НАДЕЖНОСТЬ ТРАКТОРОВ БЕЛАРУСЬ И ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ ТЕХНИЧЕСКОГО СЕРВИСА В УСЛОВИЯХ АЗЕРБАЙДЖАНСКОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКИ

The article analyzes typical failures of Belarusian tractors by brand and component. It has been established that over the past 17 years, the production of tractors has increased by 3.28 times. Observations of more than 100 units of Belarusian tractors operating in different climatic conditions of the Republic of Azerbaijan were carried out for the effective organization of technical service, taking into account the nature of the distribution of faults. It was found that 73.2% of malfunctions occur in Belarus tractors - 892, 15.9% - in Belarus - 1221, 10.9% - in Belarus - 82.1. It has been established that 64.6% of Belarusian tractor failures occur in engines, 29.3% in transmissions, and 6.1% in hydraulic systems. Operational and technological assessment was carried out on the fields of the republic. A decrease in the efficiency of using equipment was revealed as a consequence of the fact that due to an insufficient technical service network, its efficiency decreases, costs and time to eliminate failures increase and, accordingly, the intensity and frequency of their occurrence increases. The methodology for determining the density of tractors depending on their number and area of farmland was developed to optimize the development and placement of technical service centers (TSC) for tractors in Belarus. Equipment density is characterized by the amount of equipment per 1 km2 of farmland. The average distance they travel to the central heating station depends on the density of tractors. A nomogram for determining the average moving distance of equipment to the central heating system based on the number of equipment and the density of their distribution has been developed. Thus, the effective organization of technical services in the republic helps to ensure a minimum level of prices for services with high quality.

Possibilities for increasing labour productivity by implementing innovative activities in the repair and service sector of animal husbandry

At present, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus are signifi cantly behind the developed countries in terms of labor productivity and the share of domestic companies implementing technological innovations in the main sectors of the economy (especially in agriculture). One of the signifi cant factors of this lag is the underestimation in past years of the promising potential of various innovative technologies and, as a consequence the very limited and slow implementation of breakthrough innovations in the most significant sectors of the domestic economy. The decisive turn of the state economic policy of neighboring states in the area of deep technological transformation of all sectors of the economy is aimed at an innovative breakthrough and reaching advanced growth rates in the technological and economic development of fraternal countries. However, along with the introduction of the latest technologies the creation of completely new modern high-tech industries, which will require colossal financial investments, the task of comprehensively and thoroughly exploring internal production reserves, searching for new forms and methods of improving the efficiency of labour organization at existing enterprises, which will also bring a noticeable economic effect, remains relevant. This article describes in sufficient detail practical activities to improve and streamline accounting, planning, certifi cation, rationalization of workplaces of animal husbandry technical service organizations under the current conditions of the developing market. The results of the studies show that certification and rationalization of workplaces are effective tools in fi nding internal production reserves to improve the use of labour resources, fixed production assets, promotes the replacement of obsolete equipment, improves the relationship between workplaces, improves working conditions, and optimally balances the need for labour with the number of existing workplaces. This will significantly increase the overall efficiency of activities and competitiveness of service enterprises in the field of animal husbandry.

ПРОБЛЕМА ПОВЫШЕНИЯ НАДЕЖНОСТИ МАШИН И ОБОРУДОВАНИЯ

The basis for a satisfactory level of operability of modern machines and equipment of domestic production was and remains the engineering and technical service of equipment and the "Planned preventive maintenance and repair system of machines in agriculture." Timely implementation of mechanized processes and work with low reliability of agricultural machinery requires an increase in the level of reliability and serviceability of the fleet of machines and equipment. (Research purpose) The research purpose is increasing the operational reliability of modern agricultural machinery based on the development and implementation of proprietary technical service. (Materials and methods) Materials obtained as a result of the author's own research and data on the reliability of domestic machinery and equipment from open sources were used in the research. The following methods were applied: comparative assessments, analysis and synthesis of the results of a survey of the operational reliability of agricultural machinery and equipment in real-world operation, the effectiveness of using various forms and methods of organizing their production and technical service. (Results and discussion) It was determined that an increase in the level of operability and reliability of modern domestic equipment can be ensured only with a significant improvement in the quality of manufacturing machinery and equipment and with the direct participation of the equipment manufacturer in technical service based on the proprietary method of technical service. It was noted that the organization of corporate technical service is possible only when creating a corporate production and technological system of mechanical engineering. The solution of this problem by the forces and means of existing separate equipment manufacturing plants is not possible. (Conclusions) To improve the reliability of modern domestic technology, it is necessary to reorganize the existing system of separate manufacturing plants, create large machine-building firms and branded technical service centers.

