ANALISIS BIAYA INVESTASI AIR CURAH PADA SISTEM PENYEDIAAN AIR MINUM (SPAM) BENDUNGAN TAMBLANG DI KABUPATEN BULELENG

Buleleng Regency has sub-districts that still experience a shortage of raw water. Tamblang Dam is one of the sources of raw water that will be utilized to meet the needs of raw water in Buleleng Regency. Given the extreme topographic conditions in Buleleng Regency, an economic feasibility study is needed which is used as a reference for the implementer of development and becomes a standard for the feasibility of this infrastructure development. Tariff determination can be done by calculating the capex and opex. Capex is a component of the operational costs required and opex is the investment cost of development. Raw Water consists of a Transmission Unit consisting of Preparatory work for permits, with the source of funds from the APBN, Consulting Services and Stages of Supervision services from the source of funds from the APBN, Construction Work Civil Works, Mechanical Electrical Works IPA and JDU, Mechanical Electrical Works Distribution Reservoirs with the source of funds from the APBN while in the Production unit the preparation work, planning and supervision of the Distribution Reservoir uses the APBD budget. The total value of the overall SPAM Tamblang Reservoir RAB in Buleleng Regency is Rp299,887,860,916.13 plus a tax of Rp332,875,526,000.00.

Financial Management of the Regional Public Service Agency at Puskesmas in Sumbawa District

The Local Public Service Agency is part of the local government unit, with a legal status not separate from the local government, which has a flexible financial management pattern in the form of flexibility to apply fair business practices to improve and develop services, as an exception to the provisions of financial management in general. The flexibility of financial management includes revenue and expenditure management, cash management, debt management, tariff determination, employee procurement, procurement of goods and services, and investment management. The pattern of flexible financial management still refers to the regulations that have been set, namely the Sumbawa Regent Regulation Number 5-year 2020 concerning guidelines for financial management of the regional public service agencies within the Sumbawa government. Regulations or policies that have been established by the Sumbawa Regency government to be implemented and adhered to in implementing BLUD financial management policies at Puskesmas are expected to improve and develop health services with transparency and accountability. Based on the description, the research problem is how far is the financial management of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) at Puskesmas in the Sumbawa Regency region based on the Sumbawa Regent Regulation Number 5 of 2020 concerning guidelines for financial management of regional public service agencies within the scope of the Sumbawa Regency. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive method approach using interview and observation tools to collect data both directly and through document review. The data obtained were analyzed using Likert scale categorization, which consists of Very Good, Good, and Less Good. The findings of the research provided an overview that public policy evaluation is closely related to the level of compliance and readiness of Human Resources in conducting the financial management of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) at Puskesmas in Sumbawa. The results of this study can complement Wiliam Dunn’s opinion or theory on public policy evaluation to emphasize the level of compliance and readiness of Human Resources in conducting public policy evaluations, which not only focus on the values and objectives but also the targets of a policy. The Effect of Service Quality and Toll Price Rates on Toll Road User Satisfaction (Case Study on Kelapa Gading – Pulo Gebang Toll Road)

Toll road construction is one of the main supporting aspects in the process of accelerating Indonesia's national development. However, along with population growth and regional development, road infrastructure is increasingly filled with various modes of transportation which ultimately causes buildup and congestion. The construction of toll roads in Jakarta is one alternative to break down congestion in the city. The construction of the Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang Toll Road is expected to be able to increase road capacity so as to facilitate transportation between the two regions. However, the varied toll rates cause different perceptions in its users. Toll tariff determination is generally oriented towards financial analysis which results in not being commensurate with the ability (Ability To Pay) and desire (Willingness To Pay) as well as the determination of the ideal tariff of the community as toll road service users. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The research population of the entire Jakarta city community in 2022 is 10,679,951 people, the number of samples calculated using the Slovin method resulted in 100 respondents selected through certain criteria. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the level of driver satisfaction with the quality of service of the Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang Toll Road was in the "Satisfied" category as evidenced by the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value of 78.62% which was in the range of 61% to 80% so that it was in the "Satisfied" category. Then, the quality of service and tariff policy have a positive effect on the satisfaction of users of the Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang toll road, which is indicated by the F value calculated > F table (48.060>3.09) and the significance of < 0.05 (0.00<0.05) means significant / influential. The respondent's Ability To Pay (ATP) on the highest Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang toll road tariff was Rp. 166,766.24, namely for respondents with the job category as a Housewife / Father and the lowest ATP was Rp. 125,620.99, namely for respondents with the job category as Students or Students. The average Ability To Pay (ATP) value of all respondents was Rp. 147,582.02. While the respondent's Willingnes To Pay (WTP) value on the highest respondent's Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang toll road tariff was Rp. 21,750, namely for respondents with the job category as Students or Students and the lowest WTP was Rp. 20,523, namely for respondents with the job category as Civil Servants (PNS) or TNI / Polri. The average Willingnes To Pay (WTP) value of all respondents was Rp. 20,970.

