Women (fishermen's wives) in the coastal community of Guraping Village, North Oba District, Tidore Islands City play a very important role in maintaining the survival of their households. Because it often happens that the husband's source of income as the head of the family is relatively little. using methods; FDG, lectures, training and monitoring, The target of service activities is to fishermen's wives to manage good and healthy household finances. The output of this dedication is published in service journals, videos and online or print media. Results: held on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at the Guraping sub-district office office in North Oba district, the post-graduate PKM activity will be carried out at noon at 13.00 Wit until it is completed. The participants who attended for this PKM activity were 25 people consisting of fishermen's wives and young men from Guraping. Given the importance of women's role in the household, it is important to know the contribution made by women to meet their household needs.

Characteristics of Low Back Pain (LBP) in The Lumbosacral Examination in Radiological Installations: A Case of Tidore Island Hospital and Jailolo Hospital, Indonesia

The International Classification of Disease (ICD) shows that Low Back Pain (LBP) is a condition of pain and discomfort in a person below the corner of the last rib (costal margin) and above the lower gluteal fold, accompanied by pain in the legs. Low Back Pain (LBP) is not a disease or a diagnosis but instead triggers the term used for pain syndromes in which anatomical structures are affected in various ways by the duration of pain. Low Back Pain cases worldwide vary annually, reaching 15 to 45%. WHO shows that 33% of the population in developing countries experience persistent back pain. The prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in Indonesia is 11.9% based on diagnosis by health workers, 24.7% based on diagnosis or incidence, and about 4.73% in North Maluku. Prevalence has increased significantly at the age of 35 to 55 years. The Lumbosacral Vertebrae examination technique is an initial examination to determine the presence of LBP abnormalities in the lumbosacral. The most frequently used radiological procedure in cases of LBP is a lumbosacral examination using anteroposterior (AP) and lateral projections. This research used a descriptive and retrospective approach. This research was conducted at the Radiology Installation of Tidore Islands Hospital and Jailolo Hospital for one year, January-December 2021. The results showed that the lumbosacral check in patients with clinical Low Back Pain (LBP) in the Radiology Installation of Tidore Islands Hospital and Jailolo Hospital was 64 at the Tidore Islands Hospital and 72 at the Jailolo Hospital. The people with the highest age in the two hospitals is the age range of 46-55 years, dominated by women (57.8%) at the Tidore Islands City Hospital and men (59.7%) at Jailolo Hospital. Also, the characteristics of Low Back Pain (LBP) based on the lumbosacral examination were lumbar spondylosis (43.8%) at the Tidore Islands Hospital and (41.7%) at the Jailolo Hospital.

Spatial Analysis of Landslide Prone Areas in Tidore Island Indonesia

The topographic condition of Tidore Island, where 50% of the area is on a steep slope, makes Tidore Island prone to landslides during the rainy season. This research aims to spatially identify landslide prone areas in Tidore Island using slope morphology method. SMORPH method is conducted by identifying and classifying potential landslide areas based on slope shape and slope angle matrix. The result of this study shows that high landslide potential area is 2,569.42 ha, medium potential area is 3,296.99 ha, low potential area is 4,778.46 ha, and very low potential area is 1,126.55 ha. Among the sub-districts in Tidore Island, North Tidore has the largest presentation area of 892.48 ha. It can be concluded that areas with steep slopes and convex or concave slope shapes have higher landslide potential. The findings of this research are expected to help local government in future spatial planning efforts for landslide mitigation.

The Evaluation of Plantation Development Policy in the City of Tidore Island

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the policy of providing assistance in the form of seeds for agriculture in Oba District, the city of Tidore Island. The research method used is descriptive qualitative in which an interview with 35 farmers from 12 villages and 1 sub-district is conducted. The results indicate that the policy on seeds provision to farmers in the city of of Tidore Island has been on target, yet it has not been successful due to inadequate support given concerning the ongoing guidance and supervision, therefore most of the seeds received are not planted. Another research finding is that the role of Gapoktan (Gabungan Kelompok Tani Farmers Group Association) in every village of Oba District is not optimum since access to information regarding facilities and infrastructure is limited.

