Abstract Background In the context of the new era, the main way for colleges and universities to cultivate applied innovative talents is to deepen the combination of industry and education, which is not only a breakthrough to realize the transformation and development of higher education, but also an important measure to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and social and economic development. For a long time, there have been some problems in China's universities and enterprises, such as the disconnection between talent supply and demand, the difficulty of group employment, the shortage of applied talents, and the disharmony between talent training structure and industrial transformation and upgrading. At the same time, it will also lead to greater anxiety of the group, which is not conducive to the healthy employment psychology of the group. From the perspective of symbiosis theory, this study discusses the development path of the combination of industry, University and research in applied undergraduate colleges, and verifies the regulatory effect of the combination of industry, University and Research on group Employment anxiety. Research Objects and Methods From the perspective of symbiosis theory, by analyzing the symbiotic relationship among universities, enterprises and the government in the development process of the combination of industry, University and research, this paper reveals the practical problems existing in the combination of industry, University and research, such as the mismatch between talent supply and demand. In the cultivation of applied talents, the combination of industry, University and research and school enterprise cooperation are the main ways. The theoretical analysis of the combination of industry, University and research will help to understand the reasons of the combination more clearly and enhance the operation consciousness and implementation consciousness of the combination. In the cultivation of applied talents, the symbiosis theory in ecology can be used to explain the internal mechanism of educational integration and school enterprise cooperation. Exploring the basic state of mutual connection, mutual influence and mutual promotion in the evolution of this symbiotic system can further explore the feasible strategy of industry university research integration. In order to analyze the impact of this strategy on the anxiety level of employment students, and provide effective measures and basis for alleviating employment psychological pressure and education. This study investigated 800 college graduates in South China. 1. The psychological quality questionnaire for middle school students is compiled by the research group, with 34 questions, which is divided into three dimensions: cognitive quality, personality quality and adaptability. Total amount in study α The coefficient is 0.90, with three subscales α The coefficients are 0.88, 0.81 and 0.77 respectively. 2. The gross emotion regulation questionnaire was compiled by gross and translated by Xia Lingxiang. It has 10 questions and has two dimensions: cognitive reappraisal and expression inhibition. Cognitive reappraisal in research α The coefficient was 0.71 and the expression was inhibited α The coefficient is 0.68. 3. The loneliness scale was compiled by Russell and revised by Wang Dengfeng, with 18 questions. Under study α The coefficient is 0.91. 4. The State Trait Anxiety Scale was compiled by Spielberger et al. With 20 questions. Under study α The coefficient is 0.86. 5. The central depression scale was compiled by radolff and translated by Zhang Mingyuan, with 20 questions. Under study α The coefficient is 0.91. Results This paper believes that we should improve the supply and demand mechanism of industry university research integration, establish a dynamic mechanism, integrate symbiotic elements, realize sustainable symbiosis and mutual benefit, build a symbiotic integration system, promote the mutual integration of education chain, talent chain, industrial chain and innovation chain, and improve the training quality of applied innovative talents. And can adjust the level of students' Employment anxiety. Conclusion From the perspective of industry university research integration and collaborative education, universities, enterprises and governments cooperate with each other to realize the interaction of human resources, knowledge, facilities, technology, policy and information among disciplines and between disciplines and external environment through resource integration. Form a scientific oriented, open and stable organization system. Continuously optimize the advantages of the three parties in the industrial chain and promote the integration and complementarity of resources in the education chain.
