidable need of the hour. At such places, it is unlikely to continuously monitor the venue using conventional cameras or a security guard person. To address such type of issues which involve uncertainty of safety, our project proposes a system which will tirelessly monitor the venue at required hours, intimate the intended person (administrator) via mobile communication (Short Message Service), initiate an alert alarm at the premise in order to aware the surroundings and also save the intrusion detected frames in the specified choice of storage. Also, it is developed in such a manner that the system recognizes and does not initiate alert/notification for persons those who are reliable and trustworthy (such as the shopkeeper, habitant of the house, etc.). This system is implemented with specific considerations using Image AI and Tensor flow built upon Convolutional Neural Networks, remotely operatable by users, without compromising the importance of security and protection.

Kolaborasi Pemerintah Dengan Stakeholders Dalam Program Kota Tanpa Kumuh Di Kelurahan Belawan Sicanang Kota Medan

Due to the limited budget due to complex residential problems, the Medan city government took the initiative to collaborate. Problems in slum areas consist of environmental roads, uninhabitable houses (RLTH) for waste management and ROB flooding. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of collaboration between the government and stakeholders in the KOTAKU program. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The research was analyzed through the components as factors in the success of collaboration, namely face-to-face dialogue, building trust, the process of achieving commitment, understanding of joint decisions, obtaining interim results. The results showed that the collaboration process in the City without Slums (KOTAKU) program in Belawan Sicanang Village, Medan City had not been realized properly.

PERANCANGAN APLIKASI PENILAIAN RUMAH TIDAK LAYAK HUNI MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING PADA KEGIATAN KEMENTERIAN PUPR

Determination of recipients of uninhabitable housing assistance (RTLH) is one of the problems that is of concern to the Directorate of Self-Help Housing of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia, because the large number of data on incoming aid proposals makes it difficult to determine which beneficiaries deserve due to the limited budget. One way to determine beneficiaries is to use a decision system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method will provide the value of the selected alternative preference as an indicator to determine the recipient of assistance as it can help the data processing team, stakeholders and leaders in the Directorate of Self-Help as the government which has a policy in determining the prospective recipients of the house renovation assistance objectively not subjectively. The data used was taken from data collection conducted by the field team in the Serang City area of Banten Province where the data obtained were 935 residents

INFORMATION SYSTEM POLICY INNOVATION FOR UNINHABITABLE HOUSES DATA COLLECTION PROGRAM (SIGAP-RTLH) IN GRESIK REGENCY

The existence of poverty conditions results in inequality in the quality of life such as inadequate nutrition, equitable distribution of health, education and lack of comfort in the places they live in. Uninhabitable houses are those that do not meet the requirements and standards. So, the Gresik Regency Government made a policy in the form of an innovation of the Uninhabitable House Data Collection Program Information System (SIGAP-RTLH) which is an information system for the RTLH Data Collection Program based on the web so that it is able to see the distance and time of data collection as well as updating the data up to date. locus in Gresik Regency. The research process is by collecting secondary data through observation, research results that have been published in indexed journals, credible census data and mass media reports that have valid credibility, such as the official website of the Kemenpan-RB, DJPB Ministry of Finance, Housing and Settlement Areas. The innovation of SIGAP-RTLH includes how to collect data, how to submit and product data collection for RTLH which can be accessed through a website that can be accessed anywhere at any time at http://sigaprtlh.gresikkab.go.id/index.php/login. The data product resulting from the SIGAP-RTLH update can be accessed as data collection material at the relevant government agencies as a way to facilitate data collection and follow-up to facilitate the handling of RTLH in the issuance of Building Construction Permits. Another benefit is to produce complete, valid, disaggregated, centralized, identified, integrated, uptodate, and accountable data collections. Policy Innovation The SIGAP-RTLH program is easy to implement or redesign for other agencies by developing services using the concept of an information system and has been proven to be accurate and precise and effective because it has received an innovation award at the national level.
