Empowering Housewives in the Environment Training for Making Friendly Liquid Soap in Sumbersari Village

Training on making dishwashing soap for women or housewives in Sumbersari Village, Ngampel District, Kendal Regency, was chosen to be disseminated because soap is one of the main needs for maintaining good hygiene standards in everyday life, even though soap is not included in basic needs group. This training in making dishwashing soap aims to enable people in Sumbersari Village, Ngampel District, Kendal Regency, to make their own dishwashing soap to meet their daily needs, reduce people's expenses for purchasing soap which is quite expensive, and open up business opportunities as a home industry. if mass produced. This activity was carried out using the ABCD method through five stages, including identifying community strengths, asset mapping, community economic analysis, creating relationships and activity priorities, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The result of this training is to provide practical experience and increase public knowledge regarding environmentally friendly soap making. This is proven by the participants' ability to understand the process of making environmentally friendly liquid soap well and the participants' desire to apply the knowledge gained

Penyuluhan dan Sosialisasi Guna Meningkatkan Kesadaran Bahaya NAPZA bagi Remaja Desa Sumbersari

Abuse of Narcotics, Psychotropics and Addictive Substances (Drugs) among the younger generation is a crucial issue that threatens the future of the nation. This abuse has a significant negative impact on the mental and physical development of the younger generation. Therefore, prevention efforts through education, routine counseling and positive activities in the community are very important. The socialization program on the dangers of drugs was carried out at the Sumbersari Village Hall, Ngampel District, Kendal Regency. The targets for this activity are teenagers from Sumbersari Village. This activity is carried out using the ABCD method which includes identifying community strengths, asset mapping, community economic analysis, creating relationships and activity priorities, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results of counseling regarding the abuse of narcotics, psychotropic substances and other addictive substances in Sumbersari village show significant benefits for the younger generation. Participants' responses emphasized the importance of the understanding provided. The suitability of participants' expectations with the reality of the activity can be seen from the appreciation for the presence of food and similarities with socialization at school. Participants' understanding also increased thanks to the material presented in an interesting way. Comfort during activities is an important factor in maintaining participant concentration. However, participant satisfaction was affected by schedule discrepancies.

Analysis of Physical Indicators on The Diversity of Water Microorganisms in The Batang Hari River, Metro

The diversity of aquatic microorganisms was an important component in aquatic ecosystems, because they play a crucial role in biogeochemical cycles and ecological balance. These microorganisms can reflect the condition of the aquatic evirontment and be an indicator of ecosystem health. On the other hand, the physiscal conditions of water such as temperature, pH, and brightness greatly influence the presence and activity of these microorganisms. This research used survey and consecutive sampling methods. Sampling was carried out at two stations, namely in the upstream section located in Sumber Sari village, South Metro Ditrict, Metro City and in the downstream section located in Banjarrejo Village, Batanghari District, East Lampung Regency. The results of research carried out on the Way Batnghari tributary obtained and average temperature value of 29,5ºC in the upstream section and average temperature value of 28,6ºC in the downstream section. In terms of brightness, the upstream section has a better brightness with a value of 25 cm compared to the downstream section which has a lower brightness of 20 cm. The pH value in the downstream section is 6,7 slightly more acidic than the upstream section which has a normal pH level of 7,2. The diversity index of microorganisms in the Way Batanghari Metro tributary obtained a diversity index of 1,24 in the medium category. This value shows that the Way Batanghari tributary is included in the moderatelly polluted category.

PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN PAKCOY (Brassica rapa L.) DENGAN KONSENTRASI DAN INTERVAL WAKTU PEMBERIAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR KOTORAN AYAM

Pak choy is a vegetable that content high nutrition, beneficial for health, and the price is higher compared to other types of mustard greens, so that pak choy cultivation has bright prospects. One effort to get quality pak choy is by providing chicken manure liquid organic fertilizer (LOF). The research was conducted to study: the interaction; concentration of LOF; and time interval for applying LOF that provides the best growth and yield of pak choy. The experiment was conducted from June to August 2021 in Sumber Sari Village, Sebulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The experiment was arranged in a Split Plot Design with six replications. The concentration of LOF as the Main Plot, consisting of four levels, namely control (0), 25, 50, 75 mL L-1; and time interval for applying LOF as Subplots, consisted of every 2 and 4 days. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance, continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test at 5% level. The relationship between plant dry weight and LOF concentration was determined using polynomial orthogonal regression and correlation analysis. The results showed that the interaction and the time interval for applying LOF was not significantly different on all variables; while the efffect of LOF concentration is significantly different on all variables. A concentration of 25 mL POC L-1 is able to meet the nutritional needs of pak choy. The shape and strength of the relationship between dry weight of pak choy and POC concentration is linear and very strong with the regression equation ŷ = 3.263 + 0.0615x; correlation coefficient (r) 0.8344; and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.6963.

