Perbandingan Metode Pieces Dan System Usability Scale Untuk Menganalisa Kepuasan Pengguna Pada Sistem Penyewaan Mobil Berbasis Android

The research aims to build a car rental information system aimed at consumers who want to rent a car. With this system, car rental is more efficient and makes it easier to find out how satisfied and comfortable consumers are. This system is made using the Pieces method, with measurements of 6 aspects or variables, namely from the aspects of Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Effeciency, Service. The results of the Pieces analysis show the measurement of the level of user satisfaction. The System Usability Scale method or abbreviated as SUS here is an estimate to facilitate measurement and SUS has several appropriate questions. This system aims for consumers who are looking for an android-based car rental to analyze user satisfaction with the discount method which produces a value of 3,845 which is average and satisfactory, with a comparison of the SUS method getting an average value of 72 it can be said to be the same as the discount method, which is satisfactory. So it can be said that the users of the system here, namely consumers of car rentals, are satisfied with the system that has been designed based on Android

IMPLEMENTASI SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN MODEL COMPUTER BASED TEST PADA PESANTREN NAFIDATUNNAJAH

ABSTRACT
 It has been a year since the Covid-19 pandemic has occurred in Indonesia, starting from the tourism sector, the economy, and others including education. Of course, the learning and assessment process becomes difficult to carry out, one of which is at the Nafidatunnajah Islamic Boarding School which is located on the border in Rawakalong, Gunung Sindur, Bogor Regency. The Nafidatunnajah Islamic Boarding School has formal education including vocational education, MTS, and MI. Information technology and computers which can now be used are very important factors in the world of education, from offline face-to-face learning to online using e-learning, Zoom meetings, including changing Paper Based Tests to Computer Based Tests (CBT). This research uses Rapid Application Development (RAD) software model and Unified Modeling Language tools. With the development of this CBT model, it is hoped that it can provide a solution for testing the entrance test which will be measured using the System Usability Scale method. For teachers, the user responses were taken by 10 teachers and for prospective students, the user responses were taken for 20 students by being tested using a web-based CBT application on a browser on each computer, then filling out a questionnaire sheet. The output obtained by using the System Usability Scale in this application is ease of use, more practical and faster, this is stated by prospective students by 77% and teachers by 76%.

SISTEM INFORMASI ABSENSI KARYAWAN PADA CV. MANHA DIGITAL BERBASIS ANDROID

Technology is currently developing very rapidly, especially in the field of information system development, forcing companies or agencies to adapt, and must take advantage of existing opportunities to facilitate the performance of all employees. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all companies were forced to employ all employees from home. CV Manha Digital updated the employee attendance policy which was previously done manually by taking daily attendance at the company. During the pandemic, in support of government policies that require working from home to avoid physical contact between employees and reduce the spread of the corona virus, an Android-based attendance information system is needed that allows employees to take attendance using cellphones from home. The software development method uses the waterfall method starting from needs analysis, design, and implementation. testing the application using a black box shows the results are 100% running as expected. The results of the questionnaire test using the System Usability Scale method on a presence information system that is easy to use, user friendly and effective is stated by employees by 92%. It can be concluded that the application of an android-based information system during the COVID-19 pandemic is the most appropriate solution in solving problems in CV. Manha Digital

EVALUATION OF THE LAUNDRY SCLEAN PARTNER'S WEBSITE USABILITY USING THE USABILITY SCALE SYSTEM METHOD

SCLEAN (Smart Cleaning) is a mobile device made to connect laundry with laundry service users. Mobile SCLEAN devices are also designed with two sides, namely from the side of the laundry service user using the mobile version and from the laundry service provider side using the Website version. The laundry admin website is a very important component in connecting laundry and laundry service users. Researchers want to conduct research that aims to evaluate the performance of the SClean laundry partner admin website and are expected to provide suggestions that are used as a reference for the improvement and development of the SClean laundry partner website by NuCom. By using the System Usability Scale method, it shows that the evaluation results have a score of 59, the value is included in the marginal category in grade D with an OK rating and website improvement recommendations for improving service features on the website and optimizing performance on the website.

Usability Level Evaluation of Village Innovation Applications Using System Usability Scale

Usability is one of the important factors in an application. Village Innovation Application is a Knowledge Management System (KMS) that provides services to help village managers share innovation management knowledge with other villages. To that end, the study proposes evaluating the level of useability of applications using the System Usability Scale to see the feasibility of the applications provided for use. The usability scale system has ten statements as an evaluation instrument and three assessment indicators, namely acceptability, grade scale, and adjective rating. Each statement becomes an indicator to see the level of usefulness of the application. Evaluation of usability Application Innovation village using the System Usability Scale method can be drawn to the conclusion that the village Innovation application is categorized as meeting usability standards evidenced by the value of usability to aspects of acceptability, grade scale, and adjective rating with a final value of 68.3 meaning that the application can already be used directly by village devices

TASK CENTERED SYSTEM DESIGN PADA PERANCANGAN APLIKASI MOBILE SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK (Studi Kasus: UPTTIK Universitas Siliwangi)

This research was conducted to provide a User Interface recommendation on the SIMAK Mobile application. This study entitled "TASK CENTERED SYSTEM DESIGN IN DESIGN OF ACADEMIC INFORMATION SYSTEM MOBILE APPLICATIONS (Case Study: UPTTIK Siliwangi University)", uses the Cognitive walkthrough method to test the results of user interface design. Was retested using the System Usability Scale method. The results of the System Usability Scale test show a score of 88, 75 or in the acceptable category.

