Analysis of Key Factors Affecting Employee Performance

The problem in this study is there any effect of the Archive System, Information System and Infrastructure Facilities on the performance of Employees at the Secretariat of the District Parliament of Tapin. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the filing system, information systems and infrastructure on the performance of Employees in the Secretariat of the Tapin District Parliament. The population and sample of this study were employees of the Secretariat of the Tapin District Parliament with 21 respondents. There are four variables examined in this study, namely the filing system (X1), the information system (X2), and infrastructure (X3), and the performance of the Tapin District DPRD Staff Secretariat (Y). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis calculated using SPSS obtained Y = 19.067 + 0.099X1 + 0.785X2 + 0.812X3 Partial test results obtained tcount 0.706 and tcount = 8.900 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 then this means that there is an influence from each variable, namely the filing system, information systems and infrastructure for performance. Simultaneous test results obtained by Fcount of 44.810 with a significance of 0,000 <0.05 then this means that there is an influence of the filing system, information system and infrastructure together on performance. The conclusion is that partially or simultaneously the filing system, information system and infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on performance.

ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA BROILER DI PETERNAKAN MAHMUDDIN DESA TATAKAN KECAMATAN TAPIN SELATAN KABUPATEN TAPIN

This research was conducted at Mr. Mahmuddin's broiler farm located in Tatakan Village, South Tapin District, Tapin Regency. The research began in January to May of 2024. This research aims to study the income level of broiler chicken business with a partnership pattern and to determine the feasibility of broiler chicken business with a partnership pattern on Mahmuddin Farm in Tatakan Village, South Tapin District, Tapin Regency. The components used in evaluating business feasibility include production costs, revenue, and business income obtained from broiler farming. Parameters measured are using cost benefit analysis indicators which include: R/C Ratio, B/C Ratio, BEP, and Performance Index (IP) parameters. The results showed that the feasibility analysis of a broiler livestock business with a business scale of 41,165 heads for four periods was profitable as an agribusiness-oriented business where the profit earned was Rp. 60,996,439 in four periods, and feasible to develop with a value of R / C ratio of 1,06 and B / C ratio of 0.06. BEP analysis shows that the amount of production is higher than the production BEP value (Production>BEP Production) which is 58,195.01 kg for 4 periods and the price BEP is still lower than the set at Rp. 23,408-/kg so that it has met the empirical standards in the break-even analysis calculation. As for the assessment using the Performance Index (IP) parameter in the first period is 547, second 269, third 550, and in the last period 888. This shows that Mr. Mahmuddin's broiler farm business located in Tatakan Village, South Tapin District, Tapin Regency is feasible to continue or develop.

PENGARUH MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA, STANDAR OPERASIONAL PROSEDUR DAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU (PTSP) KANTOR KEMENTERIAN AGAMA KABUPATEN TAPIN

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the significant influence simultaneously, partially and dominantly on Human Resource Management, Standard Operating Procedures and Information Technology on the Quality of One Stop Service (PTSP) of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Tapin Regency. Data analysis techniques were carried out by collecting and analyzing data obtained from field research using a method that is simple quantitative description. The population in this study were all employees of the Ministry of Religion of Tapin Regency, both civil and honorary civil servants, totaling 62 people. Considering that the population in this study was less than 100 people, the sampling in this study used saturated sampling, namely a technique in which all populations were used as samples, namely as many as 62 people. Data collection techniques were by observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on research instruments. Data were analyzed by means of: Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Linearity Test. The results of the study show that Human Resource Management and Standard Operating Procedures have a significant simultaneous and partial effect on the One Stop Service Quality (PTSP) of the Ministry of Religion in Tapin district. And Information Technology has no significant effect partially on the Quality of One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) of the Ministry of Religion in Tapin district. It is recommended for all employees of the Tapin district Ministry of Religion Office to improve the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.

