Analysis and Design of a Web Based Fixed Asset Processing System in PT. Suka Maju

Suka Maju is the whereabouts of fixed assets that are unknown, whether they are still in the warehouse or have been moved to another outlet/center. This is because sometimes the company opens a new branch or the head of the outlet needs fixed assets, then HR/GA moves the fixed assets from the warehouse to the outlet. Without communicating/reporting with central management so that central management does not know the position of the fixed assets. This results in central management not knowing the position of these assets and fixed asset reports not being in accordance with actual conditions. The main objective of this research is to design and develop a system that can manage company fixed assets effectively and efficiently by utilizing web technology. This system is expected to be able to increase accuracy and speed in the process of recording, tracking and managing fixed assets at PT Suka Maju. The research methodology used includes the needs analysis, system design, development and testing stages. At the needs analysis stage, interviews and observations were conducted to identify the needs and problems faced in managing fixed assets in the company. The results of this analysis become the basis for system design which includes database design, user interface, and system functionality. The research results show that this web-based fixed asset management system is able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of asset management at PT Suka Maju. System users report improvements in the speed of access to information, accuracy of asset data, and ease of reporting and auditing assets. Thus, it is hoped that this system can be the right solution for PT Suka Maju in managing their fixed assets better

Analysis of Sources and Diversification of Farmers' Household Income Around PT Jembayan Muara Bara, Tenggarong Seberang Sub-district, Indonesia

Most farming households depend entirely on sources of income from the agricultural sector, especially on-farm farming, this has the potential for quite a high risk of crop failure which results in a decrease in household income. Diversification of sources of income is aimed at creating wider employment opportunities, improving the economy in the agricultural and rural sectors, as well as developing services and service activities through linkages between agriculture and rural and non-agricultural sectors. The problem in realizing food security today is that the population continues to increase but rice production tends to decrease, thus affecting farmers' income in spending to meet basic needs, namely food. This study was conducted to find out the sources of income earned and the proportion of food expenditure of farmer households around PT Jembayan Muara Bara in Tenggarong Seberang subdistrict., Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research was conducted in Mulawarman, Buana Jaya, Suka Maju, and Bukit Pariaman Villages, Tenggarong Seberang subdistrict. It rans from July 2023 to March 2024. Site selection is done by Purposive Sampling. Sampling using the method (Non Proportional Random Sampling) The number of samples is equalized in each village taking 25 families per village so that the total number of samples is 100 families. The types of data collected are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques with observation, and interviews. The results showed that sources of income in the study area, apart from farming activities, namely by working as mining employees, traders, builders, stone diggers, masseurs, farm workers, RT heads, Honorary, and civil servants; The average total family income per month ranges from IDR 2,500,000.00 to IDR 8,800,000.00. The average per capita income per month ranges from IDR 910,152.00 to IDR 1,362,339.00, while the distribution of income per sample capita per month is between IDR 416,667.00 to IDR 2,500,000.00; and the proportion of food expenditure by farmer households ranges from 50.72% - 54.51%, while the proportion of non-food expenditure by farmer households ranges from 45.45 - 49.25%.

Pemberdayaan Kader Remaja dan Remaja untuk Cegah Stunting dengan Gizi 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan di Desa Suka Maju Kec. Mestong Kab. Muaro Jambi Tahun 2023

Stunting instances persist in Suka Maju village, and there is a lack of a health disclosure program emphasizing the significance of 1000 HPK nutrition to avoid stunting. Additionally, there is a lack of projects to empower skilled young cadres. Teenagers have a crucial role in preventing stunting by being potential parents and catalysts for change, possessing extensive information about nutrition, and adopting healthy eating habits in their teenage years. This project aims to augment the involvement of young leaders and young individuals in understanding the significance of the initial 1000 days of life, with the aim of mitigating stunting in the hamlet of Suka Maju Kec. Mestong Kab. Muaro Jambi by the year 2023. The activity commenced with a survey of the location and an assessment of the needs of the partner areas, specifically the two villages and the surrounding regions. This was followed by the training of a group of six teenagers and 20 young adults. During the training, participants learned about the importance of using anthropometric methods to measure nutritional status, how to categorize nutritional status, how to properly use anthropometric tools, better health promotion strategies for teens about balanced nutrition, how to keep teens from having nutritional problems, and the role of teen leaders in stopping stunting. The training utilized effective instructional methods and empowered the cadres to plan and execute health promotion initiatives focused on preventing stunting and improving nutrition

