Seberapa Efektivitas Aplikasi SiAKU Terhadap Laporan Keuangan Koperasi Desa Wisata Candirejo: Studi Kasus Pada Koperasi Desa Wisata Candirejo

This study aims to examine the difference in how effective and efficient the application is in managing the financial statements of the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative, before and after using through the Financial Administration Information System (SiAKU) application. Through the Si AKU application, experts provide comprehensive updates and settings to make it easier for Candirejo city tourists to help record visit packages. Candirejo tourism village is a tourism located in Candirejo Village, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province. This study used quantitative procedures with data collection strategies through convenience surveys to obtain satisfaction fulfillment scores. This study uses quantitative methods that explain the differences between variables. This study used a sample of 10 respondents from employees of the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative through the interview method and the Paired T-Test stage with an alpha of 5%. The results of this test show that there are differences between effectiveness and efficient variables in managing the time of making financial statements at the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative.

Evaluation of Pesantren Financial Management Through the Implementation of the Simkeu Application at Api Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Secang Islamic Boarding School

This study aims to evaluate the financial management of API Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Secang Islamic Boarding School through the implementation of the Financial Management Information System (SIMKEU) application. The background of this research is that the challenges in financial recording that are still done manually, prone to errors, and take a long time. The research method used uses a case study approach with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with pesantren leaders and administrative staff, direct observation of the financial management process, and analysis of documents related to pesantren finance. The research was carried out at API Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Secang Islamic Boarding School over a certain period. The results showed that the implementation of SIMKEU succeeded in increasing efficiency in recording and financial management by reducing the time required for the transaction recording process and improving the accuracy of financial statements. However, the study also identified several challenges, such as issues with information and communication technology infrastructure that need to be improvement, and the initial adaptation phase requiring extra time and effort from pesantren staff. Based on the study’s results, it is recommended to enhance information and communication technology infrastructure, and increase training for pesantren staff to maximize the benefits of SIMKEU implementation in the future. In conclusion, the implementation of SIMKEU at API Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Secang Islamic Boarding School has made a significant contribution in improving the efficiency and transparency of Islamic boarding school financial management. This study provides practical guidance for other pesantren that want to adopt similar technologies in an effort to improve financial management effectively and efficiently.

Education Financing Planning Strategy in the Field of Middle School Education Development, Maybrat Regency Education Office

This research aims to examine education financing planning strategies in the field of junior high school education development at the Maybrat District Education Office. This study was carried out using a bibliographic approach, which involved collecting secondary data from various relevant literature sources. The main findings of this research show that the main source of education financing in Maybrat Regency comes from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) and School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS). However, this funding allocation is often insufficient to meet school operational and development needs. In addition, some schools are trying to find alternative funding sources through collaboration with private institutions and non-governmental organizations, although these initiatives are still limited. This research also found that transparency and accountability in the management of education funds need to be improved through financial management training and the implementation of an integrated financial information system. In addition, annual budget planning carried out by schools in Maybrat Regency needs to be performance-based and more flexible in dealing with changing needs. Other challenges include limited facilities and infrastructure, as well as limited accessibility due to remote geographical conditions. Recommendations from this research include diversifying funding sources through developing partnerships with the private sector and non-governmental organizations, strengthening financial management capacity through regular training, optimizing the use of funds through performance-based budgeting, and increasing community involvement in planning and monitoring education financing. It is hoped that the implementation of these strategies can improve the quality of education and create a more conducive learning environment for students in Maybrat Regency.

The Influence of Organizational Culture on the Implementation of Regional Financial Management Information Systems (Empirical Study in Regency Government of Humbang Hasundutan)

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture (the ability to adapt, mission, involvement, and consistency) partially and simultaneously on the implementation of regional financial management information systems in the Regency Government of Humbang Hasundutan. This type of research is associative explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population used in this study was all regional apparatus organizations in the Regency Government of Humbang Hasundutan. At the same time, the sample of this research consisted of 100 respondents, including regional apparatus organizations leaders, financial administration officials, financial treasurers, and staff. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability analysis using Smart PLS software. The results in this study indicate that partially, the ability to adapt, missions, and involvement have a positive and significant influence on the implementation of regional financial management information systems, and consistency has no effect on the implementation of regional financial management information systems in the Regency Government of Humbang Hasundutan. In addition, simultaneous test results also show that the ability to adapt, mission, and involvement has a positive and significant influence on the implementation of regional financial management information systems, and consistency does not affect the implementation of regional financial management information systems in the Regency Government of Humbang Hasundutan. Menganalisis Bagaimana Indonesia Menyusun Anggaran Untuk Menentukan Penerimaan Dan Pengeluaran Negara