Efficiency of technical service of machinery and equipment of livestock production with the participation of manufacturing companies

The paper presents the results of the assessment of the technical and economic efficiency of the rational organization of technical service of livestock machinery and equipment with the participation of manufacturers of equipment. The authors analyzed the labor intensity and structure of maintenance and repair work for groups of technological machines and equipment; the costs of downtime of technological machines and equipment of dairy farming for a standard-sized number of farms and complexes. Specific values of indicators depending on the number of cows are determined.

DEVELOPMENT OF AN ARDUINO WIRELESS TEMPERATURE MONITOR WITH A RADIO MODULE FOR RESEARCHING SOLAR CELLS UNDER HEAT AND HUMIDITY CONDITIONS

The article covered the process of developing a wireless temperature monitor with a radio module for researching solar cells under heat and humidity conditions. Through this, the possibility of using the equipment and panels installed in the solar power plant in the organization of technical service was considered. The possibility of improving the quality of service has increased if the workers know the temperature and humidity of the solar cells while monitoring the amount of energy produced. In this article, we have implemented wireless communication between two Arduino microcontrollers and temperature and humidity monitoring using an NRF24L01 radio module, DHT11 sensor and display.

Inter-laboratory comparison analysis of noise measurement in 91 occupational hygiene technical service organizations

Objective: To understand the comparability of noise measurement results of various occupational hygiene technical service organizations in Guangdong Province by conducting inter-laboratory comparison of measuring instruments and personnel operation. Methods: In October 2020, the instrument comparison and personnel comparison among 91 occupational hygiene technical service organizations engaged in noise measurement in Guangdong Province were carried out in the form of fixed-point measurement and simulated workplace measurement, and the results were analyzed and evaluated by using the robust z-ratio score. Results: In the instrument comparison, 6 organizations had 1 or 2 outliers in their z-ratio scores, 2 organizations had 2 problematic values in their z-ratio scores, and a total of 8 organizations (accounting for 8.8%) were judged as unqualified; A total of 83 organizations (accounting for 91.2%) with satisfactory z-ratio scores or only one problematic value were judged as qualified. In the personnel comparison, there were 11 organizations with 1 or 2 outliers in the z-ratio score, and 1 organization with 2 problematic values in the z-ratio score. A total of 12 organizations (13.2%) were judged as unqualified and 79 organizations (accounting for 86.8%) with satisfactory z-ratio scores or only one problematic value were judged as qualified. Through comprehensive judgment, 20 organizations (22.0%) were judged as unqualified, and 71 organizations (78.0%) were judged as qualified. There was no statistically significant difference in the qualified rates of instrument comparison results, personnel comparison results and comprehensive evaluation results of non-private organizations and private organizations (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the qualified rates of instrument comparison results and comprehensive evaluation results of qualified organizations and unqualified organizations (P>0.05), there was significant difference in the qualified rate of personnel comparison results (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The noise measurement results of some occupational health technical service organizations in Guangdong Province are generally comparable. To carry out inter-laboratory comparison of noise instrument performance and personnel operation ability of occupational hygiene technical service organizations, can comprehensively evaluate the testing process of each organization and find out the problems existing in each organization.

Rational location of the network of base service points for maintenance and repair of grain and forage harvesters

An analysis of the indicators of the efficiency of use and reliability of modern domestic grain and forage harvesters, consumer requirements for equipment and its maintenance indicates the need for an integrated approach to improving the level of organization of regional technical service of agricultural equipment through methods of optimizing traffic flows.Based on the research of domestic and Russian scientists, a two-level system of technical service for grain and forage harvesters was proposed by creating a network of support service points at regional dealerships.