Analisis Uji Usabilitas Pada Website Pendaftaran MBKM Prodi Teknik Industri

The advancement of Industry 4.0 makes information progress very easy and fast to find, so work is finishing with the best quality standards. One of the ways in academics is the Freedom to Learn the Independent Campus (MBKM) program, which can allow students to study according to their wishes. The Industrial Engineering Study Program created the MBKM website to facilitate information and registration for the MBKM program. The results of the website require a usability assessment to measure the ease of using the website using the system usability scale method. The number of respondents used in this study was 47 people. The results found that the score achieved was 76.75 units, meaning that the website can be said to be easy to use and is included in category B of the system usability scale. These results also stated a percentile value of 77.95% of respondents stated that the website was easy to use. The results achieved made the MBKM website easy to understand using simple language. The Use of the Usability Scale System as an Evaluation of the Kampung Heritage Kajoetangan Guide Ebook Application

The development of information technology these days allows tourists to get information about tourist destinations very easily. One of the ways to get information about tourist destinations is from a guidebook. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Kampung Heritage Kajoetangan's e-book application using the System Usability Scale method. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The respondents of this study are 40 people. The results show that the respondents considered the Kajoetangan travel guide e-book is already good and acceptable. However, looking at the NPS, the respondents tend to behave as promoters. Therefore, it is necessary to provide education and introduction of the application to the users (e.g. tour guides and the public). Thus, the problem of the lack of experience in trying the Kajoetangan travel guide e-book can be solved. In addition, developers, in this case, the researchers, must also improve the application, particularly regarding the complexity of the application so the public and tour guides, as the target users, can easily use it.

IMPLEMENTASI METODE WATERFALL PADA PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM BERBASIS WEB DAN ANDROID (STUDI KASUS PT. PEB)

PEB Cooperative is a savings and loan cooperative which is intended for employees of PT. PEB, is engaged in the garment industry. Established since 15 years with the number of cooperative members who are permanent employees of the company. This cooperative becomes an economical shelter to meet the needs of its employees. Technology in admin data processing is still simple using Microsoft Excel tools, in applications that connect members with admins on this system have not been designed, so from the background of this research will design a web-based and android-based savings and loan cooperative information system This design uses the waterfall model which will take a sequential design making it easier for developers and users. The hope is that this design will help make transactions for savings, loans, deposits, data collection, and reports to members, admins and leaders. The results obtained from the questionnaire with the System Usability Scale method in this savings and loan cooperative application are easy to use, faster, and practical, stated by the cooperative members by 84% and cooperative managers by 80%. It can be concluded that this application that has been designed can make it easier to carry out savings and loan transactions quickly and practically.

P2P Communication among Computers and Smartphones Based on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Direct Technologies

As result of the development of technology, most of modern computer and smartphones are Bluetooth and Wi-Fi direct wireless technologies enabled. While those wireless technologies come with the benefits of interconnecting devices without the need access point or central base station. However, computer and smartphones connected via Bluetooth based or via Wi-Fi Direct connection does not guarantee intercommunication or data transmission in meaningful way. Therefore, third party software is always needed to help for achieving data transmission. In this research an effort is done to design and develop P2P software applications and web based application by using C# and ASP.net MVC programming languages as features of Visual Studio 2017. Application would facilitate P2P communication of interconnected devices via the same channel. Built software system has been tested based on functional testing method, and usability testing. The result from functional testing shows that P2P communication meets functional requirements while usability testing has an average score of 72.2% from System Usability Scale method. The results from SUS scores brands our proposed P2P communication system to be good and highly accepted.

Planning of People Management System in One of the Telecommunication Companies in Indonesia using the System Usability Scale Method

At this time the application for mobile applications on an industrial scale and companies are still considered very lacking for it’s application, it is because the industry that is currently running is still likely to use a desktop. Which with the mobile application opportunity and understanding of technology from everyone in the company, business process automation can be done more efficiently through mobile applications. Planning of this people management system aims to resolve the problem experienced by one of the telecommunications companies in Indonesia, which at present employees find it very difficult to make requests for overtime, leave and claims, because the current system is still in desktop or manual form filling which still depends on the office network environment. Therefore, a mobile application-based People Management System (PMS) will be made in which the process will run in real time and can be done anywhere. For the initial stages of development planning Mobile applications for People Management System (PMS) will greatly help the company problems mentioned earlier. By using Heuristic Task Analysis (HTA) as a method for reviewing the effectiveness of work and activities that are not properly carried out, so it can be obtained desirable productivity (Stanton, 2006)., and the System Usability Scale (SUS) method for interface testing which is carried out directly by end users (Martoyo & Falahah,2015). Based on the provisions of the System Usability Scale score, the assessment results of 10 respondents for the People management system application of 79.0 where the score is the Acceptability Ranges in the Acceptable category and are in grade B. From these results it is felt that there is still need for further development because current planning is for the initial planning phase, there needs to be further development to improve the performance of the company and comfort for employees.
