Pengaruh Kegiatan Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja dan Profesionalisme Guru: A Literature Review

MGMP serves as a forum within the educational domain that fosters collaboration and the exchange of ideas among educators. This platform affords teachers instructing similar subjects the opportunity to share experiences, teaching strategies, and instructional resources. Through the MGMP, educators can broaden their perspectives, enhance their competencies, and develop new skills to address various challenges encountered in the teaching-learning process. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the aim of investigating the impact of MGMP on teacher performance and professionalism. Data collection involves the identification and review of all articles with similar research topics. The articles used in this study comprise 10 national journal articles obtained from Google Scholar. Out of the 10 analyzed articles, 9 articles assert that MGMP can enhance teacher performance and professionalism, while 1 article suggests that MGMP has a negative impact on teacher performance and professionalism.

Pengaruh Tunneling Incentive Dan Mekanisme Bonus Terhadap Tax Avoidance: Systematic Literature Review

The importance of taxes in economic development for developing countries, with a focus on tax avoidance as the main obstacle in achieving optimal tax revenues. The aim of this research is to review the influence of bonus mechanisms and tunneling incentives on tax avoidance in companies. This research method uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze journals and articles published between 2017 and 2024, with a focus on the themes of tax, tunneling incentives, bonus mechanisms and tax avoidance. Of the 59 articles that have been selected, only 57 articles are used as research sources in this journal. The development of the number of publications related to the influence of bonus and tunneling incentive mechanisms on Tax Avoidance is still fluctuating from 2017 - 2024. It can be concluded that bonus mechanisms and tunneling incentives have different roles in influencing tax avoidance. various research sources: incentive tunneling variables can reduce tax avoidance, while bonus mechanism variables can increase tax avoidance. Tax evasion is a complex problem that requires clear consideration and law enforcement by the government and business world to ensure legal and fair tax payment practices.

Motivations and Potential Solutions in Developing a Knowledge Management System for Organization at Higher Education: A Systematic Literature Review

Background: Amidst a rapidly evolving digital landscape that accelerates the flow of information, higher education institutions face the unique challenge of managing vast and dynamic knowledge resources. This research delves into the motivations and innovative solutions for developing Knowledge Management Systems (KMS), which is key to optimizing knowledge resource utilization and enhancing academic collaboration. Objective: This research provides a comprehensive mapping of problems and solutions for developing university knowledge management systems based on previous research. Not only that, but the results of this study also suggest three future research studies that can be adopted. Methods: This study used the Kitchenham systematic literature review method. The author uses literature in the form of journals and conference proceedings published from 2019 to 2023. Twenty-three articles were used for this study from 5 databases, such as ACM, ProQuest, Scopus, Taylor & Francis, and IEEE Xplore. Results: This study reveals research trends in knowledge management systems within higher education, examining aspects such as country, data collection methods, research methodologies, and theoretical frameworks. The main problems motivating the development of KMS are identified and categorized based on the people, process, and technology framework. In overcoming these problems in the university business process, there are several alternative solutions, both in the form of requirements and systems. Thus, the results of this study seek to provide guidelines for future research to adopt alternative solutions from this research and develop KMS to provide new solutions. Conclusion: This study advances knowledge about various trends, motivations, requirements, and system solutions to address KMS problems in higher education. The authors' research results can add valuable insights to improve our understanding of the development of KMS in universities in various countries. Future research can identify new potential in KMS in business processes currently running in a university with appropriate methodologies. Article Review: Moringa Plant (Moringa oleifera Lamk.) as a New Candidate for Anti-Acne

Acne is an abnormal skin condition caused by excessive production of oil glands (sebaceous glands), which causes blockage of hair follicle ducts and skin pores. Acne occurs due to various factors, one of which is bacterial infection. The bacteria that cause acne are Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Staphylococcus aureus. The moringa plant (Moringa oleifera Lamk.) is also known to have potential antibacterial activity against bacteria that cause acne. This research aims to determine the benefits of moringa plant as a new candidate for anti-acne. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review method by collecting data through databases such as Publish or Perish, PubMed, and Google Scholar. The results of this review article show that Moringa oleifera Lamk. leaf extract has been proven to have potential as a new candidate for anti-acne, which is characterised by the formation of an inhibition zone. Moringa leaf 96% ethanol extract using the well method best inhibits the growth of Propionibacterium acnes bacteria. Moringa leaf 96% ethanol extract using the disc diffusion method is more effective on Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Moringa leaf 70% ethanol extract using the well method is more effective on Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria.

