TACTICAL-CRIMINALISTIC COMPLEXES IN THE THEORY OF CRIMINALISTICS AND PRACTICE OF COUNTERACTION OF CRIME: PROBLEMS, DISCUSSIONS, INNOVATIONS

Examines problems of tactical-criminalistic complexes in the theory of criminalistics and practice of combating modern crime. Critical analysis of scientific approaches and discussion of the perspectives of individual scientists on study issues proposed author’s vision of solving the above problems. It is proved that a tactical operation along with a tactical combination are variations of tactical-criminalistic complexes, is a relatively new, specific activity categories, revealing the functional aspect of complex forensic tools and tactics used by the investigator (judge) in the process of criminal proceedings.
 Considered scientific approaches to the understanding of tactical operations and tactical combinations, criteria of their differentiation. It is noted that a tactical combination and tactical operation dynamic categories, the essence of which is manifested in the procedural and non-procedural actions (events) that are in interaction and mutual influence. Despite some external similarity, they are separate tactical means, and their distinction is based on certain criteria, the list and content of which are proposed for consideration.
 It is proved that a tactical operation should be considered as a special kind of tactical and forensic complexes the investigation of crimes and prosecution of criminal proceedings as a separate category of criminalistics. It is proved that in modern conditions of reforming of the criminal procedural legislation, the criminal justice system study the problems of complex use of tools are relevant and demand-driven practices. Suggested a promising direction of research for further research on the problems.

SUBJECT OF CRIMINALISTICS’ TACTIC: FORMATION HISTORY, CONTENTS AND TRENDS

The history of the emergence of tactical beginnings in the investigation of the criminal for forensic purposes is considered and the further formation of the system of scientific knowledge in countering crime is tracked. A historical excursion to the emergence and development of criminal tactics and its role for other branches of forensic tactics has been undertaken. The formation of criminal tactics is conditioned using psychological knowledge in in the context of crime counteraction. In the genesis
 
 of criminalistics tactics, the data of psychological science are traditionally attributed to its sources.
 Attention is paid to changing the subject of forensic tactics in modern conditions and the causes of such changes are determined. The content and structure of forensic tactics are conditioned by the need to provide the tactical means of various subjects (investigator, detective, prosecutor, investigative judge, parties to criminal proceedings, court, etc.). The activity approach to criminalistics tactics is proposed and the necessity of isolation of its branches (advocacy, judicial, investigative, searching) is substantiated. Forensic data should be used not only by the prosecution but also by the defense. Arguments are given regarding the need to develop the scientific provisions of advocacy tactics (defense tactics or tactics of professional defense in criminal cases) and to consider it as a separate branch of forensic tactics. The expediency of separating the responding counter-investigation tactics as a structural part of criminalistics tactics was also emphasized.
 The substantive side of criminalistics tactics is considered with the help of its structural elements (tactical techniques, tactical systems, tactical combinations, tactical operations, etc.). Changes in the legal field, the model of criminal proceedings, the “revision” of traditional criminal law institutions and the process have a significant impact on the content of criminalistics tactics.

Tactics - criminalistic ensuring counteraction to criminal offenses of terrorist orientation

Counteraction to terrorism and extremism, definition of their system is caused by improvement of a tactical arsenal of disclosure process, investigation and prevention of criminal offenses of terrorist orientation, development of effective methods for obtaining reliable, full, objective information in the course of collecting, a research, fixing and assessment of proofs. The attention to application of a method of algorithmization of investigative, secret investigative actions and investigation and search operations, proceeding from the situational caused problems of tactical and strategic character defining efficiency of application of methods of tactical combinations and tactical operations is focused. Application of methods of tactical combinations and tactical operations defines efficiency of counteraction to terrorism and extremism. Tactical combinations and tactical operations, their realization in the system of counteraction to terrorism and extremism by situation analysis of the criminal offenses of terrorist orientation promoting definition of an algorithm of investigative, secret investigative actions and investigation and search operations are shown.

Is the Combination of Insecticide and Mating Disruption Synergistic or Additive in Lightbrown Apple Moth, Epiphyas postvittana?

Pest suppression from combinations of tactics is fundamental to pest management and eradication. Interactions may occur among tactical combinations and affect suppression. The best case is synergistic, where suppression from a combination is greater than the sum of effects from single tactics (AB >> A+B). We explored how mating disruption and insecticide interacted at field scale, additively or synergistically. Use of a pheromone delivery formulation (SPLAT™) as either a mating disruption treatment (i.e. a two-component pheromone alone) or as a lure and kill treatment (i.e. the two-component pheromone plus a permethrin insecticide) was compared for efficacy against the lightbrown apple moth Epiphyas postvittana. Next, four point-source densities of the SPLAT™ formulations were compared for communication disruption. Finally, the mating disruption and lure and kill treatments were applied with a broadcast insecticide. Population assessment used virgin female traps and synthetic pheromone in replicated 9-ha vineyard plots compared with untreated controls and insecticide-treated plots, to investigate interactions. Lure and kill and mating disruption provided equivalent suppression; no additional benefit accrued from including permethrin with the pheromone suggesting lack of contact. The highest point-source density tested (625/ha) was most effective. The insect growth regulator methoxyfenoxide applied by broadcast application lowered pest prevalence by 70% for the first ten weeks compared to pre-trial. Pheromone addition suppressed the pest further by an estimated 92.5%, for overall suppression of 97.7% from the treatment combination of insecticide plus mating disruption. This was close to that expected for an additive model of interactivity between insecticide and mating disruption (AB = A+B) estimated from plots with single tactics as 98% suppression in a combination. The results indicate the need to examine other tactical combinations to achieve the potential cost-efficiencies of synergistic interactions.

