This study examines the management of PAI clump teachers' expertise in independent curriculum management at MTs TTQ Cilacap and MTs Negeri 1 Banyumas. The research, descriptive qualitative, used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that Islamic religious education teachers did not fully understand how to implement the independent curriculum and its substance. The implementation of the independent curriculum is carried out through a differentiation system, adjusting learning to each student's talents and interests. Obstacles to the implementation include inadequacy of facilities and infrastructure, and the need for teachers to increase information about the curriculum. To improve the implementation, there needs to be efforts to complete infrastructure and motivation from the madrasah head, providing teachers with training or workshops on the independent curriculum.
