Construction of a Sustainable Training System for Engineering and Technological Innovation Talents Based on CIPP Model in the Digital Era

With the advent of the digital era, the demand for engineering and technological talents in the market is increasing. It is crucial to design a sustainable training and evaluation system suitable for engineering and technological innovation talents. However, traditional data evaluation models have problems with unsuitable evaluation indicators and low model accuracy. Therefore, the paper selects the decision-making-oriented evaluation model to build the basic talent training evaluation indicators, and design expert questionnaires based on the Delphi method to screen indicators. Moreover, the paper also combines the adaptive genetic algorithm optimised backpropagation neural network to establish a talent cultivation evaluation model, and conducts simulation experiments using MATLAB to verify its feasibility. The results showed that the evaluation accuracy [Formula: see text] value of the research model was 0.99635, and the fitness value was 1.34, which was 0.5 higher than the unmodified model and achieved good evaluation results. At the same time, by comparing with the traditional genetic algorithm optimised model and the unimproved backpropagation model, the average evaluation accuracy of the research model increased by 66.44% and 13.59%, and the recall rate increased by 10.79% and 23.96%. The research model has improved the accuracy of evaluation, and its adaptability has also been enhanced, achieving superior evaluation results, which has important value in the cultivation of engineering and technological innovation talents.

Talent Incentive Policy of Chinese High-tech Enterprises from the Perspective of Industrial Informatization Intervention

Priority development of education is the fundamental guarantee for the construction of high-level talent highlands. Technological self-reliance and self-improvement are strategic support for the construction of high-level talent highlands, and talent innovation guidance is the intrinsic driving force for the construction of high-level talent highlands. The construction of a high-level talent highland in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area requires the integration of innovative elements that connect the “education chain, technology chain, and talent chain”. It is necessary to build a three-dimensional integrated spatial architecture of “education technology talent”. We need to build a community that integrates “education highland, technology highland, and talent highland”. Accelerating the construction of high-level talent highlands in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area requires the construction of a highland for scientific and technological innovation talents, a highland for technical and skilled talents, and a highland for scientific and technological finance talents. Based on this, this article selected 399 listed high-tech enterprises in the Greater Bay Area as the research objects, and conducted multiple regression on the relevant data of sample enterprises from the perspective of property rights heterogeneity from 2018 to 2021 to reveal which open innovation model can effectively solve specific situational problems faced by enterprises. The multi role matching mechanism can effectively improve the performance of new product development and its market competitive advantage of enterprises, as well as how the nature of property rights affects the relationship between open innovation strategies and new product development performance of enterprises. The research results show that, firstly, open innovation between enterprises is beneficial for the precise improvement of product development performance by high-level talents in enterprises. Secondly, open innovation in industry, academia, and research is beneficial for improving talent performance in enterprises, but its effect is weaker than that of open innovation between enterprises. Enterprises focus more on the open innovation model between enterprises.

Sintilimab plus anlotinib as second or further-line therapy for extensive disease small cell lung cancer: a phase 2 investigator-initiated non-randomized controlled trial

Treatment options remain rather limited for extensive disease small cell lung cancer (ED-SCLC) patients in second or further-line setting. The phase 2 investigator-initiated non-randomized study enrolled patients who had disease progression on at least one line of platinum-based chemotherapy. Participants received intravenous sintilimab 200mg on day one and oral daily anlotinib 12mg on days 1-14 once every three weeks per cycle. The primary endpoint was progression-free survival (PFS). The secondary endpoints included overall survival (OS), objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR) and safety. This study is registered with ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT04055792). Forty-two patients were enrolled between August 29, 2019 and December 26, 2021at Henan Cancer Hospital in China. 37 patients were evaluable for efficacy. The median follow-up was 24.8 months (IQR: 16.9-28.2). The median PFS was 6.1 months (95% CI: 5.0-7.3). The OS was 12.7 months (95% CI: 7.1-18.2). The ORR was 56.8% (21/37, 95% CI: 40.0-73.5) and the DCR was 89.2% (33/37, 95% CI: 78.7-99.7). Forty patients (40/42, 95%) had at least one treatment-related adverse event (TRAE). Immune-related adverse events (irAEs) were reported in 39 patients (39/42, 93%), while grade 3 or higher irAEs occurred in 11 patients (11/42, 26%). The most frequent irAEs were hypothyroidism (16/42, 38%), elevated gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (15/42, 36%) and elevated creatine kinase MB (15/42, 36%). The most frequent grade 3 or higher irAEs were elevated gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (5/42, 12%) and increased aspartate aminotransferase (3/42, 7%). Sintilimab plus anlotinib demonstrated promising antitumor activities as second or further-line therapy for ED-SCLC and had manageable toxicities. The findings support further randomized controlled trials of this combination regimen for ED-SCLC. Exploration of the Integrated Training Model for Information Technology Teachers

