PERANCANGAN SISTEM ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) TERHADAP PENGADAAN BAHAN BAKU, PENJUALAN, DAN PRODUKSI PADA CV. JAYA LOGAM MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE ODOO

CV. Jaya Logam faced various operational challenges caused by ineffective sales and raw material inventory recording systems, leading to production delays, errors in information delivery, and difficulties in monitoring and decision-making. This research was conducted to address these issues through system needs analysis, design, and testing of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using Odoo software. The methodological process involved a detailed analysis of system requirements, system design using Unified Modelling Language (UML) diagrams to visualize the system architecture, and system testing using the Black Box Testing method to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of the designed system. The testing results showed that the developed ERP system successfully met all 12 test class parameters, indicating that the system is valid and can be implemented effectively. The implementation of this ERP system at CV. Jaya Logam resulted in significant improvements in operational efficiency and data accuracy, better business process integration, and the provision of real-time information that supports faster and more accurate decision-making processes.

Implementasi Sanitasi Data Pada Sistem Operasi Android dengan Metode Gutmann

Data security and privacy are essential for all mobile device users, especially Android. However, deleted data can generally still be recovered using forensic analysis of the storage media hardware with data recovery software. For this reason, you need a data deletion application capable of deleting safely. Many methods are available for safe deletion, such as applying different numbers of passes (overwriting). This research proves that most available methods cannot be deleted entirely and can be recovered, so a data deletion application was created using the most up-to-date method, the Gutmann Method. This method uses 35 number of operands to overwrite the file. Applications are made by analyzing system requirements and implementing them into mobile programming. Then, a comparison test is carried out with other existing applications. The results show that applications created using the Gutmann method are 33% less likely to find file traces than the best comparison application.

Prototype development of a multi-user augmented reality framework for collaborative medical visualization in shared environments

Abstract This study developed and evaluated a prototype for augmented reality (AR) interaction among multiple users sharing a three-dimensional hologram within a shared physical space. A systems requirements analysis was conducted to determine necessary interactions, followed by an iterative implementation plan with testing at each step. The application for the HoloLens 2 (HL2) headset was developed using Unity for 3D design, C# for programming, and Photon for multiplayer capabilities. The prototype was evaluated in a user study utilizing custom and NASA TLX questionnaires, comparing participants' self-reported task success with recorded data to assess the accuracy of selfassessments. The prototype effectively facilitated multi-user interactions within a shared environment, achieving acceptable synchronization for two users. Most participants successfully completed tasks, with TLX scores indicating low cognitive and mechanical load during AR task execution. This study demonstrates AR's viability for displaying and manipulating complex three-dimensional structures within a collaborative medical context among multiple individuals in the same physical space.

However, in managing this event, various manual methods are still used and tend to be less effective in carrying out transaction processes, especially in terms of ticket sales. Therefore, a management information system is needed that suits your needs. In designing this information system using the waterfall method. The research stages were carried out starting from system requirements analysis, system design, implementation, system testing to maintenance. The results of this research make it easier for admins or event managers to carry out event and ticket management, simplify the process of recording transactions, apart from that, with the existence of a payment gateway, buyers can carry out event ticket purchase transactions anywhere and at any time.

The development of the digital era and technological advances have had a significant impact on various aspects of human life, including in the health sector. Information systems have become an important tool in presenting information effectively and efficiently. In this case, advances in the internet and telemedicine have changed the way health services are provided to the public. This research aims to develop an application called Apolink that connects directly with pharmacists, thus providing optimal health services. The research method used is qualitative with an emphasis on literature studies, interviews, and direct observation at the pharmacy. The research process includes analysis of system requirements based on drug data, customer data, sales data, and health consultations. In the analysis conducted, it was revealed that telemedicine services, such as consultations with doctors remotely, ordering medicines, and up-to-date health information, have many advantages. Telemedicine services can save time for doctors and patients, increase the accessibility of health services, and overcome geographic barriers. In addition, telemedicine can also reduce costs, improve medication adherence, and provide better clinical support. Based on this needs analysis, the Apolink application is developed with features that can meet user needs.

Face Recognition-Based Surveillance System in Mining Industry

Access control in mining construction areas is crucial for the operations of mining companies. This access control functions to secure and restrict unauthorized parties from mining activities. Violations of access rights in the mining industry result in significant losses for companies. This access control can also be utilized to record employee attendance, serving as input for the contract work system commonly applied in mining areas. Closed-circuit television (CCTV) is commonly used to monitor activities; however, the current use of CCTV still requires direct human observation, which may result in important events being overlooked. The functionality of these CCTVs can be enhanced to manage access rights and monitor employee attendance to support company operations through face recognition methods. In this study, a system design was carried out through a research approach to determine the technology to be used in the system. The development of a face recognition-based access control system was conducted based on system engineering methodology. This development includes system requirements analysis, the design of a face recognition-based access control system, implementation, and system performance evaluation. The resulting system was tested through simulation processes based on actual field conditions, and the test results showed that the system could recognize faces registered in the dataset and identify subjects not registered in the dataset with an accuracy of 60%, precision of 96%, recall of 58%, and an F-score of 72%. Additionally, the system was able to connect to a database to store face recognition results and then display them on an employee attendance monitoring dashboard. The delay between the face recognition system and actual time ranged from 2-4 seconds and was still tolerable.

