Filtrasi Air Sederhana Sebagai Solusi Peningkatan Kualitas Air Untuk Wilayah Sekitar Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit

Tegal Sari Village is one of the villages in Tanah Bumbu Regency, East Kalimantan. It is surrounded by oil palm plantations which results in the quality of the water being unfit for consumption. The people complain that the water is cloudy, has sediment, has a taste and also feels slippery. The absence of adequate water filtration is also an obstacle to the availability of clean water. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and quality of clean water in Tegal Sari Village, especially in RT 04 and RT 05. The method used in this research is to use the experimental method, which applies the principles of validation laboratory research, namely test the effect of one or more variables on other variables. The research was carried out in July and August 2022. The results showed that the knowledge of respondents before receiving material regarding simple water filtration was in the good category, namely as many as 9 people (37.5%), as many as 11 people (45.8%) had good knowledge. sufficient and as many as 4 people (16.6%) have less knowledge. Based on the results of the simple water filtration counseling pre-test, it is known that 37.5% of respondents have good knowledge, thus this intervention can help add insight and knowledge of residents regarding the physical quality of proper water consumption.

Program Ecomposter Sebagai Upaya Pengelolaan Sampah Skala Rumah Tangga

This community service activity aims to increase community knowledge and skills in managing organic and inorganic waste through ECOMPOSTER (ecobrick and composter) programs. The method of implementing this service used counseling and demonstration methods, including educational activities on waste sorting, training on making ecobrick and compost using the Takakura method, and forming ecomposter cadres. The partners of this service were the people of Wonorejo Village RT. 5 and 6, Satui District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The instrument for evaluating this activity used a knowledge questionnaire which was statistically analyzed with a paired T-test, an attitude questionnaire which was statistically analyzed with the Wilcoxon test, and a final program evaluation questionnaire which was analyzed descriptively. The results of this service showed that there were significant differences in knowledge and attitudes before and after the provision of education, indicated by a p value <0.05 (0.0007) in knowledge and a p-value <0.05 (0.0036) in attitude. In addition, from the results of this activity, 15 households used the Takakura method of compost, and 23 households made ecobricks at their homes.

The Effect of Applying Finger Print Absences on the Work Discipline of the Office of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, Trade and Industry in Tanah Bumbu Regency. 
 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying fingerprint attendance on the work discipline of the Cooperative, Micro Enterprise, Trade and Industry Office of Tanah Bumbu Regency.
 The method used is correlational research with a quantitative approach which aims to provide a fairly clear picture of the Effect of Finger Print Absence Application on the Work Discipline of the Office of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, Trade and Industry in Tanah Bumbu Regency. The study was conducted on 35 Covid-19 isolation nurses and was carried out for a month.
 The results showed that finger print attendance included comfort, safety and time effectiveness simultaneously had a significant effect on employee work discipline. and finger print attendance including comfort, safety and time effectiveness partially have a significant effect on employee work discipline and time effectiveness has a more dominant effect on employee work discipline.

Analysis of the Influence of Product Quality, Lifestyle, and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of Iphone Smartphones in Batulicin, Tanah Bumbu Regency

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Quality, Lifestyle, and Brand Image simultaneously or partially on Purchase Decision of Iphone Smartphones in Batulicin, Tanah Bumbu Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research, the type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The population in this study consists of iPhone users in Batulicin, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Since the population size is unknown in this study, the researcher used the Lemeshow Formula to determine the sample size, resulting in a final sample of 96.04 or rounded up to 100 respondents. To determine the causal relationship between the variables of Product Quality, Lifestyle, and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of Iphone Smartphones in Batulicin, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The results of the study show that: 1) Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Product Quality, Lifestyle, and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision, 2) Partially, Product Quality, Lifestyle, and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision 3) Brand Image that have been tested, the dominant variable influencing the Purchase Decision of iPhone smartphones in Batulicin, Tanah Bumbu Regency is Lifestyle.