Bullying in gifted and talented children: A systematic review

The objective of this study was to carry out a systematic review of the research works that have analyzed bullying in gifted and talented children. The search was conducted in psychology and education databases (Scopus), considering works from the past 14 years (2009-2022). The research method used is the systematic literature review (SLR) method; the data is analyzed qualitatively, referring to the Milles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and data validation. The search string in this study is "bullying," AND "gifted," OR "talented," OR "children." The articles that have been selected are then mapped and codified with Nvivo 12 Pro. The results showed that gifted and talented children in early childhood institutions are more likely to be victims of bullying by their peers due to their unique characteristics and superior cognitive functions. Bullying behavior commonly experienced by gifted children takes the form of insults referring to their intelligence, comments about their appearance, or academic qualifications. Therefore, teachers play an essential role in creating a positive environment, rewarding high academic achievement, and conducting early identification. This study highlights the educational stakeholders' need to provide training or specific actions to the managers of early childhood institutions related to the prevention of bullying in gifted and talented children.

Benchmarking Sweden's Digitalization Transformation Strategy-Is It a Good Fit for the UAE?

Background: The ongoing revolution in health care, driven by wearable technology, virtual reality, and the Internet of Things, is reshaping both health care operations and our daily lives. This digital transformation ensures broader access to health care options, fosters patient-centered care and affects both health care institutions and individuals. In Sweden, health care is undergoing a digital shift, with initiatives like personal health management, remote monitoring, and virtual care enhancing patient involvement. This article reviews Sweden's health care digital transformation and compares it with the United Arab Emirates (UAE's) initiatives to assess viability. Methods: Using systematic literature review methods, databases from 2011 to 2023 were searched, supplemented by reference lists. Results: Database searches identified 761 records. A total of 480 articles were screened on basis of title and abstract, yielding 184 that were assessed for eligibility, leading to 40 academic studies to be included and 12 grey literature. Conclusions: The findings highlight Sweden's success in empowering patients through enhanced connectivity with clinical teams, knowledge sharing, and care management. However, due to contextual differences, the UAE should not blindly replicate Sweden's strategy. In conclusion, Sweden's efforts have positively engaged patients in health care, but challenges such as emerging technologies, demographic shifts, and budget constraints persist. Proactive planning and adaptation are crucial, with lessons applicable to the UAE market. Establishing a clear regulatory framework for digital care is imperative for future resilience.

MSMEs Marketing Strategies Through The Use Of Social Media: A Systematic Literature Review

This research aims to analyze literature regarding marketing strategies used by MSMEs in 2019-2023, as well as analyze the impact of the use of social media by MSMEs in marketing strategies. This research uses a systematic literature review method. The number of articles found was 54, which matched the criteria and keywords of this research theme. The research results show that Sinta indexes more published articles, publication trends increase yearly, and most research types use a qualitative approach. An effective marketing strategy helps increase sales for MSMEs because it can save production costs, and social media platforms become a resource that can reach consumers widely. MSME marketing strategies via social media in 2019-2023 mostly use Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This research can be used as a reference for future research. This research can also be used as a reference for MSME owners in implementing marketing strategies, especially social media, to improve performance through product innovation and creativity in marketing.

The Nature of Differentiated Learning in The Perspective of Constructivist Educational Philosophy: A Systematic Literature Review

This study aims to examine differentiated learning from the perspective of constructivist educational philosophy, namely the application of differentiated learning and the relationship between constructivism and differentiated learning. This research used a qualitative approach, with a systematic literature review method using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis). This research used the Publish or Perish application to search for various relevant scientific articles taken from international journals, Scopus, with a range of 2014-2024. The data analysis technique for this research used thematic analysis. The result showed that the nature of learning differs from the perspective of constructivist educational philosophy regarding basically every student's knowledge. Constructivism includes a learning process where students must build their knowledge through knowledge and experience that has existed in students before. In learning, teachers help students reconstruct information by presenting meaningful learning. Meaningful in this sense, teachers must be able to organize learning by considering each student's uniqueness because each student is a different individual. The findings in this study showed that the application of differentiated learning based on the educational philosophy of constructivism can be a reference for teachers to direct students in constructing their knowledge independently by paying attention to all aspects of each student's learning. The implication of this study is to provide knowledge to teachers and prospective teachers, namely that the educational philosophy of constructivism can guide learning theory in the application of differentiated learning. Later, it can help improve the quality of learning, which will also increase human resources in Indonesia and help achieve national development goals.