This paper seeks to analyze the impact of education in a country by analyzing the impact that education has on the level of economic growth, as well as its influence on a workforce’s capacity to absorb new technologies. Additionally, the paper also discusses how education is a crucial asset in reducing poverty and inequality in society by increasing sustainable household incomes as well as bringing about positive externalities. The paper shows from the case of Silicon Valley in the United States, education plays a great role in economic advancement of a nation or region. The paper shows that the Silicon Valley largely benefits from the presence of top higher education institutions such as Stanford University, which train a large number of technological innovation talents.

How Can the Digital Economy Promote the Integration of Rural Industries—Taking China as an Example

The rapid development of China’s digital economy has promoted the digital transformation of Chinese society and become a new driving force for China’s social development. Furthermore, increasing farmers’ income is the central task of China’s “three rural issues” project, and the integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary rural industries is an important way to revitalize rural industries and broaden farmers’ income channels, so it is very important to promote the integrated development of rural industries. In the context of the rapid development of China’s digital economy, it is of great significance to study how the digital economy promotes the integration of rural industries. Therefore, this study analyzed how China’s digital economy promotes the integration of rural industries by using the panel data and regression models of 30 provinces (municipalities and districts) in China from 2011 to 2021. The results show that (1) there is a significant positive relationship between the development level of the digital economy and the level of rural–industrial integration and that the development of the digital economy promotes the process of rural–industrial integration; (2) intermediary effect analysis shows that as the digital economy promotes rural–industrial integration, scientific and technological innovation levels and rural human capital are important intermediary channels; and (3) spatial analysis shows that the development of the digital economy can not only promote the integration of rural industries in the province but also have a positive spatial spillover effect on neighboring provinces. Therefore, it is necessary to create a good atmosphere for the development of the digital economy, constantly promote the development of the digital economy, pay attention to scientific and technological innovation and rural talent training, and promote the integration and coordinated development of the digital economy and rural industries between regions in order to improve the level of rural–industrial integration and contribute to the rural revitalization strategy.

An Investigation into Sichuan Province's Technological Innovation Talent Development Environment Using the AHP-FCE Methodology

The role of technology talent in driving technological innovation and sustainable development cannot be overstated. This paper aims to delve into the development environment of technology innovation talent, utilizing the AHP-FCE method for assessment. By analyzing Sichuan Province as a case study, it uncovers the overall trends and achievements in the development environment of technology innovation talent, with a particular emphasis on the pivotal roles of technological innovation conditions and the employment and entrepreneurship environment. To optimize the development environment for technology innovation talent, this study puts forth policy recommendations including strengthening ecological awareness, enhancing mechanisms for talent cultivation and attraction, fostering industry-academia-research collaboration, and bolstering policy support. Through this research, valuable insights are provided to drive technological innovation in Sichuan Province, stimulate economic advancement, and promote sustainable development.

Quasi-two-body decays in perturbative QCD* *Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (11347030), the Program of Science and Technology Innovation Talents in Universities of Henan Province, China (14HASTIT037), and the Natural Science Foundation of Henan Province, China (232300420116)

In this work, we investigate the quasi-two-body decays with using the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach. The description of final state interactions of the pair is achieved through the two-meson distribution amplitudes (DAs), which are normalized to the time-like form factor. The PQCD predictions on the branching ratios of the quasi-two-body decays show an obvious hierarchy: and . From the invariant mass -dependence of the decay spectrum for each channel, one can find that the branching fraction is concentrated in a narrow region around the pole mass. Thus, one can obtain the branching ratios for the corresponding two-body decays under the narrow-width approximation. We find that the branching ratios of the decays are consistent with the previous PQCD calculations within errors. These predictions will be tested in future experiments.