KEPRAKTISAN BUKU ILMIAH POPULER ETNOBOTANI TUMBUHAN OBAT DI KOTA TIDORE KEPULAUAN

The importance of traditional knowledge about medicinal plants needs to be documented in the form of references through scientific research so that it is not lost by cultural modernization so that it can be preserved by the next generation. Written references about traditional knowledge of medicinal plants can be written in the form of books, one of which is popular scientific books. The purpose of this research is to develop a popular scientific book on medicinal plants in the city of Tidore Islands. The type of research used is research and development with the ADDIE development model consisting of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 12 students in the 3rd semester of the Biology study program, 3 students in the 5th semester of the Biology study program, and 4 people from the community who represented the city of Tidore. The data collection technique uses a validation questionnaire for experts and small-scale trials. The results of the development of popular scientific books show that the average results of the validation and testing are in the appropriate category for use with good predicates in accordance with the table of eligibility criteria and product revisions.

Effect Of Giving A Vibrator With A Cooler On Pain Level In Childhood With Venipuncture In Tidore Kepulauan Hospital

BACKGROUND : Atraumatic care is therapeutic care that is carried out as part of an intervention to remove or suppress psychological or physical stress suffered by a child. The act of minimizing pain, stress and trauma to children when given at the time of blood collection is part of the principle of atraumatic care. One of the atraumatic actions that can be performed on children is the use of a vibrator with a cooler to minimize pain when stabbing a vein AIMS : to determine the effectiveness of giving a vibrator accompanied by a cold compress against pain in children when taking venous blood. METHODS : The design of this research is true experimental with a post-test only control group design. Researchers divided into 2 groups, namely the intervention and control groups were taken randomly. Then the researcher made a vibrator with a cooler that had been previously tested on 30 adults, then after being declared to have passed the ethical study it would be applied to children when taking venous blood, assessing children's pain using the FLACC instrument (face, legs, activity, cry and controllability). The study was conducted at the Tidore Islands Hospital. Data processing was carried out previously by testing the homogeneity and normality test, if normally distributed it will use the independent t-test to assess the difference in the average of the two groups, while if it is not normally distributed it will be tested with Mann-Whitney. RESULT : The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of respondents according to age are mostly 4 years old. In the control group the average age of children is 3.87 while in the intervention group the average age of children is 3.93. Most of the experience of having blood drawn in both groups had blood drawn before. Based on gender characteristics, most of the control and intervention groups were women. There are differences in pain scores in the control and intervention groups. The mean pain score in the intervention group was 3.13 and the mean pain score in the control group was 7.87. The results of statistical tests using Mann Whitney showed that there was a significant difference in pain during venipuncture in the intervention group and the control group (p=0.013). CONCLUSION : The results of the statistical test show that there was a significant difference in pain in the intervention group and the control group (p=0.013). The use of a cooling vibrator can be an alternative to reduce pain in children during venipuncture.

The Effect of Accommodation and Restaurant Service Quality on Tourist Interests in Visiting the City of Tidore Islands

As one of the important aspects in supporting the accommodation and restaurant business. Aautomatically, application of quality of service must be applied by all restaurants and accommodations anywhere, including restaurants and accommodation in the Tidore City. Because, as an area that is trying to improve and develop its tourism sector, of course, the implementation of service quality must be given special attention. Moreover, the quality of service is one of the important factors that affect the interest of visiting tourists to one tourist destination. However, the problem that occurs in the accommodation and restaurant sector in Tidore Islands City is that the level of awareness of the manager regarding the importance of quality of service has not been very good. This certainly greatly affects the interest of tourists visiting in the city of Tidore Islands. This research aims to look at the quality of accommodation services and the quality of restaurant services on their influence on tourist interests. The research method is a quantitative method, where researchers spread questionnaires about the quality of accommodation and restaurant services in Tidore City, so that it can be concluded that the good quality of service greatly affects the interest in tourists visiting. Bean quality and taste of robusta coffee (Coffea canephora Pierre ex A. Froehner) from Bale village on Halmahera Island, Indonesia

