The reform of"3+ 2"higher vocational nursing teaching based on"double proof integration"

Objective To explore the effect of3+ 2higher vocational nursing teaching reform on the pass rate of CLEN(Chinese License Examination for Nurses) of the students. Methods The situation of CLEN and the students was analyzed to adjust the talent-training scheme, train the teachers' team, build teaching tests and the core task drive.Meanwhile, PBL, LBL teaching methods, small-class teaching and ratings ofwritten examination + OSCE test + humanitieswas conducted on the basis of MOOC platform to evaluate students' learning ability.The quality-control on the internship was strengthened and the clinical thinking ability and the ability of autonomic learning of the students was developed to improve the test-coping ability of students and the pass rate of the CLEN. Results From 2014 to 2016, the CLEN pass rate of3+ 2high vocational nursing student was increased continuously to 76%. Conclusion The reform of3+ 2higher vocational nursing education based ondouble certificate financingcan effectively improve the CLEN pass rate, help students to achievedouble proofand enhance students' employment-ability. Research Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Driven by "Four Wheels" and Combination of Professional Education and Teaching ——Taking the "Specialty of Computer Application Technology in Hunan Applied Technology University" as an Example

Implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education by combining with professional education in universities and colleges is an important measure to promote higher-quality employment and entrepreneurship of the graduates. The problems existing in the fusing teaching of computer application technology and innovation and entrepreneurship education are analyzed in this paper. By taking Hunan Applied Technology University as an example and in view of the existing problems, the mode of reform driven by"four wheels", "professional talent training scheme by integrating optimization, innovation and entrepreneurship", "implementing the specifc teaching by integrating innovation, entrepreneurship and professional education", "building many Professional practice platforms and university-enterprise cooperation platforms for innovation and entrepreneurship" and "setting up reasonable management and incentive mechanism for teachers and students" are proposed, to realize the dynamic integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education for the specialty of computer application technology.

Construction of evaluation system of sports talent training scheme based on data mining

In order to improve the effectiveness of the evaluation system construction for sports talent training program, this paper puts forward a kind of evaluation system construction method for sports talent training program based on data mining. It provides the description target of sports talent training program, the problem that the upper bound of itemsets only used by the traditional mining algorithm has unsatisfactory effect on the high-expectation weight and downward closure property of mining algorithm in design hierarchy, and presents the proof process, and this property can effectively reduce the processing capacity of candidate set in the premise of ensuring the accuracy, to construct the two-stage data mining process. By comparing with the training program of 2007 version, the proposed method can eliminate the setting compulsory course equivalent to individual professional elective course, to promote the diverse development of students.

The Research of Practical Teaching Paradigm for Finance Major in the Application-Oriented Undergraduate University

With the development of modern financial theory, the teaching content of financial course in Chinese undergraduate universities has changed a lot. Its basic characteristic is that the teaching focus has changed to pay equal attention to macro-finance and micro-finance. Therefore, it is imperative for combining with the course system, integration of teaching resources to construct a practical teaching paradigm for finance majors in application-oriented undergraduate universities. But currently the curriculum system construction of financial majors in application-oriented undergraduate universities is still in the stage of exploration to finalize the design, the research on the practical teaching paradigm of financial theory is in the early stage. This paper will based on the talent training scheme, supported by network teaching experiment platform, through Innovation and reform of teaching models and methods, to cultivate the financial talent with high comprehensive quality and strong application ability for application-oriented undergraduate universities as the goal, explores to build scientific and perfect practical teaching paradigm to promote and standardize the practical teaching system of application-oriented undergraduate university.

The Study on Talent Teaching Mode and the Optimization of Major Courses System in Electronic Science and Technology

In order to correspond with the regional economic development in Tianjin and make characteristics of applied engineering major outstanding, a series of teaching reforms are carried out in our department, such as the target of electronic science and technology professional talents training mode, train reform ideas and the direction of professional curriculum system. All of the measures were made in the basis of investigation to understand the demands of domestic photoelectric information enterprises for undergraduates of this major and the ministry committee of education professional for the request of the curriculum system. At the same time, two courses: laser machining application and optical transmission technology were constructed as the core demonstration courses to improving practical ability of students. From the long-term development of students even after their graduation, the curriculum structure and the talent training scheme are improved and optimized, and the concrete implementing scheme and some suggestions were put forward in the end of the paper. All of these results will provide some good references for cultivating application-oriented professional construction.

A Preliminary Study on the Training of Newly Founded Local College Students’ Engineering Ability

According to the research of current college students' engineering ability training from the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, the existing problems of engineering ability training of newly founded local college students in various aspects including talent training program, laboratory and practice base construction and the construction of "double qualified teachers" were discussed in this paper. This paper proposed to improve students engineering ability from the following aspects: a strong teacher team, a distinctive talent training scheme, a certain practical teaching conditions and a set of effective policy.

