The article is devoted to the peculiarities and prospects of the source analysis of planning and ac-counting activities and periodic reporting of the Prosecutor's office of the Kabardino-Balkarian Autonomous Region in 1925-1926. For this purpose, the plans of regional and district prosecutor's offices, checklists for collecting information on the current activities of regional prosecutor's of-fices, notebooks for recording the participation of public prosecutors in court sessions, statements on the movement of inquiries, investigative cases, cases of press revelations, monthly statements, survey reports, characteristics, literary (text) and "digital" (quantitative) reports (with elements of statistical generalization), summary reports on personnel and current activities, semi-annual re-ports on the work of the Prosecutor's office of the KBAO and district prosecutor's offices, crime reports, etc. It was established that information on the personnel composition, plans and account-ing of daily work, the management of assistants, the organization of the activities of prosecutors, the effectiveness of work with the rural population, the quality of supervisory activities, the state of crime, interaction with court authorities, criminal labor institutions, preventive activities to combat crime were subject to accounting etc. It is assumed that the analysis of the planning, ac-counting and reporting documentation of the Prosecutor's office of the KBAO in the second half of the 20s of the twentieth century has a further research perspective for studying the features of the formation and development of the mechanism of the young Soviet state and its system of law en-forcement agencies, the dynamics of the cadre and the regional specifics of supervisory activities for compliance socialist legality in the territory of the KBAO and the fight against crime, etc.

Optimizing Stock Market Forecasts: The Role of AI and Hybrid Models in Predictive Analytics

Forecasting stock market movements is a challenging and significant task for both researchers and investors. Stock market movements are affected by local and global economic factors, as well as political developments. This field of research requires substantial knowledge of finance, statistics, and Artificial Intelligence to achieve reliable results. To understand stock market movements, we must interpret a significant amount of information from non-linear, volatile, and non-parametric raw data. To reduce the complexity of stock market forecasting, we need to extract key features from this raw data. To simplify the task of stock market forecasting for researchers and traders, we conducted a study on the Indian stock market and present a comprehensive summary report. This report includes an analysis of 50 research articles related to the Indian stock market, along with some highly cited articles pertaining to other international markets.

TransKinect: a computer vision and machine learning clinical decision support system for automatic independent wheelchair transfer technique assessment

Background Physical and occupational therapists provide routine care for manual wheelchair users and are responsible for training and assessing the quality of transfers. These transfers can produce large loads on the upper extremity joints if improper sitting-pivot-technique is used. Methods to assess quality of transfers include the Transfer Assessment Instrument, a clinically validated tool derived from quantitative biomechanical features; however, adoption of this tool is low due to the complex usage requirements and speed of typical transfers. Objective The objective of this study is to develop and validate a computer vison and machine learning solution to better implement the Transfer Assessment Instrument in clinical settings. Methods The prototype system, TransKinect, consists of an infrared depth sensor and a custom software application; usability testing was carried out with fifteen therapists who performed two transfer assessments with the TransKinect. Proficiency in using features, usability, acceptability and satisfaction were analysed with validated surveys and themes were extracted from the qualitative feedback. Results The therapists were able to successfully complete the transfer quality assessments with 86.7 ± 5.4% proficiency. Total scores for System Usability Scale (77.6 ± 14.7%) and Questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction (83.5 ± 8.7%) indicated that the system was usable and satisfactory. Qualitative feedback indicated that TransKinect was user-friendly, easy to learn, and had high potential. Discussion The results support TransKinect as a potential clinical decision support system for therapists for the comprehensive assessment of independent transfer technique. Future research is needed to investigate the utility and acceptance of TransKinect in real clinical environments. Análise dos índices de transparência pública dos municípios do estado do Ceará

The objective of this paper was to calculate the transparency index of municipalities in the state of Ceará over the last five years through reports released by the State Court of Auditors (TCE), which evaluates the periodic disclosure of planning instruments, the Fiscal Management Report and Budget Execution Summary Report, the government's accountability and verifies the real-time availability of revenues and expenses. A methodology was used with qualitative procedures, consulting the legislation and reports released by the TCE, and quantitative procedures, through the calculation of indices. As a result, the municipalities of Ceará have a high transparency index of 0,83. However, it is important to highlight that only two municipalities achieved 100% regularity results. As a result, there is a need for improvement in other city halls regarding the disclosure of public information, with the aim of achieving the maximum level of transparency. Faced with these issues, this work makes a social contribution through research data, influencing citizens to analyze transparency reports and seek to pressure governments to expand measures to disseminate public transparency data. Furthermore, it is worth highlighting the importance of deeper studies on the topic, which evaluate, for example, the factors that impact the lack of disclosure of public data.

