In order to reduce the lander load during the docking process during the docking of the manned lunar lander and the cruise, this paper designs and introduces a kind of unilateral hook type structural lock with eccentric wheel. This mechanism can reduce the quality of the lander docking device and achieve the technical requirements of locking and unlocking between the two spacecraft. Based on the mathematical model and three-dimensional entity model of the structural lock device, the motion law is solved and simulated by Matlab and Adams software respectively. Then the theoretical and simulated motion data are compared to verify that the modified structure lock can complete the established design requirements.