PENGARUH PENENTUAN TARIF TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA PDAM TIRTA ARDHIA RINJANI

This research aims to examine the effect of determining PDAM water tariffs on financial performance and customer satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Ardhia Rinjani, Central Lombok Regency. The theory used in the research is stakeholder theory which describes the relationships between individuals or groups who are affected by company activities or can influence the activities of a company. This research has a sample of 100 respondents who are active customers of PDAM Tirta Ardhia Rinjani Kab. Central Lombok. The data analysis uses descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, t tests, F tests and coefficients of determination as well as the help of SPSS 25 analysis tools. The results of research using simple linear regression analysis show that the tariff determination variable (X) does not have a positive effect on financial performance (Y1) and customer satisfaction (Y2) at PDAM Tirta Ardhia Rinjani Kab. Central Lombok.

Outpatient service tariff determination based on unit cost analysis mixed with community ability and willingness to pay

Purpose: The study aims to calculate the rational outpatient tariff based on unit cost analysis, ability and willingness to pay. 
 Method: The research is an observational study with a qualitative approach. Secondary data are obtained retrospectively to calculate unit costs and tariffs. Primary data is collected through questionnaires to see the ability and willingness to pay (WTP). 
 Result: The calculation using the step-down method obtained the unit cost for general practice IDR 79,337, dental care IDR 151,635, psychologist consultation IDR 115,283, and fitness center IDR 236,555. The respondent's ATP value is IDR 138,808, with an average examination fee of IDR 56,093. When coupled with an improvement in service and facility quality, 58.1% of respondents agreed to a 10% rate increase. With a 20% rate increase, the willingness to pay decreases to 40.6%. In the bivariate analysis using the chi-square test, the variables significantly affecting WTP are patient perceptions of the suitability of service costs (p = 0.000). In contrast, age, gender, occupation, education, income, number of family members, and insurance ownership do not significantly influence WTP. 
 Conclusion: The service rate is lower than the unit cost calculation. By looking at the ability and willingness to pay, it is possible to evaluate the tariff.

Contingent valuation of willingness to pay for urban water extended to non-urban northern Ghana

ABSTRACT The study sought to examine the willingness of rural and peri-urban communities in northern Ghana to pay for urban water services extended to them, without differentiated tariff determination to suit their socio-economic status as low-income households. Using a contingent valuation method and statistical simulation models, results showed that price per unit of water, income levels and service quality were significantly related to willingness to pay. However, despite stakeholder activities to improve water tariff payment, the process does not consider the views of the local people. Also peri-urban and rural communities connected to urban water systems owed more tariff arrears due to poverty, which negatively impacts on access to water. Alternative approaches such as tariff differentiation and extension of participatory interventions for poverty reduction schemes have been recommended.

