PREPARATION OF SPECIALISTS ON ANTICORROSIVE DEFENCE OF OIL AND GAS EQUIPMENT IN UFA STATE PETROLEUM TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Many years of experience in operating the equipment oil and gas properties shows that one of the main problems in the production, preparation, transport and processing industry products is a failure or destruction of pipelines, components and assemblies due to corrosion. - a spontaneous destruction of metals and alloys as a result of a chemical, electrochemical or physico-chemical interaction with the environment. Intense corrosion in the oil and gas industry is subject to: oilfield equipment (well, teams of collectors, etc.), pipelines for the transport of oil, gas and water (pipelines, water pipelines), equipment for the oil and gas storage (tanks, gas tanks, etc.), refinery, petrochemical equipment, and more. al. As a result, corrosion occurs depressurization of equipment and pipelines, which could lead to the loss of raw materials, simple equipment, fire or explosion, environmental pollution. In this regard, of particular relevance for the oil and gas industry acquires staffing the engineering corps of large enterprises highly qualified specialists in the field of protection of metals from corrosion. The Ufa State Petroleum Technological University (USPTU) train specialists in the profession since 1981. Currently, after the bachelor on a profile technique corrosion protection of equipment and facilities (BMK), students can continue their studies in the master's program Corrosion protection of equipment and facilities (MMK11), and then post-graduate of the Department Oil Apparatus (TNA). The article describes the long history of the development of the specialty Technology of anticorrosion protection of equipment and facilities, justified the importance of training and prospects for future employment of graduates in this direction.

HYDROLYSIS OF SALTS OF DISTINCT NATURE

The ionization theory attributes this phenomena to the interaction of water ions with the ions of dissolved salts, resulting the formation of an excess of hydrogen or hydroxyl ions. The concentration of hydrogen or hydroxyl ions in water is very low, they are in equilibrium with an immense number of unionized water molecules. When one of them is bound by the ions of the salt, the equilibrium is disturbed, causing new water molecules to ionize, which leads to accumulation an excess of quantities of the other ion, making the solution react acid or alkaline. Any salt can be obtained by neutralization of acids by bases. It is natural to assume, therefore, that solutions, at least those witch are products of complete displacement of hydrogen in acids by metals, must react neutral. However, this assumption holds only for salts of strong acids and strong bases. Salts of weak acids and strong bases, or vice versa, of strong acids and weak bases, do not react neutral when dissolved in water. СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ РЕЙТИНГОВЫХ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЕЙ ОБУЧАЮЩИХСЯ ПРИ ТЕСТОВОЙ ФОРМЕ КОНТРОЛЯ НА ПРИМЕРЕ ДИСЦИПЛИНЫ «МАТЕМАТИКА»

The evaluates research the hypothesis of the existence of a stable relation between preliminary computer testing of students and the subsequent manually checked results of their written reporting works. The correlation is not obvious since each form of control has advantages and shortcomings. Research was conducted on “Mathematics” for the first course of the Bachelor’s degree students at Ufa State Petroleum Technological University. The basis for the curriculum development was education standards and teaching aids developed by the instructors. The assessment of the results was made according to the requirements of mark and rating system for this discipline. The average values of the rating indicators on each of the forms of assessment formed the basis of the analysis. In addition, the following estimates were entered: the total and average coefficient of success of performance by the students of the assessed works. The total coefficient of success of performance for one type of work was understood as the number equal to the relation of the sum of values for each work to the maximum possible sum of all the works. The average value of coefficient of success was understood as the average value of the total coefficient of success of performance. The findings establish that the results of written assessment have a smaller dispersion of an average value, in comparison with the results of computer testing. This suggests an increase in the degree of stability of the level of knowledge of students at the second stage of checking. At the same time, there are students who differ in their total coefficient of success of performance of computer testing and written assessment. They comprise 35%. This can have its basis in a variety of reasons, for example an increase in motivation to achieve the best results after the first “unsuccessful attempt”, or instability in class discipline. Anyway, this fact is a sign of lack of formation and instability in the course of training and signals the need to accept the corrections.

Planning, evaluation and ranking promotion activities faculty members on the implementation of the work plan of the department to achieve accreditation of higher education indicators

Workload teacher should be set differentially, depending on the qualifications of confirmed ratings when performing tasks for the implementation of the work plan of the department and the university to achieve accreditation indicators. Thus, the workload of teachers working full-time, adjustable from 550 to 900 hours per academic year. The problems of planning faculty (PPP) based on the work plan of the department for the academic year for the implementation of educational, scientific and innovation with a view to securing performance rating and accreditation of the university. All planned activities for faculty invited divided into 4 groups: A- rating indicators to achieve ( benchmarks, including accreditation ); B- for the implementation of educational activities (CMD updates, conducting (drawing tickets and checking the works ) control, testing, competition at all levels, conducting seminars and methodical scientific conferences at the department , business prof. Orientation works); C - work to improve skills; D - other works of Norm time approved by the Academic Council of Ufa State Petroleum Technological University 09.2012g protocol number 9. The necessity of introducing differentiated teaching load distribution between the teachers of the department. Proposed to introduce the rating of PPP activity , which can serve as a basis for the distribution of incentive fund.

Comprehensive analysis: results of the Unified State Exam and education survey in the technical university

The students in the first course at the Ufa State Petroleum Technological University, studying full time, came up with a statistical analysis of results from the educational survey data in mathematics, physics, and the Russian language. During the process of gathering educational survey data, we excluded those that have graduated school in a foreign country. The content of the tests corresponds to the program in mathematics, physics, the Russian language, and other subjects of the scholar plan. In spite of the Unified State Exam (U.S.E.), the educational survey lasted 90 minutes. The analysis of the results of the U.S.E. showed, that depending on the sample (subject, score in the U.S.E., where the student graduated) from 6% to 33% of the students did not obtain the threshold score essential for enrollment. The meanings of the correlation coefficients depending on the sample from 0,06 to 0,37 is the reason to correct the educational process of the university. In order to motivate students to successful pass the education survey and to increase knowledge for those who did now pass the test, authors suggest: include the results of tests as essential requirement to pass the exam; the curricular offices of the universities organize additional classes in the corresponding subjects. The statistical analysis of the data we obtained, allowed us to revel the knowledge of the first year students and the ability to study core subjects. In this study, authors did not verify the results of the U.S.E. through the education survey. The results of the survey are essential in order to make timely corrections in the educational process. The results of the statistical analysis can be useful for other institutions in order to raise the quality of knowledge of first year students with low scores in the U.S.E. or education control of knowledge tests.
