Analysis of Mechanical Properties and Thermal Conductivity of Thin-Ply Laminates in Ambient and Cryogenic Conditions

It is widely known that glass–epoxy laminates are renowned for their high stiffness, good thermal properties, and economic qualities. For this reason, composite materials find successful applications in various industrial sectors such as aerospace, astronautics, the storage sector, and energy. The aim of this study was to investigate the mechanical and thermal properties of composite materials comprising two different types of epoxy resin and three different hardeners, both at room temperature and under cryogenic conditions. The samples were produced at IZOERG (Gliwice, Poland) using a laboratory hot-hydraulic-press technique. During cyclic loading–unloading tests, degradation up to a strain level of 0.6% was observed both at room temperature (RT) and at 77 K. For a glass-reinforced composite with YDPN resin (EP_1_1), the highest degradation was recorded at 18.84% at RT and 33.63% at 77 K. We have also investigated the temperature dependence of thermal conductivity for all samples in a wide temperature range down to 5 K. The thermal conductivity was found to be low and had a relative difference of up to 20% among the composites. The experimental results indicated that composites under cryogenic conditions exhibited less damage and were stiffer. It was confirmed that the choice of hardener significantly influenced both properties.

Effect of Li2O on physical, structural, thermal, optical, and electrical properties of mixed alkali borate glasses containing silver nanoparticles

In this work, mixed alkali borate glasses doped with Li2O were prepared with a molar composition of (75-x) B2O3-15Na2O-8CaO-1V2O5-1AgCl-xLi2O; x = 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 mol% by using traditional melt-quenching process. X-ray diffraction studies confirmed the amorphous nature of the samples. Upon Li2O doping the glass density, measured at ambient temperature, increases from 2.336to 2.518 g/cm3, while molar volume decreases from 29.637 to 24.337 cm3/mol. The direct and indirect band gap energies determined using UV–Visible absorption analysis was in the range 3.000 –3.285 eV and 2.910–3.218 eV respectively. The DTA measurements indicated that with Li2O addition the thermal stability of the glasses has improved. FTIR study revealed the vibrational modes corresponding to the functional groups present in the glasses. The DC conductivity of the samples (measured at 588 K) was found to increase from 2.394 x 10-4 to 3.987 x 10-4 Ω-1m-1with Li2O content. The temperature dependency of DC conductivity followed Mott’s Small Polaron Hopping (SPH) model at high temperature and Variable Range Hopping (VRH) model at low temperatures. The linear fit of the data to the SPH model yielded the activation energy (W) values in the range 0.152 to 0.693 eV, whereas the density of states at Fermi level evaluated by the VRH model was in the order of 1030 eV-1m-3. The improved electrical conductivity of the prepared Li doped glasses together with their good thermal stability and transparency render them as potential candidates for optoelectronics device applications.

Impedance Spectroscopy of Lanthanum-Doped (Pb0.75Ba0.25)(Zr0.70Ti0.30)O3 Ceramics

This study examines the effects of La3+ doping on (Pb0.75Ba0.25)(Zr0.70Ti0.30)O3(PBZT) ceramics, which were synthesized using the conventional solid-state reaction method. X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed that the PBZT structure, including PBZT doped with La3+ at concentrations x = 1 at.% and x = 2 at.%, exhibited a rhombohedral (R3c) space group, while higher doping levels of x = 3 at.% and x = 4 at.% led to a dominant cubic (Pm-3m) phase with approximately 30% of a remnant rhombohedral component. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM, JEOL JSM-7100F TTL LV, Jeol Ltd., Tokyo, Japan) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) were utilized to investigate the structure and morphology of these ceramics. The findings indicated that the chemical composition of the ceramic samples closely corresponded to the initial stoichiometry of the ceramic powder. An increase in the amount of lanthanum results in a decrease in the average grain size of the ceramics. The electrical properties were further evaluated using complex impedance spectroscopy (IS) over a range of temperatures and frequencies, as well as temperature dependence of DC conductivity. The similarity in the changes in activation energy for DC conductivity and grain boundary conductivity, caused by lanthanum ion modification, allows for the conclusion that grain boundaries are the primary microstructural element responsible for conductivity in these materials.