Existing Digital Health Technology Index Summary Report for Older Adults Living with Neurocognitive Disorders (Mild and Major) and Their Informal Caregivers: An Environmental Scan.

Digital health has added numerous promising solutions to enhance the health and wellness of people with neurocognitive disorders (NCDs) and their informal caregivers. (1) Background: It is important to obtain a comprehensive view of currently available technologies, their outcomes, and conditions of success to inform recommendations regarding digital health solutions for people with NCDs and their caregivers. This environmental scan was performed to identify the features of existing digital health solutions relevant to the targeted population. This work reviews currently available digital health solutions and their related characteristics to develop a decision support tool for older adults living with mild or major neurocognitive disorders and their informal caregivers. This knowledge will aid the development of a decision support tool to assist older adults and their informal caregivers in their search for adequate digital health solutions according to their needs and preferences based on trustable information. (2) Methods: We conducted an environmental scan to identify digital health solutions from a systematic review and targeted searches in the grey literature covering the regions of Canada and Europe. Technological tools were scanned based on a preformatted extraction grid. We assessed their relevance based on selected attributes and summarized the findings. (3) Results: We identified 100 available digital health solutions. The majority (56%) were not specific to NCDs. Only 28% provided scientific evidence of their effectiveness. Remote patient care, movement tracking, and cognitive exercises were the most common purposes of digital health solutions. Most solutions were presented as decision aid tools, pill dispensers, apps, web, or a combination of these platforms. (4) Conclusions: This environmental scan allowed for identifying current digital health solutions for older adults with mild or major neurocognitive disorders and their informal caregivers. Findings from the environmental scan highlight the need for additional approaches to strengthen digital health interventions for the well-being of older adults with mild and major NCDs and their informal and formal healthcare providers.

Global Water Challenges in Sub-Saharan Africa and how to strengthen science-policy dialogues on transboundary governance and cooperation

The United Nations Water Conference 2023 highlighted the need for concrete actions to boost integrated water resources management for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and called for strategies to enhance cooperation among stakeholders. Technical cooperation between countries and institutions in transboundary systems, e.g., on environmental data collection, is an effective way to promote international diplomacy and prevent disputes between riparian states. Still, establishing collaborations to inform bilateral dialogues on the identification of environmental challenges, their causes, and development priorities may be a difficult task in itself. This is particularly true in the African context because of limited resources and lack of data. In this paper, we analyse the case of nine transboundary river basins in Sub-Saharan Africa to identify which water-management challenges are perceived as most important by the different riparian countries from a policy and scientific perspective. Our insights are based on the most up-to-date scientific papers, open access reports and technical literature, river basin authority’s strategy papers, projects’ summary reports, and national policy documents. We also complement these sources with the pieces of information we gained through collaborations with regional and local experts, and management bodies (such as river basin authorities). We highlight the current water-related conflicts and the gap between the priorities identified by the scientific community and different riparian countries on how to tackle hydro-climatic change and improve food and energy security, human and environmental health. Based on our experience, we discuss some keys to building trust among stakeholders, strengthening cooperation, and identifying shared water-governance measures in transboundary river basins. They are: (i) connect science and policy to provide sound knowledge for the right questions, (ii) value local knowledge and exploit the complementarity of different perspectives, (iii) consider multiple spatial scales and multi-level stakeholders to leave no one behind, (iv) promote a culture which values trade-offs and handles complexity, and (v) co-create data and knowledge to facilitate stakeholder dialogue from problem definition to intervention identification.