Ефективність дій у нападі діагональних гравців у жіночому волейболі

Purpose: to define efficiency of technical and tactical actions of the diagonal player in the attacking actions of a team depending on schemes of a defensive play of the rival. Material & Methods: the competitive process with participation of 10 players of the role –the diagonal forward of qualification and the adult category was investigated in the pedagogical supervision. The efficiency of actions in attack of diagonal players of women's teams of Student's volleyball league of Kharkov was defined by mathematical processing of the obtained data. Results: we carried out the analysis of references on a condition of a problem of training of the diagonal player, defined tactical combinations in attack in which the diagonal player and efficiency of game actions of the diagonal player take part in the attacking actions of women's teams of Student's volleyball league of Kharkov defining indicators of efficiency of technical and tactical actions of the diagonal player in the attacking actions of women's teams of Student's league of Kharkov against various schemes of a defensive play of teams of the rival. Conclusions: the offered methodical approach based on a quantitative assessment of the competitive activity will allow to rationalize the structure and distribution of means of trainings and to increase the efficiency of the whole educational and training process of training of diagonal players for a game in attack against teams which build a defensive play according to various schemes.

Allocation algorithm for athletes group to form tactical tasks in game team sports using the methods of multivariate analysis (illustrated women Ukrainian team basketball with hearing impairments)

Purpose : develop and prove experimentally allocation algorithm athletes in groups to form a tactical tasks in team sports game using methods of multivariate analysis. Material : The study involved 12 basketball hearing impaired 20-25 years old - female players team of Ukraine on basketball. Analyzed the results of testing and competitive activity 12 basketball players with hearing impairments - Lithuanian team players. Results : An algorithm for distribution by groups of athletes for the formation of tactical tasks. The algorithm consists of the following steps: 1 - testing of athletes; 2 - A hierarchical cluster analysis performance testing; 3 - Distribution of sportsmen groups, analysis of the characteristics of athletes, the formation of tactical tasks. Found higher rates of reaction rate at the offensive players. We pivot revealed a higher level of absolute strength. The defenders found a higher frequency of movement and jumping. Conclusions : The algorithm is the basis for determining the best options mutual combination players in the development and implementation of tactical combinations, the selection of partners when working in pairs and triples in training.

FEATURES OF USE OF COMBINATIONAL CIRCUITS PLAY IN ATTACK DURING VOLLEYBALL MATCHES

Purpose : To characterize tactical formation game action in the attack and the frequency of execution of power and tactical (planning) innings volleyball players of different skill levels. Material and methods: The analyzed video recordings of volleyball matches with the strongest teams of the world: Brazil, Russia, USA, Cuba, Italy, the leading volleyball championship teams of Russia and Ukraine. The features of tactical formation game. Results: It was established that the binders players strongest teams and club teams in the world is used in the organization of attack more variety of tactical combinations. So almost equally, the following combinations: Rise, Pipe and Zone (13.4 % 12.6 % 11.5%). Ukrainian binders players prefer only combinations Rise - 23%; Pipe - 2%; Zone - 2.5%, respectively. Distribution innings for planning and power for Ukrainian teams: 59.7 % versus 40.3% and 27.5 % versus 72.5 %, respectively, the strongest national teams in the world. Conclusions: The features of tactical formation attack suggest the best technical - tactical training players tie the strongest teams in the world and the whole team. Also leading the team to the world is much more likely to use the power supply, which indicates the nature of the power of world volleyball.

Targeted therapy in soft tissue sarcoma-a novel direction in therapeutics.

Inherent or acquired resistance to chemotherapy is a significant problem in the treatment of soft tissue sarcomas. Over the past decade, the discovery and characterization of aberrant signaling pathways and the identification of agents that can specifically target them has led to their introduction as novel treatment options in soft-tissue sarcomas (STS). Trials of monotherapy with targeted agents have shown results below expectations often because of activation of alternative signaling pathways. This review examines the potential for tactical combinations of these drugs to overcome this problem.

Quantitative Indicators of Technical-Tactical Performance: An Example With Freestyle and Female Top 10 Wrestlers from the 2011 World Senior Championships

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to describe the technical-tactical performance of the top ten wrestlers in the 2011 World Senior Championship in freestyle and female wrestling. In order to determine some relationships between objective characteristics of the technical and tactical performance, a general model was used to characterize components of the technical and tactical combinations (TTC) actually made in a sample composed by 70 wrestlers per style, 140 in total. Variables with greater informational content were determined, setting 8 quantitative indicators - 4 averages and 4 coefficients - whose values were standardized to compare the technical and tactical performance in both styles of wrestling.