High temperature thermoelectric properties of BaxSr2−xFeCoO6 double perovskites

Abstract In this study, environmentally benign BaxSr2-xFeCoO6 (BSFC) double perovskites are synthesized via solid-state reaction route for high-temperature thermoelectric applications. The crystal structure and morphology of the ceramic samples are analyzed using XRD and SEM, respectively. Rietveld refinement of XRD data confirms a cubic structure with Pm3̅m space-group. High-temperature thermoelectric measurements exhibits that substituting Ba for Sr in Sr2FeCoO6 increases the Seebeck coefficient (S) but at the expense of the electrical conductivity (σ). The highest Seebeck coefficient of 117 μV/K has been observed in Ba0.5Sr1.5FeCoO6 at 910 K. Temperature-dependent electrical conductivity measurements indicates a semiconductor-to-metal like transition in all samples, with BSFC (x = 0.1) achieving the highest conductivity of 4 × 104 S m−1 at ∼623 K. The thermoelectric power factor has been enhanced by over 50% with Ba substitution in Sr2FeCoO6. Electron transport in these double perovskites is found to follow the small polaron hopping conduction mechanism.

Photoinduced modulation and the effect of CNT loading on field effect transistor characteristics of CNT/ZnO/PVDF composite.

CNT/ZnO/PVDF polymer composite phototransistor is studied for the effect of CNT loading and the photoinduced modulation on its transfer characteristics. XRD study shows that the induced strain in the composite is due to the addition of CNT to the ZnO/PVDF composite. The percentage of β-phase present in PVDF is estimated through Raman spectroscopy and the composite's spectral response is determined by UV-Vis absorbance spectroscopy. From the DC electrical conductivity study it is found that the percolation threshold for the composites is obtained for 0.3 wt% of CNT, and 0.44 wt % of CNT loading makes the composite conductive. On adding 1 wt% of CNT, the electrical conductivity of the ZnO/PVDF composite increases 40 times (~ 0.2 μS/m). The temperature-dependent DC conductivity shows that the conductivity of the composites changes from variable range hopping (VRH) to band conductance upon an increase in CNT loading above the percolation threshold and exhibits a negative temperature coefficient (NTC). Two terminal photoconductivity studies are done to understand the photo enhancement and sensitivity of all the devices. PE hysteresis studies show that the polarization of the composites increases drastically from 0.05 μC/cm2 below the percolation threshold to 10 - 30 μC/cm2 above the percolation threshold of CNT in the composite. To study the effect of interfacial polarization on photoconductivity, the composite is studied in a three-terminal device format using SiO2 as a gate dielectric. A band diagram analysis of the oxide-composite and CNT/ZnO interface is done to understand the mechanism behind the photoinduced field effect on transfer characteristics and the effect of CNT loading. The switching behavior and decay time under UV illumination are studied to understand the effect of CNT loading and photoinduced polarization. The persistent photoconductivity decreases and the charge collection efficiency of the FET increases as the CNT loading increases.

Soft Matter Electrolytes: Mechanism of Ionic Conduction Compared to Liquid or Solid Electrolytes

Soft matter electrolytes could solve the safety problem of widely used liquid electrolytes in Li-ion batteries which are burnable upon heating. Simultaneously, they could solve the problem of poor contact between electrodes and solid electrolytes. However, the ionic conductivity of soft matter electrolytes is relatively low when mechanical properties are relatively good. In the present review, mechanisms of ionic conduction in soft matter electrolytes are discussed in order to achieve higher ionic conductivity with sufficient mechanical properties where soft matter electrolytes are defined as polymer electrolytes and polymeric or inorganic gel electrolytes. They could also be defined by Young’s modulus from about Pa to Pa. Many soft matter electrolytes exhibit VFT (Vogel–Fulcher–Tammann) type temperature dependence of ionic conductivity. VFT behavior is explained by the free volume model or the configurational entropy model, which is discussed in detail. Mostly, the amorphous phase of polymer is a better ionic conductor compared to the crystalline phase. There are, however, some experimental and theoretical reports that the crystalline phase is a better ionic conductor. Some methods to increase the ionic conductivity of polymer electrolytes are discussed, such as cavitation under tensile deformation and the microporous structure of polymer electrolytes, which could be explained by the conduction mechanism of soft matter electrolytes.