Leveraging Hematopoietic Cell Transplant Data and Biorepository Resources at the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research to Improve Patient Outcomes

BackgroundHematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) has undergone many advances over the decades. Trends in HCT utilization have been impacted by research based on the data and samples collected by the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR). ObjectiveHere, we provide a summary report of the CIBMTR Biorepository resource and describe the biospecimen inventory along with collection and request procedures. Study DesignThe diversity captured in this inventory reflects transplant activity, and these samples can be leveraged for secondary analyses to generate more data and insights to advance the field. ResultsWe describe how our resources have already impacted HCT practice and elaborate on possibilities for further collaboration and utilization to maximize capabilities and research opportunities. ConclusionHematopoietic cell transplant data and Biorepository resources at the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research have been and continue to be leveraged to improve patient outcomes.

Assessment of the quality of interdisciplinary communication (CritCom): evaluation and refinement of a center summary report.

Communication failures among clinicians in the ICU (intensive care unit) often lead to worse patient outcomes. CritCom is a bilingual (English and Spanish) tool to evaluate the quality of interdisciplinary communication around patient deterioration for pediatric oncology patients. The use of reports, such as the CritCom report, as dissemination methods lead to quicker knowledge translation and implementation of research findings into policy. Nurses and physicians at participating centers who care for patients at risk of deterioration completed the CritCom survey and center-specific reports were generated to communicate CritCom results. Focus groups were conducted with clinicians receiving CritCom reports in both English and Spanish to evaluate report clarity and usability. Participants found the reports to be useful and described the writing and design as clear and specific. Participants provided feedback to improve report design and requested actionable steps to improve communication at their center. Feedback illustrated that the report was easy to interpret and a useful way to disseminate information. Participants noted the utility of the report, illustrating that the use of reports can be a useful method to disseminate research findings back to participants in a way that is applicable to the local context. Communicating research findings through reports can minimize the significant time lag in knowledge translation and provide participants with actionable steps to implement in their setting.

Patient-centered radiology reports with generative artificial intelligence: adding value to radiology reporting

The purposes were to assess the efficacy of AI-generated radiology reports in terms of report summary, patient-friendliness, and recommendations and to evaluate the consistent performance of report quality and accuracy, contributing to the advancement of radiology workflow. Total 685 spine MRI reports were retrieved from our hospital database. AI-generated radiology reports were generated in three formats: (1) summary reports, (2) patient-friendly reports, and (3) recommendations. The occurrence of artificial hallucinations was evaluated in the AI-generated reports. Two radiologists conducted qualitative and quantitative assessments considering the original report as a standard reference. Two non-physician raters assessed their understanding of the content of original and patient-friendly reports using a 5-point Likert scale. The scoring of the AI-generated radiology reports were overall high average scores across all three formats. The average comprehension score for the original report was 2.71 ± 0.73, while the score for the patient-friendly reports significantly increased to 4.69 ± 0.48 (p < 0.001). There were 1.12% artificial hallucinations and 7.40% potentially harmful translations. In conclusion, the potential benefits of using generative AI assistants to generate these reports include improved report quality, greater efficiency in radiology workflow for producing summaries, patient-centered reports, and recommendations, and a move toward patient-centered radiology.

The advancement of information technology has provided various facilities that positively impact organizational activities. Rapidly evolving information technology is expected to facilitate users in obtaining information. This information is used by companies as a basis for future planning and decision-making. PT Svarna Dipa Green Garden, a major company in Indonesia located in Cengkareng, West Jakarta, was established in 2018 and operates as an electronic distribution agent. Despite being a large company, the employee attendance system at PT Svarna Dipa Green Garden remains manual, using WhatsApp for communication between employees and supervisors. This manual system causes issues such as unstructured attendance data recording and difficulties in creating summary reports of attendance, leave, and overtime data. This study aims to develop a web-based employee attendance application with Location Based Service (LBS) using PHP framework Laravel and MySQL. The application will be tested using the black-box method to identify and evaluate errors. The implementation of this application aims to simplify attendance activities, leave applications, and data management, as well as facilitate report creation at PT Svarna Dipa Green Garden, West Jakarta.