RUZTYE. EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL ORGANIZATION OF TECHNICAL SERVICE IN THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

The article presents the analysis of factors of management decisions in the organization of technical service of agricultural machinery. (Research purpose) The research purpose is developing a methodology for assessing external and internal factors of technical service implementation based on a SWOT analysis of a repair company. (Materials and methods) The article describes options for SWOT analysis to assess the strengths and weaknesses of a technical service enterprise, as well as opportunities and threats emanating from its environment. (Results and discussion) The organization of technical service on the results of SWOT analysis of the company activities can significantly improve the economic well-being of machine manufacturers and the reliability and resource preservation, including by reducing the work time and the list of technological operations. Development of technical service in the agro-industrial complex is determined by the monitoring and control of processes in the internal and external activities of the repair enterprise. The article presents a concept and strategy for the development of a real-time technical service system for the functioning of a service enterprise, taking into account the relationships between factors. (Conclusions) The use of SWOT analysis of engineering solutions allows you to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the repair company, as well as opportunities and threats from the environment. Quantitative and qualitative assessment of production with the use of experts working in the engineering field of agriculture and well informed in the organization and technology of technical service, allows you to find reserves for the implementation of existing opportunities and to counter threats, as well as serve as a basis in the strategic goals of technical service of machines.

The article considers systems in which the moments of receipt of the service request and the length of the services themselves, which are called queuing systems (QMS), are variable and random. 111 Examples of QMS in the field of technical operation of road transport are: posts, lines, areas of repair shops, trucking companies, spare parts warehouses, fuel and lubrication dispensers of gas stations, etc. It is established that the initial flow of requirements depending on the characteristics of the QMS are generally serviced and non-serviced requirements. For road transport, it is mandatory to perform the necessary maintenance and repair work, ie the output flow, as a rule, consists of serviced requirements, ie serviceable cars. The classification of the queuing system according to various factors influencing the efficiency of the means of service and methods of intensification of production is described. current indicators, and the complexity (t) of technical impacts, their dependence on the type, brand, modification of rolling stock, mileage from the beginning of operation, driver qualifications, operating conditions, the adopted maintenance and repair system, organization and management of engineering and technical service of the enterprise technical base, technology of execution and mechanization of works .. With regard to the technical operation of cars, the most common are closed and open, single- and multi-channel SMO, with the same type and specialized service devices, with single- and multi-phase service, without losses or with a limit on the length of the queue or time spent on it. Absolute capacity depends on the following factors: the accepted structure of enterprises or specializations of divisions, the level of organization and management of maintenance and repair; technological level of works; provision of production technical base; level of mechanization of works; qualification and provision of repairmen, spare parts, materials.

Studying the Normal Operation of Grain Harvesters within the Warranty Period

Introduction. Grain harvesters are used for no more than two months within a year. They must have maximum operating reliability, since even short downtime during the harvesting period result in large crop losses. The purpose of the study is to identify the causes of combine harvester failures within the warranty period. Materials and Methods. Identifying consequences of failures and ensuring the reliability of grain harvesters are based on an improved classification of failures. In the process of studying, there have been proposed the ways to solve the problem of combine harvester downtime based on the analysis of the time for grain harvester troubleshooting. The category of severity of failure consequences was taken into account. Results. Through monitoring in the period from 2018 to 2020, there were found failures of units and systems of grain harvesters with low reliability indexes within the warranty period. Most of the failures (59.2%) were found in Russian-manufactured combines, of which operational failures are 55.9%, structural failures – 26.7%, and production failures – 17.4%. The general patterns of changes in the average time for combine troubleshooting have been determined. A geometric model of a detail for the trouble-free operation of combines (header auger shaft) was created. The finite element analysis (ANSYS) was used to identify parts, which are subject to maximum workload. There have been identified units and parts, which fail to function within the warranty period, because of design and technological defects. Discussion and Conclusion. In order to reduce the time to find the consequences of failures, it is necessary to create a more extensive network of enterprises providing a wide range of services, improve the organization of technical service and expand direct links with the manufacturers of equipment in order to respond quickly and make the necessary design and technological decisions.

Technique for Improving the Organization of Maintenance of Transport and Technological Vehicles

In this work the technique of improvement of transport and technological vehicles maintenance is presented. A high-quality organization of technical service is impossible without determining the characteristics of the intensity of requests for a certain type of repair work. The failure flow as a set of successive failures of parts and assembly units is considered as a stationary Poisson process. The check of the stationarity of the failure flow was carried out using the Pearson criterion. The presented technique for researching the failure flow can be extended to any structural elements of technological machines. The results of calculations using this technique can be used, for example, to organize a rational supply of spare parts in order to reduce downtime and material losses during the technical operation of equipment.