Studies on Soil Physical Quality of PT Coal Mine Reclamation Land, Sumber Bara Abadi, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, Indonesia

Evaluation of the physical quality of soil on coal mine reclaimed land is needed to monitor and evaluate reclamation activities aimed at restoring and improving soil quality. The results of the evaluation of the quality of the physical properties of the soil are presented as an index of the physical quality of the soil which can be used as input for taking further soil management actions. This research aims to determine the characteristics of the physical properties of the soil and assess the physical quality of the soil on coal mine reclaimed land as outlined in the soil physical quality index (IKFT). This research was carried out from August to November 2022 on the reclaimed coal mine land of PT. Sumber Bara Abadi, Sumber Sari Village, Sebulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The method used in this research was a survey. Determining the location of soil samples was carried out using a purposive method based on reclaimed land cover, reclamation age, and slope. Data analysis was carried out directly in the field and soil analysis in the soil laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Mulawarman University. The assessment of the IKFT is carried out after the analysis of the physical characteristics of the soil has been determined. The IKFT is measured by following a three-step procedure, namely identification of indicator data sets, interpretation of indicators, and integration of all indicator scores into one overall IKFT value. The research results show that (1) the physical characteristics of the soil are: soil texture varies between clay, clay loam, and sandy clay loam; Soil porosity is classified as poor and good; stability of aggregate is classified as less stable aggregate to very stable; Soil permeability is relatively slow and moderate; bulk density is classified as medium and slightly dense; surface rocks are abundant; the depth of the solum is classified as shallow and medium; and (2) the physical quality of the soil on reclaimed coal mine land is classified as rather low and moderate with limiting factors including a large amount of surface rock, large bulk density, low solum depth, and low aggregate stability.

Pengaruh Buah Kurma Terhadap Durasi Persalinan Kala II Pada Ibu Bersalin

During labor, the mother needs nutrition to produce energy during the labor process, the mother has sufficient energy. Dates are a food source that has energy-producing nutrients because they contain high levels of sugar. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of giving dates on the duration of the second stage of labor in women giving birth at the Friends of Rossy Medika Clinic in 2023. The type of quantitative research is quasy experimental with the research design being non equivalent control group design. The research population was 60 mothers in the second stage of labor. The sample that will be taken is 28 group respondents. The independent variable in this study was consumption of dates, while the dependent variable was the duration of the second stage of labor. The research was carried out at the Rossy Medika Friends Clinic located at Kp. Bojongsari, Sumbersari Village, Pebayuran District, Bekasi Regency, West Java in August 2023 - December 2023. Univariate analysis was used to determine the distribution of respondents' characteristics and the average duration of labor for the control and experimental groups, while bivariate analysis used the independent sample t-test with a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001<0.005. Giving dates to the duration of the second stage of labor to women giving birth at the Rossy Medika Friends Clinic in 2023 the duration is faster than those who do not consume dates. The conclusion is that there is an effect of giving dates on the duration of the second stage of labor in mothers giving birth at the Rossy Friends Clinic in 2023.

ANALYSIS OF ARSENE (As) LEVELS IN FARMERS' WELL WATER IN SUMBER SARI VILLAGE, LOA KULU DISTRICT, KUTAI KARTANEGARA

Well water is one of the important needs in agriculture. Where well water can contain heavy metal arsenic in it. The content of the heavy metal arsenic if consumed continuously can be fatal to health. The purpose of this study was to determine arsenic levels in farmer's well water in Sumber Sari Kulu Village, Kutai Kartanegara. The type of research used is descriptive research. The samples in this study were 10 wells in Sumber Sari Village, Kutai Kartanegara, with a total sample of 500 ml. The sampling technique used is total sampling.
 The variable in this study was the content of the heavy metal arsenic with the data analysis using univariate analysis. Based on the research results, the arsenic levels in samples 1 and 3 were 0.0020 mg/L and 0.0080 mg/L while the other 8 samples did not contain arsenic (0 mg/L). Based on Minister of Health Regulation No. 32 of 2017 well water that meets quality standards is 100%.

