Tinjauan Terhadap Implementasi Enterprise Architecture: Analisis Perbandingan Studi Kasus Industri Kesehatan

This paper discusses the review of the implementation of EA (Enterprise Architecture) in the healthcare industry through a comparative analysis of case studies using two frameworks namely TOGAF ADM and Zachman. The purpose of writing this paper is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of each case study, as well as provide an understanding of the use of frameworks in the health industry. The type of analysis in this paper is a qualitative analysis using five papers containing case studies from different health companies which implement the ADM and Zachman TOGAF framework. The results of the analysis show that the two frameworks have different approaches in dealing with certain challenges and needs of the healthcare industry. In addition, there is the use of a matrix, namely the TOGAF framework which aims to provide an overview of the relationships and dependencies between the elements of the two frameworks. After doing the analysis and matrix, it can be concluded that the two frameworks are able to influence EA in the health industry. Thus, making it easier for companies to plan, design, manage, and implement enterprise architecture in an effective and efficient manner.

Digital Architecture Planning Transformation Based on the Open Group Architecture Framework ADM

Companies need the role of Information Management Systems and Technology to provide convenience for Companies to transform data in an organized manner and implement the goals and objectives of their business strategy, namely increasing revenue, increasing reliability, reducing costs, and focusing on customers. PT XYZ, whose business processes are computerized but have yet to be optimal and integrated, has yet to be able to provide optimal support to improve the Company's performance. The standard method used in this analysis is to utilize Togaf ADM Frame. This research was conducted to produce an enterprise architecture plan through the steps in the Togaf ADM blueprint starting from Introduction, Management Requirements, Vision Design, Business Design, Information Management System Design, and Technology Design to Opportunities and Solutions. This study produces a System/IT blueprint that provides an enterprise architecture plan to address existing problems with a solution plan delivered on a modular framework, integrated systems, policy alignment, and service focus.

Penggunaan TOGAF ADM Untuk Mengidentifikasi Ketidaksesuaian Pada Aplikasi Pencari Kerja

The identification of non-conformities aims to create harmony between business and information technology for current and future organizational needs. The successful implementation of identification is inseparable from an organization planning and designing the enterprise architecture. Planning and designing this requires a complete and easy-to-use methodology. In this research, a case study was carried out for information system strategic planning by applying the TOGAF ADM method with the help of the value chain model and other modeling tools in job seeker applications. The stages of the TOGAF ADM methodology are translated into enterprise architecture modeling, namely vision architecture, business architecture, information system architecture and technology architecture. The results of modeling with the TOGAF ADM methodology provide a basis for overcoming problems and are an effort to optimize a data input design and add validation to the input design which can help reduce the risk of unwanted data such as duplicate data, inappropriate data and so on.

Pemodelan Arsitektur Sistem Informasi Pemagangan dan Penempatan Kerja Menggunakan Framework TOGAF (Studi kasus: Politeknik LP3I)

LP3I Polytechnic is a higher education institution that specializes in workplace education. A strong approach is needed for this higher education institution to fulfill its educational duties. To support this business strategy, top-notch information systems and information technology are required. The TOGAF-ADM (Open Group Architecture Framework-Architecture Development Method) is used in this architecture modeling of the internship and employment information system. A better grasp of how to develop enterprise architecture models will be given through a number of TOGAF ADM activities for enterprise architecture development. Based on the requirements of numerous organizations, including both industrial companies and colleges, TOGAF-ADM is a generic and simple implementation technique. In this journal, 8 steps will be discussed using the TOGAF framework in implementing it in the internship and employment section at the LP3I Polytechnic including Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions, Migration Planning, Implementation Governance, Change Management.

Information Systems/Information Technology Strategic Planning Using the Open Group Architecture Framework Development Method

