Implementation of National Defense in the Era of Technology in Learning Citizenship Education

Defending the State or what can be called national resilience is an important thing in state life. The attitude of defending the country is something that must be owned and realized by the people, especially the younger generation who will be the future leaders of the nation. Article 27 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution states that "every citizen has the right and obligation to participate in efforts to defend the State". This research uses the literature review method which is a systematic, explicit and reproducible method for evaluating and identifying research works. The aim of this research is that citizens, especially the younger generation, must have a responsibility to defend the country and prepare students to become good citizens. The results of the discussion show that to realize the 1945 Constitution concerning National Defense, the government provides citizenship education to help educate citizens, especially the nation's next generation. Through citizenship education, the descendants of the Indonesian people will be able to understand, analyze and answer the challenges faced in society, nation and state. As well as being sustainable and in accordance with the principles and ideals of the nation as intended in the preamble to the 1945 Constitution. It is hoped that awareness of defending the State or national security can be instilled in the minds of all Indonesian people, especially in this technological era. Because in the technological era there are several external threats that are sometimes overlooked.

Identifikasi Permasalahan Yang Dihadapi Guru PJOK DALAM Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran di SMAK ST. Thomas Aquinas Ruteng

Education is the most important thing in human life, this means that every Indonesian person deserves it and is expected to always develop in it, education will never end, education in general has the meaning of a life process in developing each individual to be able to live and live life. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the obstacles faced by physical education teachers at SMAK St. Thomas Aquinas Ruteng and to find out what factors influence the problems or obstacles faced by physical education teachers at SMAK St. Thomas Aquinas Ruteng. This research is a research that uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects in this study were school principals, physical education teachers (2 teachers) and also students (3 children). The main method in this study uses the interview method used to obtain direct information about the problems faced in physical education learning. The results showed that there are 4 factors that affect physical education learning, namely teacher factors, student factors, curriculum factors and environmental factors. From the results of the study, it was concluded that, 1.) Physical education learning at SMAK St. Thomas Aquinas Ruteng has adjusted the stages that must be carried out by the physical education teacher, namely curriculum, opening lessons, learning preparation, learning implementation, facilities and infrastructure, time allocation. 2.) The most prominent and problematic factor in PE learning at SMAK St. Thomas Aquinas Ruteng is the lack of enthusiasm from students to follow PE subjects because the facilities and infrastructure are not adequate enough for the implementation of the learning process.

Prevención en el neonato de enfermedades que cursan con daño cerebral irreversible, derecho humano

Since the 1960s, my scientific activity has focused on the diagnosis and treatment of metabolic diseases, rare pathologies which, in some cases, cause irreversible brain damage. “Irreversible” is the word that should trigger all preventive efforts and ensure widespread screening. Its prevention implies early diagnosis and treatment. The fundamental objective was to detect avoidable hereditary diseases in newborns, which generally lead to irreversible mental retardation. In a short time, accompanied by the “luck of the bold”, we detected a first case of phenylketonuria and the pilot plan was set up, which led to its successive implementation throughout Spain and participation in specialised international meetings was initiated, as well as biochemical and genetic research, to contribute to scientific knowledge of such an important aspect of preventive medicine. As with any social, environmental or clinical phenomenon, it is necessary to apply treatment in time before the alteration that is to be avoided occurs, particularly when irreversible situations are involved. On several occasions I have referred to the need to act in a timely manner in order to stop the process at stages prior to the point of no return (ethics of time). Every day I feel more and more strongly, and I try to express it in this way, that the search for, dissemination and application of knowledge is the most beautiful task offered to man’s terrible perplexity, astonishment, doubt and fear. I remember that a few months after finishing my degree in Pharmacy, when I was starting to work in Prof. Santos Ruiz’s laboratory, I visited an institution for the mentally handicapped. There, on that day, many things in my life took root. Other things were erased by the force of that memory. And the feeling that it is necessary to contribute to alleviating and making the life of man, the only being aware of the great gift of life, more bearable, became more intense and urgent. In 2023, on the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, I proposed to the United Nations, through its High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mr. Volker Turk, the recognition as a human right of the prevention of diseases that cause irreversible neurological damage and requested their help in the processing of this new human right. We then asked all governments, institutions and scientific societies to support the proposal to declare as a human right the prevention through neonatal screening of pathologies in which irreversible damage can be avoided through early treatment. It is now necessary to promote a conscious citizenship that is not a spectator of what is happening, but an actor for the progressive and urgent elimination of risks that affect humanity without further remedy. At last, human beings are gradually recognising that they are equal in dignity and can express themselves freely. Now we can. Now we must. The creative capacity that distinguishes the human species encourages us and gives us hope.