Coupling and Coordinated Development of Digital Economy and Rural Revitalisation and Analysis of Influencing Factors

Under the strategy of digital technology development and rural revitalisation, the digital economy has gradually become a powerful engine for rural revitalisation and development. Based on the coupling coordination mechanism of digital economy and rural revitalisation, this paper constructs the index evaluation system of digital economy and rural revitalisation and empirically studies the development characteristics of digital economy and rural revitalisation by using the coupling coordination degree and grey relation model. The results show that during 2016–2020, the overall development level of digital economy and rural revitalisation in China is high in the East and low in the West. The coupling coordination between digital economy and rural revitalisation has significant regional differences and a downward trend, and the coupling coordination degree is positively correlated. The empirical results of the grey correlation model show that the number of postal employees and per capital grain production are the most important potential factors affecting digital economy and rural revitalisation, respectively. Finally, it is suggested that the government should continue to increase investment in science, technology, and agriculture, accelerate the project of cultivating high-level scientific and technological innovation and rural management talents, and strengthen regional cooperation and collaboration.

Can R&D Intensity Reduce Carbon Emissions Intensity? Evidence from China

Among the ways to reduce carbon emission intensity (CEI), increasing the intensity of research and development intensity (RDI) plays an important role in the process. In China, how RDI reduces CEI has attracted widespread attention. Most scholars have not considered spatial effects in the study of the correlation between RDI and CEI; therefore, this paper uses panel data of 30 Chinese provinces from 2007–2019 as a research sample to explore the spatial effects of RDI on CEI using spatial measures, analyzes the regulatory effects of the market and government in the process using the interaction effect model, and explores the role and mediating effects in the process of industrial upgrading, technological innovation and human capital effects using the mediating effect model. The empirical results illustrate that: (1) RDI and CEI have significant positive spatial autocorrelation. The spatial clustering characteristics of CEI have obvious regional differences. (2) RDI reduces the CEI of the local area while it has the same reducing effect on the CEI of the surrounding areas. The conclusion is robust. (3) The market and government play a facilitating role in RDI that affects CEI, but there are regional differences. (4) RDI can indirectly reduce CEI by promoting industrial upgrading, improving technological innovation, and increasing human capital. Finally, according to the research conclusions, the paper put forward policy suggestions: strengthen regional cooperation, guide funds into the research and development field, improve the business environment, promote technological innovation and train relevant talents. The research content and findings of this paper enrich the theories related to the influence of RDI on CEI, and have certain implications for future research on CEI based on spatial perspective.

Research on the Training Path of Young Innovative Talents

It is of great significance to vigorously cultivate innovative talents in the context of the knowledge economy. The standards for innovative talents include both internal and external aspects. To cultivate innovative talents, it is necessary to respect the basic laws of student growth, form a talent cultivation model that emphasizes both doctoral and vocational education and take the path of internationalization providing an optimized growth environment for talent cultivation. The article analyzes the current situation of cultivating future oriented technological innovation talents in universities and finds that there are problems such as unclear understanding and insufficient educational resources. It proposes implementation paths for cultivating innovative talents oriented towards future technology, such as adhering to the student-centered concept, emphasizing value guidance and knowledge impartation, innovating academic assessment mechanisms, and constructing research-oriented courses, providing reference for universities to explore innovative talent cultivation oriented towards future technology.

A configurational analysis on career success of scientific and technological innovation talents in universities.

Increasing the career success of scientific and technological innovation talents has become an important means of keeping and using talents in countries around the world. However, the problem has not been solved effectively. Thirty-five cases were chosen in this study. The combined effects of human capital, psychological capital, micro-social capital, team social capital, and macro-social capital on the career success of scientific and technological innovation talents, as well as relevant influencing mechanisms, were discussed using qualitative comparative analysis (QCA). Results demonstrate that: (a) while a single factor cannot be the only condition for the high career success of scientific and technological innovation talents in universities, increasing macro-social capital plays a relatively universal role in a high career success rate. (b) There are three paths driving the high career success of scientific and technological innovation talents in universities. (c) There are two paths driving the non-high career success of scientific and technological innovation. Both have characteristics of absent psychological capital and micro-social capital. Moreover, the driving mechanism of high career success has an asymmetrical causal relationship. Research conclusions are not only conducive to expanding the research perspectives of social capital theory and career success, but also provide valuable insight into how to stimulate the career success of scientific and technological innovation talents in universities.

