The current work attempts to introduce polymer nanocomposite film based on the blended Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and Poly(vinyl Chloride) (PVC) and doped with different concentrations of palladium nanoparticles (PdNPs) were prepared by laser ablation technique. These nanoparticles; PdNPs doped PVDF/PVC was prepared to enhance the electrical conductivity of the synthesized film (PVDF/PVC) for suitable electrical applications. The structural and optical characterization have been investigated by means of ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy (UV–vis), Fourier transform infrared–attenuated total reflection analysis (FTIR-ATR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The electrical conductivity parameters as a function of frequency of PVDF/PVC/PdNPs were studied at room temperature. The addition of PdNPs improved the electrical conductivity of PVDF/PVC. Based on that, ist can be concluded that the obtained composites are conductive and suitable for batteries application.