EVALUASI KESESUAIAN LAHAN UNTUK TANAMAN PADI SAWAH DI KAMPUNG SUKA MAJU DISTRIK MALIND KABUPATEN MERAUKE

The level of land suitability for lowland rice can be determined by conducting a land suitability evaluation. Information related to land suitability classes can be used as a reference in taking appropriate action in managing rice fields so that production targets can be achieved. The aim of this research is to determine the actual land suitability class for lowland rice crops in Suka Maju Village, Malind District, Merauke Regency. This research used a survey method and soil sampling was carried out on two types of land, namely paddy fields and grasslands. Data collection was carried out by direct observation, laboratory analysis and data analysis. The data analysis technique to determine the subclass of land suitability is to match the growing requirements for lowland rice plants with the quality and characteristics of the land according to the Technical Guidelines for Land Evaluation for Agricultural Commodities, 2011 Revised Edition. The results of the research show that the land suitability class for lowland rice plants is on both types of land. (rice fields and grasslands) are classified as marginal suitability class (S3) with the limiting factors being rooting media (rc), nutrient retention (nr) and available nutrients (na). Basically, the limiting factors in this research can be improved by liming, fertilizing and adding organic materials.

Implementation of Environmental Cleanliness Program through the Role of the Community in Pematang Siantar City

Pematang Siantar, as a transit city to Parapat Tourist Destination, plays a crucial role in waste management efforts. The city government has successfully implemented cleanliness programs, as evidenced by the Adipura award received by Pematang Siantar. This research was conducted in the city, with purposive sampling selecting three neighborhoods: Suka Maju, Dwikora, and Suka Dame. Descriptive analysis was used with a sample size of approximately 10-35% of the population, and the Spearman rank correlation test was employed to determine the relationship between the community's role in the Environmental Cleanliness program. The aim is to compare the implementation of environmental cleanliness programs through community participation in these three locations. Factors such as Idealized policy, Target groups, Implementing organization, and Environmental factors, as well as community characteristics such as age, income, number of family members, and length of residence, will be evaluated in relation to the level of community involvement. The research results are expected to provide insights for local governments and communities to actively participate in the Environmental Cleanliness program in Pematang Siantar. With a focus on three out of six districts, namely Siantar Barat, Siantar Utara, and Siantar Marihat, this study highlights the importance of community education, income, and trust levels in the context of community roles. Suka Maju, with higher education and income levels, demonstrates a greater role compared to Suka Dame and Dwikora. An effective waste disposal system, involving monitored waste collection, is considered crucial for maintaining environmental quality and extending landfill usage.

Income Ratio of Lokan Search Fishermen (Geloina erosa) Families in the Village of Suka Maju, Air Periukan District, Seluma District

The maritime and fisheries sector is one of the economic sectors that has a role in national economic development, especially in providing protein, earning foreign exchange and providing employment opportunities. The aim of this research is to determine the contribution to household income and to determine the contribution of local people to household income in Suka Maju Village, Air Periukan District, Seluma Regency. The methods in this research include primary data and secondary data. The research results show that the income of local fishermen in the Air Priukan District is quite high. Income for each person varies according to the number of lokans sold and the selling price of lokans. Lokan fishermen are people who get lokan from the sea. Their income level is more focused on how much they sell and how many days they sell. To get lots of lokans, you only need the skills to dive, swim and have the strength to breathe for a long time, so that loch seekers can easily reach the ground mixed with rocks, so that the river shells hide behind rocks and sand mixed with clay. The household income of Lokan Fishermen in Sukamaju Village, Air Priukan District, Seluma Regency is IDR 2,222,920 per year, consisting of the income of Lokan Fishermen of IDR. 1,137,904.99, meanwhile the income contribution of Lokan Fishermen is 53.64% of household income.

Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Menggunakan Model Discovery Learning Berbantuan Media Audio Visual pada Pendidikan Agama Katolik di kelas IV SDN 08 Semidang

In Dusun Semidang, Desa Suka Maju, Kecamatan Sungai Betung, Kabupaten Bengkayang, West Kalimantan Province, education faces significant challenges. The majority of the population, engaged in farming and gardening, has a low level of education, especially after completing elementary school. The low educational attainment of parents can influence their understanding of the importance of education for their children. This research focuses on Catholic Religious Education at SDN 08 Semidang, with the aim of shaping students into individuals of faith. Students have low interest in learning, lack access to textbooks, and receive inadequate family support. In the fourth grade of SDN 08 Semidang, the Discovery Learning method with the assistance of audio-visual media is applied to address these issues.This study uses two action cycles based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection phases. In the first cycle, student learning outcomes did not meet the target, but student reflection questionnaires indicated improvement. In the second cycle, the results were better, with student attitudes reaching 83% of the 80% target. Therefore, the second cycle is considered sufficient and concluded.The results show that the discovery learning model with audio-visual media is effective in improving the learning outcomes of Catholic Religious Education and Character Education in the fourth grade at SDN 08 Semidang. Several recommendations are proposed for further development, including designing more contextual learning materials, providing teacher training, continuous evaluation, active parental participation, and further research to assess the long-term impact of this learning model..