Analisis Budaya Jepang dalam Buku Goodbye, Things Hidup Minimalis Ala Orang Jepang Oleh Fumio Sasaki

Lifestyle is a set of behaviours that are meaningful to the individual and others at a particular time and place, including social relationships, consumption of goods, entertainment, and clothing. Minimalism is the act of reducing things to make room for the more important things in life. A minimalist lifestyle is influenced by a consumptive lifestyle by reducing the items owned. Japanese minimalism has a rich history and is linked to cultural and philosophical traditions. A minimalist lifestyle is characterised by anti-consumerist attitudes and behaviours. A minimalist lifestyle offers many wellbeing benefits, including happiness, life satisfaction, meaning, and better personal relationships. Practising a minimalist lifestyle can be manifested by problem-avoiding behaviours, being content with enough possessions, and thinking carefully before making new purchases. The benefits of living a minimalist lifestyle range from environmental sustainability to mental health. This research aims to understand how Fumio Sasaki represents Japanese culture through the theme of minimalism and identify the Japanese cultural values reflected in this book with a qualitative method by thoroughly describing the data obtained during the research process. This research uses a literature approach by referring to theories obtained from literature in the form of books and journals as the main source and the literature.

Life Accentuation in Cognitive Dissonance and Hedonistic Behavior between Jakarta and Moscow Adolescents

Information and communication technology play an important role in the development of communication, one of which is the utilization of the online shop platform, to fulfill the desire for a hedonistic lifestyle. The changes in lifestyle focus on seeking unlimited pleasure and satisfaction. Life accentuation assumes that a person will feel happy by seeking happiness and avoiding feelings of pain, disappointment, and sadness. The research objective was to compare Jakarta and Moscow adolescents' cognitive dissonance and hedonism behavior. The comparative descriptive quantitative research method was used on 101 Moscow teenage respondents and 102 Jakarta respondents using cognitive dissonance theory and behavioral theory. The results were (1) ‘Looking for unlimited pleasure and satisfaction’ is ‘often’ (54.10%) by Jakarta teenagers, higher than Moscow teenagers (only 39.40%), and ‘sometimes’ (52.10%). (2) The dimension of ‘seeking as much happiness as possible and avoiding painful feelings’, Jakarta teenagers are 45.90% while Moscow teenagers are 36.60%, and ‘sometimes’ (56.30%). (3). For the dimensions of ‘seeking happiness symbolically’, Jakarta teenagers are more ‘often’ (53.10%) than Moscow teenagers (36.60%) and ‘sometimes’ (52.10%). (4) In the dimension of ‘pleasure is the most important thing in life’ there are differences between teenagers in Moscow and teenagers in Jakarta (54.10%) and Moscow teenagers are ‘often’ (63.40%) lower and ‘sometimes’ tend to behave hedonistically (63.40%).

Purposes of using Social Media from the Islamic Perspective as Motivations according to Experts in Islamic and Communication Studies

Today, social media has become a crucial thing in human life. However, the main purposes of using social media from the Islamic perspective remain unclear. Thus, this paper aims to outline the objectives of using social media from Islamic perspectives as a guideline. this study used a qualitative approach to collect data through content analysis and interviews using thematic analysis. this research found five main objectives from the Islamic perspective; for Islamic teachings (da’wah); to build relationships; to educate; to enjoin good and forbid harm; and to maintain digital well-being that believe can be a guideline in using social media.

Siti Khadijah RA's Islamic entrepreneurial spirit is the basis for this article. The aim is to study how modern entrepreneurial women behave. This was the only Islamic educational tradition during the time of the Prophet where women served together. The aim of this research is to create an entrepreneur in the style of Siti Khadijah RA as an example of Muslim women who were successful in business in history as a solution for today's female entrepreneurs and spread this entrepreneurship throughout the world. Siti Khadijah RA, wife of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), was one of the most famous female traders due to her success as a respected and wealthy business woman of her time using Islamic Business Ethics. Women do many important things in life. Women are not just teachers, but also a source of family love. In the modern world, the differences in roles between men and women are gradually decreasing. Many women work in important positions. Many women work in important government positions. Moreover, the majority of modern entrepreneurs are women. Women became more important after Islam entered Arabia. Women are given the opportunity to participate in business and demonstrate their abilities in society. As a data source for this research, literature research was used and relevant scientific articles were studied. The results of this research contain a number of basic verses in the Koran regarding entrepreneurship. Muslim entrepreneurs not only pay attention to the definition of entrepreneurship, but also social entrepreneurship.

