Several types of vascular “spiders” of the skin are described. The occurrence of several spiderlike lesions of venous origin in a patient with chronic lymphatic leukemia during a two-year period of observation is reported. The venous spiders in this patient were at first mistaken for the arterial spider associated with chronic liver disease.