CV. Suien Insan Persada is a wood processing company whose production uses logs as the starting material. The wood is then processed into wood sheets for furniture manufacturing companies and shipped overseas. This wood industry is located in Kab. Boyolali, Central Java. CV. Suien Insan Persada has not used adequate information technology. Data processing carried out by the production department produces manual reports that are given and managed directly by the administration section. This method makes filing more difficult to manage because manual reports in the form of writing on paper are easily damaged, and there is a risk of data being lost. The problems that occur in CV. Suien Insan Persada needs a solution to make CV easier. Suien Insan Persada in making a report to resolve the above problems. The solution to overcome the problem is utilizing Information Technology (IT) with a good strategic plan by creating an information system architecture in the form of TOGAF ADM. TOGAF ADM was chosen because it has a detailed and open-source framework that can be used by CV. Suien Insan Persada to build an Enterprise Architecture (EA) that suits the needs. Besides that, TOGAF has the advantage of being flexible and open source. The results showed that TOGAF ADM could produce IS/IT strategic plan documents expected to solve the problems faced by CV. Zolla Cosmetic is one of several businesses located on Jl. Surya Utama, Jebres, Surakarta. This business offers all things skincare and makeup for teenagers and adults, both women and men. In business process activities, Zolla Cosmetic has implemented strategic planning, but in this prospect the planning has missed the target so that it cannot be realized properly, problems regarding the process of collecting data on products sold and ordering data for customers are sometimes only written down, entered into Ms. Word and Ms. Excel. In odd moments, sharing and promoting Zolla Cosmetic products on social media, the beauty community has every rule if you want to post in the group. So, Zolla Cosmetic must plan an Information System strategy and information technology strategy to become a good business process in the future. In conclusion, the TOGAF ADM approach as a sales system strategic planning is one of the best solutions to support the Zolla Cosmetic business or organization. So with this, the author conducted research using the TOGAF ADM study to support a Sales Information System that is integrated, right on target and according to needs.

Perancangan Arsitektur Enterprise FMIPA UNTAN Menggunakan Kerangka Kerja TOGAF Berbasis SOA

The research aims to develop an Enterprise Architecture from FMIPA UNTAN, this is based on the many individual information systems that have been developed by FMIPA UNTAN which are not integrated in data and technology. This situation results in overlapping data that can affect the effectiveness of decision making within the organization. The designed Enterprise Architecture implements the concept of service-oriented architecture in order to support the integration between the business layer and the organization's technology layer. To support the research, several concepts are used, such as TOGAF as a framework for developing Enterprise Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture as a supporter for integration of architectural layers, and Archimate and Business Process Modeling Notation as a modeling language used to create architectural artifacts. The stages of the research included problem identification, the Enterprise Architecture development process followed the stages of TOGAF ADM namely the preliminary phase, architectural vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, and making an architecture implementation roadmap. The results of the development of Enterprise Architecture are architectural artifacts consisting of catalogs, matrices, and diagrams of business, information system, and technology architecture. Based on the design results, it is found that the Enterprise Service Bus concept in Service Oriented Architecture can be used to support application and data integration in organization, as well as the concept of service access can bridge the gap between the business layer and the technology layer.

ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE DESIGN BLUEPRINT FOR SMART VILLAGE IMPLEMENTATION IN SUMUR BANDUNG SUB DISTRICT (CASE STUDY : SMART LIVING DIMENSION)

Sumur Bandung District is one of Bandung City's sub-districts that provides public services and empowerment to its residents. The sub district faces a number of issues in carrying out its duties and providing services. One of the issues confronting Sumur Bandung Sub District is the lack of Final Waste Processing Sites (TPPAS). With the current waste management model, there will be more garbage piles in TPPAS, causing environmental problems for its resident. As a result, The implementation of one of the dimensions in the smart village, namely smart living, is required. by improving current waste management model and supported by technological innovation. However, technological innovation itself will cause new problems if management is seen only as an activity provision of software/hardware for automation needs. Based on these issues, it is necessary to create a Enterprise architecture design of waste management that aims to align technology strategy with business strategy, TOGAF ADM was chosen as the framework because it provides a method for developing, managing, and implementing enterprise architecture maintenance. The results of the design are in the form of a blueprint that can be used as a reference for Sumur Bandung Sub District to overcome issues.

Perencanaan Arsitektur Enterprise Menggunakan Kerangka Kerja Togaf ADM Pada Dinas Perkebunan Dan Peternakan Kab. Muaro Jambi

The application of enterprise architecture aims to create alignment between business and information technology for the current and future needs of organizations. The success of implementing enterprise architecture cannot be separated from how an organization plans and designs the enterprise architecture. Planning and designing enterprise architecture requires a complete and easy-to-use methodology. In this study, a case study was conducted for strategic planning of information systems by applying the TOGAF ADM method with the help of the value chain model and other modeling tools at the Plantation and Livestock Service Office of Muaro Jambi Regency. The stages of the TOGAF ADM methodology are translated into enterprise architecture modeling, namely vision architecture, business architecture, information systems architecture and technology architecture. The results of the enterprise architecture modeling with the TOGAF ADM methodology provide a basis for overcoming the problem of lack of data integration and lack of information system support for business functions.

