The emotional components of thinking and distractibility are mostly indicative to women at the age of 45 to 50 years old, which means poor commitment to the task. Perception speed and accuracy, attention distribution and concentration are indicative to male managers at the age of 40 to 45 years old which lets us make a suggestion about having an ability to work with various materials under pressure of time, to highlight the main contents, to compare symbols, numeric characters, etc. Knowing about gender-based specifics of the intelligence will ensure a psychological aspect of personnel management and promotion.