Peningkatan Budaya Literasi Dan Pemanfaatan Perkembangan Teknologi Dalam Berbagai Aspek Kehidupan

The problem that is rife today is the lack of interest in reading in children. Indonesia's literacy index in the world according to the 2018 PISA survey Indonesia is at number 74 out of 79 or six ranks from the bottom. This is very concerning for the Indonesian state. The University of Riau real work group in Suka Maju Village did the service there, based on the fact that there was a lack of literacy in school children which made them less interested in reading and slow in understanding, this happened due to the lack of support for environmental factors there. Based on this incident, the real work college group created a work program that could increase the literacy of school children. To increase village potential, efforts are made through social media accounts as appropriate technology. The activities carried out start from preparation by planning the activities to be carried out. Lessons are held 3 days a week and as a result they become more interested in studying and reading to explore the material that has been taught.

Processing coconut husk waste to gain profit in Tanjung Pura Subdistrict, Langkat Regency, North Sumatera Province

Processing coconut husk waste not only gives added value and profit but is also beneficial for the environment and food security since coconut is another source of vegetable oil besides palm oil. This study aimed to analyse the added value, revenue, and income from the processing industries of coconut husk into Cocopeat (coir powder) and Cocobristle (coir fibre) in Tanjung Pura Subdistrict, Langkat Regency, North Sumatera Province. The research locations were purposively chosen in Suka Maju Village and Pantai Cermin Village since there are many coconut husk processing industries in these villages. Data were analysed using Hayami’s Method and income analysis. The results showed that, for Cocopeat products, the added value of the majority of respondents was high. For Cocobristle products, the added value of all respondents was high. The average total revenue was IDR 124,725.31 per Quintal of raw material. The average total overall income was IDR 94,073.00 per Quintal of raw material. The income gained from the processing industries of coconut husk into Cocopeat and Cocobristle was profitable. Therefore, processing and developing coconut husk waste into products with higher economic value and more beneficial to the environment and sustainability is highly recommended.

Implementasi Math Clinic Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Matematis Siswa Dengan System Pembelajaran Hibryd

The sudden appearance of Covid-19, which has disrupted the stability of almost all lines of life on earth, has now begun to subside. The learning and teaching process in schools has also entered the new normal, even face-to-face learning has been 100% enforced. However, the war between Russia and Ukraine which is still going on today has had a negative impact on the global economy. Globally, the war in Ukraine is a "disaster" for the world that will reduce global economic growth. The government has also increased the price of fuel oil (BBM) in our country. This of course will have an impact on rising prices of goods, including the price of basic necessities. The impact of the increase in the prices of these necessities will make it difficult for the people's economy, especially the middle to lower economic community. The people who live in Rorinata Housing Phase X, Hamlet IV, Suka Maju Village, Kec. Sunggal Deli Serdang Regency is a community with a middle to lower economy. This of course will indirectly affect the ability of parents of students who live in the housing to pay for additional learning for their children. Or in other words, students' parents will find it difficult to pay for additional tutoring for their children. One way to overcome this problem is through the Mathematics Clinic (Math Clinic Program). The application of the Math Clinic with the Hybrid Learning System has been able to help and improve the mathematical abilities of students who live in Phase X Rorinata Housing, Hamlet IV, Suka Maju Village, Kec. Sunggal Deli Serdang Regency.

Pengaruh Senam Ergonomik Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah Di Desa Setia Suka Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara 2023

This study aims to evaluate the impact of ergonomic exercises on blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the village of Setia Suka Maju Sirihit – Rihit. The research employed a One Group Pre-test – Post method using purposive sampling, with 10 respondents selected from a population of 50 who met the criteria. Data were collected using an ordinal scale and observational instruments. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test using SPSS indicated significance < 0.05 (p=0.00), signifying the influence of ergonomic exercises on lowering blood pressure. The conclusion of this study asserts the effectiveness of ergonomic exercises in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients in Setia Suka Maju Sirihit – Rihit Village, Pahae Jae Subdistrict, North Tapanuli Regency in 2023.