The Challenge of Identity Politics in The 2024 Election

Identity and representation are two significant things in human life. While religion and ethnicity are two things that become the identity and representation of humans. The democratic process in Indonesia is inseparable from the political orientation of identity and representation. This research is qualitative in nature, focusing on the case of the 2018-2022 DKI Regional Election in the second round. The case will be analyzed using the theory of identity politics and political representation. The results show that identity politics orientation and political representation affect the democratic process. Democratization that upholds freedom is the basis for every individual to actualize themselves, including in political matters. The individual freedom guaranteed by the constitution in Indonesia reflects the high popularity of this democratic system. However, this freedom has ultimately made the divide between identities (religion, ethnicity, language, gender, etc.) in Indonesia clearer, especially in relation to the nation's political issues. The issue of religion and nationalism are two identities that are currently being debated in Indonesia. The polemics of identity politics are increasingly tapering until the emergence of truth claims that one interest group is better than other interest groups, this interest affair then begins to divide the nation that previously upheld differences.

Jumpstarting Ethno-Philosophy in Context: Ethics Discourse on Gawis ya Ngawi

Ethnicity relates to the descriptive evaluation of culture, and when examined through a philosophical lens, it becomes ethno-philosophy. Any attempt to understand the complexities of human existence is an ongoing endeavor. Any notion of goodness and badness must emanate from a cultural milieu. Scrutinizing these concepts must be rooted in existentialism, as all experiences are continually interpreted lived experiences.. The phenomena of Gawis ya Ngawi from linguistic Kankanaey terms refer to mean good and bad. In context, the Kankanaey term “Gawis” literally expresses good things in life or well-being of the person and “Ngawi” illustrates the opposite dimensions of life; however, such distinctions evoke query regarding ethical discourse. This paper analyzes the nuances of the interpreted experiences of Gawis ya Ngawi and presents its possible ethical discourses within hermeneutics of appreciation and few implications in linguistic interpretations. Jumpstarting to interpret culture via ethical discourse opens up the need of contextualization. In the realm of human existence is human culture, a topic where philosophy continues to respect especially speaking about indigeneity. In philosophy, indigeneity promotes cultural reverence. This respect for cultural uniqueness necessitates a balance between philosophy and culture, continually redefining the relationship. Philosophy’s primary goal is to manifest the rich traditions of cultures within the context of lived experiences.. Peran Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini pada Perubahan Sosial Masyarakat di Dusun Cicurug Desa Cibanten

This research aims to describe the role of early childhood education in social change in the community in Cicurug Hamlet, Cibanten Village. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection process uses the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that in Cibanten Village early childhood education has a role in social change in society. Supported by the emergence of various types of PAUD ranging from (TK, RA, and KOBER) in the area. From various sources obtained and studied, it results in an understanding that education is a very important thing in life. The important role of education in life and social change is to equip and prepare children to face or overcome various problems that will occur as a result of social change. So the efforts made in Cibanten Village are currently that children aged three to six years are required to enter early childhood education before entering the next level of education. Providing education is important for people's lives to impact change towards progress.

Consent Management System on Patient-Generated Health Data.

We consent to many things in life, but sometimes we do not know what we consent to. When discussing data protection in Europe, consent has been associated with permission under the GDPR, and health data are highly sensitive. Patients cannot make an informed decision without being provided with the information they need upfront: no informed decision, no informed consent. This paper presents a consent management system for patient-generated health data stored with HL7 FHIR specification, tested on Type 1 diabetes synthetic data. This architecture, based on using FHIR as an unequivocal data exchange format, can lead to individuals (patients) taking control of their data, enabling potential data exchange and reuse of health data across countries and organisations, in line with the European Commission proposal of a European Health Data Space.

Leadership is an important thing in social life. There is no doubt about it. The election of leaders has become a party in various countries around the world including Indonesia. Ideal leadership for the millennial generation must be able to adapt to the demands and development of the times. Even though the existence of leadership varies and each has its value and effectiveness, of course the thing that stands out in ideal leadership for the millennial generation is servant leadership which has the strongest relationship, for the millennial generation, the ideal of a leader is characterized by how much the leaders understand the media (technology literacy). When leaders in the millennial generation are not technologically literate, they will be ready to be abandoned by their followers.