The Effect of School Facilities and Work Environment on the Performance of State Madrasah Tsanawiyah Teachers in Tapin District

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of school facilities and infrastructure as well as the work environment on the performance of State Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTsN) teachers in Tapin Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational research type. The research population was 152 people from five MTsN throughout Tapin Regency, namely MTsN 1 Tapin, MTsN 2 Tapin, MTsN 3 Tapin, MTsN 4 Tapin, MTsN 5 Tapin and MTsN 6 Tapin. The research sample consisted of 70 people. The sampling technique in this research is simple random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. The research results show that: (1) School Facilities and Infrastructure have a significant effect on the performance of MTsN teachers in Tapin Regency; (2) The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of MTsN teachers in Tapin Regency; (3) School facilities and infrastructure as well as the work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of MTsN teachers in Tapin Regency.

Study Of Total Suspended Solid (TSS) Reduction In Coal Mine Water Management In Block III Of PT. Antang Gunung Meratus, South Tapin District, Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan Province

PT. Antang Gunung Meratus is a coal mining company with an area of 22,433 Ha with open pit mining method. PT. Antang Gunung Meratus has been equipped with a wastewater treatment system using active control methods, where the pH, Fe, Mn and Cd content of mine water is normal while the total suspended solid (TSS) value is more than 200 ppm in a state exceeding the water quality standard limit set by South Kalimantan Governor Regulation No.36 of 2008. The purpose of this study is to determine the results of water quality before and after it is managed and what methods are used in its management and how much costs are spent in managing the mine water. The research methods used are literature study methods, research in the field, primary and secondary data collection, data processing, data analysis and conclusions. The results showed that mining water in the WWTP area had the highest total suspended solid (TSS) content in July 2022 reaching 4.788 mg/l, while at the outlet the total suspended solid (TSS) value was 23 mg/l, the pH value was 7.22. Iron content (Fe) of 0.04 mg / l manganese content (Mn) of 0.006 and Cadmium (Cd) content of 0.004 mg / l, the content in the outlet comes from laboratory tests and costs incurred in mine water management worth Rp. 840,854,400 as of July 2022.

Pelaksanaan Skrining Anemia Pada Catin Wanita Di Puskesmas Tapin Utara Tahun 2021

Hb examination on female catin is useful to determine the status of anemia so that it can be prevented and intervened before pregnancy. According to the 2021 report of the Tapin District Health Office, the incidence of anemia in Catin was 160 people (14.1%) from 1135 catin examined. Puskesmas Tapin Utara is one of the puskesmas in Tapin regency that has provided reproductive health services to catin with the second most catin targets in Tapin district. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of anemia screening in women at the North Tapin health center. Quantitative descriptive observational research method on catin characteristics of anemic women through the reproductive health register instrument of the North Tapin Health Center in 2021. The results of the study of 130 women screened at the North Tapin health center in 2021 were 23 adolescents (17.7%), 107 adults (82.3). Very Thin category 12 people (9.2%), Thin category 23 people (17.7%), Normal 71 people (54.6%), Obese 10 people (7.7%), and Obesity 14 people (10.8%). Anemia 23 people (17.7%) and those who are not anemic 107 people (82.3%).

Pelaksanaan Pendampingan Catin Untuk Mencegah Stunting Dengan Skrinning Status Gizi Dan Indeks Masa Tubuh (Tagindas)

Chronic lack of energy is a major cause of stunting. Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted in November 2022 in the working area of the Salam Babaris Health Center, Tapin District, data on the total number of catin as many as 86 people were obtained. Researchers conducted an examination with 10 catin people found that 4 catin people had nutritional status (lila measurement) below normal size and body mass index with thin classification. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of catin (bride-to-be) assistance to prevent stunting by screening nutritional status and body mass index (TAGINDAS) in the work area of the Salam Babaris Health Center in 2022. Type of descriptive research with cross sectional design, univariate analysis test. Total sampling technique. The sample amounted to 32 catin people. The results of the study showed that most respondents of catin (bride-to-be) health status to prevent stunting were not at risk of stunting as many as 21 people (65.6%), respondents in the nutritional status category were not at risk as many as 21 people (65.6% and most respondents in the normal BMI category were 18 people (56.3%).

