Ability to customize, innovate, services are tailored to individual needs, making OM/ESC suited for Pain Management (PM) integration. Adaptations accomodate for short, long term, late treatment effects, medical devices, medications, radiation, surgery, low blood counts, blood clots, fatigue, bone pain, lymphedema, lymphedema risk from lymph node biopsy/surgery/radiation. Venues: Spa day retreats, infusion centers, hospital-based, in-home, in-office. Clinical research: massage increases natural killer cells, lymphocytes; reduces nausea, pain, fatigue; improves/promotes sleep, body image, greater sense of well-being; eases feelings of isolation.