North Maluku is one of the provinces producing Robusta coffee (Coffea canephora Pierre ex A. Froehner) in Indonesia. Although coffee production is smaller than in other provinces, coffee can be found in many locations in the provinces, namely Halmahera Island, Bacan, Obi, Tidore, and Ternate. Bale Village, located on Halmahera Island, is one of the villages in the Oba sub-district, Tidore Island. The village is known on Halmahera Island, Ternate Island, and the surrounding areas as a producer of coffee beans and coffee powder. Some of the people in the village live as farmers and home coffee entrepreneurs using traditional processing methods. The quality and taste of the coffee beans from smallholder coffee plantations from Halmahera Island, especially Bale Village, need to be studied to set the status of bean quality and taste of local coffee in Indonesia. This study is an effort to gain an initial illustration that will become a foundation for a comprehensive local coffee development in North Maluku. It will encourage resorts to generate local coffee with a unique taste that is widely known, favored by many people, and has the potential to be a Geographical Indicator (IG) of Halmahera coffee. The research result indicates that Robusta coffee beans from Bale Village Halmahera Island are free from live insects, not rotten or moldy, and do not contain foreign matters with moisture content meets the general requirement of SNI 01-2907-2008. The result of quality testing of Robusta coffee beans from Bale village is within the criteria of quality 4b in the SNI 01-2907-2008. The attributes of coffee taste consisting of fragrance/aroma, flavour, bitter/sweet, and mouthfeel/body are in an excellent category, whereas clean cup and uniformity are in an outstanding category. The final score and cup testing is 84.62, which is in the specialty coffee category.

Analisis Break Even Point Usahatani Pengolahan Kopra di Kecamatan Tidore Utara, Kota Tidore Kepulauan

This study aims to determine how much income and feasibility of copra processing business in North Tidore District, Tidore Islands City. The research was conducted on copra processing farmers with a sample determination in North Tidore District using simple random sampling with a total of 64 respondents. The results showed that copra processing costs obtained an average value of Rp.2,065,274/year, consisting of fixed costs of Rp.498,967/year and variable costs of Rp.1,566,307/year. The average income is IDR 9,003,500/year and profits are IDR 6,938,226/year. Analysis of the feasibility of the copra processing business in North Tidore District, Tidore Islands City, for the average respondent, the R/C ratio value was 4.3, which means efficiency because for every Rp. 1 spent, a benefit of Rp. 4,3. The results of the BEP Break Even Point price obtained a value of Rp.1,261, a production BEP obtained a value of 109.8 kg and BEP revenue obtained a value of Rp.604,051.74 This means that the copra business is feasible to cultivate.Keywords: Processing, Copra, Break Even Point

Distribution and Marketing Margin Analysis of Cinnamon in Tidore City

Tidore Islands City Most of its residents earn income from cinnamon farming. Cinnamon trees are peeled and the process of drying cinnamon is carried out to dry. Cinnamon is sold in stick form and involves marketing institutions. Cinnamon bark is used as a spice ingredient such as food mixes, cake making, drinks, medicines and aroma therapy. The purpose of this study is to identify marketing channels in the study area, to analyze the amount of marketing costs and margins of each marketing channel. The research was conducted in Tidore Island, Tidore Islands City, North Maluku Province in 2022. Farmer respondents were taken by census while traders used snowball sampling method. Data were analyzed using marketing margin analysis, marketing cost, marketing profit and farmer's share. Distribution research and cinnamon marketing margin in Tidore City there are 3 models of marketing channel distribution which involve various marketing institutions. The value of cinnamon marketing margins at the farm level in each channel, respectively, amounted to Rp11,050/bunch. While other marketing actors range from Rp5,000 - 20,000 / bunch depending on the profit and the pattern of marketing channels for cinnamon products. While the farmer's share of cinnamon products shows that the marketing channel is efficient, by showing marketing channel 1 the share received by farmers reaches 44.2%. The highest profit to cost ratio in marketing channel 2 was 372.13.