Inversion of the temperature dependence of thermal conductivity of hcp iron under high pressure

Investigating how the thermal transport properties of iron change under extremely high pressure and temperature conditions, such as those found in the Earth’s core, is a major experimental challenge. Over the past decade, there has been a great deal of discussion and debate surrounding the thermal conductivity of the iron-based Earth’s core and its thermal evolution. One reason for this may be the variability in the experimentally obtained thermal conductivity of iron at high pressures and temperatures. In this study, we present the experimental results of measuring the thermal conductivity of hexagonal-closed-pack (hcp) iron over a wide pressure-temperature range up to 176 GPa and 2900 K using the pulsed light heating thermoreflectance technique in a laser-heated diamond anvil cell. Our findings indicate that the temperature derivative of the thermal conductivity of hcp iron undergoes a change from negative to positive above 74 GPa, potentially making hcp iron highly conductive at conditions similar to those observed in the Earth’s core. This observation represents a notable example of a phenomenon where pressure appears to influence the sign of the temperature derivative of the thermal conductivity of an isostructural metal.

Measurements of fluctuation-induced in-plane magneto-conductivity of granular aluminum film

The phenomenon of Berezinskii–Kosterlitz–Thouless (BKT) phase fluctuations and the superconducting fluctuations is investigated in a 40 nm thick granular aluminum film using magneto-transport measurements. The transport measurements suggest the possibility of strong electron–phonon (el–ph) interactions in contrast to a Bardeen–Cooper–Schrieffer superconductor. It shows a BKT transition of 2.304 K and a superconducting mean-field transition at 2.32 K. The presence of the resistive tail even before the BKT transition reflects the abundance of thermally activated free vortices. By analyzing the excess conductivity, Gaussian–Ginzburg–Landau superconducting fluctuations are observed above the superconducting transition, which causes rounding of the transition region even before the superconducting transition. The temperature dependence of the fluctuation conductivity in zero magnetic field exhibits distinct signatures of the two-dimensional direct Aslamazov–Larkin theory, with a significant contribution from the Maki–Thompson (MT) model. Furthermore, the anomalous behavior of the fluctuation conductivity at higher temperatures and perpendicular magnetic fields (up to 700 mT) is explained in terms of the total-energy cutoff (=0.72) in the low-wavelength region of the superconducting fluctuations and a pair-breaking parameter (∼0.031). Further studies on the pair-breaking parameter indicate the presence of the el–ph scattering, which diminishes the MT contribution. Our study carries important bearings on how the BKT phase fluctuations and superconducting amplitude fluctuations control the conductivity of granular superconductor near and above the transition region as non-equilibrium properties of weakly disordered granular superconductors. This research is of significance, offering insights into the fundamental properties of granular superconductivity and aiding in the comprehension of nano-structured thin film devices.

Microscopic analysis of relaxation behavior in nonlinear optical conductivity of graphene

We produce a general formalism to study the interband dynamical optical conductivity in the nonlinear regime of graphene in the presence of a quantum bath comprising phonons and electrons. When a quantum solid of graphene is subjected to an intense electric field in the optical frequency range, the observation of a nonlinear response is facilitated by formulating a quantum master equation of the density operator associated with the Hamiltonian encapsulated in a spin-boson model of dissipative quantum statistical mechanics. Our results reveal the nonlinear steady-state regime’s population inversion and decoherence. The present method enables us to investigate further the nonlinear interband optical conductivity of pristine and gapped graphene characterized by a single dimensionless parameter at finite temperatures. Different bath spectra’ effects on phonons and electrons are examined in detail. The temperature dependence of conductivity reveals that changing temperature can enable us to make a transition from the linear to the nonlinear regime for fixed optical field parameters. Interestingly, a fascinating switching-like behavior is observed for the low-temperature optical conductivity of the gapped graphene while we vary the energy gap as well as the frequency of the externally applied field. Although our general formulation can address a variety of nonequilibrium responses of the two-band system, it also facilitates a connection with the phenomenological modeling of nonlinear optical conductivity.

