Carrollian Amplitudes from Strings

Carrollian holography is supposed to describe gravity in four-dimensional asymptotically flat space-time by the three-dimensional Carrollian CFT living at null infinity. We transform superstring scattering amplitudes into the correlation functions of primary fields of Carrollian CFT depending on the three-dimensional coordinates of the celestial sphere and a retarded time coordinate. The power series in the inverse string tension is converted to a whole tower of both UV and IR finite descendants of the underlying field-theoretical Carrollian amplitude. We focus on four-point amplitudes involving gauge bosons and gravitons in type I open superstring theory and in closed heterotic superstring theory at the tree-level. We also discuss the limit of infinite retarded time coordinates, where the string world-sheet becomes celestial.

Application of a novel deep learning-based 3D videography workflow to bat flight.

Studying the detailed biomechanics of flying animals requires accurate three-dimensional coordinates for key anatomical landmarks. Traditionally, this relies on manually digitizing animal videos, a labor-intensive task that scales poorly with increasing framerates and numbers of cameras. Here, we present a workflow that combines deep learning-powered automatic digitization with filtering and correction of mislabeled points using quality metrics from deep learning and 3D reconstruction. We tested our workflow using a particularly challenging scenario: bat flight. First, we documented four bats flying steadily in a 2 m3 wind tunnel test section. Wing kinematic parameters resulting from manually digitizing bats with markers applied to anatomical landmarks were not significantly different from those resulting from applying our workflow to the same bats without markers for five out of six parameters. Second, we compared coordinates from manual digitization against those yielded via our workflow for bats flying freely in a 344 m3 enclosure. Average distance between coordinates from our workflow and those from manual digitization was less than a millimeter larger than the average human-to-human coordinate distance. The improved efficiency of our workflow has the potential to increase the scalability of studies on animal flight biomechanics.

Verification Test and Research on Fitting Curve of Shear and Tensile Synthesis Method

Based on the recommended curve of concrete compressive strength tested by shear and tensile composite method, this paper combined with concrete specimens of different strength grades, ages and batches produced by several test verification units, adopted the in vitro shear and tensile test method introduced by the regulations, and used basically the same test equipment to collect the single shear and tensile strength and the compressive strength of cube specimens under the same conditions. Each batch was divided into 15 or 30 specimens. Through the collected test data, the conversion strength of the single shear, pull-out and shear tensile composite methods were calculated respectively. The relative error of a single specimen was calculated based on the average strength of each batch of concrete. The error distribution types and errors of each company were systematically studied, and finally the relative error data of each company were summarized, and the probability distribution parameters of the error of the Shear and tensile synthesis method were understood through probability distribution analysis, and the relationship between the error of the shear and tensile synthesis method, the single shear method and the pull method, and the influence degree on the conversion strength of the shear and tensile synthesis method were shown by using three-dimensional coordinates. Using the test data of "shear and tensile synthesis method", "single shear method" and "pull-out method", the scatter plot is drawn, and the error size is compared to explore the direction of further improving the detection accuracy of "shear and tensile synthesis method".

Sex-related Differences in the Orbital Area of Bulgarians – a 3D Laser Scanning

The present study aimed to provide up-to-date information on normal sex-related dimensions of the orbital region in young Bulgarian adults, using a 3D laser scanner. The three-dimensional coordinates of several soft-tissue landmarks on the orbits and face were obtained using a hand-held laser scanner (FastSCAN Cobra, Polhemus Inc, Colchester VT) in 95 healthy individuals (46 males and 49 females) of Bulgarian origin aged 21–30 years. From the landmarks outer and intercanthal widths, length of eye fissure, and height of the orbit were calculated and averaged for sex. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-test. Statistically significant difference was found in outer canthal width, both eyes fissure length, and orbital height between sexes. The differences in the inner canthal width did not reach statistical significance (p > 0.05). The data of the present study could serve as a quantitative characteristic of human orbital morphology. Forensic applications, evaluations of traumas, craniofacial alterations, and facial reconstruction may also benefit from the data.