Household waste is one of the biggest waste contributors to the environment. We can handle household waste by separating organic and inorganic waste. Kitchen waste is very useful and can be used like vegetable and fruit leftovers or rotting food. This waste will be processed into fertilizer. In addition to meeting the needs of nutrients in plants, by making organic fertilizer we will reduce too much waste. This activity is in collaboration with the surrounding community in Sumbersari Village. The purpose of this community service is to be able to provide information regarding household waste and the processing of organic waste into post fertilizer. This community service was carried out with a workshop on processing organic waste into compost which was attended by 15 participants. This activity begins with the delivery of material, discussion, demonstration of organic waste processing and ends with questions and answers to the workshop participants. Therefore, the community must increase awareness of the importance of carrying out 3R efforts, namely Reuse; Reduce; and Recycling.

Bookkeeping is an important aspect of business progress. In business activities, it is important to have bookkeeping to know business developments so that it can be used as evaluation material. This simple bookkeeping assistance activity was carried out for 2 MSMEs in Sumbersari Village, Moyudan District, Sleman Regency. In running their businesses, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often find it difficult to carry out simple bookkeeping and many even do not do bookkeeping. Business people assume that if their income is sufficient to meet their daily needs, their business is profitable. The aim of the simple bookkeeping assistance provided to 2 business actors is to provide an understanding of the importance of simple bookkeeping and the ability to make simple bookkeeping so that financial bookkeeping is clearer. By having financial bookkeeping in business, business actors can find out profits or losses in the business they are running. In this activity, business actors are explained about the meaning and importance of simple bookkeeping and assistance is provided in making simple bookkeeping.

Produksi Tanaman Cabai Rawit Pada Pola Lanskap Agroforestri Tanaman Karet

The application of agroforestry landscape pattern for rubber plant with cayenne pepper plant has an effect on productivity and land use level compared to monoculture system. This reaserch aims to obtain data on the production of cayenne pepper plants in rubber plants agroforestry system and compare it with monoculture systems. The research was located in Sumber Sari Village, Sebulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency with two planting system treatments (P), it’s monoculture system planting (p1) and rubber plants agroforestry system (p2) with 6 plots as replicates each. The variables measured were the production of cayenne pepper plants until the 5th (fifth) harvest based on the average sample. Data were analyzed using the Independent Sample t-test with a significant level (α) of 5%. Production of cayenne pepper plants in rubber plants agroforestry system reached 2.32 Mg.ha-1 which was greater than monoculture system with a production of 1.46 Mg.ha-1 with F-Count 1.74 and F- Table 7.15. This is due to the growth environmental conditions and photosynthetic efficiency, with a higher daily temperature of 300C in monoculture system, it will slow down of photosynthesis and accelerate respiration rate, whereas the daily temperature in an agroforestry planting system with rubber plants is only 260C, so that the photosynthesis rate is higher than respiration rate, because the optimum temperature for cayenne pepper plants photosynthetic is 21-270C. Cayenne pepper plants in agroforestry landscape pattern for rubber plant were able to produce better yields than monoculture planting systems based on two average similarity test.

DAYA ADAPTASI PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN CABAI RAWIT PADA SISTEM AGROFORESTRI TANAMAN KARET

The growth adaptability of cayenne pepper plant will be greatly influenced by the capacity of growth environment obtained in agroforestry systems or monoculture systems. This research aims to obtain data on the growth adaptability of cayenne pepper plant in rubber plant agroforestry system and compare it with monoculture systems. The research was located in Sumber Sari Village, Sebulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency with two planting system treatments (P), it’s monoculture system planting (p1) and rubber plants agroforestry system (p2) with 6 plots as replicates each. The variables measured were plant height, number of leaves, age of plant started flowering based on the sample average. Data were analyzed using Independent Sample t-test with a significant level (α) of 5%. The results showed that the cayenne pepper plant had a plant height increase of 16.03 cm in the rubber plant agroforestry system and 15.37 cm in the monoculture system with F-Count 3.56 and F-Table 7.15 (Same Variance). The number of leaves of cayenne pepper in the rubber plant agroforestry system was 36 and in monoculture system was 37 with F-Count 29.92 and F-Table 7.15 (Unequal Variance). The age of cayenne pepper started flowering in rubber agroforestry system was 39 day after transplanting and 35 day after transplanting in monoculture system with F-Count 1.11 and F-Table 7.15 (Same Variance). This result indicates that cayenne pepper has good adaptability to the rubber plants shade at the age of ≤ 3 years with a canopy cover of 40-60% in agroforestry systems. The growth adaptability of cayenne pepper plant in rubber agroforestry system went well and was able to adapt the same as the monoculture planting system based on the two average similarity test.