A 2D open framework zinc phosphate and its high proton conductance properties at medium and low temperature

A 2D open-framework zinc phosphate [C3N2H12][Zn2(HPO4)3] (1) was synthesized by solvothermal method. The inorganic anion layer is constructed from Zn2P2O12 cluster units and the interlayer spaces are filled by the diprotonated DAP molecules. The resultant compound had high purity and thermal stability by PXRD and TG analysis. This compound exhibited strongly temperature and humidity dependent proton conductivity, and its highest proton conductivity achieves 2.36 × 10−2 S.cm−1 at 100 %RH and 333 K. Moreover, the important effect of the dense hydrogen bond network in elevating the proton conductivity was explored through comparing the structure and proton conduction behavior between 1 and [C3N2H12][Zn(HPO4)2] (2), which synthesized via the same hydrothermal reaction process, and only a slight difference in the amount of DAP.

Scanning glass microelectrode technique for investigating temperature-dependent electrical properties

Abstract Recent progresses in ionic current analyses related to micro- and nano-object sensing, electrochemical sensors, and liquid pollution monitoring have attracted significant attention. Micro- and nanoscale sensors with high spatial resolution and high signal-to-noise ratios are also effective for obtaining detailed understanding of ion transport phenomena. We have developed a glass microelectrode technique for measuring the electrical potential distribution by scanning through liquids. It enables us to directly evaluate electrical properties with a spatial resolution equal to the glass tip diameter, which is less than 1 μm. Herein, we optimize the channel and cell structures for the analysis of temperature-dependent properties, which allows us to measure the temperature dependence of conductivity and viscosity in the range of 303--333 K based on the Stokes--Einstein relation. The proposed method, which directly measures the spatial distribution of electrical potential, is suitable for analyzing conductivity, viscosity, and concentration without preprocessing calibration.

Broadband Dielectric Spectroscopy: Unraveling Na+diffusion and mixed conduction in Na₂O-modified zinc phosphate glasses for electrode material applications

The fundamental understanding of electric charge (ion + polarons/electrons) transport and relaxation mechanism is essential for applications in solid state ionics. In present work, to study Na+ transport, the electrical conductivity of zinc phosphate glasses modified with Na2O has been investigated in temperature range 313K and 473K and frequency range of 100 mHz to 1 MHz. The experimental data of Nyquist plots is fitted with appropriate equivalent circuits at different temperatures which reveals presence of mixed conduction (polaronic + ionic) and Na+ diffusion (at 50 mol% Na2O) in studied glass samples. The values of frequency exponent (s) obtained from the fitting of experimental data of the real part of electrical conductivity with Almond–West equation (WAE) have been used to determine the conduction mechanism. The electric transport in studied glasses occurred via correlated barrier hopping and non-overlapping small polaron tunnelling conduction models depending on the glass composition and temperature range of investigation. Electric Modulus studies further supports the assertion of composition and temperature dependent conduction mechanisms. The activation energies determined from conductivity, electric modulus, and impedance measurements are found to be consistent, indicating a good correlation in the study.

Research of heat conductivity of quartz material

In the article the results of a study of heat conductivity and thermal resistance of quartz-containing materials were presented. The object of the study was a quartz mineral from the Aktas deposit, located in the Ulytau district of the Karaganda region. The initial size was a piece of quartz mineral measuring 5–10 mm, which was disassembled mechanically. To prepare the samples under study, quartz powder 0.2 mm thick, crushed by the electric pulse method, was used. Electropulse technology is one of the methods based on the influence of Yutkin, accompanied by the formation of a specially formed high-voltage pulsed electrical discharge inside a volume of liquid. The pulse discharge frequency of the electrohydropulse installation for grinding the mineral to the required fraction was f = 3 Hz, the pulse capacitor capacitance C = 0.4 μF, the pulse discharge voltage U = 18–37 kV. The samples under study were made in the following dimensions: width 100 mm, length 100 mm, height 25 mm. To evaluate the thermophysical properties of manufactured samples in a stationary mode, the ITP-МG4 “100” installation was used, which determines the heat conductivity and thermal resistance of materials for thermal insulation of industrial equipment and pipelines in accordance with GOST 7076, based on the thermoelectric method, and GOST 30256, based on the thermal probe method. As a result of the study, a graph of the temperature dependence of heat conductivity and thermal resistance of quartz-containing materials was obtained. Based on the results obtained, it was established that the thermophysical parameters of the sample containing quartz are lower compared to the sample consisting of cement.