The Tradition of the Twins Mayang in Javanese Tribe Community Wedding in Sukamaju Village, Banggai District in the Perspective of Islamic Law

The twin mayang tradition is still being maintained and believed to be a way to bring goodness to the bride and groom and their families who carry out the wedding ceremony. The purpose of this research is to find out the form, process, value and philosophical meaning of the twin manyang tradition at Javanese weddings in the village of Suka Maju and its review in Islamic law. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a cultural anthropological approach. This approach explains that a religion is not studied or researched by itself but is examined by linking it with other aspects. So that this research is not only to be able to know the law and its implementation but also to be able to understand the value and philosophical meaning in it so that it can benefit people's lives. Data was collected through observation and structured interviews and some supporting data in the form of files and other documents. The results of this study indicate that the twin mayang tradition in Javanese weddings is a tradition in which there are values, functions and benefits for the wedding couple. Twin mayang has a philosophical meaning and good messages and advice in running a household life, so that these values become the basis for continuing to preserve this tradition. In a review of Islamic law, the twin mayang tradition has Islamic values and principles. Islamic principles include the principles of monotheism, freedom, justice, mutual help and expediency. So thus the twin mayang tradition is a tradition that contains Islamic principles and is permissible as long as it does not conflict with Islamic law.

Study of Interest of Farmer Group Like Forward in The Use of Trichoderma Asperellum in Rice Cultivation in Bomba Village, Sigi District

The intensive and excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides can have various impacts on soil fertility, farmers' health, and impacts on the environment. One alternative to minimize this impact is by using microorganisms, namely the fungus Trichoderma asperellum. This study aims to find out how interested or interested members of the Suka Maju Farmer Group in Bomba Village, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi, are in applying Trichoderma asperellum to rice cultivation land. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with primary data collection including observation, direct interviews, and semi-structured questionnaires that have been prepared, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies or source tracing related to research issues. Respondents in this study were all members of the Suka Maju Farmer Group, totaling 25 people. Data analysis used descriptive analysis using Microsoft Excel 2013 software. The observational variables of this study were the internal and external factors of the respondents, the level of interest of the respondents based on indicators of disinterest, lack of interest, interest, and very interest as well as the distribution of interest indicators (satisfaction, willingness, spirit, skill) with the use of T. asperellum. The results obtained were that members of the Suka Maju Farmer Group in Bomba Village had an interest of ≥ 70% in the use of T. asperellum in rice cultivation. To attract farmers' interest, counseling strategies, training, and continuous assistance from agricultural extension workers are needed, information delivery using effective and optimal media and supported by effective communication between extension farmers and related parties.

Pembelajaran Agama Islam pada Sekolah Dasar Suka Maju Kota Subulussalam (Strategi Pembentukan Akhlakul Karimah)

The aims of this study were: (1) to find out the role of the teacher in learning the Islamic religion in SD Suka Maju, Subulussalam City. (2) To find out the learning strategy applied in SD Suka Maju, Subulussalam City (3) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the akhlakul karimah strategy at SD Suka Maju, Subulussalam City. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documents. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and conclusions or verification. The research location is at SD Suka Maju, Subulussalam City. The results of this study are as follows: 1). The role of the teacher in learning Islamic religion, namely: The teacher carries out his duties as an educator, educates, directs, sets an example or is exemplary, gives advice, reprimands, guides, and gives motivation. And the teacher guides the learning process well and effectively to achieve learning goals. 2). The learning strategies used in Islamic religious education at SD Suka Maju Kota Subulussalam are expository, inquiry learning strategies, problem-based learning strategies, and contextual learning strategies. 3). There are several supporting factors in the formation of Akhlakul Karimah at SD Suka Maju, including Student enthusiasm in the learning process of forming Akhlakul Karimah, Religious activities at school become routines that are carried out at school such as reading Surat Yasin every Friday, Rules that support the realization of the essence of the formation of Akhlakul karimah for SD Suka Maju students, qualified and disciplined teachers, a conducive extracurricular school environment that helps in the formation of Akhlakul karimah for students, and the support and active role of parents and guardians While the inhibiting factors in the formation of Akhlakul Karimah in SD Suka Maju include: different backgrounds of students, lack of interest and enthusiasm of students in learning religion, awareness of less disciplined students, and influence of the environment outside the school.