Exploration of post competency training in surgery practice of eight-year medical students

Aiming at the problems in the post competency training of eight year clinical medical students such as the deficiency of humanistic spirit and communication ability, insufficient capacity of clinical skills training and clinical problem-solving, the lack of academic research ability and innovative spirit, and according to the practical requirements for clinical personnel, we elaborated the required post competence for eight-year medical students on the basis of its basic concept and intention. We proposed strengthening the cultivation of eight-year medical students by improved course plan and cultivation process, perfected assessment system, enhanced construction of teachers in order to make the students competent to their posts, and we also made some beneficial attempts in formulating and implementing the talent training scheme based on post competency. Research on Professional Quality Training and Occupation Adaptability of Higher Vocational Students Majoring in Economic Management

In order to realize the docking of students’ professional quality training and enterprise occupation adaptability, we research on graduates’ employment, professional quality and enterprises demand of a higher vocational college in Wuhan. Based on the data, we analyze existing problems of the students’ professional quality training and occupation adaptability and put forward suggestions for further reform of the talent training scheme.

Situation of three-year program medical students' after-department examination during the internship in the department of obstetrics and gynecology and its assessment

Objective To explore the unified assessment methods based on present situation of after-department examination during the internship in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods The present situation of after-department examination in the department of obstetrics and gynecology in 36 comprehensive hospitals of Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College were investigated through interviews and research papers including 12 grade A hospital of the first class hospital (33.33％),19 grade A hospital of the second class(52.78％) and 5 grade B hospital of the second class(13.89％).Totally 137 students of clinical major in 4 grade A hospital of the second class were enrolled and were divided into study group(n=72) and control group(n=65).hems of theoretical examination and skill examination as well as the evaluation standard were established combining with the syllabus of the licensed assistant doctors and the talent training scheme requirements.Students in study group were trained according to the practice syllabus,skill examination requirement and evaluation require-ment while those in control group had no cmresponding requirement.After-department examination was organized by school at the end of internship.The full score of theoretical examination and skill examination score was 50 respectively.Smvey results of after-depamnent examination were analyzed by Fisher's Exact Test and the results of after-depamnent examination were analyzed by t test.Results The hospitals having the after-department examination accounted for 80.56％(29/36).The hospitals having the after-depamnent examination according to the practice syllabus requirements accounted for only 20.69％(6/29).After the intervention,theoretical examination scores of study group and control group were 40.31 ± 3.47 and 35.78 ± 4.92,respectively,with statistically significant differences(t=6.26,P=0.000).The skills assessment scores of study group and control group were 40.42 ± 3.02 and 34.05 ± 5.18,respectively,with statistically significant differences(t=8.90,P=0.000).Conclusions The after-department examination in hospital is in a state of randomness,so unified assessment methods are necessary. 首先对服务科学这一新兴的复合交叉学科的概念进行了界定；指出目前在管理学门类的“管理科学与工程”一级学科下自主设置二级学科——“服务管理与服务工程”的可能性，进一步分析了该二级学科的确立；最后结合社会对该学科人才的需求和该学科的发展前景，给出了该二级学科的研究生培养方案初步建议。 First, the concept of the service science which is a new compound and interdisciplinary discipline is defined. The paper points out the feasibility of setting the secondary discipline, “service man-agement and service engineering”, under the first-level discipline, “management science and en-gineering”, in the category of management at present, and then analyzes the establishment of this secondary discipline. Finally, based on the society’s demand and development prospects of this discipline, the talent training scheme of this secondary discipline is given.

Study on Safety-Typed Transportation Construction Professional Talent-Training Mode

For the implementation of the Ministry of education of China on “Excellence Engineer talent training project” spirit and the training target of safety-typed transportation construction professional talents in Shanghai Institute of Technology, talent training scheme revised 2012 edition was modified as the background. According to the analysis of the situation in the current transportation construction industry development and the talent market demand, combined with the training experience and professional achievements, the professional orientation with safety science concept was presented, the talents training "3 +1" mode was implemented as the main form of Excellence Engineer cultivation mode, and the teaching system including theory course system and practice course system were studied and reformed in this paper, it presents a reference of safety-typed transportation construction professional talents training mode for similar colleges in China.

Training Mode of Agricultural Engineering Talents Based on Industry

Researched on the training goal and requirement of agricultural engineering professional talents, the construction characteristics and features of agricultural engineering undergraduate specialty are analyzed based on the modern agricultural industry development. A construction plan of agriculture engineering specialty which interacts with industry is discussed from the curriculum system, teaching team and experiment teaching. Referenced the experience of international engineering specialty certification, the optimization approaches and measures of training mode for modern agricultural engineering professional talents are proposed from three aspects of education notion, teaching conditions and education process. The characteristics of three combinations which build agricultural engineering specialty training plan based on modern industry are concluded to guide the talents training scheme design and teaching implementation of agricultural mechanization and automation specialty.