Ionic liquid supported chitosan-g-SPA as a biopolymer-based single ion conducting solid polymer electrolyte for energy storage devices

This article discusses the preparation of different grades of single-ion conducting quasi-solid polymer electrolytes (q-SPE) material (Chit-g-SPA-IL) based on biopolymer (chitosan), polyacrylic acid and DBU-acetate (DBUH+ AcO−) ionic liquid. Chit-SPA-60 %-IL exhibited the highest conductivity within the range of 10−4 S/cm. TGA analysis demonstrated the stability of electrolytes up to a temperature of 120 °C. SEM-EDS analysis unveiled the porous nature of the electrolyte and even distribution of ions throughout the matrix. It exhibited an electrochemical stability window (EWS) of 2.53 V with significant current density and an ionic transference number (ITN) of ~99.9 %. The temperature-dependent conductivity established an Arrhenius-type conduction mechanism with an activation energy of 0.149 eV for ion movement within the electrolyte matrix. The AC conductivity analysis emphasized the time-temperature independence of the ionic conduction mechanism. Dielectric analysis highlighted the capacitive nature of the electrolyte, underlining its substantial capacitance, while modulus studies indicated minimal influence from the electrode-electrolyte interface. Chit-SPA-60 %-IL at 30 °C included a self-diffusion coefficient of 4.57 × 10−5 m2/s, ionic mobility of 1.75 × 10−3 m2/Vs, and drift ionic velocity of 0.44 m/s. These findings makes SPE as a promising candidate for sodium-ion-based energy storage devices.

Analysis of semiconductor properties of fabricated graphene materials

Introducing dopant elements into graphene is a crucial process for creating bandgaps, which will have significant importance in developing nanoelectronic devices in the future. In this study, we provide an analysis of the electrical and carrier mobility properties of graphene doped with BN in ratios of 1 %, 3 %, and 5 %, graphene 95 %, ZnO-3 %, and BN2 %, graphene-95 %, Al2O3-3 % and BN-2 %, graphene-95 %, TiO2-3 % and BN-2 % by using a sintering process. Upon analyzing the band structure, it was determined that the mentioned materials demonstrate a bandgap in graphene. The resistivity values for fabricated graphene materials doped with different nanoparticles are estimated using the Source-meter Unit (SMU) at room temperature (25°C), 100°C and 200°C. The conductivity of graphene is 8.93E+07 Ω−1cm−1 and reduced gradually with the doping percentages. The resistivity of graphene is measured at 1.12 E-08 Ω.cmand increases with the doping percentages, and carrier mobility is measured to be 9239 cm2V−1s−1 and gradually reduced with the doping percentages. The temperature-dependent conductivity is determined using electrical conductivity under the constant relaxation time approximation.

Новый катодный материал La2/3Cu3Ti4−xFex O12−δ для твердооксидного топливного элемента: синтез и электропроводность

Copper lanthanum titanate La2/3Cu3Ti4−xFexO12−δ x = 0–1 was doped with Fe3+ cations. The diagram of the dependence of the tolerance factor on the relative electronegativity of cations for all studied compositions was represented. It was shown that all the compositions exist in the region of existence of distorted perovskite. X-ray diffraction and X-ray phase analysis methods established the region of existence of solid solutions of La2/3Cu3Ti4−xFexO12−δ obtained by ceramic technology, which was 0 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.4. The temperature dependences of electrical conductivity for the compositions from the region of existence of solid solutions La2/3Cu3Ti4−xFexO12−δ were obtained. The ionic-electronic nature of conductivity was suggested. It was shown that the decrease of electronic conductivity under the increase of iron content was due to the compensation of electronic carriers formed during acceptor doping.

Electrical properties and evaluation of band tail states in Mg doped p-type multilayer hBN