Analisa Kemampuan Membayar Tarif Angkutan Umum

The determination of public transportation rates in the North Ende District area is something that is dancingto be studied. It should be noted that the population in Ende Subdistrict consists of students, students,traders, civil servants, laborers, farmers. So there are still many variables that affect and involve variousparties. The research methodology by conducting interviews and questionnaires is spread across 7 zones.The data collected includes the desire of passengers to get the cheapest fares and public transport operators.For this reason, studies in determining the initial tariff and adjusting tariffs need to be carried outmeasurable studies. In the study, it found that the operational cost of the vehicle (BOK) was Rp.385,695.44.4% of transportation services are students with a rate of Rp.1,400 and 55.56% of general use at a rate ofRp.2,800. The average freight fare is Rp.2,175. Meanwhile, the ability of transportation users to pay tariffs isaround Rp.1,400 to Rp.2,600. And the willingness to use public transportation to pay a tariff of Rp.1,000 toRp.2,600. An average of Rp.1888 means that 24.25% of user will is below average value and 75.75% will isabove average. The conclusion of the tariff determination in North Ende sub-district is still within the normlimit where the student fare is IDR 1,400 and general passengers are IDR 2,800. It is not much different fromthe ability and willingness to use public transport.

The System for Determining the Tariff of Retribution at the Marine and Fisheries Service of Boalemo

This study aims to find out the system for setting retribution rates at the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Boalemo Regency.
 This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The data used in the form of targets and realizations obtained by the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Boalemo Regency for the 2017-2020 period with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. 
 The results showed that the levy tariff determination at the Marine and Fisheries Service of Boalemo Regency showed that the levy rate on fish auctions charged to traders was 2.5% in accordance with regional regulations. Then the levy will be managed by the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries and then deposited into the regional treasury. And there are still obstacles in implementing the levy setting system for the Boalemo Regency Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service, where the system for applying the levy tariff is sometimes not in accordance with the regulations that have been made, with fish imports from auction fishermen being less than optimal due to weather factors.

PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM BAGI KONSUMEN PDAM SURYA SEMBADA KOTA SURABAYA ATAS PENETAPAN TARIF DALAM KONTRAK BAKU

Development in Indonesia is a complete human development, namely development in all fields, considering that economic development and development in general and especially development in the business sector is increasing, unhealthy business competition will inevitably arise both between one business actor and another business actor and between business actors and consumers. One of the business entities engaged in these services is the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) which is a business entity engaged in clean water supply services. Where related to its grievances as a business entity oriented towards profit-oriented on the one hand, and protection of consumers on the other hand is a juridical issue that needs to be considered. The legal relationship that arises between PDAM business actors and consumers as users of water services is a legal relationship born from contractual, where the type of contractual is a standard contract or standard contract, by looking at the concept of a standard contract, it can be seen that the position of one of the parties, in this case, the consumer is in a very weak position because consumers are only given two choices, namely agreeing or disagreeing with the contract. Some PDAMs issued a unilateral tariff increase policy and imposed new tariffs that experienced a significant increase from the old tariff provisions. This tariff increase is considered a unilateral policy so the position of consumers as users of water services in standard contracts is greatly harmed by the unilateral tariff policy. The formulation of the problem in the paper is How is the legal protection of consumers for unilateral tariff determination by PDAM? Based on the results of the study, consumer legal protection for tariff determination carried out unilaterally in standard contracts by PDAMs is regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Permendagri Number 23 of 2006 concerning Technical Guidelines and Procedures for Regulating PDAM Drinking Water Tariffs. Based on Law Number 8 of 1999, consumers can file a lawsuit civilly with the District Court (PN) or the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK) based on a legal relationship born of contractual origin. Meanwhile, based on Permendagri Number 23 of 2006, if the decision of the Regent and/or Mayor regarding the tariff increase is contrary to Permendagri Number 23 of 2006, it can be sued for cancellation of the decree in the State Administrative Court (PTUN).

Tarif Angkutan Umum Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19

This research is motivated by the determination of public transportation fares, hereinafter referred to as city transportation, the application of tariffs during the Covid 19 Pandemic is still carried out by means of deliberation between ORGANDA and car owners, which in the implementation of leasing between car drivers and passengers, there are often inconsistencies with regulations. The main problem in this study is how to apply public transport fares during the Covid 19 Pandemic in Padangsidimpuan City and how to review muamalah fiqh on the application of public transport fares during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study uses a field research method and is sourced from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the application of the tariff carried out in the field by the driver was not in accordance with the tariff determination set by ORGANDA and the owner. Very often there is an increase in fares made by drivers to passengers for various reasons, such as the lack of passengers, and the absence of small change. So that not a few people feel uncomfortable with this behavior. According to the muamalah fiqh review of public transportation fares during the Covid 19 Pandemic in Padangsidimpuan City, it can be seen from the terms of ijarah, namely about the pleasure between the tenant and the renter, and there is no element of coercion from either of them. The decisions that have been made are not in accordance with the implementation carried out by the driver.

