This study is to explore academical and political roles on using Information and Communication Technology(ICT), which are required to promote constructive physical education in the Fourth Industrial Revolution Era as well as to enhance effectiveness of using ICT as a useful tools for teaching-learning in school physical education. To achieve the purpose of this study, five words represented as the Fourth Industrial Revolution were discussed the ways in which the key terms are intimately related to constructive physical education environment. Within this academical background, this study suggested the significant political, academical, and teachers’ roles, which are demanded to promote school physical education based on ICT. As for the political roles to promote constructive physical education based on ICT, it is important that building related facilities as well as teachers’training system for ICT PE class environment. As for the academic roles, both various learning models for ICT based-class and training systems for teachers to promote their professionalism on using ICT should be developed. Also, deregulation on utilizing ICT-related laws is needed. As for the PE teacher’s roles, they should try to not only embrace the new classroom environments based on ICT, but they also seek to teaching-learning methods for students to enthusiastically participate in school physical education.