Understanding 30 Years of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) in the 2019 Indonesian Journal

This article examines 10 journals on Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) in Indonesia in 2019. Essentially, IMC consists of two core concepts, which have evolved into four stages of IMC implementation. The first concept, introduced in 1989, is known as the inside-out approach or tactical coordination of marketing communications. The second concept, emerging in 2004, is called the outside-in approach, encompassing internal support to external activities (Second Stage), application of information technology (Third Stage), and financial and strategic integration (Fourth Stage). Thus, this paper seeks to address: (1) What is IMC as described and applied?; (2) What communication elements are used?; (3) Is the brand the main message in the IMC program?; and (4) Is the IMC used inside-out or outside-in, and where are the boundaries? Using a systematic literature review method, the results indicate that IMC is marketing communication or promotion. The communication elements include advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, interactive marketing, corporate design, sponsorship, exhibitions, websites, merchandising, packaging, and social media. No articles used the brand as the main message in IMC, categorizing it as an inside-out approach since many did not involve the brand and only analyzed marketing communication or promotion. IMC in Indonesia does not align with the global development of the IMC concept but follows communication technology trends through the use of internet-based media, such as social media.

Optimizing Assessment for Learning in Islamic Education through Authentic and Diagnostic Assessment : A Systematic Literature Review

This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of research trends in authentic and diagnostic assessments, analyze the factors that influence their implementation and effectiveness, and the potential for optimizing both assessments to improve the quality of Islamic learning. Using the Systematic Literature Review method with Watase Uake and Publish or Perish tools, this study screened 825 articles according to PRISMA guidelines. After identifying, screening, and eligibility, 46 articles Scopus Indexed, Sinta 1, and Sinta 2 were selected for further mapping and thematic analysis. The results showed that 1) the main trends of the research were related to the integration of technology in both assessments through e-portfolios and eDia System; 2) factors affecting effectiveness included validity and reliability of instruments, simplification of trials and validation, and integration of technology, while the obstacles were dominated by the lack of understanding of teachers, the complexity of procedures, and limited resources and time; 3) optimization steps included comprehensive training for teachers, development and validation of instruments, provision of supporting facilities, as well as the need for technology integration to make Islamic learning more dynamic, efficient, holistic, and meaningful. This study can be a reference for educators and education managers to improve assessment practices in learning Islamic Religion so that it can effectively achieve the goals of holistic Islamic education.

Efforts by Universities to Promote Sustainability Competence Over The Last Few Decades : A Systematic Literature Review

This study analyzes the efforts by universities to promote sustainability competence over the last few decades and it is anticipated that it will make a valuable contribution to the advancement of literacy studies about education for sustainable development (ESD). This study employed a systematic literature review (SLR) method adapted from the PRISMA model. Qualitative data collection techniques were employed, followed by thematic analysis for data interpretation. This SLR obtained several interesting findings. It was found that the theme of SC was first collected in the Scopus database in 2009, and the increasing SC-higher education occurred during and post-COVID-19 pandemic, namely from 2020 to 2023. Various efforts have been made by universities around the world to promote SC. Their focus is on strengthening SC to realize the ESD and achieve SDGs through strengthening active learning, strengthening students and teachers, and reformulating and adapting the curriculum. It was also found that the author's country of origin is still dominated by countries in the European region, namely Spain, Sweden, and England. This fact is also supported by the concern of funding sponsors from Europe in funding research and publications regarding sustainability competencies. Therefore, this theme needs to campaign widely on other continents, especially Asia, Africa, Oceania, and America because its role and position are also important for sustainability.