DESIGN OF ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE FOR SMARTVILLAGE IN SUMUR BANDUNG SUB-DISTRICT (CASE STUDY: GOVERNANCE DIMENSION)

Smart village is one that is innovative in its use of information technology to improve quality of life, efficiency, and competitiveness in economic, social, and environmental aspects. Sumur Bandung sub-district can implement the smart village concept to intelligently solve their problems. Sumur Bandung sub-district is one of 30 sub-districts in the city of Bandung. Sumur Bandung sub-district has a Government Section which functions to carry out government duties in the sub-district. One of his duties is to be responsible for population administration services. For population administration services in Sumur Bandung sub-district still use a manual system that requires people to come to the sub-district to carry out population administration. As a result, it is necessary to implement a smart village in governance dimension that includes redesigning business processes for population administration services to use the latest information systems and technology. The use of this technology also needs to be aligned with the plan and strategy of Sumur Bandung sub-district. Enterprise architecture is a tool used to synchronize business needs with technology needs. Its design requires the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework, which is used as a guide while creating enterprise architecture. The research method used is literature study. The results of this study are artifacts as general architecture. These results are expected to be useful and beneficial for Sumur Bandung sub-district, especially in the population administration service section, or become a reference for other researchers as well as insight for readers.

Enterprise Architecture: A Strategy to Achieve e-Government Dimension of Smart Village Using TOGAF ADM 9.2

Transformation in village government with the enterprise architecture smart village design model is significant for developing digital technology in the village government environment to realize a government with aspects of integrity values that are in synergy with the SDGs sustainable development goals. The method used in this study uses the adoption of the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework, which consists of five phases: Preliminary, Architecture vision, Business architecture, Data architecture, Application architecture, while determining the clustering of villages by taking into account several aspects of the assessment released directly by the Ministry of Village, The Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia in the form of a village index building the IDM which aims to identify and facilitate analysis of village capabilities and the characteristics of village government at each level. The output produced in this study is in the form of an enterprise architecture smart village design that will assist the village government in describing a target in the form of a digital development design on the e-Government dimension in the form of several application platforms covering various management of public administration services, public development aspirations, and management. Analisis penerapan good university governance pada pelayanan administrasi akademik dan kemahasiswaan menggunakan TOGAF ADM

Good University Governance (GUG) is a college management concept that can improve the college quality in order to increase the public’s satisfaction and trust. The availability of academic, student data, as well inefficient business processes become issues in supporting quality improvement at Health Polytechnic Ministry of Health Palu. The study aimed to analyze the condition of GUG application in academic and student administration services at Health Polytechnic Ministry of Health Palu using The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM) stages. Identification of architectural principles and GUG principles are indicators of architectural goals to be achieved. The result indicated that there was a commitment related to the vision and mission of GUG, but the implementation of GUG principles could not be fulfilled. Inadequate use of application, report data which does not meet the needs of SPI and quality assurance, as well the elaboration of SOPs and authorities specifically are problems that make the objectives of transparency, accountability, quality assurance, and responsibility unfulfilled. The main function of the Semarang Postal Processing Center is as a post processing office which has a central point in Semarang to connect each region. Such as Delivery Centers (DC) Demak, Mranggen, Tugu, Erlangga, Banyumanik, and others, so they must go through the Semarang Post Processing Center first before being forwarded to the recipient or destination office. In supporting the business process, the Indonesian Post Office already has a package tracking system that can be accessed on the Pos Indonesia website so that consumers do not have to go to the nearest Post Office. The package tracking system aims as a system that can facilitate consumers in tracking packages. The problem in the package tracking system is that it is less accurate and efficient in tracking because it can't track packages on maps and consumers don't get automatic notification notifications when the package will be delivered and the package will arrive soon. In dealing with this, the author proposes to make improvements to the business process by designing an Enterprise Architecture (EA) package tracking system using the TOGAF ADM method, with research results in the form of an IT blueprint as a guideline to accelerate employee performance, improve services to consumers and be able to provide changes. business processes effectively.