Evaluasi Penggerak Mesin Pengolahan Tandan Kosong (EFB) dengan Menggunakan Motor Induksi di PT. Suryabumi Argo Langgeng Sumatra Selatan

The research issues include the performance of three-phase induction motors and the impact of load on three-phase induction motors. This study aims to develop a driving system for empty fruit bunches (EFB) processing machines using induction motors at PT. Suryabumi Agro Langgeng, South Sumatra. The research was conducted at PT. Suryabumi Agro Langgeng in South Sumatra, from May to June 2024. Primary data in this research were obtained through observation and interviews, while secondary data were gathered from document analysis. In the context of this research on three-phase induction motors, document analysis techniques can be used to analyze various documents such as scientific literature, technical specifications, maintenance reports, production records, or other documents related to induction motors. The research methods include system requirements analysis, system design and implementation of the driving system, and performance testing of the developed system. The results show that the use of induction motors can provide better operational efficiency in EFB processing. This research is expected to contribute positively to improving the efficiency and productivity of PT. Suryabumi Agro Langgeng's operations.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Penjualan Kopi Pada Coffee Shop Konamu Menggunakan Sistem Point Of Sale

The purpose of this research is to develop a coffee sales management information system at the KonamuCoffee Shop using a Point of Sale system to increase efficiency in sales management. The method used in thisstudy is the system development life cycle method, starting from system requirements analysis, system design,system implementation, to system testing. In the system requirements analysis stage, assistance is providedfor the problems faced by Konamu Coffee Shop in sales management. Furthermore, a system design is carriedout using the Point of Sale system to facilitate the transaction process and sales management. The result ofthis research is a coffee sales management information system that is integrated with the Point of Sale system.This system can assist Konamu Coffee Shop in managing sales transactions, as well as generating sales andfinancial reports. With this system, it is hoped that the Konamu Coffee Shop can increase efficiency inmanaging coffee sales.

PENGELOLAAN KUALITAS LAYANAN PERGURUAN TINGGI MELALUI RANCANG BANGUN PROTOTiPE VISITOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BERBASIS WEB

The concept of guest service in higher education includes various aspects aimed at welcoming, providing information, and ensuring comfort for guests who come to campus. Generally, university guest registration services are still manual, through direct visits, telephone calls, emails, or letters. Manual recording uses conventional paper logs or guest books, so it takes longer and is inefficient in archiving. In addition, security problems are caused by the lack of activities to verify the identity of each visitor. This research aims to improve the quality of service in higher education by developing a web-based visitor or guest management system (Visitor Management System). This system is designed to manage visits to the campus environment efficiently and effectively. The development method used is a prototype design-build approach. This system is expected to help monitor and control visitor traffic, facilitate the registration process, and provide accurate and timely information to visitors. Thus, this web-based visitor management system can significantly improve service quality management in higher education. The object of this research is the Directorate of Education at one of the state universities in Surabaya. The research method starts with problem identification, system design, program code design, and system testing. System requirements analysis analyses service needs, constraints, and system objectives through interviews, literature studies, and field observations. This research results in the availability of a WEB-based Visitor Management System with several user functions where each user can enter data on an online form to request to be a guest.

Application For Determining The Best Tourism In Jombang District Using The Weighted Product Method Based On Android

This research aims to develop an Android application that uses the Weighted Product (WP) method to determine the best tourist destinations in Jombang Regency. In today's digital era, the need for applications that can help tourists in choosing tourist destinations that suit their preferences and needs is increasing. The Weighted Product Method was chosen because of its ability to evaluate and give weight to various factors that affect tourist satisfaction, such as natural beauty, supporting facilities, accessibility, and safety. This research follows a systematic approach using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The analysis stage includes identifying user needs, analyzing system requirements, and determining evaluation criteria. Furthermore, an application design that considers a friendly and functional user interface is created based on the results of the previous analysis. Application development is carried out by utilizing various latest technologies in Android software development. Application implementation involves trials using data on tourist destinations in Jombang Regency to test the effectiveness and accuracy in determining the best tourist destinations. Evaluation is done through feedback from users and analysis of comparison results between destination recommendations provided by the application and user preferences. It is expected that the results of this research will not only make a positive contribution to tourism development in Jombang Regency by improving the quality of service to tourists, but also become a foundation for further research in the development of similar applications using the Weighted Product Method.