New computational method for calculating of water droplet–clay contact angles: Based on molecular dynamics

The measurement of the water contact angle (θ) on the surface of clay minerals poses a significant challenge due to their microscopic particle sizes ranging from micrometers to nanometers and their extensive specific surface areas. We introduce an advanced computational framework based on molecular dynamics simulations. This framework leverages the coordination number (CN) differences of the water molecules and effectively eliminates the gaseous water molecules in the droplet equilibrium system. Additionally, our framework uses an alpha-shaped probe ball to accurately determine the three-dimensional (3D) coordinates of the droplet interface and utilizes a feed-forward neural network (FFNN) to optimize the objective function of the 3D-interface; this ensures highly accurate characterization of the interface contour and an accurate computation of θ. Our approach exhibits outstanding performance in typical clay mineral surface-water wetting systems; it significantly overcomes the limitations of the transformed cylindrical coordinate system algorithm and accurately captures the wettability variations under complex environmental conditions. This new θ computational framework provides crucial assistance for the in-depth exploration of the wettability characteristics of clay minerals in complex environments.

An overview of Graph Convolutional Networks in skeleton-based action recognition

The field of research is currently focused on human activity recognition. Hence, numerous pertinent literature reviews have expounded upon the multifaceted nature of data, the process of selecting feature vectors, and the advantages and disadvantages of classification networks. Graph Convolutional Networks (GCNs) have demonstrated significant efficacy in the domain of human action recognition. In recent years, with the rapid development of 3D skeleton data collection, a plethora of studies in action recognition based on skeleton data have emerged. Skeleton data consists of three-dimensional coordinates of multiple spatiotemporal skeletal joints, making it an effective representation of kinematics. It can be easily acquired through low-cost depth sensors and also directly extracted from two-dimensional images using video-based pose estimation algorithms, attracting widespread attention. As relational networks continue to evolve, GCNs have been applied to various fields, including human action recognition. GCNs have demonstrated significant advantages in feature extraction from skeleton data. However, using GCNs alone may have various limitations. Therefore, in recent years, many enhancement measures for GCNs have emerged. This review aims to summarize the research achievements of Graph Convolutional Network improvements in the field of human action recognition in recent years. It intends to assist future researchers in quickly organizing their research ideas, facilitating the generation of new results.

Abstract 6272: Loss of SIRT6 diverts TGF-β signaling to promote liver cancer

Abstract Background: In the US, ~35% of individuals on the waitlist for a liver transplant who had hepatocellular cancer (HCC) also had metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH). Yet, key signaling mechanisms controlling cellular transformation in this obesity-driven HCC remain only partially understood. SIRT6 is NAD+-dependent protein deacetylases that limits the activity of the lipogenic transcription factors SREBP1/2. Reduced SIRT6 is associated with human fatty liver and cancer. However, SIRT6 also limits liver fibrosis by inhibiting TGF-β signaling through the deacetylation of SMAD2 and SMAD3. We found that Smad3 driven TGF-β signaling is modulated by βII-Spectrin (encoded by SPTBN1), and that a hot mutation in HCC- D1089Y encompasses the SPTBN1-SMAD3 binding site (Gastro 2018; 154:195-210). In stressed hepatocytes, βII-Spectrin promotes lipogenesis through interactions between caspase-cleaved forms of both SREBP1 and βII-Spectrin (Sci Transl Med 2021;13:624). Liver-specific knockout of βII-Spectrin (LSKO) blocks fatty liver and HCC. Here we explored the extent of βII-spectrin-D1089Y regulation of SIRT6 expression through SMAD3, and the combined roles of SIRT6 and SPTBN1 in human HCC. Methods: We generated a SPTBN1-D1089Y mutant mouse and examined SIRT6 in the SPTBN1-D1089Y mutant mouse liver tissues and MEFs. TGF-β/Smad3 pathway activity was analyzed in SPTBN1-D1089Y mutant MEFs via western blot and RNA-seq. SIRT6 expression was examined in mouse MAFLD/MASH (GSE156059). Structure-based molecular docking simulations using three-dimensional structural coordinates of human SIRT6 (ID: Q8N6T7) and β2SP (ID: Q01082) from the AlphaFold database, followed by interactions between SIRT6 and SPTBN1. Results: SIRT6 levels are decreased in SPTBN1-D1089Y mutant liver cancer cell line and mouse liver tissues. TGF-β/SMAD3 pathway activity was altered in SPTBN1-D1089Y mutant MEF cells with decreased phospho-SMAD3 levels. The structural model predicted specific interactions between human SPTBN1 and SIRT6. Overexpression of Flag-SIRT6 reduced βII-Spectrin acetylation in HepG2 cells. TGF-β induced SMAD3, βII-Spectrin coimmunoprecipitation with SIRT6. SIRT6 knockdown increases nSREBP1, SCD1 (encoded by a nSREBP1 target gene), and βII-Spectrin in HepG2 cells. SIRT6 RNA expression is significantly decreased in liver macrophages from mice with NAFLD/NASH. Conclusions: Our data indicated a SMAD dependent as well as a SMAD3 independent role of SPTBN1 in regulating SIRT6. βII-spectrin-D1089Y together with SIRT6 deficiency may increase the susceptibility to MASH/HCC via regulating the crosstalk between macrophage and hepatocytes or regulating MASH and HCC. Innovative K-Means based machine learning method for determination of non-uniform image coordinate system in panoramic imaging: a case study with Ladybug2 camera.