An optimisation model for incentivising the development of marginal oil and gas fields amidst increasingly complex ownership patterns: UKCS case study

Many recent discoveries in the UKCS have been economically marginal and comparatively small such that they are unable to be developed on a standalone basis. Nevertheless, there is a proliferation of production facilities and transport infrastructure that can, on accepting a tariff, process hydrocarbons from these smaller-sized oil and gas fields, thereby contributing to the UK Government's strategy of maximising economic recovery (MER). However, the empirical dimensions of cost-sharing arrangements between a field owner (host field or hub) and tie-in (satellite) fields are not well examined in the literature although they influence long-term economics in matured oil provinces. In this paper, we develop a mixed integer programming optimisation model to analyse how these third-party access to infrastructure issues impact MER in the UKCS. A first-best situation with only one regional operator is empirically compared with the actual situation of multiple ownership. We then assess the impact of different infrastructure unbundling provisions via pipeline tariff choices and their interaction with the fiscal regime on the net present value (NPV) and other project metrics such as timings of hub and field shutdowns. We find that differences in field ownership, tariff choice and changes to the fiscal regime impact the overall NPV of field developments. Our results also show that having a progressive fiscal regime in a mature basin such as the UKCS is important to support continued operations under low oil prices while increasing the government's take at high prices. The cost-sharing effect shows that imposing strict cost-sharing rules does not change overall project valuations, even in a low oil price scenario. An additional contribution to the extant literature is that tariff determination could be based on cost-sharing rules that enjoin each field tieback to a hub to pay a split tariff, comprised of a fixed cost of service (access charge) and variable (marginal) costs. • Presents MIP model for analysing economic dependencies of infrastructure assets. • Ownership style, choice of tariffs, and fiscal regime impact overall field value. • Reducing marginal tax rates improves profitability, reflecting neutrality and progressivity. • Tariffs are decisive as to whether satellite or user fields are developed. • Tariff determination to maximise MER should be based on two-part cost-sharing.

Self-Identification of Homestay Management Problems and Canvas Business Model

Laksana Village is in Ibun Sub-District, Bandung District. Geographically, Laksana Village is close to the Kamojang Tourism area, which is the leading tourism destination in Bandung District. The village has the potential for tourism development. To support the tourism development program, there are several homestays. However, it was found that many tourists spent the night outside the Laksana Village area. Another problem faced by homestay managers is the difficulty in determining homestay tariff. This Community Service (CS) activity aims to explore the problems faced by homestay managers through self-identification of problems using the Community Based Participatory Research method. The results of the self-identification became the basis for the CS Team to map the nine elements of the canvas business model. The cost structure becomes a priority scale to be handled in order to solve the tariff determination problem and is expected to increase the value proposition. This CS activity specifically resulted in self-identification of problems and a business canvas model for homestay management.

Exploring payback-year based feed-in tariff mechanisms in Australia

Solar energy applications are crucial to urban sustainable development and energy investment. Among the policies incentivising solar energy utilisation, Feed-in Tariff has been widely applied to stimulate the adoption of solar photovoltaic systems in the residential sector. This paper presents a payback-year-based Feed-in Tariff determination mechanism from the investment perspective, as suggested by recent research survey data. As an important indicator, the time required to recover the investment (i.e., payback year) in a residential PV project is then formulated using the proposed algorithm to determine Feed-in Tariff rates. The proposed mechanism is demonstrated in a case study in Victoria, Australia. Sensitivity analysis is used to identify the optimum Feed-in Tariff ranges for two popular types of rooftop PV systems, i.e., 3 kW and 5 kW, as examples. The results identify the desirable Feed-in Tariff range for individual energy investors as 20.29 A¢/kWh to 28.25 A¢/kWh, and this should be considered as a point of reference in determining the Feed-in Tariff rate in a manner that takes into account end-users’ expectations. The proposed mechanisms and methodology would be useful for policymakers in adjusting Feed-in Tariff incentive policies at a national or regional level.