A series of Mg doped p-type multi-layered hBN films were prepared by atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition. Temperature dependent conductivity measurements were performed from 0.1 Hz to 10 MHz to analyze the characteristics of tail states close to the valence band edge. Jonscher's power law (Aωs) is successfully applied to understand charge carrier transport through these states. In this work, exponent S increases from 0.6 → 0.8, 0.8 → 0.995, and 1.4 → 1.6 for samples B (precursor temperature, 750 °C), D (850 °C), and E (900 °C), indicating that non-overlapping small polaron tunneling dominates to 548 K. Polaron binding energies of 0.2–0.40 eV and tunneling distances <4.9 Å are calculated, confirming transport through localized states. The density of states near the Fermi level N(EF) was extracted from a fit to the AC conductivity data, yielding values of 1015 and 1017eV−1cm−3 as the precursor temperature increases. Singular Mg acceptor levels of 74, 30, and 17 meV are identified for each sample. A hole concentration from 6.5 × 1017 to 1 × 1018 cm−3 and carrier mobility from 18 to 25 cm2/V s is measured at 300 K. From RC fitting, carrier recombination lifetimes of 1.2, 0.4, and 0.35 μs are determined. Fermi's golden rule is used to determine an optical joint density of states of 1.1 × 1021 eV−1 cm−3 at a band edge. Overall, we show that AC conductivity is an effective method to evaluate midgap states in 2D (two-dimensional) materials at EF and p-type hBN possesses sufficient electrical properties to be integrated into a wide range of semiconductor applications.

Dual-Template-Directed Zero-Dimensional Bismuth Chlorides: Structures, Luminescence, Photoinduced Chromism, and Enhanced Proton Conductivity.

Zero-dimensional (0D) hybrid organic-inorganic bismuth halides have attracted immense scientific interest as promising candidates for lead-free materials. Here, by using a typical solvothermal method, two mixed-cation-phase 0D hybrid bismuth chlorides of [HPDA][H2PDA]BiCl6 (1) and [Hbzim][H2PA]BiCl6 (2) (PDA = bis(4-pyridyl)amine, bzim = benzimidazole, PA = 2-picolylamine) have been assembled based on a series of organic amine guests. Both compounds exhibit interesting photoluminescence phenomena, in which compound 1 exhibits a double emission property of blue fluorescence and yellow-green phosphorescence simultaneously, while compound 2 exhibits wide-band yellow-green emission under visible light excitation. The luminescence mechanism is explained by experiments and theoretical calculations. In view of the fact that halometallate units and the conjugated nitrogen heterocyclic systems can act as electron donors and electron acceptors, respectively, both compounds exhibit free radical-driven photochromism induced by electron transfer under xenon lamp irradiation at room temperature. In addition, benefiting from abundant hydrogen bond networks in structures, the two compounds show significant temperature-dependent proton conduction behavior in the range of 298-343 K, and the proton conductivity of both compounds is significantly improved after light irradiation. Our study demonstrates two novel hybrid mixed-cation-phase 0D hybrid bismuth halides with photoluminescence, photochromism, and photomodulated proton conduction properties, which enriches the dual-template-directed metal halide system and provides a feasible scheme for the synthesis of photoresponsive smart materials.

Thermal conductivity in solid solutions of lithium niobate tantalate single crystals from 300 K up to 1300 K

Lithium niobate tantalate (LiNb1−xTaxO3, LNT) solid solutions offer exciting new possibilities for applications ranging from optics, piezotronics, and electronics beyond the capabilities of the widely used singular compounds of lithium niobate (LiNbO3, LN) or lithium tantalate (LiTaO3, LT). Crystal growth of homogeneous LNT single crystals by the Czochralski method is still challenging. One key aspect of homogeneous growth is the accurate knowledge of thermal conductivity through the crystal boule during the growth, which is central to control the crystal growth. Therefore, the temperature dependent thermal conductivity of pure LN, LT, and LNT solid solutions, as well as of selected doped LN and LT crystals (Mg, Zn) was investigated across the temperature range from 300 to 1300 K. The results that span across the whole composition range can directly be applied for optimizing growth conditions of both LNT solid solutions as well as doped and undoped LN and LT crystals.

A 3D open-framework amino acid templated cerium phosphite-oxalate showing proton conductive property

Using L-histidine as template, a three-dimensional (3D) open-framework cerium phosphite-oxalate, Ce2(H2O)2(H2PO3)2(C2O4)3·C6H11N3O2·H2O (1), has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition. Interestingly, it is the first example of lanthanide phosphite-oxalate with amino acid as the template. Compound 1 shows 3D framework with 8-, 12- and 20-ring channels and has a mog Moganite topology. Correspondingly, compound 1 displays temperature and humidity dependent proton conductivity with the highest value of 3.67 × 10−4 S cm−1 at 75 °C and 98 % RH.