DEVELOP EARLY LITERACY SKILLS THROUGH COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODELS, MONTESSORI GAME METHODS AND SANDPAPER LETTERS MEDIA

This research was motivated by the low results of children's language development in the aspect of early literacy in recognizing and imitating (writing by mentioning) letters that are still not developed. The purpose ofthis study is teacher activity, child activity, and child development results in showing children's activities in recognizing and imitating (writing by mentioning) letters. This research approach uses a qualitative approach, the type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in 2 cycles. This researchwasconducted at Suka Maju Kindergarten, Lunjuk HST Village for the 2021/2022 school year in group A, which amounted to 12 children consisting of 4 boys and 8 girls. Datacollection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, performances, and evaluation through LKPD. The results showed that teacher activity obtained very good categories, children's activities obtained very active categories, the results of the development of aspec early literacy aspects obtained categories developed as expected (BSH) and developed very well (BSB). The conclusion of this study is the use of cooperative learning models, Montessori game methods and sandpaper letters media in developing aspects of early literacy (recognizing and imitating) in group A children of Suka Maju Kindergarten Lunjuk HST Village.

Peranan Remaja Masjid dalam Penguatan Aqidah Remaja di Daerah Kelurahan Sukamaju

Teenagers as the nation's next generation are the only hope of the nation where if the teenager is a strong believer then he can solve the various problems he faces. Adolescents who are physically and mentally strong in dealing with various kinds of life's problems, will be people who are always useful for religion, homeland and nation. Society as a place for youth is well formed, one of which is through organizations in the community, namely mosque youth. This research uses qualitative research with observation, interview and documentation research techniques to obtain the resulting data. This research was carried out at the Ar Rahman Mosque Youth, Suka Maju Village. The results showed that 1) The role of mosque youth in strengthening adolescent aqidah in the Sukamaju area was in the low category. The lack of roles and participation carried out by the youth members of the mosque in carrying out activities in the youth of the mosque causes no motivation to be generated for the youth of the region like to progress. 2) The aqeedah in the youth association of mosques in this advanced area is still low based on the research conducted. In the last two years, the situation has decreased, slowly the number of members collected is starting to decrease, teenagers are starting to be lazy to carry out the practices that they have been able to do at the mosque, such as praying in congregation, reading the Koran at sunset, conducting regular recitations, filling out materials and lectures.

 There are several important things in Islamic teachings that must be done as soon as possible, including taking care of the corpse, serving food when guests arrive, marrying off a girl whose soul mate has arrived, paying off debts when they are due and repenting when committing small or major sins. The law of taking care of the corpse is fard kifayah. The management of the corpse must be expedited as quickly as possible. This is necessary because goodness is good for the corpse itself. In Suka Maju village, Pahae Jae sub-district, there are frequent delays in processing the bodies. In connection with this, the researcher analyzed the causes of delays in the management of corpses in Suka Maju Village and solved the problem so that there were no more delays in the management of corpses.

MEANING CONSTRUCTION OF STUNTING IN PREGNANT AND BREASTFEEDING WOMEN IN SUKA MAJU VILLAGE TANJUNG TIRAM BATU BARA

Stunting is a problem in child growth that is caused by malnutrition over a long period of time. Malnutrition can begin when the child is still in the womb. Stunting can cause a child's body to become stunted or short, the child's intelligence is low, so that the child is susceptible to disease. The stunting prevalence rate in Indonesia was 27.67% in 2019, with a percentage of 30.38% coming from North Sumatra. The causes of stunting are a lack of nutritional support and the presence of infectious diseases in children. In addition, knowledge of nutrition and knowledge of stunting also has an indirect impact on stunting. The phenomenon seen in Suka Maju Village, Tanjung Tiram District is that pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers do not know stunting well, some of them have never even heard of the term stunting, and some others know that stunting is a malnourished child but do not understand what causes it and the impact of children suffering from stunting. With this knowledge, there are no preventive activities carried out by pregnant women and nursing mothers in Suka Maju Village, including the parenting style they apply. Parenting practices that do not support stunting prevention are pregnant women who do not consume highly nutritious foods, provide complementary foods that are not varied, and do not cultivate exclusive breastfeeding.

Strategi Pengembangan Produksi Karak Kaliang 88 (Studi Kasus pada Usaha Rumah Tangga Suka Maju di Banda Balantai Kecamatan Tanjung Harapan Kota Solok)

The research aims to find out the strategies that must be carried out by the Karak Kaliang 88 Suka Maju household industry in running its business. The data analysis method used is quantitative and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the Karak Kaliang 88 Suka Maju household business, Tanjung Harapan District, Solok City, receipt of Rp. 906,750,000/year are obtained, revenues are Rp. 606,360,326/year, and profits are Rp. 602,065,730/year with a B/C Ratio of 2.00/year. Based on the SWOT analysis, it shows that the strategy used is S-O, namely using well-known brands and products that continuously develop the market. In addition, product quality improvement is also carried out.