Analisis Prospek Dan Upaya Pengembangan Destinasi Wisata Pada Desa Maitara Kota Tidore Kepulauan Maluku Utara

The purposes of this research are 1) To find out the development of tourism potential on Maitara Island, Tidore City Islands; 2) To find out the prospects for the development of a tourist area on the island of Maitara, City of Tidore Islands. The sample in this study consisted of two types of samples, namely: regional samples and tourist samples. Percentage analysis was carried out using percentage calculations, the analytical techniques to be used were questionnaires, direct interviews, field observations, personal documents and official documents. The data is processed through a SWOT analysis. The results of the study show: that the Kailupa tourist attraction (one thousand money) is in the Quadrant I position, which means it still has a "good" situation. The Ake Bay tourist attraction is in the quadrant I position, which means it still has a "good" situation. Mangrove forest is in quadrant I position which means it still has a "good" situation with existing strengths able to take advantage of existing opportunities.

North Tidore City of Tidore Archipelago. The purpose of this PkM is to describe 1) The activity of opening the Movement to Educate Children for Housewives in Kel. Fobaharu Kec. North Tidore Tidore City Archipelago North Maluku Province 2) Provision of materials to housewives in Kel. Fobaharu Kec. North Tidore Tidore City Archipelago North Maluku Province 3) Closing activities of the Movement to Educate Children for Housewives in Kel. Fobaharu Kec. North Tidore City of Tidore Archipelago North Maluku Province. The PkM implementation method is carried out in 3 stages, namely the preparation or opening stage of the activity, delivery of material and closing of the activity. From these stages resulted in 1) The opening activity was carried out by reading the holy verses of the Koran, singing the Indonesiaraya song, salawat, remarks and the event was opened by the Head of Kelurahan Fobaharu Kec. North Tidore City of Tidore Archipelago. 2. Methods of Analysis of Macroalae Associations in Seagrass Ecosystems on Sibu Island, North Oba District, Tidore Islands City

The association between macroalgae and seagrasses has many very important ecological functions, namely as a nurturing and foraging area for various types of marine organizations and to maintain the preservation and balance of marine diversity. Various types of fish that have important economic value use the habitat for shelter and foraging. The methods used in this study are is the descriptive method, the descriptive method is knowing the existence of independent variables or survive either on one or more variables. The data obtained is displayed in the form of tables or figures. Type description based on the results of sampling in the field found 11 types of macroalgae, namely Turbinaria ornate, Turbinaria conoides, Sargassum cristaefolium, Sargassum polycystum, Sargassum muticum, Padina australis, Dictyota pinnatifida, Halimeda macroloba, Bornetella oligospora, Eucheuma denticulatum, and Chondrus crispus. Of the 11 types of macroalgae there are 8 species of macroalgae that live in sand substrate, 6 species live in muddy sand substrate, 1 species live in mud substrate, 4 species live in sandy mud substrate, 9 species live in coral substrate or coral faults, and 6 species live in rock substrate.

For that, Tidore City Government Island needs To do socialization related with development suitable MSME infrastructure with Regulations President number 12 of 2021 so that need existence planned coordination Among Tidore City government and related stakeholders so that so that planning MSME development can be done with get support budget.

Curly Chili Commodity Marketing Pattern (Capsicum Annum L) (Case Study: of Curly chili Traders in the Gosalaha Market, Tidore City, North Maluku

This research aims to analyze the marketing channel, the size of the margin and the profit level of curly chili marketing in the Gosalaha Market, Tidore Islands City. This research was conducted at the Gosalaha Market, Tidore City Islands, on the grounds that it is a trading center for traders. The research time was carried out for approximately 2 months, starting from November to December 2022 starting from data collection to compiling research results. This research uses descriptive analysis method. Data Collection Techniques by Observation, Interview and Documentation. The results showed that the curly chili marketing pattern at Gosalaha Market, Tidore City includes 2 marketing patterns, namely, curly chili marketing pattern 1, curly chili marketing pattern 2.