Tariff determination for municipal waste management power projects in Pakistan.

Waste management is an emerging focus in Pakistan. Specifically, waste-to-energy (WtE) projects are conceived to obtain benefits from municipal waste collection in metropolitan cities. This study provides a brief background of WtE potential, waste collection statistics, type of generated wastes, and current measures to build the confidence of investors in WtE projects. In addition, a brief overview of government efforts for WtE and delineation of licensing requirements for power generation are discussed. The parameters laid down for the determination of tariffs for municipal waste management power projects and the cost accounted for each parameter are analyzed in detail. Similarly, this study deliberates on observations among stakeholders and compares Pakistan tariffs with those of neighboring countries.

Results of parking survey in the central part of Moscow for new tariff determination

The need to conduct a study of the parking space in the center of Moscow was caused by a significant overload of paid parking lots and, thus, traffic jams due to car mileage in search of free parking spaces in the central part of the city, increased noise and air pollution. Excessive loading of parking lots also leads to numerous violations of parking rules. The demand for parking within the Boulevard Ring is determined by the concentration of historical monuments, government agencies, museums, exhibition halls, shops, leisure facilities and other facilities that are extremely attractive to residents and visitors of the city. The results of one of the survey stages included the following: the inventory of existing car parking within the territory in question and the indicators of the current level of the parking space system development in the territory under consideration. The inventory included the analysis of parking place location with the allocation of parking lots on the street-road network, in underground and elevated capital structures, and in courtyards. Simultaneously with the monitoring, they carried out mass surveys of drivers parking cars in paid parking lots of the road network.

PERLINDUNGAN HAK KONSUMEN MENGENAI PEMBERLAKUAN TARIF BATAS ATAS DAN BATAS BAWAH JASA ANGKUTAN UDARA BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG PERLINDUNGAN KONSUMEN NOMOR 8 TAHUN 1999 (DALAM KASUS PENYEDIA LAYANAN LOW COST CARRIER (LCC) MASKAPAI LION AIR)

In early 2019 there was a very high increase in ticket prices. Ticket prices for domestic routes in Indonesia have not gone down, which is a complaint of consumers and make complaints to government agencies such as BPKN and YLKI. However, this has become the spotlight of the Minister of Transportation, raising the lower limit tariff, but this is actually considered ineffective because it can only protect airlines. This is considered to have violated consumer rights as stipulated in the UUPK. The issue of how the regulations and government policies in terms of tariff determination from the perspective of consumer protection and how the protection of consumer rights regarding the imposition of upper and lower limits of air transport services based on Law No. 8 of 1999. The author conducts research in this issue using normative methods supported by expert interview data. The author analyzes that this problem violates the consumer rights of Article 4 regulated by UUPK and analyzes from the Minister of Transportation Regulation PM 20 of 2019 concerning Procedures and Formulation of Calculation of Tariff Limit for Passengers in Economy Class Services for Scheduled Domestic Commercial Air Transport and Minister of Transportation Decree KM 106 of 2019 concerning the Tariff Limit on Passengers of Economy Class Scheduled Domestic Commercial Air Transport Services. The suggestion that can be given by the writer is that the ministry of transportation should oversee airlines in determining tariffs and services to remain balanced and not to the detriment of consumers.

Kajian Penentuan Tarif Bus Trans Koetaradja berdasarkan Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP)

Trans Koetaradja bus is managed by the government of Aceh Province to improve the urban public transport system. In order to appeal people to use this bus, the local government provides subsidy and applies the free fare, until today. It is expected that, when the subsidy is revoked in a few years ahead, people will get accustomed to use this bus. This research was conducted to observe public perceptions on the desired fare through ability to pay (ATP) and willingness to pay (WTP) analysis. Primary data was collected by doing survey over distributing questionnaires to the citizen. The bus corridors observed were on corridors I, III, and IV. The results showed that, the ATP-WTP of students were above the operator’s proposed tariff for all corridors. However, to attract those students to use the bus, it is recommended that the operator's proposed tariff (IDR 2,000 for each corridor) should be applied. For the general public category (PNS/TNI/Polri, Private Employees, Housewives, and other communities), the proposed tariff for each corridors were in between the average value of ATP-WTP. In that sense, tariff determination can be applied based on the average WTP value. However, the operator's proposed tariff for the public is still also feasible, subject to improving the level of services.