Вдосконалення технічного сервісу автотракторної техніки в умовах агропромислового виробництва

The state of technical service of tractor equipment at the enterprises of agro-industrial production of Kirovograd region is considered. The tendencies of development of provision of agricultural production with various autotractor equipment are determined. The method of improving the quality of maintenance and repair of tractor equipment, improving its technical condition is considered. It is noted that the current condition, quality of equipment, its productivity and efficiency is not at the proper level, and therefore requires the transformation of the technical service system. The perspective organization of technical service at the enterprises of various level in which demand and offers for technics, especially foreign is considered is offered. It is noted that the branded technical service is carried out by the manufacturer through service centers, the main of which is the trade and accumulation coordinating enterprise in the system of the manufacturer. It is shown that the scheme of technical service should be based on the existing repair and maintenance base, the main directions in which the organization of works is carried out are specified. The main provisions of the modernized technical service are formulated, as well as the need to build a complete management structure of the technical service system. It is shown that in modern conditions to increase the effective system of technical service the role and importance of operational management and information support grows, it is offered to enter the information department common to all enterprise into the management system of engineering service. The main stages of operational management at technical service enterprises are clarified.

The Wuhan model of visual health management for students : a referential framework for the public-school health system

According to the Healthy China Action Plan, gives full play to the role of preventing and controlling student myopia by promoting student health. The primary focus is placed on education in schools, and has integrated educational resources to develop a multi-level myopia prevention and control system and service network for school students. The network contains educational adminstrative, schools, families, and professional technical service organizations. By integrating multiple disciplines, has built a comprehensive vision health management service system for all students. The Internet and cloud intelligent monitoring facilitated the establishment of a smart vision health management platform for students, which thoroughly and efficiently implemented myopia prevention and control to safeguard students’ visual health by engaging in education, monitoring, and supervision. The prevention and control of student myopia is a breakthrough for comprehensive healthy development of students. A comparison of the standard myopia rate in in 2019 and 2018 revealed that the standard myopia rate at different learning stages of primary school, junior high school, and high school dropped by 3.31, 2.50, and 2.26 percentage points, respectively, and the rate of myopia in primary school was significantly lower than the national level. Post-epidemic surveys showed that the compliance rate and the awareness rate of the visual environment and visual behaviors of primary and secondary school students in reached more than 80%, and prevalence of newly onset myopia or decreased vision was 30%, which was lower than the national average. РОЛЬ ЛОГІСТИЧНОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ ТА МАРКЕТИНГУ У СФЕРІ НАДАННЯ ЛОГІСТИЧНИХ ПОСЛУГ

The article examines the role and interaction of logistics management and marketing in the field of logistics services. It is noted that in the national market of logistics services the number of companies offering logistics outsourcing services is increasing. The market of logistics services of Ukraine at the present stage of development is represented at all levels of logistics service. They are: First Party Logistics (1 PL) – autonomous logistics; Second Party Logistics (2 PL) – traditional logistics services; Third Party Logistics (3PL) – traditional and additional services; Fourth Party Logistics (4PL) – integration of all companies involved in the supply chain; Fifth Party Logistics (5PL) – online logistics. Enterprises should introduce a logistical approach to the management system to ensure the required level of company's potential using and the formation of competitive advantages. The importance of logistics management to improve the development potential of enterprises is to identify and use the main areas of influence on the effective functioning of the supply chain based on the development of tactical and operational measures. It was found that the marketing of services has a dual purpose – to maximize the profits of the enterprise providing services and meet consumer demand. Features and purposes of marketing of services are considered. It was proposed а number of activities to achieve the goals of marketing logistics services. In particular: study of consumer requirements and the level of their satisfaction; analysis of market competition and research of competitors; demand formation and expansion of the range of logistics services; ensuring flexible and efficient pricing policy; using of sales promotion activities; organization of technical service and advertising. The interaction of the marketing-mix in the services market (7P) and the logistics-mix (7R) with the focus on meeting consumer demands is reflected. The following directions of action of synergetic effect from interaction of marketing and logistics at the enterprise are revealed: general acceleration of material flow; reduction of total costs by avoiding conflicts of partial costs; increasing the level of logistics service (level and quality of service).