Reinventing Government Pelayanan Mobil Siaga Desa

As a state apparatus, it is mandatory to provide quality public services to the community. Service innovation that continues to be carried out makes its own satisfaction value for the community as service recipients. Reinventing government is one of the principles of apparatus performance in New Public Management (NPM) which is a reference for bureaucrats to provide more modern and guaranteed public service innovations. Health services are the most important thing in life, especially in terms of health transportation. The standby car is an example of innovation in health service transportation from the government to be provided to the community to facilitate community facilities and infrastructure in obtaining services. This research on the standby car was conducted to examine the use of reinventing government principles in the village standby car service. This research uses descriptive methods with interviews and observations. Data sources were obtained from the Social Service and the person in charge of managing the village standby car. The findings of this study are that there are still several indicators that are not fulfilled if the standby car service system refers to the principles of reinventing government.

A Review on Neuroesthetics and Neurosart

Man has always felt different and special from other living things in the universe he lives in. He makes sense of the world he lives in, thinks about it, and brings theories and explanations about existence. He wants to be freed from his impulses, he rejects his animal nature. For example, if he is making love, it is out of love. While this whole point of view does not make man as free as a cat in living his impulsiveness, man is nevertheless willing to separate his animal nature from other species with thick lines by means of art and aesthetics. Because to the extent that art and aesthetics distance people from their predatory nature, they will provide safe spaces for them. Since the pictures he drew on the cave walls, he is now on a higher level dominating nature. He will not eat every dish that is put in front of him, for example, he will look for artistic touches. With all these aspects, it would not be wrong to say that art and aesthetics have a very old history. As in almost every subject, art and aesthetics also have points in terms of neuroscience. In this sense, Neuroesthetics and Neuroart provides explanations about the nature of human, art and aesthetics. It explores how the enormous synaptic connections, the neuroplastic brain, reach a line of transformation with artistic and aesthetic stimuli. In our study, we will focus on the contribution of art and artistic stimuli to the simultaneous development of the right and left brain, especially to the orbito prontal part of the brain. However, within the scope of neuroaesthetics, the effects of aesthetics on the nucleus accumbens (reward center) as well as the effects of art on the release of the happiness hormone oxytocin and its beneficial reducing effect on mental disorders such as depression will be emphasized. In addition, the differences in the amygdala region of the brain in syndromes such as autism, unlike healthy groups, and the outcomes of this difference in the artistic field will be discussed. In addition to all these, emphasis will be placed on early diagnosis methods of diseases such as stroke and Alzheimer’s through artistic works. In creating this review article, publications of refereed journals published in fields such as Google Academy, master’s and doctoral theses published in national and international thesis centers, and some books and additional resources published in the field of neuroaestheticsneuroart were used methodologically. In our related study, experimental designs made in this sense will be included in the literature and theories on the indispensability of art and aesthetics for human nature will be included.

Time Management and Academic Achievement of Under Graduate Students

Time management is an important thing in human life because it is only a things in human life which cannot change by the human. Good time management leads to improved efficiency and productivity, less stress, and more success in life. One can't get back time lost or gone Nothing can be fill in for time. Using time effectively is really self-administration. The abilities that human needs to manage others are the same abilities that are expected to manage themselves. The purpose of the present study was to explore the relation between time management and academic achievement of under graduate students. The Sample for the present study consists of 250 students taken from different colleges in Bhopal Madhya Pradesh and the sample consists of 250 students [90 male and 160 female] .Time management scale was prepared and validated by Prof. Rajesh Sahu. (NIR Institute of Management Bhopal Madhya Pradesh). The investigator used this tool to assess Time management. Personal data sheet was prepared by the investigator. Chi squire test were used for analyzing the data. In conclusion, according to student’s perception there is significant relationship between the Time management and Academic achievement of Under Graduate students.