Analysis of A Systematic Literature Review on Dyslexia in Children

This research aims to find the main themes and research categories on reading difficulties (Diselectia). For the data taken to fulfill the purpose of this study, the authors searched several relevant sources from Google Scholar and Scopus (SAGE et al. & Francis). Articles were determined using four combinations of keywords; reports were included in the data set, and the researcher applied a systematic literature review method. Pieces that will become research sources are limited to the last six years. The total number of articles reviewed was 921 from different sources, namely Springer, Elsevier, SAGE, Eric, and Taylor & Francis. Articles were re-selected according to indicators, and then 194 articles were obtained. The dominant research methodology of the articles reviewed is qualitative. The four main themes revealed from the qualitative content analysis are dyslexia, causes of dyslexia, cases of dyslexia, and solutions to overcome dyslexia. Articles are filtered from topic descriptions, eligibility criteria, and search strategies. The cause of dyslexia can be due to developmental errors during pregnancy or other factors such as physical defects or habits that the child has. The solution offered by the teacher is to use several methods and learning media that are appropriate to the child's condition.

THE EFFECT OF DRAGON FRUIT ON INCREASING HEMOGLOBIN LEVELS IN ADOLESCENT WOMEN: LITERATURE REVIEW

Background : Adolescent girls have a high risk of experiencing anemia, this is caused by loss of iron during menstruation. Adolescent girls have a higher risk of developing anemia than adolescent boys because adolescent girls experience menstruation every month and there is a desire to eat less so that the body lacks important nutrients such as iron. Pharmacological therapy for anemia by administering Fe supplements. However, administering drugs and supplements causes side effects so that people look for alternative treatments other than pharmacological therapy. One alternative to overcome anemia is by consuming dragon fruit. Objective : To analyze in a literature review the effect of dragon fruit on increasing hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls. Method : This research uses a systematic literature review method. Journal search via PUBMED, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar and Science Direct databases. The journal used was 10 articles. Results : Based on a review of 10 articles, it can be concluded that dragon fruit has been proven to have an effect on increasing hemoglobin levels in young women.

Impacts, Challenges, And Opportunities Of Rohingya Immigrants For Aceh's Regional Economy And Indonesia's National Security

The fundamental problem of Rohingya immigrants coming to Indonesia in large numbers has been a hotly debated issue in recent years. Rohingya immigrants are a group of ethnic minorities from Rakhine state, Myanmar. They have experienced discriminatory treatment that has caused them to flee Myanmar and seek safety in other countries, including Indonesia. The arrival of immigrants to Indonesia has the potential to impact the regional economy of Indonesia's national security. The regional economy is an economic activity carried out by economic actors (households, companies, and government) in a region to meet the needs of its people. Meanwhile, national security is an effort and strategy undertaken by the state to protect the integrity, sovereignty and sustainability of life and aims to ensure the safety and security of the state. In resolving national security through diplomacy between countries. For Indonesia, this is very important to achieve national development and ensure the safety and welfare of the community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the arrival of Rohingya immigrants on Indonesia's national security, the impact can be in the form of threats or opportunities, in this case government policies to deal with the problem. This research uses a systematic literature review method with national and international approaches. This is to draw conclusions from several previous studies related to Rohingya immigrants: Threat or opportunity for Indonesia's national security. It is hoped that this research can provide a reference to the government in determining policies related to Rohingya immigrants for Indonesia's national security.

Learning Chemical Bonds in Terms of Identifying Difficulties, Misconceptions, Learning Media, and Learning Models: A Systematic Literature Review

This research aims to determine and describe the identification of difficulties, misconceptions, learning media, and learning models on chemical bonds. The method used in this research is the systematic literature review method. Article search results starting from 2014 to 2024 were selected gradually and systematically. The results of this research show that students' difficulties and misconceptions can be minimized by applying learning models and media. It is evident from several articles studied that they are able to answer research questions, namely: How to identify difficulties in chemical bonds among students? what are the misconceptions that occur in chemical bonds? What are the appropriate learning models for chemical bonds? and What are the appropriate learning media for chemical bonds? The results and findings in several articles show that difficulties and misconceptions in chemical bonds can be minimized by applying learning models and media to reduce misconceptions about chemical bonds.