Currently, the practical implementations of panoramic cameras range from vehicle navigation to space studies due to their 360-degree imaging capability in particular. In this variety of uses, it is possible to calculate three-dimensional coordinates from a panoramic image, especially using the Direct Linear Transformation (DLT) method. There are several types of omnidirectional cameras which can be classified mainly as central and non-central cameras for 360-degree imaging. The central omnidirectional cameras are those which satisfy the single-viewpoint characteristic. Multi-camera systems are usually developed for applications for which two-image stereo vision is not flexible enough to capture the environment surrounding a moving platform. Although the technology based on multi-view geometry is inexpensive, accessible, and highly customizable, multi-camera panoramic imaging systems pose a difficulty in obtaining a single projection center for the cameras. In this study, not only a defining method of the non-uniform image coordinate system is suggested by means of the K-Means algorithm for a single panoramic image, captured with a Ladybug2 panoramic camera in the panoramic calibration room but also the use of an elliptical panoramic projection coordinate system definition by Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) method in panoramic view. The results of the suggested method have been compared with the DLT algorithm for a single panoramic image which defined a conventional photogrammetric image coordinate system.

Muscle fibre size and myonuclear positioning in trained and aged humans.

Changes in myonuclear architecture and positioning are associated with exercise adaptations and ageing. However, data on the positioning and number of myonuclei following exercise are inconsistent. Additionally, whether myonuclear domains (MNDs; i.e., the theoretical volume of cytoplasm within which a myonucleus is responsible for transcribing DNA) and myonuclear positioning are altered with age remains unclear. The aim of this investigation was to investigate relationships between age and activity status and myonuclear domains and positioning. Vastus lateralis muscle biopsies from younger endurance-trained (YT) and older endurance-trained (OT) individuals were compared with age-matched untrained counterparts (YU and OU; OU samples were acquired during surgical operation). Serial, optical z-slices were acquired throughout isolated muscle fibres and analysed to give three-dimensional coordinates for myonuclei and muscle fibre dimensions. The mean cross-sectional area (CSA) of muscle fibres from OU individuals was 33%-53% smaller compared with the other groups. The number of nuclei relative to fibre CSA was 90% greater in OU compared with YU muscle fibres. Additionally, scaling of MND volume with fibre size was altered in older untrained individuals. The myonuclear arrangement, in contrast, was similar across groups. Fibre CSA and most myonuclear parameters were significantly associated with age in untrained individuals, but not in trained individuals. These data indicate that regular endurance exercise throughout the lifespan might better preserve the size of muscle fibres in older age and maintain the relationship between fibre size and MND volumes. Inactivity, however, might result in reduced muscle fibre size and altered myonuclear parameters.

A Transit Tilt and Offset Errors Calibration Method for Improving Laser Tracker Measurement Accuracy Based on the Telecentric Measurement System

Laser trackers are instruments used to measure the three-dimensional coordinates of objects with high precision. It is necessary to study calibration methods to identify geometric errors of laser trackers so as to compensate for errors and improve measurement accuracy. Among the offsets, tilts, and eccentricity errors in the system, the transit tilt and offset errors play important roles and have an essential effect on the measurement accuracy, which need to be calibrated and compensated for. Current methods for detecting geometric errors between the transit and standing axes are complex and time-consuming. In this paper, a fast and novel calibration method is proposed, which can be easily operated with high precision. Two test rods are coaxially mounted on the ends of the transit axis to extend the hidden transit axis. Then, a telecentric measurement system is used to record the projection images of the test rods and identify the position of the transit axis. The transit offset and tilt errors were thus obtained by comparing the central axis positions of the two test rods before and after the standing axis rotated 180 degrees. Moreover, a numerical analysis method was proposed based on the least square circle fitting method to calibrate the installation eccentricity errors of the test rods. Experimental results verify that the measurement accuracy of the laser tracker can be improved after error compensation using the calibrated transit offset and tilt errors. The measurement error of the laser tracker can be reduced from 161 µm to about 73 µm after compensation at a distance of 5 m, while the error can be decreased from 143 µm to about 108 µm at a distance of 10 m.