Tinjauan Atas Kebijakan Subsidi Public Service Obligation (PSO) Pada PT. PELNI

As an archipelago state, sea transport services play an important role to connect the Indonesian region from the center and big islands to the remote islands and border area. The importance of sea transport caused the vital role of PT. Pelni as government agent in providing services to the community. As the embodiment of public service, government provide subsidy of public service obligation to PT. Pelni in order to support the operational costs and ease the burden on the community with an affordable tariff determination. This paper explores the problems that occur in line with the PSO subsidy policy for the PT. Pelni. This paper recommends that the PSO subsidy to PT. Pelni given based on the realization of the current year. Another recommendation is the importance of maintaining consistency in the determination of the amount of subsidy based on a predetermined calculation mechanism.Keywords: PT. ANALISIS KEMAUAN DAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBAYAR SERTA PREDIKSI POLA PERJALANAN KONSUMEN RUTE PASAR KOTA KARANG – PASAR LEMPASING BANDAR LAMPUNG

The development of livelihood activities in Bandar Lampung City precisely in the area of Jalan Laksamana R.E.Martadinata has been very rapid which will also generate an increase in traffic flow, so that efforts are needed to improve transportation services. This study aims to determine the rates given by the Pasar Kota Karang - Lempasing Market Bandar Lampung route, reviewing whether the socio- economic characteristics or attributes of transportation services are the most dominant, the ability of consumers to pay and know the pattern of travel. The research was conducted by means of a survey to find out the travel pattern and the willingness and ability of consumers to determine transportation service tariffs with the service attributes provided. The survey object is the community around Jalan Laksamana R.E.Martadinata, starting from the intersection of Jalan Ikan Sebelah to the TPI Lempasing. The data obtained are then processed with the SPSS v.24 software program. The tariff that is most given by consumers to the Bus Rapid Trans service plan with Pasar Kota Karang route - Bandar Lampung Lempasing Market based on the willingness to pay is Rp.2000,- . Based on the ability to pay by looking at the results of the regression model obtained, it is obtained information about the number of coefficients of socio-economic factors with variables of gender, age, income, education, intensity of use of BRT, residence, transportation costs, mode of transportation, and destination of Rp. 3.231,- . For the number of coefficients of service attribute factors which consist of student tariffs, operating hours, availability of bus stops and availability of goods, there are no significant results that affect the tariff determination. The most popular travel origins are number 1 with locations in the coral city market and the most popular travel destinations, number 7 with locations on the marketplace.

ANALISIS PERHITUNGAN TARIF BIAYA PENYELENGGARAAN PENDIDIKAN DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN SPP SEKOLAH

School is one form of educational services business which was originally only a social institution, but currently a business institution that participate in seeking profit. With the various tuition fees in school, the determination of tuition fees should be accurate because of the effect on school revenues. So it takes a method of tariff determination that can overcome the problem, namely Activity Costing System.The purpose of this research is to know the determination of tariff of education cost using Activitty Costing System method, difference between tariff cost determination of education using traditional method and ACS method, to know the effect of costing tariff determination using traditional method to school fee income and to know the effect of determination Tariff of educational cost using ACS method to school fee income.This study uses sample data on the calculation of unit cost of new school year education services, and the costs that became the basis of tariff determination in 2010 to determine the tariff of SPP in 2011. Hypothesis testing of this study was conducted by using two sample t-test, coefficient Correlation and coefficient of determination.Result of research indicate that tariff determination using traditional method and ACS seen some difference difference between two tariff, but if used statistical approach hence both tariff have no significant difference. Based on the value of the correlation coefficient between the influence of the tariff of the traditional method SPP with the income of school fees obtained by 0.884 with a positive direction and coefisein determination sebsear 78.2%. Based on the value of the correlation coefficient between the influence of the tariff rate of SPP ACS method with the income of school fees obtained by 0.873 with a positive direction and coefisein determination sebsear 76.2%. With these results both tariffs equally affect the income SPP