An implementation of primary school differentiated learning

Differentiated learning is a learning model designed to accommodate individual differences among students in terms of learning styles, ability levels, interests and needs. It aims to provide appropriate and relevant learning experiences for each student, recognizing that each individual is unique and has different potentials. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of differentiated learning and its contribution to improving the quality of education. The research method chosen in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Data collection is done by documenting articles that accommodate and review articles in the period 2019 to 2023. The articles used in this study were 30 national and international journal articles obtained from the Google Scholar directory through Publish n Perish. Based on this research, it was found that the implementation of differentiated learning by utilizing technology and information can improve the quality of education in the future.

Identifying HR Management and Supervision Activities at SMAN 1 Merangin to Face Society 5.0 and Industrial Revolution 4.0

The article explains the importance of managing and supervising human resources, especially teachers, in Society 5.0 and the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, which is full of knowledge of technology and digital-based activities. The principal and the driving/developing teachers did this management and supervision effort. The author observed this, with the school being the main focus, SMAN 1 Merangin. This article uses a qualitative research method by prioritising the process of communication interaction and observation in research and a systematic literature review (SLR) method by collecting other sources regarding HR management and supervision in facing society 5.0 and the Industrial Revolution 4.0 from books, journals and other sources. The challenge faced by SMAN 1 Merangin based on the interview is how to get all teachers, or at least 50% of the teachers at SMAN 1 Merangin, to get a driving teacher certificate and other training certificates so that they can get out of the safe zone and become proficient in information technology. While facing this era, SMAN 1 Merangin teachers adept at technology and good at solving learning problems are appointed to drive teachers and supervise other teachers in collaboration with the school principal to improve performance and catch up with the times.

SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW: EFEKTIVITAS MEDIA ARTICULATE STORYLINE DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS

ABSTRACT Various challenges occur in the era of globalisation with advances in technology and information, so it is necessary to develop IPAS learning media that can improve students' critical thinking skills. Realistic and conceptual IPAS learning media will make it easier for students to understand the subject matter. This research aims to explore literature studies related to the use of Articulate Storyline learning media on students' critical thinking skills in IPAS subjects in elementary schools. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. This research collected data by collecting 20 accredited national and international journal articles on the utilisation of articulate storyline learning media from 2020 to 2024. These articles were obtained from Google Scholar, Research Gate, SINTA, and DOAJ. This research shows that Articulate Storyline 3 learning media can improve students' critical thinking skills. Efforts to Increase Public Awareness of Sharia Insurance Products in Indonesia Through Management Functions

Islamic insurance, known as Sharia Insurance, has become a crucial component in Indonesia's financial sector. Sharia insurance prioritizes Islamic economic principles by offering products such as takaful (collective insurance) and mudharabah (business partnership). The opportunities for the Sharia insurance industry in Indonesia are substantial, given that the Muslim population comprises 87.2% of the total population as of 2021. Additionally, the Financial Services Authority Regulation (FSAR) Number 11 of 2023, Article 15, mandates Sharia financial institutions to prioritize Sharia financial products. However, data indicates that the growth of Sharia insurance is still significantly low. As of December 31, 2022, the market share of Sharia insurance premiums is only 4.76%. In light of the above challenges and opportunities, this study aims to analyze the constraints, particularly the issue of product awareness, where many individuals still do not fully comprehend and appreciate the benefits of Sharia insurance products. Therefore, this article discusses 1) the factors influencing the lack of understanding and awareness among the public regarding the benefits of Sharia insurance products, and 2) the efforts to address this issue. This research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing a systematic literature review method for data analysis. Books and other literature relevant to the predetermined theme were systematically searched to provide insights into the challenges and potential solutions for enhancing awareness and understanding of Islamic Insuranceproducts among the public.

Comprehensive Examination of Risk Management Practices Throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): A Systematic Literature Review

Risk management in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a continuous process that addresses risks throughout a system's lifecycle, including acquisition, development, maintenance, or operation. Despite its importance, ineffective risk management practices can lead to project failures, impacting organizations financially and reputationally. Therefore, there is a need for a systematic understanding of risk management practices in SDLC. This study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) related to risk management activities performed by previous research during the SDLC. The SLR method combines Kitchenham with the toll-gate method to select literature for use. This SLR aims to investigate activities in traditional waterfall and agile development processes, which will be mapped into risk management activities in SDLC according to ISO 16085:202. Additionally, the review highlights the challenges encountered in implementing risk management in the SDLC process, including project complexity, adherence to policies and standards, lack of communication, lack of resources, and organizational culture.