Fatigue Driving Detection and Early Warning System based on EEG Signals

The fatigue driving detection and warning system based on EEG signals aims to use EEG technology to monitor the mental state of drivers in real time, so as to identify and warn fatigue driving behavior in time, so as to improve road safety. The design of the system is based on a deep understanding of the connection between EEG signals and the fatigue state, by analyzing the changes in frequency bands such as α wave, β wave, θ wave and δ wave, which are closely related to the alert state and fatigue in humans. The development of the system first considers the main factors induced by fatigue, such as sleep deprivation, long work hours and environmental monotony, which can significantly affect the activity of brain waves. From these physiological and environmental factors, the system requirements analysis emphasizes the need for real-time data processing and high accuracy, as well as a user interface design that provides clear and intuitive feedback to users (drivers and regulators). In terms of implementation, the system integrates EEG monitoring equipment for data acquisition, uses advanced signal processing algorithm to extract fatigue-related features, and uses machine learning model for real-time analysis and fatigue state determination. In addition, the system design includes an emergency response mechanism, once signs of fatigue are detected, it can automatically trigger an alarm, issue a warning to the driver, and if necessary through the vehicle control system to ensure driving safety. This comprehensive system not only improves driving safety, but also provides strong data support for traffic management departments.

Entertainment robots based on smartphone terminals for mobile network music E-learning mode

This study adopted the method of system requirements analysis to design the functions and structure of the network music E-learning mode system on smartphone terminals. Through research and user requirement analysis, the core functions and requirements of the system were determined, and the system was designed in terms of functionality and structure. The system’s functional design adopts speech recognition technology, enabling entertainment robots to accurately understand user voice commands and questions. Through natural language processing and machine learning algorithms, entertainment robots can analyze user needs and recommend suitable music teaching resources based on their interests and learning goals. Divide the system into two parts: front-end and back-end. The front-end is the user interface, and through a user-friendly graphical interface and interactive design, users can easily operate the system and interact with entertainment robots. The backend is the core processing part of the system, which achieves the application of entertainment robots in the network music E-learning mode on smartphone terminals through the collaboration of the front-end and back-end. The entertainment robot based on smartphone terminals has high effectiveness and feasibility in the application of mobile network music E-learning mode. The performance test results of the system indicate that it can run stably and meet the concurrent needs of a large number of users.

Investigation of Conceptual Supply Chain Design Process of Sustainable Shisha Briquette Production System

Abstract Coconut charcoal briquette products have considerable export market potential in foreign countries. One of the product variants of coconut shell briquettes is shisha briquettes. This research aims to investigate the conceptual design of a sustainable supply chain by identifying key stakeholders and understanding the role of each stakeholder and the underlying processes that affect sustainability. The initial step of this research is to conduct an entity system requirements analysis using a use-case diagram to identify key stakeholders. The next step is to identify critical processes using BPMN 2.0 in accordance with established sustainability requirements. Based on the results of the requirements analysis through the entity system and use case diagram, five stakeholders were identified: industry, coconut shell farmers, end consumers, training institutions, and sustainability assessment institutions. According to the results of the business model analysis using BPMN 2.0 with the Indonesian Bioenergy Sustainability Indicator (IBSI), there are three main activities in the raw material procurement process: the selection of coconut shell farmers, facilities owned by farmers, and farmer skills training. Meanwhile, in terms of the production system, there are three main activities, namely production planning, production implementation, and labor training.

Analysis of Altitude and Ambient Temperature Effects on the Reactivity of Oxidation Catalysts in the Presence of H2

Worldwide emission standards are now required to cover engine operation under extreme ambient conditions, which affect the raw emissions and the efficiency of the exhaust aftertreatment systems. These regulations also target new combustion technologies for decarbonization, such as neat hydrogen (H2) combustion or dual-fuel strategies, which involve a challenge to the analysis of exhaust aftertreatment system requirements and performance. This work addresses the impact of high altitude and low ambient temperature conditions on the reactivity of an oxidation catalyst in the presence of H2. A reaction mechanism is proposed to cover the main conversion paths of CO, HC, and H2, including the formation and consumption of high-energy surface reaction intermediates. The mechanism has been implemented into a faster-than-real-time reduced-order model for multi-layer washcoat honeycomb catalytic converters. The model was utilized to investigate the effect of H2 concentration on the reactivity of CO and HC within the catalyst under various operating and ambient conditions. By applying the model and examining the selectivity towards different reaction pathways in the presence of H2, insights into surface intermediates and reactivity across different cross-sections of the monolith were obtained. This analysis discusses the underlying causes of reactivity changes promoted by H2 and its relative importance as a function of driving boundary conditions.