Annual outcomes study out from NAATP

FoRSE, the research foundation of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP), will release its annual summary report at this week's annual meeting, which ADAW will cover in person. The report provides NAATP members, as well as the public, with descriptive and graphic reports of the impact of addiction treatment. This will give them insight into how effective their programs are, compared to others across the country. The 42 page report, a copy of which was obtained by ADAW, is stunning in terms of content and presentation. The report is free. The focus is on outcomes. Pagadian Diocesan Schools Information Monitoring System through Data Visualization

The Pagadian Diocesan Schools Information Monitoring System through Data Visualization is a web-based application meticulously developed to address the challenges of managing educational data across multiple schools within the Pagadian Diocese. Utilizing HTML, MySQL, PHP, CSS, and Bootstrap, the system streamlines the login process for administrators, enhances data monitoring, and provides a centralized view for superintendents. Through advanced data visualization tools, the platform presents essential metrics such as student population, income, and expenses, contributing significantly to the Pagadian government’s education initiatives while adhering to ethical data usage practices. Continuous user feedback ensures the refinement of the system, guaranteeing efficient and effective data management within the Pagadian Diocese. The study also encompasses the design, development, and testing phases of the system, following the Waterfall Model. Through rigorous testing, the system demonstrated commendable performance, stability, and security measures, with high user-friendliness and compatibility. The ISO/Logical Summary Report identified strengths in Functional Stability, Portability, Reliability, Security, Usability, and Maintainability, leading to a Total ISO/Logical Flow score of 90.94%. Overall, the system promises a smooth, effective, and dependable user experience, with room for improvement in UI design and error handling to enhance its performance further.

This is the summary report of the 5th Translational Hepatology Meeting, endorsed by the Spanish Association for the Study of the Liver (AEEH) and held in Seville, Spain, in October 2023. The meeting aimed to provide an update on the latest advances in the field of basic and translational hepatology, covering different molecular, cellular, and pathophysiological aspects of the most relevant clinical challenges in liver pathologies. This includes the identification of novel biomarkers and diagnostic tools, the understanding of the relevance of immune response and inflammation in liver diseases, the characterization of current medical approaches to reverse liver diseases, the incorporation of novel molecular insights through omics techniques, or the characterization of the impact of toxic and metabolic insults, as well as other organ crosstalk, in liver pathophysiology.

Identifying and characterizing high-risk populations in pilot malaria elimination districts in Madagascar: a mixed-methods study

BackgroundIn Madagascar, the districts of Antsirabe II, Faratsiho and Antsiranana I have relatively low malaria incidence rates and have been selected by the National Malaria Control Programme for pilot elimination strategies. The districts have residual transmission despite increasing coverage and quality of malaria services. This study sought to identify priority subpopulations at highest risk for malaria and collect information on intervention preferences and methods that will inform subnational tailoring of malaria service delivery.MethodsThis mixed methods study employed (i) a quantitative malaria risk factor assessment in Antsirabe II and Faratsiho comprising a test-negative frequency matched case–control study and a qualitative risk factor assessment in Antsiranana I; and (ii) a qualitative formative assessment in all three districts. For the case–control study, a mixed effects logistic regression was used with age, sex and district included as fixed effects and health facility included as a random effect. The qualitative risk factor assessment used semi-structured interview guides and key informant interviews. For the qualitative formative assessment in the three districts, a summary report was generated following semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with high-risk populations (HRPs) and stakeholders.ResultsIn Antsirabe II and Faratsiho districts, rice agriculture workers, outdoor/manual workers, particularly miners, and those with jobs that required travel or overnight stays, especially itinerant vendors, had higher odds of malaria infection compared to other (non-rice) agricultural workers. In Antsiranana I, respondents identified non-rice farmers, mobile vendors, and students as HRPs. Risk factors among these groups included overnight stays and travel patterns combined with a lack of malaria prevention tools. HRPs reported treatment cost and distance to the health facility as barriers to care and expressed interest in presumptive treatment and involvement of gatekeepers or people who have influence over intervention access or participation.ConclusionsThe study results illustrate the value of in-depth assessments of risk behaviours, access to services and prevention tools, surveillance and prevention strategies, and the involvement of gatekeepers in shaping subnational tailoring to reach previously unreached populations and address residual transmission in elimination settings.