This research aims to analyze the budget preparation process in Indonesia, with a focus on how the government determines state revenues and expenditures. This study explores the mechanisms used in budget planning, including top-down and bottom-up approaches, as well as the role of various government agencies in the process. Data was obtained through analysis of budget documents, interviews with relevant government officials, and literature review. The research results show that budget preparation in Indonesia involves various complex stages and requires coordination between various parties. This research also found that although there are challenges in the transparency and accuracy of revenue projections, improvement efforts continue to be made through fiscal policy reform and improving financial information systems. Thus, this research provides important insights for policy makers and academics about the dynamics of budget preparation in Indonesia.

The Mediating Role of the Financial Recommender System Advising Acceptance in the Relationship between Investments Trust and Decision-Making Behavior

Abstract The issue discussed in this paper is how the financial recommendation system intertwines the individuals’ distrust in the act of investing and the outcome of the incurred damages. This study involving a total of 150 participants was conducted. The purpose of the current research is elucidated by identifying the affected variables and using descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. The survey shows that weakening confidence in investments correlates positively with formulation of a demand for the recommendation service of a financial advisor on the one hand, and with caution and rational thinking on the other, which steer the path to careful and rational investment decisions. An attempt to study mediation was performed using PROCESS Model 4 and it should be noted that financial recommender system advising acceptance mediated the relationship between distrust of quality of investment and cautious decision-making. Significant standardized coefficients gave direct evidence of a cause-effect relationship between a lowered trust in decision-making and the preceding caution, with financial advisement adding up to guidance as a mediator illustrating the significance of its role in decision-making. The trust transfer theory that claims the transfer of trust by individuals is just one of the previous experiences, is possibly a good explanation of the outcomes. Losses due to investments may render investors skeptical, and they eventually transfer trust in these financial market to other sources, such as financial recommender systems. The existing paper gets us to the more complex connection between financial information systems, trust, and the choice in the asset industry which, in turn leads to better understanding of the psychological processes that a person uses while making an investment decision. Furthermore, this article highlights the present practicality that is usually directly tied to the process of adoption and integration of financial technology. The results of this study indicate that it may be possible to reduce drastically the negative effect of drops in the confidence of investments in this case or maybe even eliminate the problem. It is clear that the universality of the financial recommendation system is a good helper in this direction.

Application of ISAK 35 to the Presentation of Financial Reports of the Manado Diocese of the Catholic Church

This study aims to determine the existing forms of financial reporting and to find out stages, impacts and driving factors of the process of implementing ISAK 35 on the presentation of financial reports of the Manado Diocese of the Catholic Church based on the institutional theory of the form of coercive isomorphism and the Edward III model theory, namely communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure. This study uses the method descriptive qualitative where data collection was carried out by means of interviews and documentation studies. The results show that the policy for implementing financial accounting information systems is not yet fully in accordance with applicable accounting standards. The organization has not fully adhered to the standard of ISAK 35. Financial records are processed using existing financial applications. By the aspect of resources, the attitude of the implementers still shows that the implementers still have minimal/not yet adequate knowledge about the accounting system created and communication between implementing agents is not yet optimal. The indicators in the bureaucratic structure variable in the form of SOPs have been achieved well because in 2019 the Manado Diocese has created a Financial Guideline that must be implemented by every parish, although in practice it is not yet perfect. In its implementation, there are still obstacles from a practical perspective, such as human error, hardware weaknesses, software weaknesses and system weaknesses. Efforts to overcome obstacles include continuing to update applications that have been created based on the latest standards and providing regular training materials that are packaged easily so that the attitude of the application implementing agents themselves can accept the new policy and those responsible for parish finances must be wiser and adhere to diocesan policies to produce financial reports that are transparent, accountable, and trustworthy.