Perancangan Game Edukasi Pengenalan Makanan Sehat dan Tidak Sehat untuk Kesehatan Gigi Anak Berbasis Android

Designing an Android-based educational game for introducing healthy and unhealthy foods for children's dental health is an application created with the aim of helping children maintain healthy teeth and mouth by choosing good and correct food, and also making it easier for parents to teach their children how to choose good and healthy food for children. So that children become enthusiastic about maintaining and learning about oral and dental health. Applications are created using the research and development method, where this method is a sequential software development process, where each work process continues from top to bottom, through phases in the process of System Requirements Analysis, System Design, System Implementation, System Testing, and System Maintenance. This application was created with the help of the Construct 2 application to build and develop the application and Adobe Photoshop was used to assist in creating the initial design of the application and also the logo for the application.

Implementation of Statistical Quality Control Method in Product Quality Monitoring Information System

The business sector faced intensifying competition due to significant advancements in information systems and technology. PT. Florindo Makmur, a leading private company in the cassava processing industry producing tapioca flour, has proven to implement quality standards to uphold product quality and ensure customer satisfaction. The product quality inspection process had to meet standards before packaging; however, reporting remained manual using paper sheets, elevating the risk of data loss and reducing monthly evaluation efficiency due to manual calculations. The aim of this research was to design an efficient information system for monitoring product quality at PT. Florindo Makmur, utilizing the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. The quality control monitoring system played a central role in gathering quality control data to support management decisions regarding product quality certainty. Therefore, obtaining monitoring information promptly was crucial to ensure products met quality standards and reduce rejected product quantities. The research approach included observation, interviews, and literature review as data collection strategies, while the system development method used was the waterfall method encompassing system requirement analysis, design, coding, and implementation. This information system enabled PT. Florindo Makmur to efficiently monitor its products by applying SQC concepts such as data analysis and creating control charts to swiftly identify improvements in product defects and take appropriate actions.

PT. XYZ is a leading retail company in Indonesia operating in a highly dynamic industry. Despite using PowerPoint (PPT) presentation reports as a key communication tool with its business partners, PT. XYZ's report creation process is still done manually. This leads to time wastage, the risk of errors, and disruptions to operational efficiency. The purpose of this research is to implement Python-pptx for the automation of report compilation and dom-to-image for the integration of visual data. The goal is to overcome the main challenges faced by PT. XYZ. The research methodology includes problem identification, literature review, system requirements analysis, system design, application development, and system testing. The results of this research include the successful implementation of Python-pptx and dom-to-image in building a web-based automated reporting system at PT. XYZ. System testing demonstrates the success of this technology, ensuring user satisfaction, and preparing the system for more efficient use.

Reviving Javanese Script through an Engaging Educational Game

This study introduces an educational game designed to teach the Javanese script to both children and adults. The game features three difficulty levels and aims to enhance intellect and creativity while keeping players engaged. Results show the game effectively teaches correct reading and spelling of Javanese characters and is easy to use for all ages. Design and Implementation of Booth Supply System Based on Internet Plus.

With the arrival of the Internet Plus era, the traditional vendor market management mode is facing severe challenges. The purpose of this paper is to propose an innovative management mode through the design and implementation of a stall supply system based on the Internet to solve the problems existing in vendor market management and better promote economic development and social stability. This paper first analyzes the characteristics and challenges of the vendor market in the Internet Plus era. Then, based on the idea of Internet Plus, we propose a design scheme for the vendor supply system, including system architecture, functional modules, and key technologies. In the following section, we elaborate on the implementation steps of the system, including system requirements analysis, database design, and system development. Finally, we verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the system through an actual case study and performed a comprehensive evaluation and in-depth analysis of the operation of the system. The research results show that the vendor supply system based on the Internet can realize the distributed management of the vendor market and optimize the allocation of resources, improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the market, and provide a reference for the development of the traditional vendor market.

SISTEM IDENTIFIKASI PERIZINAN KIR DENGAN QR-CODE BERBASIS ANDROID

The security and authenticity of a proof of KIR licensing is very important, because proof of KIR licensing is obtained after going through a series of processes and fulfilling the requirements in accordance with applicable legal rules. The Department of Transportation in the service of KIR in Jayapura City licensing issues proof of passing the KIR test in the form of a KIR book, zinc plate and stickers. In this study, the design of the KIR licensing identification system was carried out using a QR-Code based on an Android mobile application and web service. The QR-Code is used as a marker of the authenticity of the proof of KIR licensing which is added to the KIR licensing sticker. In the resulting QR-Code has been added an encrypted information using the 3DES algorithm. This study uses the waterfall model software development method which is preceded by system requirements analysis, system design, system creation, and system testing. The final result of the research that has been done proves that the use of QR-Code as an identification tool and the selection of the Android platform as a QR-Code scanner application can be used as a solution as a tool to identify the authenticity of KIR licensing.