The Influence of Service Quality on Outpatient General Satisfaction at the Regional General Hospital (RGH) Dr. H. Andi Abdurrahman Noor Tanah Bumbu District, South Kalimantan Province

The research aims to examine the influence of service quality on outpatient general patient satisfaction at the Regional General Hospital (RGH) dr. H. Andi Abdurrahman Noor, Tanah Bumbu Regency. A correlational study with a quantitative approach was adopted to describe the influence of service quality on general outpatient patient satisfaction at RGH dr. H. Andi Abdurrahman Noor, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The research was conducted on 97 general outpatients and was carried out for a month. It is such a long sentence that is hard to understand. Try to simplify it. My suggestions: The study shows the following results: (1) service quality ( such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) had a significant effect simultaneously on general outpatient patient satisfaction; (2) service quality ( such as tangibles, reliability, assurance) had a partially significant effect on general outpatient patient satisfaction; (3) quality services (covering responsiveness and empathy) do not have a partially significant effect on outpatient general patient satisfaction, and; (4) assurance has a dominant effect on outpatient general patient satisfaction.

The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on the Performance of Employees in the Cooperatives, Micro-business, Trade and Industry Office of Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan Province

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of employees in cooperatives, micro- enterprises, trade and industry in Tanah Bumbu district, South Kalimantan province. The method used is correlational research with a quantitative approach which aims to provide a fairly clear picture of the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of employees at the Cooperative, Micro Enterprise, Trade and Industry Office of Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The research was conducted on 36 employees of the Department of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, Trade and Industry and was conducted for a month. The results showed that leadership style and work motivation have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance, and leadership style and work motivation have a partial significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style is a variable that has a dominant effect on employee performance in the Department of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, Trade and Industry of Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan.

Planning for the Preservation of Biodiversity and Environmental Assets in Support of Sustainable Planning in Urban Areas, Case Study: Batu Licin City, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan

Planning for preserving biodiversity and environmental assets in urban areas is crucial in supporting sustainable planning. This study aims to design a strategy for preserving biodiversity and environmental assets in Batu Licin, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan, to support sustainable urban planning. The method used is field observation and literature study. The results showed that the Batu Licin area has a relatively high potential for biodiversity and environmental assets. However, along with the growth of the Batu Licin urban area in the future, it will undoubtedly be a source of pressure on biodiversity. Several strategies can be implemented to overcome this, including mainstreaming biodiversity in sectoral planning, strengthening the knowledge base on conservation, management, and use of biodiversity assets, increasing awareness and appreciation for environmental services and biodiversity, implementing area protection and restoration policies for high- value ecosystems and biodiversity assets, and mainstreaming climate change adaptation and mitigation. This strategy can become a reference for policymakers in planning sustainable development in the urban area of Batu Licin and other regions in Indonesia.

Tantangan Pemungutan Pajak Mineral Bukan Logam dan Batuan di Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu

This research is entitled “The Challenges Of Collecting Non-Metal And Rock Mineral Taxes In Tanah Bumbu District”. The purpose of this study (1) To determine the effectiveness of collecting MBLB Tax as a source of PAD in Tanah Bumbu Regency, (2) To determine the efficiency of the request for MBLB Tax on PAD in Tanah Bumbu Regency, (3) To determine the contribution of the request for MBLB tax to PAD Tanah Bumbu Regency. This study uses primary and secondary data with an annual series (time series) from 2010 to 2020. The source comes from (BPPRD) Tanah Bumbu. The analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research from the side of the effectiveness calculation show that an average of 86.81% is said to be quite effective, for the efficient calculation level the average reaches 9.46% with a category <20% it is said to be inefficient. Meanwhile, the contribution has reached 70.78%, meaning that it has been able to meaning that it has been able to make a large contribution to PAD in Tanah Bumbu Regency.