KEHIDUPAN SOSIAL MASYARAKAT PASCA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI DESA HATUNGUN KECAMATAN HATUNGUN KABUPATEN TAPIN

COVID-19 is a virus that can be transmitted to everyone caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The World Health Organization (WHO) has officially declared COVID-19 a pandemic because the spread of this virus is very fast. The COVID-19 pandemic itself has been going on for more than 2 years and has had a real impact on the people of Indonesia. The three main impacts that are felt by the community are social interaction between communities, community economic activities and people's lifestyles. This study aims to find out and understand social interaction between communities, community economic activities and the lifestyle of the people in Hatungun Village during the post-COVID-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques used in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis itself uses qualitative descriptive statistics. The results obtained state that there are no obstacles in social interaction between communities during the post-COVID-19 pandemic, in economic activity there are constraints that are still being felt today as a result of the paralysis of various sectors, especially in the economic sector which causes the price of basic commodities to increase while income decreases and spending online there is nothing to change a person's lifestyle if the person is wise in reacting to it.Keywords: Social Society, COVID-19 Pandemic, Tapin District.

The Role of Religious Counsellor in KUA, North Tapin District, Tapin Regency in Preventing Early Marriage

South Kalimantan Province is one of the provinces that contributes to a reasonably high number of early marriages in Indonesia. One of the districts with a reasonably high rate of early marriage is Tapin District. Of course, this is a challenge for the government of South Kalimantan to reduce the high rate of early marriage. Religious counselors are one of the spearheads predicted to reduce the high rate of early marriage effectively. This research looks at the critical role of religious educators in suppressing the high rate of early marriage, especially in the North Tapin District, Tapin Regency. This method is field research with data collection, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that religious extension workers in Tapin Utara District played an essential role in reducing the number of early marriages. They act as educators, reformers, information straighteners, and unifiers.

The Correlation of Authentic Leadership to Teacher Job Satisfaction through Organization Climate and Organizational Commitment as Variable Intermediaries in Public Elementary Schools in the Tapin Tengah Subdistrict Tapin District

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect correlation between authentic leadership, organizational climate and organizational commitment to teacher job satisfaction in Public Elementary Schools in the Tapin Tengah District, Tapin Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population of this study was 154 teachers with a sample of 112 teachers. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire that has fulfilled the validity and reliability test requirements. Data analysis to test the hypothesis using path analysis (path analysis). The results of this study are that there is a direct correlation: (1) authentic leadership of the principal and job satisfaction of 0.298, (2) organizational climate and job satisfaction of 0.386, (3) organizational commitment and job satisfaction of 0.352, (4) authentic leadership of the principal and organizational climate of 0.715, (5) authentic leadership of school principals and organizational commitment of 0.668 and indirect correlations: (6) authentic leadership of principals and job satisfaction through organizational climate of 0.271, (7) authentic leadership of principals and teacher job satisfaction through organizational commitment of 0.231.

Marketing Vulnerability of Shallot Farming in Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan, Indonesia