Analysis of the Use of Technology from the Perspective of Islamic Family Law in Era 4.0

Industrial revolution 4.0. causing a shift in lifestyle from a social, religious pattern to a materialistic and secular individual pattern. Apart from that, the cultural sector has been disrupted due to the development of social media which has reconstructed the cultural structure of society. Social relations between communities are now more closely established in the virtual world, so that relationships in the real world have become relative. This results in a lack of direct communication with family members because they focus on seeking their own pleasure. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, parents have also given gadgets to their children aged around 4-6 years. This research uses a social approach method and structural functionalism as its theory. The results of the research are that families do not reject revolution and use technology to help their daily lives. Apart from that, there are implications of structural functionalism theory with the occurrence of disruption in the era of the industrial revolution, especially in the social and cultural fields of society. The Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 is an era where various things in life are filled with sophisticated technology. Several families that the author studied have used technology produced by the industrial revolution 4.0. They use it in their daily lives so that it is felt as a need and urgency. As a result, there is a shift in perspective and lifestyle in society in various areas of life, one of which is social and cultural, resulting in disruption. The disruption process has gone through a process of externalization, objectification and internalization as per the theory of structural functionalism so that both are relevant.

MENGUNGKAP PERISTIWA KEMATIAN KRIMINAL KASUS PEMBEKAPAN PERSPEKTIF MEDIKOLEGAL

Death is a definite thing in life that can be identified clinically in a person through observing the changes that occur in the corpse's body. The mechanism of death can be unnatural. In this case, wounds were found in the mouth, a form of mechanical smothering. Smothering can cause death, so it is an important reason to discuss and aims to reveal unnatural injuries and what events occurred. The examination method uses the principles of evidence based medicine. On external examination, bruises were found on the inner lips, both eyes (racoon eyes), left cheek, upper jaw, lower jaw, abrasions on the lips with teeth prints, and cheeks and several other bodies injuries. The lips, the tips of both fingers and the tips of the toes were bluish in color and bleeding spots were found on both inner eyelids. The conclusion of the external examination of the corpse showed that the wounds were unnatural and there were signs of strong pressure on the mouth and nose area which could cause suffocation and there were signs of cranial base trauma. On Power and Obligation in Publishing

Welcome to Volume 5 of Commoning Ethnography. We’ll start with the obvious: this issue was a challenge to produce. It arrives nearly three calendar years after our last issue. This was not our plan. There are myriad reasons for the issue’s untimeliness. Chiefly, these have to do with a quite volatile period in the life of our institution in the long wake of the COVID-19 pandemic as it played out in its own untimely way in Aotearoa. They also have to do with changes in our personal circumstances and shifting personnel on the editorial collective. Rather than unpack these circumstances, the experience of trying desperately to publish the journal while also keeping up with all the other things in life has raised a different set of questions: What is the nature of the relationship between author and editor? What kinds of obligations, responsibilities, and power relationships are enfolded into that relationship? What happens when those asymmetries shift around?

Science is a very fundamental thing in life. Advances in science can make human life easier. We don't just get knowledge for free, but we have to do it with effort and struggle to get it, the way is by studying or seeking knowledge. Rasulullah SAW stated that seeking knowledge is an obligation for every Muslim without exception. The Prophet even said that the obligation to seek knowledge starts from the cradle to the grave. We can find many of the virtues of knowledge in the Koran and Al-Hadith. The virtue of knowledge is not only for those who have knowledge, but also for those who seek knowledge and for anyone who practices it.

PENJADWALAN DAN PEMBERIAN PAKAN IKAN OTOMATIS BERBASIS INTERNET OF THING MENGGUNAKAN NODEMCU ESP8266 DAN APLIKASI BLYNK STUDI KASUS : TOKO FISH FRIENDLY

The utilization of the Internet of Things (IOT) in everyday life has penetrated into various fields, including in the field of animal husbandry. In this study, the authors raised a problem found in the Fish Friendly fish shop as a research site. The main problem found in this study is that farmers have difficulty in feeding which is carried out regularly and on a schedule. Sometimes in certain conditions, farmers cannot feed fish according to their schedule, this can cause a decrease in the quality of fish health so that it has a negative impact on the selling price of fish. This factor can be very important considering that fish feed must be maintained in quality and quantity. Based on the existing problems, a solution was created to design and make a tool by utilizing an automation system using IoT (Internet of things). To get the complete data needed, the author uses interview and field observation methods, besides that this research uses NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller devices and Servo Motors to design automatic feeders, as well as the use of the Blynk application as a remote control via a smartphone. The result of this study is that the tool made can provide feed to fish according to a predetermined schedule so that feeding can work periodically and effectively. In addition, remote control carried out through the blynk application runs smoothly, so the tool can work without manual control anymore.
