We study the properties of the products made of sintered hard alloys. It is shown that the nondestructive monitoring of their structure should be performed by using the procedure of integral measurements of the coercive force according to the degree of magnetization in an open magnetic circuit. To realize these measurements, we propose to use a specially developed VKS-968 coercimeter with combined magnetization–demagnetization system, pulsed mode of magnetization from the three-phase electric network (220 V, 50 Hz), and noncontact measuring of the demagnetization current by a magnetic modulator. The application of this coercimeter enables us to decrease the measurement error of the coercive force and the simplify structure of the device.