Insights into the nature of X(3872) through B meson decays* *Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (11347030) and the Program of Science and Technology Innovation Talents in Universities of Henan Province (14HASTIT037)

We study the decays in the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach, involving the puzzling resonance , where P represents a light pseudoscalar meson (K or π). Assuming to be a charmonium state, we obtain the following results. (a) The branching ratios of the and decays are consistent with the results predicted by the covariant light-front approach within errors; however, they are larger than those given by the generalized factorization approach. (b) The branching ratio of the decay is predicted as , which is smaller than the previous PQCD calculation result but still slightly larger than the upper limits set by Belle and BaBar. Hence, we suggest that the decays should be precisely measured by the LHCb and Belle II experiments to help probe the inner structure of . (c) Compared with the decays, the decays have significantly smaller branching ratios, which drop to values as low as . (d) The direct CP violations of these considered decays are small () because the penguin contributions are loop suppressed compared to the tree contributions. The mixing-induced CP violation of the decay is highly consistent with the current world average value %. Experimentally testing the results for the branching ratios and CP violations, including the implicit and isospin symmetries of these decays, helps probe the nature of .

404.9: Oridonin Prolongs the Survival of Mouse Cardiac Allografts by Attenuating the NF-kB/NLRP3 Pathway

Introduction: Oridonin (Ori), the main bioactive ingredient of the natural anti-inflammatory herb Rabdosia rubescens, could be a covalent inhibitor of the NLRP3 inflammasome. Solid organ transplantation provides a life-saving optional therapy for patients with end- stage organ dysfunction. The long-term survival of solid organ transplantation remains restricted because of the possibility of rejection and the toxicity, infection, cardiovascular disease, and malignancy related to immunosuppressive (IS) drugs. However, the pathogenic mechanisms involved remain unclear. The ideal IS drugs to prevent allograft rejection have not been identified. Here, we investigated whether Ori could prolong the in vivo survival of completely mismatched cardiac allografts. Method: The cardiac transplantation models were conducted among three groups of mice from C57BL/6NCrSlc (B6/N) or C3H/HeNSlc (C3H) to C3H: the syngeneic and the allogeneic group, whose recipients were treated with vehicle of Ori, and the Ori treatment group, in which the recipients were transplanted hearts from MHC-I mismatched donors and treated with different dosages of Ori from post-operative day (POD) 0 to 7. Then, we investigated the effect of Ori on bone marrow-derived dendritic cell (BMDC) and allogeneic mixed lymphocyte reaction in vitro. Results: Ori with 3, 10, and 15 mg/kg Ori could prolong the survival (MST = 22.8, 49.2, and 65.3 days, respectively). We found that infiltrating CD8+ T cells and macrophages were decreased, and regulatory T cells (Tregs) were expanded in allografts on POD7. The mRNA level of IL-1b and IFN-g of allografts was downregulated. Mechanistically, Ori-treated BMDCs suppressed T-cell proliferation and IFN-g+CD4+ T-cell differentiation, along with the expansion of Tregs and IL-10+CD4+ T cells. Ori inhibited NOD, LRR-, and pyrin domain-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) expression; attenuated NF-kB and IkBa phosphorylation in LPS-activated BMDCs; downregulated NLRP3, Caspase-1, IL-1b, IL-18, and IFN-g; and upregulated IL-10 expression. Conclusion: Our findings highlight the potential of Ori as a novel and natural IS agent to improve transplant tolerance. Ori could exert IS activity through decreasing IL-1b and IL- 18 production and Th1 differentiation and proliferation and expanding Tregs via inhibiting the NF-kB/NLRP3 signaling pathway. In this study, we investigate quasi-two-body decays in the perturbative QCD approach. Two-meson distribution amplitudes are introduced to describe the final state interactions of the pair, which involve time-like form factors and Gegenbauer polynomials. We calculate the CP averaged branching ratios of the decays. Our results are in agreement with newly updated data measured by Belle II. This suggests that it is more appropriate to analyze these quasi-two-body B decays in the three-body framework than the two-body framework. We also predict direct CP asymmetries for the considered decay modes and find that is small and less than % in magnitude, whereas is larger and can reach a few percent. Our predictions can be tested in future B meson experiments.