Spatial quadric calibration method for multi-line laser based on diffractive optical element

The traditional multi-line laser calibration method relies primarily on calibrating the spatial plane equations of multiple laser lines and reconstructing the multi-line laser in three dimensions through the plane equation and camera parameters. In traditional methods, the multi-line laser is projected as a straight line by default, but in reality, the laser line projected by the multi-line laser is not a plane due to the Diffractive Optical Element (DOE). Instead, it is a surface with a certain curvature in space. During the production process, the multi-line laser experiences significant distortion because of the DOE projecting at a large angle. Consequently, if traditional methods are used, accurate calibration of the multi-line laser cannot be achieved. To address this issue, this paper introduces a new calibration algorithm for multi-line laser based on a spatial quadric equation. By calibrating the spatial quadric equation of the multi-line laser, the spatial characteristics of the laser can be accurately captured. The algorithm involves projecting a crossed 7-line laser onto a calibration plate and changing the position of the calibration plate while capturing images. This allows for obtaining the spatial three-dimensional coordinates of each laser line in the camera coordinate system. Next, spatial quadric equations are fitted for each laser line based on the three-dimensional coordinates. Finally, 3D reconstruction is performed using the quadratic surface parameters of the multi-line laser and camera parameters. The results from 3D reconstruction demonstrate that, compared to traditional laser calibration methods based on planes, the proposed algorithm achieves higher calibration accuracy. It also improves the number of successful binocular multi-line laser matches and overall accuracy.

Non-contact measurement method of displacement of spherical joints in long-span space steel structures

For long-span space steel structures after a long period of operation, it is crucial to quickly and accurately measure the deformation for structural safety evaluation. To address the challenges in deformation measurement of space steel structures, this paper presents a non-contact, three-dimensional coordinate measurement method for key ball joints in their spatial positions. A high-precision Laser Total Station is utilized to measure the surface of the ball joints at multiple points. Three-dimensional coordinates of the center of the ball joints are then accurately determined by using three-dimensional analytical method and the least square error method. Subsequently, the deformation of key joints of the long-span space structures is obtained by comparing the determined coordinates with their initial coordinates. An engineering application by adopting the propose method to measure the deformation of a large-span steel structure gymnasium in Guangdong Province is presented. This method not only can be used to evaluate the safety of existing space steel structures, but also can be applied to rapid measurements and positioning of new long-span steel structures to improve the measurement efficiency and personnel safety.

2-[18]F FDG PET/CT dissemination features in adult burkitt lymphoma Are predictive of outcome.

This retrospective study investigated the prognostic role of disease dissemination features (Dmax and Dmaxbsa) measured by 2-[18F]FDG PET/CT in newly diagnosed Burkitt Lymphoma (BL) patients, comparing their performance with other metabolic parameters. We included 78 patients diagnosed with BL between 2010 and 2022 with an available baseline PET, interim PET/CT (iPET) and end of treatment PET/CT (eotPET) and with a minimum of two 2-[18F]FDG avid lesions present at the baseline scan. Dmax was calculated from the three-dimensional coordinates of the baseline metabolic tumor volume (MTV) by using LIFEx software; Dmaxbsa was calculated as Dmax normalized for body surface area according to the Du Bois method. We evaluated their effect on metabolic treatment response evaluated by PET, on progression free survival (PFS) and on overall survival (OS). Dmaxbsa was significantly associated with tumor stage, bulky and extranodal disease, MTV and TLG. At a median follow-up of 49 months, the median PFS and OS were 45 and 48 months. Dmax and Dmaxbsa were significantly higher in not complete metabolic response than complete metabolic response group at iPET and eotPET.As far as PFS, parameters including iPET/CT, eotPET/CT outcomes, MTV and TLG showed to be independent prognostic factors while Dmax and Dmaxbsa were not significantly associated with the outcome. Dissemination features, together with eotPET/CT results, MTV and TLG, demonstrated to be significantly correlated with OS. In conclusion, in this study we demonstrated that dissemination features derived by 2[18F]-FDG PET/CT were significantly correlated with response to treatment and long-term outcome, independently from other PET features.