Analisis Strategi Peningkatan Daya Saing Pengrajin Kain Tenun Khas Pagatan Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu

Tanah Bumbu regency has a group of home industries that produce pagatan woven fabrics. This fabric is a traditional cloth typical of the people of Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan. The great potential to be able to develop pagatan weaving business to stay afloat and develop is the necessity to innovate the products produced. Pagatan woven fabric entrepreneurs are required to be able to utilize internal and external environmental conditions in developing their business, one of the efforts to facilitate in utilizing these conditions is to apply an environmental analysis that is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Treats). This research uses a type of quantitative research, the location of research conducted in Kusan Hilir Subdistrict. Research data source is primary data and data analysis used is descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis. The results showed the strategy used to improve the competitiveness of woven fabric typical pagatan Tanah Bumbu district is a strategy that is in quadrant II, S-T strategy (Strength-Treats) strategy that uses force to overcome threats.

ANALISIS PEMBENTUKAN TANAH DARI BATUAN PENUTUP OVERBURDEN PADA AREA REKLAMASI PT BORNEO INDOBARA GUNA MENDUKUNG KEBERHASILAN REKLAMASI SECARA BERKELANJUTAN

This study aims to analyze the process of soil formation on overburden material in the reclamation area in 2013 (9 years), 2015 (7 years), and 2018 (4 years) to support the success of sustainable reclamation, and analyze the relationship between planting age, morphology and climate conditions in the study area that can affect the process of soil formation in the overburden. The research was conducted at a coal mining company located in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The research method used was descriptive quantitative. Data collection was done by making a test trench and taking soil profile data which includes topsoil thickness, intermediate layer, and overburden. Soil texture, soil color, and data on roots that penetrated the soil were also recorded and analyzed. The results of the test trench analysis showed that the process of soil formation in the overburden began to occur in the reclamation area in the 9th year (2013). The indicator found lateral roots in the soil layer at a depth of 40-60 cm which is an overburden layer with gray soil color. The correlation test showed a strong relationship between soil acidity (pH) and the year of planting (r2 = 0,74). The relationship between organic C elements and the year of planting (r2 = 0,68). The element N in the soil has a very strong relationship with the year of planting (r2 = 0,92). The next element was P2O5 in the soil having a moderate relationship (r2 = 0,46) and K2O elements had a strong relationship (r2 = 0,75). The results of soil chemical analysis and also soil texture showed that the soil fertility status at the study site was in low condition. This study concluded that the process of soil formation in overburden was found in the planting year area of 2013 or year 9, with indicators such as the appearance of roots in the overburden area at a depth of 20 - 40 cm, whereas in 2015 and 2018 no roots were found in the overburden. Climatic and morphological conditions accelerated the process of soil formation in the overburden because this very wet condition accelerated the process of leaching nutrients to the surface layer of the reclamation area. The process of weathering in the soil, especially in overburden, will cause plant roots to enter the overburden layer by bringing nutrients produced by trees, undergrowth, and litter to the research area.

Five indicators are used as a measure to analyze the services of the Regional GeneralHospital dr. H. Andi Abdurrahman Noor Tanah Bumbu Regency, namely theconvenience of service facilities, service accuracy, friendliness of officers, punctuality,and ease of service procedures all have a good tendency, meaning that it can beconcluded that the quality of services provided by the Regional General Hospital dr. H.Andi Abdurrahman Noor Tanah Bumbu Regency is qualified.

Electronic teaching materials containing quranic verses: its development and scientific writing

Efforts to write development proposals until finally the publication of electronic teaching materials containing verses of the Koran need to be introduced and trained to teachers at the Physics MGMP Forum, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The service that will be carried out is "Workshop on the Development and Writing of Scientific Papers on Electronic Teaching Materials Containing Al-Quran Verses". This workshop is expected to provide useful outcomes for teachers, namely from research to writing scientific articles. Participants in this workshop were teachers who joined the discussion on physics subject teachers in Tanah Bumbu Regency. The activity was carried out in Banjarmasin, online. The method of activity is divided into three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. At the preparation stage, there will be the formation of a committee, preparation of a rundown of activities, gathering of participants, and various other technical preparations related to the course of this service. The activity continues with the implementation process. The training activities were carried out in 4 meetings. The training activity began with the provision of material on Electronic Teaching Materials Contained with Al-Quran Verses. The next material is the procedure for the development and writing of scientific papers on electronic teaching materials containing the verses of the Koran. The next stage is for participants to develop a proposal and carry out the development. Participants are directed to carry out research guided by resource persons. Furthermore, participants make articles/scientific papers in accordance with the results of the research/development carried out. The evaluation stage is the final stage of this activity, where the service team will evaluate the activities based on the evaluation form distributed to service partners. The activity has been successfully carried out, and the teacher finally has the ability to develop and writing of scientific papers on electronic teaching materials containing Al-Quran verses.