Allium cepa (shallot) is an important commodity in Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan. Tapin Regency is a reliable shallot production area in South Kalimantan Province. Shallot farming is faced with uncertain climate conditions in Tapin Regency, which have an impact on changing the behavior of farmers in dealing with harvest and product marketing issues. Shallot production has decreased dramatically in the last five years in this area. Thus, it is urgent to identify the problems faced by farmers. To identify the existing problems, an analysis of shocks, exposure, responses, and impacts better known as the SERI analysis method was carried out. The research results showed that product marketing and government subsidies were problems that caused shocks due to unformed markets, simultaneous harvests, and an inability to compete with production from outside the region; furthermore, no longer receiving subsidies from the government prevented farmers from buying seeds due to the high price of seeds. The exposure experienced by the farmers was that the selling price became low, resulting in losses, and most farmers did not dare to continue to plant the next season’s shallots. The response of the farmers to the shock conditions that occurred was that most of them sold cheap and lost money; there were a few who held back sales, while some surrendered, and almost all farmers switched to planting other commodities. The impact felt by farmers from these shocks was that their income decreased due to their loss, and there was no income from shallot farming. Buffer capacities that can be put in place to reduce the impact of these problems are actively seeking price and market information, forming marketing networks, adjusting planting times, adding product value by means of postharvest processing such as processing fried shallot or shallot paste, buying seeds by groups, using the best quality seeds, accessing financial institutions to obtain venture capital assistance, and conducting nurseries. The Responses of Some Doses Fertilizer Bat Guano on The Crop Yield of Hiyung Chili Pepper in The Ultisols

Hiyung chili is a type of chili found in Hiyung Village, Tapin District, South Kalimantan with a spiciness rate of 94,500 ppm. Bat manure is a fertilizer that contains elements of N, P, and K which are important for plant growth and development and are expected to increase nutrient content in the soil. This study aims to determine the effect and the best dosage of bat manure on the growth and yield of Hiyung chili on ultisol. Ultisol is a soil that has low organic matter, yellowish-red soil, acidic soil reaction, low base saturation, high Al content, low nutrient content such as N, P, and K. This study used a single factor CRD consisting of 5 treatment levels, namely k0 = 0 t.ha-1, k1 = 1 t.ha-1, k2 = 2 t.ha-1, k3 = 3 t.ha-1, k4 = 4 t.ha-1. The results of this study showed that giving several doses of bat manure fertilizer significantly affected plant growth, leaf size, fresh fruit weight, cropping, and crop production. The best bat manure doses to increase growth and yield of hiyung chili plants at a dose of 3 t.ha-1

IMPLEMENTASI BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING 4D (Studi Kasus: Proyek Lanjutan Pembangunan Gedung Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Tapin)

Advanced Project of the Tapin District Secretariat Office Building located on Jalan Datu Suban, North Tapin, South Kalimantan is a reinforced concrete building project that only applies manual scheduling which is present in the form of S Curve. PUPR Ministerial Regulation Number 9 of 2021 states that every project should be based on Building Information Modeling (BIM). Therefore, this research discusses about the implementation of 4D BIM (scheduling) using Tekla on the advanced Project of the Tapin District Secretariat Office Building using Tekla to determine the use of BIM on scheduling obtained from contractors. This research method started from studying the software and the object to be modeled, collecting the data such as as-build, S Curve, budget plan. Data processing started from 3D modeling using Tekla Structures 2020, scheduling with Tekla Task Manager, and then 4D modeling with object representation. Scheduling made from the Budget Plan, S Curve, and interviews of related parties were input into the Tekla Task Manager with dependencies which were applied into the bar chart. The 4D model is created using the visual logic with the integration of the 3D model created by scheduling, the development planning stages can be displayed according to the reviewed date. It was concluded that Tekla Structures can be applied in scheduling the advanced project for the construction of the Tapin District Secretariat Office Building. The Relationship between Age, Parity, Early Detection, K1-K4 Visits, Integrated ANC, Three Times Obgyn’s Ultrasound Examination, and Maternal Mortality