The enterprise architecture of the Amandraya District Office Information System is specifically designed to meet the needs of the government and society. The process of designing the enterprise architecture of the Amandraya District Office Information System is intended to assist employees in providing better services to the community optimally, as well as being able to create good governance. The research methodology used is interviews, observations, literature studies, literature reviews, using TOGAF ADM as a framework in architectural design. Perancangan Enterprise Architecture E-Procurement Framework Architecture Development Method (ADM) Pada Krakatau Steel di Cilegon

An enterprise design model for the eprocurement application architecture aims to serve as a guide in developing eprocurement at Krakatau Steel in accordance with the needs and objectives of the logistics division of Krakatau Steel. The research method uses TOGAF ADM architectural modeling by conducting interviews and observations. And there are several stages that are implemented, namely the Preliminary Stage, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions. The results found in this study are the integration of the eprocurement application with the MM module SAP application so that the goods/services procurement process activities can run as expected. In addition, it can also produce blueprints as the basis for the e-procurement process enterprise design strategy at Krakatau Steel.

Analisis TOGAF ADM Fase A Pada Arsitektur Enterprise Klinik Giri Husana Nganjuk

The Giri Husana Nganjuk Clinic, located in the Bagor sub-district, Nganjuk district, is a health service institution that provides various services, such as inpatient, outpatient and emergency department, but the operational activities of the Giri Husana Nganjuk clinic are still done manually so that services are hampered. Therefore, the clinic management decided to take advantage of the application of enterprise architecture by using TOGAF ADM. The purpose of this study was to review the implementation of the ongoing TOGAF ADM phase A enterprise architecture at the Giri Husana Nganjuk clinic. The research method used in this research is the R&D (Research and Development) method. The research and development method is a research method used to create certain products, carry out the testing phase, and re-examine to determine the effectiveness and success of implementing a product. The expected results of this research are to ensure that the implementation of the TOGAF ADM enterprise architecture at the Giri Husana Nganjuk clinic is running optimally, and to see the potential for developing the TOGAF ADM enterprise architecture for the Giri Husana Nganjuk clinic in the future.

Designing Enterprise Architecture toward Big Data readiness using TOGAF ADM in the public health sector

In the pandemic Covid-19, public health sector is the key for managing national health care. According to Ministry of health(MoH) data, there are 9.993 public health service institution (puskesmas) that spread across Indonesia district level. In this study, we focus on puskesmas as the representative of Ministry of health (MoH). Most of the operations and data taken from the public health center such as patients data, health record data, pharmacies data, and more. The Ministry of Health is responsible for many sectors such as health and drug regulation, health service and equipment, illness, pandemic management, health institution, and so on. Responding to numerous roles above, Information Technology is mandatory for all division in the MoH. However, there are hundreds silo applications has been developed in the Ministry of health. As the consequence, puskesmas should operate many applications. In this study, we conduct an empirical study to design an enterprise architecture on data integration and big data using real cases in the Ministry of health. TOGAF ADM Version 9.2 is used to unearth current condition and set the vision that measures the readiness for implementing Big Data technology. We conduct interviews with management and technical staff to analyze the issues and desirable state, and then conduct gap analysis. Our study provides a systematic transformation for big data analytics in public health services to increase competitive advantage in the public health sector. Furthermore, the challenges are hundreds of applications has been running, lack of regulations, and an information technology roadmap, and the absence of software documentation. Our study defines the data mart architecture as a proposal for implementing big data as an interoperability tool to generate a consistent data. Optimization of the Use of TOGAF ADM in the Design of Information Systems for Islamic Boarding Schools

Pesantren is an educational institution that stands traditionally where students live in one place to live with each other and study under the guidance of a teacher who is also known as a Kiai. For its implementation, many things must be managed by a boarding school, starting from student registration, student placement, student learning, and evaluation of student learning at the boarding school. So far, there is no adequate system for all of these administrative needs. The purpose of this study is to build an information system framework for Islamic boarding schools using the TOGAF FRAMEWORK. Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School Pekanbaru City uses the TOGAF-ADM methodology as the standard tool used. The use of TOGAF can bring a consistent enterprise architecture, based on stakeholder requirements, and bring some considerations. . In designing this blueprint, it will rely on the work steps of the TOGAF ADM Framework, in which this enterprise architecture framework is divided into (four) categories, namely: business architecture, data, applications, and technology.