PENGGAGASAN PEMBENTUKAN WADAH KOMUNIKASI PENGURUS MASJID DI DESA SUMBERSARI

The aim of establishing a communication forum for mosque administrators is to increase Islamic ukhuwah, increase the potential and function of mosques, increase the potential and empowerment of Muslims in the economic, social and community sectors, as well as realize local collaboration programs between mosques. The method of implementing service activities will involve a series of strategic steps. The method of implementing community service activities applies the socialization method through Forum Group Discussion (FGD) to mosque administrators. The impact of this success was in the form of the formation of a communication forum for mosque administrators in Sumbersari Village under the name IMAM (Association of Mosques and Mushollas), increased communication between fellow mosque and musholla administrators.

PERAN PEREMPUAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA PEMBUDIDAYA IKAN AIR TAWAR DI KELURAHAN SUMBERSARI KOTA METRO

The purpose of this study was to identify the role of women in freshwater fish farming households. The research was carried out in Sumbersari Village, Metro Selatan District with consideration as a center for freshwater fisheries in Metro City in November-December 2020. Respondents to the study consisted of 20 freshwater fish farming households which were selected using the simple random sampling method. Data were analyzed using qualitative methods and Harvard methods to see the role of women in gender activity profiles (reproductive, productive and social division of labor), access to resources and benefits and control over resources and benefits based on gender. The role of women in aquatic fish farming households is dominated by reproductive activities (domestik work). Activities whose division of labor is dominated by men include: 1) Productive division of labor, 2) Social division of labor, 3) Access to resources, and 4) Control over resources. Equality in the division of labor based on gender has occurred in access to benefits and control over benefits activities. In general, the division of labor in the air-tawae fish farming household is not equal between men and women. Women dominate in the division of labor in the domestik sector and men dominate in the productive, social, and access to family resources sectors.

Religious Pluralism and Harmony among Buddhist - Muslim Communities Living in East Lampung, Indonesia

Village communities are usually homogeneous, so the presence of other groups often leads to rejection. In addition, the nature of the majority-minority relationship within the prevailing religious and ethnic background has the potential to cause conflict. However, the people of Sumber Sari village, East Lampung have successfully eluded such a conflict. This paper strives to show the interaction between religious communities that are positively intertwined. It uses a case study approach with a purposive sample. The unit of analysis remains the community of Sumber Sari village, East Lampung, consisting of Buddhists, Muslims, religious leaders, and community leaders. The archives of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Lampung Regency are also a source of secondary data in this study. Objectively, harmony in Buddhist and Muslim societies occurs in three forms. Firstly, internal harmony exists in the Buddhist society between assemblies, manifested in joint worship. Secondly, the harmony between the Buddhists and the Muslims is manifested in tahlilan/syukuran, kenduren suroan, and other activities. Thirdly, the relationship with the government can be maintained properly because of the belief that development can work if there is harmony in the community. This study also has certain limitations since it involves only two of the six official religions in Indonesia, namely Islam, Protestantism, Catholicism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. However, a picture of harmony between the two religions is depicted in this study.

Pemberdayaan Perempuan dalam Realisasi Edukasi Pasar Agro di Kecamatan Mijen

Sumbersari Village, Wonolopo Subdistrict, Mijen District is a unique village with a cool climate that has a social, economic status with the second high prevalence of stunting in the city of Semarang with a percentage (13.75%) and Natural Resources which have great potential to improve the quality of life by creating an environment that better in economic life. The importance of this village empowerment effort is to support government programs that are included in the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. This community service program seeks to ensure food security and better nutrition to support inclusive, sustainable and productive economic growth to create good jobs for the community. The Independent Real Work Lecture Program at Wahid Hasyim University is one of the implementations of healthy food and supports sustainable agricultural programs in villages, partnering with the community, by using a system of empowering women through Women Farmer Groups by using existing natural resources in the form of product management and marketing cultivation for the tourism development process in Sumbersari Village from available land. Now, Sumbersari Village, which is in the Wonolopo region, has taken the initiative to produce vegetables and ornamental plants through the modern agricultural market. With the synergy of the Independent Real Work Lecture at Wahid Hasyim University, with the empowerment of women from the Women Farmers Group, residents of Sumbersari Village, Wonolopo Sub-District are motivated to build and develop motivation and creativity to build villages to end stunting and create prosperity for village communities.