Maternal mortality is one of the indicators of health-care quality and effectiveness. Maternal mortality increases and decreases due to several factors. This article aims to analyze the factors that cause the increase and decrease in the maternal mortality rate. The research method is a cohort prospective, using a systematic sampling technique with the principle of proportionality. The number of samples is 150 data taken from the Tapin District Health Office, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Statistical data analysis was performed using statistical descriptions and statistical inferential. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that age, early detection, K1 – K4 visits, integrated ANC and 3x SpOG ultrasound have a significant effect on maternal mortality. The parity does not have a significant effect on maternal mortality. Therefore, the pregnancy program must pay attention to age. During pregnancy, pregnant women must go through the process of early detection, K1 – K4 visits, integrated ANC.Parity must be considered so that babies can be born with conditions without deficiencies. Variation of kelulut (Heterotrigona itama) habitat landscapes in South Kalimantan

Honey production depends on the availability of the landscape as a habitat for producing bee’s food sources. The purpose of this study was to determine different landscapes as a habitat for kelulut (Heterotrigona itama) bees in producing honey from 5 different stingless bee locations. The research was conducted in three districts: Hulu Sungai Tengah, Hulu Sungai Selatan and Tapin District, South Kalimantan Province. This research was conducted to record the types of vegetation in each landscape, which can be divided into three categories; 1 location was a combination type of forest and garden (type 1), 2 locations was a combination type of settlement, shrub, and paddy fields (type 2), and 1 location was a combination type of settlement, plantation, and shrub (type 3). Each meliponiculture also recorded the honey production every month. The results showed that the farmers’ number of beehives was between 96 and 252 hives/farmer. The average production in the rainy season is 0.17 L hive-1year−1, and the dry season is 0.24 L hive−1year−1. Honey production per year for each location was as follows: location type 1 produces 1.59 L hive−1, location type 2 produces 1.85 L hive−1, and location type 3 produces 2.41 L hive−1. Plant identification results at each type of location showed that the number of species found at vegetation cover type 1, 2, and 3 was 116, 128, and 107 species, respectively. At the farms with vegetation cover types 2 and 3, many different flowering shrubs provide year-round forage for the stingless bee.

KETERAMPILAN MANAJERIAL DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI PADA KARYAWAN MAINTENANCE PT. GLOBAL MAKARA TEKNIK SITE BRE RANTAU KABUPATEN TAPIN)

This research discusses the discussion of theory, discussion of experts, discussion of researchers based on their experience, then developed into a debate - renewal developed - the solution requested to obtain justification (verification) in the form of empirical supporting data in the field. This study aims to learn more about Managerial Skills and Career Development Influence on Employee Performance (Study on Maintenance Employees of PT. Global Makara Teknik Site BRE Rantau Tapin Regency) in South Kalimantan, The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with as much as 54 assistance, a sample of 54 people and data analysis techniques using the research instrument validity test, reliability test, classic assumptions and using multiple linear regression, The results of this study indicate that the variable managerial ability individually to the Maintenance Performance of PT. The Makara Global Bara Engineering Site Overseas Temporary Tapin District And Career Development has no significant effect on the Performance of PT. The Global Makara Site of the BRE Rantau Technique in Tapin District, all of the independent variables have a significant influence on the variables that are used together (simultaneous), the adjusted determination (R2) is 0.332 or 33.2%, this shows it is supported by those provided by the variables free of the variables they replace.

Convergence Analysis of Economic Growth in South Kalimantan Province 2011-2019

This study aims to analyze the convergence of economic growth in South Kalimantan Province in 2011-2019 based on the level of income per capita. The population of this research is the districts in South Kalimantan Province. Subjects take in the form of levels of income per capita with secondary data sourced from BPS. The analytical tools used are economic growth, Theil index, Williamson index, and Klassen typology model. This study also analyzes the relationship between economic growth and income inequality using Pearson correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a convergence of inequality in South Kalimantan Province in 2011-2019 with an average Williamson Index value at 0.496 and Theil index at 17.928. Based on the Klassen typology classification, only Tapin District is in the category of high developed and fast growing region. The output on the Pearson analysis correlation shows that there is a non-significant positive correlation between economic growth and income inequality. Furthermore, South Kalimantan Province does not support on the Kuznets hypothesis for the period 2011-2019.