REDESAIN ISTANA ANAK YATIM DARUL AZHAR DI TANAH BUMBU

Orphans receive special attention in the Al-Quran. The Al-Qurancommands Muslims to protect and nurture orphans. The effort of Muslims to fulfill this obligation is to provide a place to accommodate orphans so that they have the opportunity to live properly, obtain an education, and achieve their goals. In Tanah Bumbu Regency stands the Palace of Orphans under the auspices of the Darul Azhar Foundation. Judging from the National Standards of Parenting, the Palace of Orphans both in quantity and quality has not met the standard of facilities for a child social welfare institution. this condition has not been able to fulfill the vision and mission of the foundation to develop their potential and talents in the fields of art, sports, leadership, and religion. For this reason, a plan to redesign the Orphan Palace was initiated. This redesign was carried out using the infill design method. By initiating the concept of 'mutualism space' which means an old space or space with a new space or space that is mutually beneficial to one another, taking into account the interrelationship of functions and the interrelationship of needs between spaces. The new spaces that are present are analogous to facilities, functions, aesthetics, and other physical designs that are filled into an area that focuses on developing the potential of orphans. This concept and method are expected to be a solution to the problem of redesigning the Orphan Palace.

KONDISI EXISTING SOSIAL EKONOMI DAN BUDAYA MASYARAKAT SEKITAR PERTAMBANGAN BATUBARA DI KECAMATAN ANGSANA KABUPATEN TANAH BUMBU PROVINSI KALIMANTAN SELATAN

The presence of mining companies is expected to bring benefits and prosperity to the surrounding community. Angsana District, Tanah Bumbu Regency has several coal mining companies operating. The intent of research is to know the existing social, economic and cultural conditions of the community around coal mining. The research method is statistical test calculation method and interactive model (Miles and Hubermen). Sampling and Observation through data collection using interviews and documentation with observations in Angsana District, on Ring I, Ring II and Ring III of the research area. Result : Ring III community income level is higher than Ring I and Ring II, social conditions have a relatively positive and negative impact, cultural conditions have little influence. The conclusion is that the existing social, economic and cultural conditions around coal mining in Angsana District have increased.

The Effect of Online Learning on Mathematics Learning Achievement in Elementary School Students

The purpose of this study is to measure the average percentage of mathematics learning achievement of fifth-grade students when online learning was implemented and its impact when face-to-face learning was limited. The population in this study was 150 fifth-grade students in Tanah Bumbu Regency with the type of ex-post fact research. The data collection technique was in the form of a test technique and a psychological scale in the form of an instrument with a simple linear regression analysis technique. Test requirements analysis to test the hypothesis using a simple regression test. Before the simple regression test, prerequisite tests were carried out in the form of normality test, linearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Based on the research results, it is known that online learning partially has a significant effect of 3.6% on learning achievement in Mathematics. However, it is known that when applied face-to-face learning was limited, students had not fully mastered the previous material and the subject matter being studied.

Analysis of deforestation as impact of changes on oil palm land use in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan using satellite remote sensing data

Analysis of deforestation using remote sensing satellite imagery is carried out for monitoring and as an effort to reduce deforestation rates to maintain the ecological function of the forest. One of the causes of deforestation are land clearing and land conversion. Based on BPS data in 2020th, the forest area is decreasing and the area of oil palm is increasing every year. This research was conducted in Tanah Bumbu Regency, the data used were Landsat 7 ETM+ and Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS images. The method used is a guided classification with Support Vector Machine (SVM). Analysis of deforestation uses the results of image processing classification in time series by taking into account the reduction of forest that occurs every year. Based on the results of image classification in 2010th using SVM, forest has an area of 2161.1 km2 and oil palm is 1063.6 km2. Both of these land uses underwent changes in 2020th with forest area experiencing a reduction of 1493.42 km2 and oil palm having an additional area of 865.62 km2. The classification results have an overall accuracy value of above 80% and a kappa accuracy of 78%. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between the incidence of deforestation and the expansion of oil palm land. Based on the results of the regression analysis, R2 = 0.95 with a change value of 935.42 km2.