Predicting transient wind loads on tall buildings in three-dimensional spatial coordinates using machine learning

Machine learning (ML) as a subset of artificial intelligence (AI), has gained significant attention in wind engineering applications over the past decade. Wind load predictions for tall buildings using ML studies presented in literature have always been limited to static pressure measurements or time history measurements without considering the spatial coordinates system. To design wind-sensitive tall buildings, ML models must be capable of estimating transient wind flow quantities along with its spatial distribution. Thus, in this study, for the first time, the authors used ML to model the transient wind pressure on a tall building using a three-dimensional (3D) spatial coordinates system. A series of Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel tests were performed to obtain the transient pressure readings on building surfaces, which were used to validate the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) models. Turbulence was modelled using large eddy simulations and the data obtained through CFD simulations were utilised to generate the ML models. The popular Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) model was selected as the ML model due to its capability of efficient data handling. The trained XGBoost model accurately predicted the transient wind pressure throughout the flow time. The XGBoost model has captured the extreme values well, closely following the flow patterns. In addition, special flow features like flow separation, reattachment, and steep pressure gradients have been well captured over the corresponding surfaces. Therefore, this study showcases the ability to use ML to predict pressures on tall buildings, capturing all key flow features time-efficiently.

Quantum Value Valuation Continuum

Price, cost, and income (PCI) methods are traditionally used to approximate the value state of an economic commodity such as a property. Based on the estimates of these methods, we explore how quantum theory represents the fundamental process of value valuation in practice. We propose that the mathematical formalism of quantum theory is a promising view and measure of economic value. To ground our exploration, we first map traditional PCI estimates onto three-dimensional spherical coordinates, which were then transformed into two-dimensional quantum states using the Bloch sphere. This step enabled the computation of eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the Hamiltonian matrix, from which the value state measures were derived. The results exhibit practical applications as well as fundamental insights into potential connections between economic and quantum value states.

Characteristics of throwing arm movement for an elongated implement: a comparison of the javelin and baseball throwing.

In javelin, although many previous studies have examined throwing movements that can increase initial velocity, the characteristics of throwing arm movement an elongated implement have not been clarified. The purpose of the present study was to examine the characteristics of the throwing movement of an elongated implement by comparing throwing movement between a javelin and baseball. Twelve male javelin throwers were asked to perform a javelin throw (JT) and a baseball long toss (LT) twice. The three-dimensional coordinates of reflective markers attached to the athlete's body, javelin, and baseball were measured using an optical motion capture system. %Trajectory was used as an index to evaluate the degree to which the hand was moved linearly during the throw. A smaller value of this indicator meant that the hand was move closer to a straight line. The joint angles in the throwing arm were obtained by calculating the Euler angles between body segments. These data were used to compare JT and LT. %Trajectory showed that JT was significantly smaller than LT. Significant differences in the joint angles of the throwing arm were noted between JT and LT. JT showed a kinematic pattern in which the hand was moved more linearly than in baseball long toss.

Color-Based Object Tracking Using Forward and Inverse Kinematics

Nowadays, the current surge in diverse applications of robotic arms makes comprehending these concepts of paramount importance. Various studies have been conducted on the topic of robotic arms. However, little attention was paid to the coupling relationship between object tracking and kinematics. Therefore, this research paper delves into the intricacies of robotic arm dynamics, with a specific focus on the topics of Forward and Inverse Kinematics, alongside object tracking facilitated by color-based methodologies to deepen foundational insights into robotic arm functionality. Controlling the motion and movement of robotic arms is the initial step. Leveraging the capabilities of cutting-edge technologies such as OpenCV, Armpi, and Hiwonder, it becomes feasible to precisely rotate the servos to user-input degrees and accurately position the arm based on three-dimensional Cartesian coordinates. Additionally, cameras equipped in the system enable photographing and recognizing target objects. By analyzing various positions of the target object, the robotic arm can dynamically adjust multiple servos to maintain the object's relative position. This tracking mechanism relies on the Proportional-Integral-Derivative algorithm, incorporating a minimum valid area parameter to mitigate interferences. Harnessing these algorithms empowers the robotic arm to discern objects based on camera-detected colors, and is affected slightly by different angles or distances, meaning the system's error margin consistently resides within a favorable interval. The approach exhibits practical utility in daily life scenarios, such as drug classification and recognition.