Merantau is an activity outside the territorial area to get a better life and with different goals for each individual who migrates. Social capital itself is a capital that cannot be seen but can be used to develop the lives of individuals or groups that are created from mutual trust in each other which then creates a very strong network so that values are born in the midst of the community which aims to achieve goals. together. This study uses a type of qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of social capital in Wonogiri chicken noodle and meatball traders in Sumbersari Village, Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. The results of this study explain that (1) trust in each individual can be born from friendliness that comes from one individual to another individual which after that carries out a reciprocal process. (2) Maintaining trust greatly affects the quality and cohesiveness of the network. (3) Family ties can be a very useful social capital in overseas countries.
 

Morphological Characteristic of Adult Armigeres subalbatus from Sumbersari Jember

Armigeres subalbatus is a type of mosquito that is widely distributed in the world, including Jember Regency, Indonesia. The larval natural habitat is mainly found in trees that can hold water, adult mosquitoes can be found indoors or outdoors. In the field of health, Ar. subalbatus acts as a vector for filariasis, Japanese Encephalitis (JE) and zika. This study aims to identify the morphological characteristics of the Ar. subalbatus from Sumbersari Village, Jember Regency. Although in Indonesia there is no significant evidence of the role of Ar. subalbatus in the health sector, it is important to detect the morphological features of Ar. subalbatus to be able to detect mosquitoes properly. Knowing the exact type of mosquito can provide consideration for appropriate mosquito control methods. The method used is through the installation of ovitrap in November 2022. The ovitrap media is in the form of tap water, the ovitrap is left for 8 days. Ar. mosquitoes were found in the larval stage of the ovitrap. The larvae were brought to the Jember University Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Zoology Laboratory for hatching and data collection on the morphological characteristics of mosquitoes. The results of this study include the morphological characteristics used for the identification of Ar. subalbatus which includes the shape of the proboscis, flagelomeres on the palps, color of the scutum, border of the scutum, size of the antepronotum, bands on the pleura, prespiracular and postspiracular areas, edges of the mesepimeron, abdomen (tergum, sterna), apex of the femur, venation of the wings, alula and upper calypter of the wings.

PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH ORGANIK MENJADI PUPUK KOMPOS DI DESA SUMBERSARI

Garbage is something that is useless and unwanted. Garbage that is not managed properly can cause environmental and health problems. One way to overcome the negative impact of waste is to process community-based waste. Household organic waste needs to be addressed with waste management using simple methods, one of which is composting. The purpose of this service is to increase community knowledge and skills to manage household organic waste into compost. Community service activities were carried out in Hamlet III, Sumbersari Village, Pebayuran District, Bekasi Regency. The composting process was carried out in a 15L composter using EM-4 bioactivator. The results of this service are increasing public understanding of the procedures for making organic compost from household organic waste and increasing public awareness in waste management.

PKM Tiwir Farmer Group, Sumbersari Village to Increase Income by Cultivating Temulawak and White Turmeric and Their Processing Methods

Most of the welfare of the people of Tiwir Hamlet, Sumbersari Sub-district is still below standard. Based on the survey results, the service team found that the Sumbersari Sub-district area, especially the Tiwir Hamlet, has many wild (not yet properly cultivated) plants growing rhizomes. Rhizome plants such as temulawak and temu mangga have not been optimally processed even though there are many vacant lands and small industries processing instant powder. This service aims to train and practice how to process temulawak and temu mangga into processed products as well as provide entrepreneurship and marketing training so that businesses can develop. This dedication partner is the Tiwir Farmers Group. Counseling and training activities were held on August 27 and September 3, 2022. The community became aware of the processing of instant powder of temulawak and temu mangga starting from cultivation, processing to marketing.