E014 Migration of the large complex dataset of the UK Juvenile Dermatomyositis Cohort Biomarker Study: challenges and lessons

Abstract Background/Aims In rare disease research, longitudinal prospective cohort studies are important tools to generate invaluable real-world evidence to inform treatment choices and understand outcomes. The Juvenile Dermatomyositis Cohort Biomarker Study &amp; Repository (JDCBS) is a multi-centre, prospective longitudinal cohort study with linked biobank, established in 2000, with 17 active UK-Centres contributing data and samples. It supported over 60 projects generating new evidence, treatments and biomarkers in the field of juvenile myositis. The database in use until March 2023 used aged technology which did not sufficiently meet current needs of the study. REDCap is secure web application for hosting online databases, able to support online longitudinal data capture for multi-centre research studies. The aim of this project was to build and deliver a future-proofed environment and migrate the large JDCBS dataset into the REDCap platform. Methods Clinical, laboratory and outcome data at clinic visits were previously captured through a web interface which loaded data into an MS-Access back-end database. In this project, an internationally agreed set of data elements for use in research in juvenile myositis was adopted and a new data entry platform built, using REDCap and a Trusted Research Environment hosted at Great Ormond Street Digital Research Environment. A multidisciplinary team was formed to deliver migration, including clinicians, study investigators, systems analysts, and health informatics data scientists. Careful comparison of fields in the existing database to those in the internationally agreed dataset before delivery of the new REDCap database and migration of the legacy data took place. Results Key steps to deliver the REDCap interface and migrate the data included: 1. Agreement of data elements to be included, dropped or added, compared to the legacy dataset; 2. Design of study forms and fields within REDCap; 3. Testing new interface; 4. Script design and testing for migration; 5. Data cleaning of legacy dataset; 6. Training 15 collaborators and REDCap accounts management for 63 collaborators; 6. Migration of legacy dataset and quality control of migrated data; 7. Post-migration data checking and feedback on use of the new platform; 8. Summary reports of process, data quality and audit trail of project. In total, 670 patient records and 7431 clinical forms, with data from 338 data fields, were successfully migrated to the new REDCap database. A median value of 11 clinical forms (IQR: 6-18), and 3,718 data points (IQR: 2,028-6084) were migrated per patient. Conclusion Migration of a multi-dimensional longstanding study data set is a complex multi-step task requiring multi-disciplinary engagement of stakeholders. Key elements to achieve success include early agreement of data fields for inclusion, strict definitions of fields, regular engagement with database users, providing robust training, enabling feedback, and acceptance that research datasets should strive to be parsimonious in fields collected. 101 The Burden of Burns: An Analysis of Public Health Measures

Abstract Introduction Accurate analysis of injuries and illnesses is paramount when allocating resources for education, prevention, recovery, and research. Inconsistencies in public health reports and increased lobbying/marketing by medical nonprofits has obscured the perception of burn injury (BI) leading to inequities in healthcare access and funding of reconstruction and research. A primary example of these developments is the frequently referenced and inaccurate BI statistics. Our study aims to compare national references reporting the incidence of BI and the related sequela in the U.S. Methods The American Burn Association Burn (ABA) Injury Summary Report (BISR), ABA Fact Sheet, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Web-based Injury Statistics Query and Reporting (WISQARS) database, the CDC National Center for Health Statistics’ National Hospital Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NHAMCS), and the commercially available claims databases were queried for 2020 burn admissions and emergency department (ED) visits. Non-U.S. reports, claims, or analyses were excluded from our review. The costs of BI were reported in U.S. dollars where available. Claims analyses were conducted using ICD-10 BI codes coupled with burn DRG for admission, and CPT for surgical intervention from a commercially available database incorporating managed care, Medicare, and Medicaid payors. Results The ABA Fact Sheet reported 486,000 BI annually. The 2021 ABA BISR data represented burn admissions at approximately 100 burn centers (BC) excluding non-BC, ED, and BC not participating in BCQP. CDC’s WISQARS database reported 3,529 burn-related deaths resulting in 45,135 years of potential years of life lost, 287,926 non-fatal BI from fire/flame and contact with 76.1% of patients treated in ED only and total costs of $42.4B. Mechanisms such as scald, chemical, electrical, radiation, and inhalation injury were not included. The CDC NHAMCS reported 359,000 BI presenting to ED (23% increase from CDC WISQARS). Our analysis from claims databases demonstrated over 698,555 BI as the primary code likely underreporting self-pay/uninsured, military facilities, and endowment or community-based hospitals not submitting claims data. Conclusions Our study demonstrates a large variability in the incidence of BI. Given the increased population noted in the U.S. 2020 census, the true number of BI is likely closer to the claims database suggesting a substantial misunderstanding in the burden of burns. We additionally noted no ICD-10 codes to characterize the sequela of BI limiting our assessment of post-acute burn care challenges. Future efforts to improve CDC reporting policies and new ICD-10 codes capturing BI sequela are essential to improve advocacy and understanding of our patients and their healthcare needs. Applicability of Research to Practice This abstract will help clinicians, patients, and investigators better advocate for population health research in burn injury.