Pelatihan Sistem Informasi Keuangan Desa Sebagai Upaya Tertib Administrasi Desa Wisata Melung

The village financial information system provides convenience for village officials in managing village finances in the context of orderly administration with the aim of successful village development. This training on the use of the financial information system aims to assist the community and village officials of Melung Village to be able to utilize the village financial website optimally. The training methods were seminars and workshops. Seminars were conducted to introduce the features of the website so that users were able to understand and use it as needed. The workshop was conducted to put into practice the information learned during the seminar. The main purpose of this training is as a community service activity in an effort to order administration and optimize village financial management for the welfare of the community. The result of the training activity is the implementation of automation of inputting income and expenses by village officials in village financial management as an effort to create transparency in reporting the use of village funds.

Cooperatives as a form of microfinance institutions are known as pillars or cornerstones of the economy. However, not much has been heard of the actions of cooperatives that are capable of becoming cooperatives on a national, international scale or using digital financial services. The existence of digitalization of cooperatives has a goal orientation for convenience, speed of service, comfort, and security when making transactions with cooperatives. In addition, efforts to digitize cooperatives are expected to accelerate the growth of cooperatives. With digitalization, cooperatives are able to expand their business scale to remote areas. Based on the situation analysis of Candra Sedana's KSP partners, various problems and limitations have been found which can be identified as follows: partners' lack of knowledge about the concept of digital transformation regarding cooperative financial information systems that are connected to the banking system and QRIS adoption and partners' lack of knowledge about the concept of change management. The solutions offered related to partner problem solving are as follows: Providing counseling regarding the concept of 'change management', Providing counseling regarding the concept of digital transformation regarding literacy regarding cooperative financial information systems that are connected to banking and the QRIS concept of optimal utilization, as well as implementing assistance and direct practice regarding the adoption of information systems and QRIS development.

PUBLIC SECTOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT REFORMS AND GOVERNMENT EXPENDITURE IN NIGERIA


 In Nigeria, governmental inefficiencies and mismanagement of public resources have led to challenges in fulfilling societal needs effectively. To address these issues, various financial management reforms have been implemented, aiming to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency. However, the impact of these reforms on government expenditure remains uncertain due to persistent corruption and operational challenges. This study investigates the influence of public sector financial management reforms, including the Government Integrated Financial Management Information System (GIFMIS) and the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS), on government expenditure in Nigeria. A conceptual framework is proposed to understand the relationship between these reforms and expenditure. Theoretical and empirical reviews provide insights into the context and previous findings related to financial management reforms. The methodology involves survey research and secondary data analysis, focusing on 16 years of data from federal ministries. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis are used to analyze the data. Results suggest mixed findings regarding the impact of GIFMIS and IPPIS on government expenditure, with some indications of potential effects but inconclusive statistical significance. Discussion of findings highlights the complexity of reform implementation and the need for further research to inform policy decisions effectively. Recommendations include conducting comprehensive studies, enhancing monitoring mechanisms, capacity building, addressing implementation challenges, promoting transparency, sustaining political will, sharing best practices, and engaging stakeholders.

This study intends to investigate the effects on the quality and value of financial report information of human resource quality, internal control systems, government accounting standards implementation, use of regional financial accounting information systems, and accounting knowledge. This study examines relationships between causes and effects. Questionnaires are used to collect data. The research's population consists of all employees who have employed information systems to do their jobs. With a sample size of 100, the sampling strategy is non-probability sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed as the analytical technique in this study. The study's result demonstrates that a number of variables have varying effects on the informational usefulness and quality of regional financial reports. First off, there isn't much of an impact from the caliber of human resources. Furthermore, there is no notable impact from the internal control system. Third, the information value and quality of regional financial reports are greatly impacted by the use of government accounting rules. Fourth, there is no discernible impact from using regional financial accounting information systems. Fifth, the informational value of regional financial reports is greatly impacted by one's grasp of accounting. Overall, each of these variables affects regional financial reports' information value and quality at the same time, highlighting the need of effective management in these areas for raising the caliber of regional financial data.

Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja, Pelatihan Kerja, Dan Persepsi Terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Keuangan Daerah Pada Badan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kota Madiun

This study aims to examine the effect of work experience, job training, and perceptions on the effectiveness of regional financial information systems. This type of research is quantitative. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires directly to respondents. Respondents in this study were employees of Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Madiun City. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25 for windows program. The results of the research hypothesis show that the independent variable work experience is 0.026, the independent variable job training is 0.000, the perception variable is 0.004, and the simultaneous test shows a significance value of 0.000. The results of this study indicate that work experience has a positive effect on the effectiveness of regional financial information systems, job training has a positive effect on the effectiveness of regional financial information systems, and perceptions have a positive effect on the effectiveness of regional financial information systems, as well as work experience, job training, and perceptions simultaneously have an effect on the effectiveness of regional financial information systems. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that the Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah of Madiun City will continue to improve training programs for employees and instill positive perceptions in order to provide good output in terms of the effectiveness of the regional financial information system.

Design and Implementation of Management Information System for University Library

With the rapid development of the Internet, information processing work in universities has also increased, from libraries to electronic book management platforms, everything is available. Although the number of libraries we have is constantly increasing and people's attention to them is also increasing, their existence is often universal, non-existent, and sometimes incomplete, which brings great difficulties to our daily management. SQL Server 2008 is a database based system with high confidentiality and large-scale storage capacity. A causal connection distinguishes the present investigation. Surveys were utilized to collect data, and questionnaires were distributed to respondents as part of the methodology. Respondents to the study were government employees. The samples used in this study were selected through convenience sampling. The research approach employed in this investigation was multiple regression analysis. According to this research, no observable correlation between local governments' degree of information technology implementation and the caliber of financial reports they generate can be identified. Nevertheless, the integrity of financial reporting can be improved through the implementation of financial management information systems and internal controls. An effective financial management information system can facilitate the production of financial reports of superior quality that adhere to specific regulations. The above system should address data security issues, timely information retrieval, report precision, report variety, and compliance with governmental financial report standards. Similarly, the enhancement of financial report quality generated by local governments can be achieved by implementing a resilient internal control system comprising communication, monitoring, the control environment, risk assessment, and control measures. The concurrent implementation of internal control systems, information technology implementation, and financial management information system establishment all contribute to improving the quality of financial reports produced by local governments.

PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI BANK MINI SISWA SMK DIPONEGORO BANYUPUTIH DENGAN METODE CASH BASIS

Based on the problems currently being faced by Vocational School Diponegoro Banyuputih, one of which is the problem of student savings, the system has been running for 4 years. In the current system, the student savings system at Diponegoro Vocational School is still done manually. If you remember the importance of processing data and information in this system, of course this is felt to be less effective and efficient in terms of problems that arise, so it is necessary to design a computerized system.
 The aim of this research is to ease the performance of savings administrators in processing data, recording data and making reports on this savings information system so that errors that are often experienced can be resolved, designing and building a financial recapitulation system that directly produces financial reports, creating a financial information system using the Cash method. A suitable base for daily management. System analysis and design is preceded by system development which includes system identification, data and information identification. This system development model is used to describe the system being designed, namely the actual situation.
 The resulting program was built using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with a MySQL database. It is hoped that the implementation of the resulting system will facilitate data management quickly and accurately and the preparation of financial reports

AI-Powered HRM and Finance Information Systems for Workforce Optimization and Employee Engagement

This comprehensive analysis examines the implementation and impact of AI-powered Human Resource Management (HRM) and Finance Information Systems in government organizations, focusing on workforce optimization and employee engagement. The study, drawing from extensive research across multiple public sector entities, reveals that organizations implementing these systems achieve significant improvements in operational efficiency, with processing times reduced by 47.2% and budgetary allocation accuracy increased by 31.4%. Through analysis of implementation data from 156 federal agencies, the research demonstrates how AI-driven solutions address key challenges in regulatory compliance, budget constraints, and operational transparency. The investigation encompasses four core functional areas: intelligent recruitment, workforce planning, employee experience enhancement, and financial management integration, supported by machine learning algorithms and cloud infrastructure. The results show significant progress in every area, including a noteworthy 56.8% decrease in hiring bias, a 41.3% increase in staff retention, and an 82.6% accuracy rate in document classification.