Analysis of the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment and Teacher Performance During the COVID-19 Pandemic (Study at the Darud Da'wah Wal-Irsyad Foundation, Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency)

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction (X1) on organizational commitment (Z) and teacher performance (Y) at the Darud Da' Wah Wal-Irsyad Education Foundation, Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. This research used a questionnaire with 85 teachers at the Darud Da'wah Wal-Irsyad Education Foundation, Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Samples were determined using the saturated sampling technique, where all of the population was used as research samples. The data were analyzed using the partial least square (PLS) method in three stages: evaluation of the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing, hypothesis testing using the t-statistical test. The results showed that there was a significant effect between job satisfaction and teacher organizational commitment, there was a significant effect between job satisfaction on teacher performance, there was a significant effect between organizational commitment on teacher performance, there was a mediating effect of organizational commitment through job satisfaction on teacher performance at the Darud Da'wah Wal-Irsyad Education Foundation, Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency.

ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN USAHATANI KARET PROGRAM REGU RPBSK DAN USAHATANI KARET RAKYAT DI KABUPATEN TANAH BUMBU PROVINSI KALIMANTAN SELATAN

This research aim to to comparison analyse of Rubber Effort Program RPBSK and People Rubber Effort Tanah Bumbu Regency South Kalimantan Province with revenue rubber effort variable, Rubber Area Tap, Crop Economic Age, Production and Rubber Revenue.
 The results of the research showed that rubber area tap much better with RPBSK Program, Longer crop economic age, higher rubber production and higher rubber revenue with RPBSK compared to non-RPBSK program. Earnings obtained by farmer responder in one month equal to Rp. 11.427.510, compared to non RPBSK farmer earnings mean of Rp. 6.117.097,26

Village Government Strategy In Implementation of Village Farming Road Infrastructure Development In Tanah Bumbu Regency, Indonesia

Strategy optimization of village government in the implementation of road infrastructure development of farming carried out in the village of Manurung District of Kusan Middle Tanah Bumbu which has carried out the authors conclude that it is less than optimal. This is because budgeting is not efficient in terms of where the development is carried out, and there is no role and contribution from the community in agricultural road infrastructure development activities both in planning, implementation, and supervision. This is the inability of the village apparatus to implement and manage government in the village in infrastructure development activities which are local government programs, there is no community empowerment in the ADD program which is a problem in optimizing the infrastructure development of the Manurung Village farm road. Supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out the strategy in implementing farm road infrastructure development in Manurung Village, Kusan Tengah District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, it can be concluded that the supporting factors in the development of village infrastructure are participation and support from the community, adequate APBD funding to carry out development, as well as regulations given to villages to make managing their area easier. While the inhibiting factors for the development of village road infrastructure, it can be concluded that there are several things, namely firstly, the supervision and monitoring of infrastructure development have not been maximized, then the weather and rough terrain make the infrastructure development process difficult and take a long time, as well as construction materials that are increasingly expensive causing cost overruns. out of the calculation

Participatory Empowerment Of Capture Fisheries Collective Business Group (Kub) In Tungkaran Pangeran Sub-District, Tanah Bumbu Regency

This study describes and understands the joint venture community development group (KUB) in KUB Tungkaran Prince, Tanah Bumbu, Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects are KUB managers and members. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the empowerment of joint business groups (KUBE) in KUB was carried out in stages, starting from the preparation, implementation and evaluation processes and the obstacles faced, including lack of business capital and the participation of group members. KUB's supporting factors include complete tools, supporting natural resources, members marketing products and business partners. The independence of KUB has not been maximized, so it is essential to carry out a mentoring process.