Sex estimation based on mandibular measurements.

Medical imaging and machine learning are beneficial approaches in physical and forensic anthropology. They are particularly useful for the development of models for sex identification based on bone remains. The present study uses machine learning algorithms to create models for sex estimation based on mandibular measurements. The sample included head CT scans of 239 adult Bulgarians (116 males and 123 females). Three-dimensional coordinates of 45 landmarks of the mandible were acquired from segmented polygonal models of the skulls of these individuals. Two datasets of mandibular measurements were assembled. The first dataset included 51 measurements: linear, projective, and angular measurements. The second dataset included 990 interlandmark distances. Seven machine learning algorithms (Support Vector Machines, Neural Network, Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, J48, JRip, and Logistic Regression) were applied to the two datasets, and the classification accuracy was evaluated by 10x5-cross-validation. The selection of the best subsets of attributes specific to each of the abovementioned algorithms was done based on the attribute importance evaluated by an attribute selection scheme. In general, the sub-symbolic algorithms achieved higher results than the symbolic ones, except for the logistic regression. The best classification model was learnt by the Support Vector Machines algorithm, which achieved an accuracy of 95.3% on a dataset described by 19 interlandmark distances. In both datasets, the application of advanced attribute selection has led to an increase in the classification accuracy of all algorithms used in the experiments.

3D vision technologies for a self-developed structural external crack damage recognition robot

Persistent cracking and progressive damage can weaken the operational performance of structures such as bridges, dams, and concrete buildings. Consequently, research into automated, high-precision crack detection methods remains pivotal within the realm of structural health monitoring (SHM). Presently, scholars predominantly rely on two-dimensional (2D) image-based algorithms for crack detection. However, these methods commonly struggle to accurately locate the three-dimensional (3D) coordinates of cracks on large structures and to extract the 3D contours of cracks. To address this challenge, this study proposes an automated 3D crack detection system for structures based on high-precision Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) and camera fusion. Firstly, precise registration of images and LiDAR point clouds was achieved through accurate extrinsic calibration of the sensors. Secondly, the lightweight MobileNetV2_DeepLabV3 crack semantic segmentation network was employed to detect and locate cracks. Finally, by automatically guiding the robotic arm, an industry-standard depth camera was able to capture high-precision 3D information about the crack at close observation points. Compared with the existing studies, this study emphasizes the extraction of high-precision 3D crack features and verifies the validity of the method by comparing the measurement results with those of the traditional method, demonstrating a remarkable measurement accuracy reaching sub-millimeter levels (0.1 mm). Moreover, the study introduces a comprehensive hardware platform and algorithmic framework, offering pioneering theoretical methodologies and replicable equipment references for automated surveillance and monitoring systems dedicated to structural health.

Rapid and Precise Measurement Method for Track Static Geometry of Large-Span Bridge Railway

Track geometry is an important parameter reflecting the safety of bridge railway, which is of great significance for the structure control of railway track. The measurement of track geometry is an indispensable part of structural health monitoring for bridge railway. However, existing methods for track static track geometry measurement are inadequate in terms of accuracy and efficiency. In order to improve the measurement method, this paper proposes a rapid and precise measurement method based on IMU/odometer aided by multiple total stations, which has the advantages of high efficiency, high accuracy, and is less affected by the environment. The proposed method uses a track measurement trolley (TMT) integrated with IMU and an odometer to collect railway track data on the bridge, and multiple total stations are used to synchronously measure the three-dimensional coordinates of the TMT. After coordinate system registration and time synchronisation, the data are then fused using a filtering algorithm to finally obtain the static geometry of the railway track. The proposed method was validated on the NanSha Port Railway Bridge across the Xijiang River in Foshan, China, and the results showed that the proposed method can make a single on-orbit measurement of a 1000 m length of large-span bridge railway track within half an hour, with an accuracy on the order of millimetres. The proposed method has obvious advantages in terms of efficiency and accuracy and is therefore an effective new measurement method with practical significance.