Income Analysis of the Welfare Level of Red Onion (Allium cepa L) Farmers; Case Study: Shallot Farmers in Topo Village, Tidore District, Tidore City, Islands, North Maluku Province

This study aims to analyze income, the level of welfare of the households of Topo local shallot farmers in Topo Village, Tidore District, Tidore Islands City, Maluku Province. This type of research is quantitative research. The research was carried out for approximately 2 months, from November to December 2022. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative and descriptive qualitative analysis. the research results show that: (1) The total income of the 28 respondent farmers is IDR 178,913,250. where as many as 21 people with an income of 1-10 million and as many as 7 people with an income of 11-20 million. With an average income per harvest of IDR 6,389,759. (2) The level of household welfare of shallot farmers in Topo Village, Tidore District, Tidore Islands City, North Maluku Province is mostly prosperous with a total percentage of 93%.

Risk Analysis Of Chili Chili Farming In The Koli Transmigration Settlement Unit, Oba Sub-District, Tidore City Islands, North Maluku Province

The agricultural pattern for residents in the Transmigration Settlement area or known as trans koli already uses modern technology that produces maximum production. Cayenne pepper production risk is a loss to farmers caused by the emergence of a production process that cannot be handled. The purpose of this study was to analyze the costs, income and income of cayenne pepper farming and to analyze production risk, cost risk and risk of cayenne pepper farming income in the Koli Transmigration Settlement Unit, Oba District, Tidore City, North Maluku Islands Province. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis to analyze farming and risk analysis. The results of this study are that the average total production costs incurred by farmers in the Trans Koli area during one planting season is IDR 1,464,198 and the average total income during one harvest season is IDR 4,062,293 and the average chili farming income earned farmer. for one harvest season IDR 2,599,094. This explains that the income of the respondent farmers in producing cayenne pepper is greater than the total production costs incurred by the cost risk with a coefficient of variation of 6.40, this is due to the high transportation costs. While the results of the lowest risk level with a coefficient of variation of 1.26. This is because of the selling price relative and stable production is indicated by a lower level of production risk with a coefficient of variation of 1.60 compared to cost risk.

Assessment of cultivation techniques and agroforestry systems on cinnamon (case study in Jaya Village, Tidore Island)

The cultivation technique attempts to modify the growing environment to be suitable for plant growth to achieve maximum and sustainable yields. At the same time, agroforestry design aims to improve the existing system by providing food agriculture directions based on physical, economic, and socio-cultural conditions. The method of the established system relates to pre-diagnosis and diagnostic activities that aim to find problems that exist in the system, followed by technological intervention to improve the system and determine the best agroforestry system in critical land conditions. The descriptive method was used in this research by identifying existing agroforestry systems. This study found three agroforestry systems: agrisilviculture, silvopasture, and agrosilvopasture. Cropping patterns generally use a randomly mixed. Cultivation techniques are still not optimal because they still rely on traditional gardens. Land suitability evaluation shows that, in general, the land suitability assessment for woody plants and annual crops is categorized as moderately suitable (S2). Agroforestry design on land cinnamon-based agroforestry is recommended for woody plant species; non-MPT species are more adaptable if grown on ridges; MPTs and annual crops are more directed at slopes and valleys, while secondary crops are better planted in the valleys.

Tradisi Salai Jin Sebagai Modal Sosial Masyarakat Tidore Kepulauan

The Tidore people are people who still adhere to the traditions passed down by their ancestors. One of the traditions in question is the Salai Jin ritual. Viewed from the aspect of social relations, this tradition characterizes social interaction between people. The Salai Jin ritual is basically a ritual which, according to local people's beliefs, allows communication between humans and supernatural beings with various purposes. Among the purposes of this ritual is to establish cooperation to ensure safety and health. The researcher is interested in examining (1) the values of the Salai Jin ritual as one of the social assets of the Tidore archipelago community, and (2) the meaning and internalization of the values of the Salai Jin ritual in the social life of the Tidore archipelago community. Designed as a descriptive qualitative research, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, triangulation is used to validate research data. After the data has been analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, this study captures several social phenomena related to the Salai Jin ritual in the Tidore Islands community, including, (1) the Salai Jin ritual contains values of togetherness, bari (mutual cooperation), empathy, and social care, and (2) the meaning of these values is to build good communication and cooperation based on the values and norms prevailing in society. The actualization of the Salai Jin ritual as social capital can be found in various mutual cooperation activities such as building houses, wedding celebrations, dina (the tradition of commemorating those who have died), and other community social activities.