Investigation on the application of GBZ/T 229.2-2010--classification of occupational hazards at workplaces Part 2: occupational exposure to chemicals

Objective: To investigate the application and effectiveness evaluation of the standard of GBZ/T 229.2-2010 in practice, and to explore the applicability, aiming to provide technical evidence for the re-vision of GBZ/T 229.2-2010. Methods: There were 2 questionnaire surveys carried out in the study, including general survey and specific survey. Databases were established and data were input with Excel 2010 and Epi-data version 3.1 software. SPSS version 19.0 software was used for data cleaning and statistical analysis. Results: In total, the general survey received 100 questionnaires, with 59 from occupational health technical ser-vice organizations held by government, and 11 from colleges and universities. The leading three jobs using GBZ/T 229.2-2010 were the occupational hazards evaluation for constructive project (65.0%), lecturing/train-ing (50.0%), occupational hazards monitoring (43.0%), respectively. In the results of feasibility, scores of the fourth part "classification" , the fifth part "the principles of classification management" , annex A "the correct use instructions" were 3.4, 3.3, 3.5 respectively. In total, the specific survey received 27 questionnaires, with 18 from the employers and 9 from occupational health technical service organizations. The awareness rate of GBZ/T 229.2-2010 among occupational health professionals was 72.2%. In the results of feasibility, scores of the level of chemical hazards, occupational exposure ratio, physical labor intensity level, classification of expo-sure to industrial toxicants, principles of classification management, annex A "the correct use instructions" were 3.2, 3.7, 4.3, 4.1, 3.2, 3.2, respectively Conclusions: The results indicates that each part of GBZ/T 229.2-2010 is feasible and practical. But there are still some problems, such as classification of different kinds of chemicals at workplace, and the interaction of occupational exposure to chemicals and other hazards at work-place, etc. We suggest that in the revision of GBZ/T 229.2-2010, the action level of hazards should be clear.

Objective: To investigate the application and effectiveness evaluation of the standard of GBZ/T 229.1-2010 in practice, and to explore the applicability, aiming to provide technical evidence for the revision of GBZ/T 229.1-2010. Methods: There were 2 questionnaire surveys carried out in the study, including general survey and specific survey. Databases were established and data were input with Excel 2010 and Epidata version 3.1 software. SPSS version 19.0 software was used for data cleaning and statistical analysis. Results: The general survey received 100 questionnaires, with 43 from facilities and 57 from professional expertise. There were 59 questionnaires from occupational health technical service organizations held by government, and 11 from colleges and universities. The leading three jobs using GBZ/T 229.1-2010 were the occupational hazards evaluation for constructive project (69.0%) , lecturing/training (55.0%) , occupational hazards monitoring (50.0%) , respectively. The high frequency used contents of GBZ/T 229.1-2010 were the fourth part "classification" (67.0%) , the fifth part "the principles of classification management" (59.0%) , annex A "the correct use instructions" (52.0%) , respectively. In the results of feasibility, scores of the fourth part "classification" , the fifth part "the principles of classification management" , annex A "the correct use instructions" were 3.07, 3.03, 3.23, respectively. The parts needed to be modified as priories were the fourth part "classification" (22.0%) , the fifth part "the principles of classification management" (13.0%) , annex A "the correct use instructions" (12.0%) . The specific survey received 15 questionnaires, with 12 from the employers and 3 from occupational health technical service organizations. The awareness rate of GBZ/T 229.1-2010 among occupational health professionals was 83.3%. Classification results in the employers were used for guidance on improvement measures (66.7%) , health surveillance and monitoring (58.3%) , certification for occupational health and safety management system (33.3%) , occupational disease diagnosis (33.3%) , and personal protective equipment issued (33.3%) , etc. In the results of feasibility, scores of the content of free SiO(2), occupational exposure ratio, physical labor intensity level, classification of industrial dust, principles of classification management, annex A "the correct use instructions" were 5.00, 4.33, 5.00, 5.00, 3.67, 3.67, respectively. Conclusion: GBZ/T 229.1-2010 indicates that the standard is feasible and practical. But there are still some problems, such as classification of different kinds of industrial dusts at workplace, and the interaction of occupational exposure to industrial dusts and other hazards at workplace, etc.