The BISR estimated 30,135 burn admissions in 2022. The 2016 ABA Fact Sheet reported 486,000 burns presented to US emergency departments (ED). In 2020, CDC's WISQARS database reported 3,529 fatal, and 287,926 non-fatal, burn injuries. The 2020 NEDS reported 438,185 ED visits while the 2020 NIS estimated 103,235 inpatients. The NHAMCS reported 359,000 ED visits for burn injuries in the same period, and an analysis of ICD-10 burn codes demonstrated over 698,555 claims. Our study demonstrates a large variability in the reported incidence of burn injury by the ABA, CDC, national samples, and claims databases. Per our analyses, we estimate that 600,000 individuals annually suffer a burn injury which merits emergent care in the United States.

Post-Paris agreement negotiations: A commitment to multilateralism despite the lack of funding

This paper identifies which topics of negotiation are providing momentum for climate negotiations after the Paris Agreement and to what extent. To do so, it examines the main requests that developing countries have expressed through different negotiation groups between 2017 and 2023. To measure the progression of climate negotiations, the paper identifies whether those requests have been translated into COP decisions. This is done through discourse analysis contained in numerous daily reports of COPs, summaries, and official decisions. In this research, COP decisions are defined as the expression of collective negotiations in the UNFCCC system, and as decisions with political consequences. The paper identifies advancements on twenty-nine issues in areas like gender, loss and damage, facilitative dialogue, adaptation, and the acceleration of finance flows to small-island developing states. Eighteen issues have been identified as acknowledged in COP decisions, but not fully addressed. These correspond mainly to finance-related items and the commitment to contributing US$100 billion to climate mitigation. Sixteen issues have been identified as ignored in the COP decisions examined. The conclusions suggest that there is agreement on creating new frameworks to allow further discussions on important topics brought to the table by developing states, but there is no real agreement on increasing funding in a significant way. Also, conclusions underline that despite the lack of sufficient funding, commitment to fighting climate change has not declined over time, and states continue to prefer multilateral negotiations to working outside the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change mandate.

Structure of circulatory system diseases and their genetic predictors in athletes with high intensity of training and competitive load

Introduction: Morphofunctional changes of the circulatory system organs detected in athletes may remain without due attention, as clinical (phenotypic) signs of pathological abnormalities are very similar to manifestations of cardiovascular system adaptation to intensive physical loads. The aim of the study is to propose a personalized algorithm for biomedical support of professional athletes with abnormalities and diseases of the circulatory organs based on clinical and genomic data.Materials and methods: The results of in-depth medical examination (2021-2023) of 15,464 athletes who are members of Russian sports teams were analyzed. The structure of circulatory system diseases according to the codes of the International Classification of Diseases, 10th revision (ICD-10), which were included in the summary report of the last examination, was analyzed. Fifty athletes with abnormalities and diseases of the circulatory system organs, experiencing different degrees of intensity of dynamic and static loads in accordance with the Mitchell classification, were selected from the study sample for full genome sequencing and subsequent clinical interpretation of the obtained data.Results: In the study sample the number of people with pathologic conditions of the circulatory system organs amounted to 6 946 people (45 %). Mitchell classification groups had statistically significant differences with respect to the prevalence of 10 diseases of the circulatory system organs. In 50 DNA samples of professional athletes, 5 probably pathogenic variants (10%), 19 variants with uncertain clinical significance (38%), relevant to the phenotype of a monogenic disease with circulatory system organ damage, were detected.Conclusion: Molecular genetic testing is an effective tool for differential diagnostics of pathologic and adaptive changes in the organs of the circulatory system. Carrying causative genes in combination with clinical signs allows to change the tactics of medical and biological support of an athlete according to the proposed algorithm.
