High-entropy CoCrFeMnNi alloy was subjected to cryo-rolling with a reduction ratio of 25 % and was then annealed at 1050 °C for 5, 25, and 45 min. The results of the recrystallization textures of the various annealed samples showed the presence of similar texture components, indicating that cryo-rolling had only a limited effect on the formation of the subsequent annealing texture. The volume fractions of the different texture components similarly showed no obvious dependence on the annealing temperature. The uniformity of the recrystallization texture suggests the absence of strong preferential nucleation and growth during annealing. The cryo-rolled samples processed with different holding times exhibited a remarkable ambient temperature strength-ductility combination.
