Mobile Platform for Building Applications at the Integrated Services Office Medan City

The advancement of computer technology has developed rapidly and has been applied in various aspects of life. At that time, computers were considered one of the most efficient tools in supporting technological development. At the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (OI-OIS) in Medan City, the process of applying for Building Permits (BP) was still conducted manually and had not been computerized, resulting in slow and inefficient licensing processes. Applicants were required to fill out forms manually and deliver physical documents to the village and sub-district offices, which extended processing times. Furthermore, application reports were often piled up, hindering prompt and accurate handling. The lack of efficiency in managing applicant data further exacerbated the situation and slowed down the completion of applications. Therefore, an integrated digital system was needed to expedite and facilitate the submission and management of IMB applications. This research aimed to develop an Android-based Information System for Building Permit Applications at DPMPTSP in Medan City using the R&D (Research and Development) method. It was hoped that this application would make it easier for staff to manage IMB application data. The research results indicated that the development of the Android-based Information System for Building Permit Applications successfully addressed the issues encountered in the previously manual IMB application process. This application expedited and simplified the filling out and submission of applications, eliminating the need for applicants to deliver physical documents. Additionally, the management of applicant data became more efficient and computerized, reducing the backlog of reports and speeding up the verification process.

Loan Eligibility Prediction Using Machine Learning

Technology has made many improvements, and the banking industry is no exception. Submission of loan applications by people are so many every day, making it more difficult for bank to approve loan. To choose an applicant for loan approval, Banks must consider other bank policies also. Based on a few factors, the bank must choose the proposal that has the best probability of getting granted. It would be time-consuming and unsafe to individually check each applicant before recommending them for loan approval. Based on the prior performance of the person to whom the loan amount was previously accredited, we utilize a machine learning technique in this study to forecast the person who is trustworthy for a loan. This will check the whether the applicant is eligible for the loan or not based upon the any previous loan or running loans whether the applicant is paying back the loan within the deadline or not and it will check many other factors to shortlist the applicant is genuinely eligible for loan or not.

A Review on Pharmaceutical Regulatory Authority of India, USA, UK, Australia

Medicines play an important role in saving lives, maintaining health, preventing disease, curbing epidemics and promoting national economic development. This is why people, governments, the pharmaceutical industry and research institutes pay for drugs. However, to do this, the drugs must be safe, effective and of high quality. This means that the development, production, import, export and distribution of drugs are regulated to ensure that they meet prescribed standards. To effectively regulate medicines, the government has established strong National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) to ensure that medicines are effectively regulated to protect and promote public health. Pharmaceutical regulations around the world play an important role in ensuring the safety, quality and efficacy of medicines. Medicines regulatory agencies are responsible for enforcing regulations and issuing guidelines for the development, licensing, registration, manufacture, labelling, storage, marketing, distribution, pricing of drugs, drug importation and post marketing studies. While seeking international markets, the pharmaceutical industry must comply with the pharmaceutical regulations of other countries with different regulatory requirements. A single regulatory approach for marketing authorization (MA) applications for medicines in different countries is difficult. Therefore, the Common Technical Document (CTD) was developed to provide a common format for the electronic submission of drug registration applications.

PSLBI-4 Influence of gender on animal science research funding from the National Institute of Food and Agriculture

Abstract According to the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, females and males in science disciplines obtain bachelor’s degrees at or near parity, yet females are not equally represented in academic faculty positions. This is true for agricultural fields including the animal sciences. The USDA’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) administers the Agriculture and Food Research Initiative (AFRI), a flagship competitive grants program that funds research, education, and extension efforts with a total appropriation of $445 million in 2024. Our objective was to determine the difference between genders for submission rates (i.e., number of standard and seed grant applications submitted), peer reviewers of grant applications, and success rates (i.e., number of grant awards/number of applications submitted) in the main animal related AFRI program area priorities. All applications submitted to AFRI programs in animal genomics, reproduction, health, nutrition and growth, and welfare during yr 2013-2022 were evaluated. Gender was assigned to Project Directors (PD) and peer reviewers using first names as input into Gender API software (Gender-API.com; Passau, Germany) with ≥ 95% accuracy and ≥ 20 database occurrences used as quality filters and binary outcomes only (i.e., male or female). Effect of gender on submission rates, peer review panel compositions, and success rates were then analyzed using Pearson’s Chi-squared tests with P ≤ 0.05 considered significant. Results: A total of 3,757 applications were submitted, of which 2,761 (73%) PD genders were assigned and analyzed further. Overall, the proportional submission rate for females was 28% and for males was 72%. Submission rates for females increased (P = 0.0614) over time ranging from 22% in 2013 to 33% in 2021. Submission rates differed by gender across programs (P < 0.0001) and ranged from 23% female in animal reproduction to 48% female in animal welfare. Across 48 panels, 41% of panelists were female; no differences were identified for the proportion of female panelists over time (P = 0.9509) or by program (P = 0.9298). Overall, the funding success rate for females was 23% and for males was 22%. Success rates did not differ between genders over time (P = 0.9080) or by program (P = 0.9094). Females submitted less than one-half as many applications as did males, but the proportion of submissions by females increased over time. This trend remained consistent despite challenges of relocation of NIFA and COVID-19 during this time. Overall, the proportion of NIFA panelists who were female exceeded the proportion of applications submitted by females. Funding success rates did not differ by gender and increased for both genders over time. These results indicate that although differences in gender existed for application submission rate and panel composition, these differences did not impact funding success rate of applications in animal science programs at NIFA, which did not differ between genders.

Branched-chain amino acid transaminase 1 confers EGFR-TKI resistance through epigenetic glycolytic activation

Third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), exemplified by osimertinib, have demonstrated promising clinical efficacy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Our previous work has identified ASK120067 as a novel third-generation EGFR TKI with remarkable antitumor effects that has undergone New Drug Application (NDA) submission in China. Despite substantial progress, acquired resistance to EGFR-TKIs remains a significant challenge, impeding the long-term effectiveness of therapeutic approaches. In this study, we conducted a comprehensive investigation utilizing high-throughput proteomics analysis on established TKI-resistant tumor models, and found a notable upregulation of branched-chain amino acid transaminase 1 (BCAT1) expression in both osimertinib- and ASK120067-resistant tumors compared with the parental TKI-sensitive NSCLC tumors. Genetic depletion or pharmacological inhibition of BCAT1 impaired the growth of resistant cells and partially re-sensitized tumor cells to EGFR TKIs. Mechanistically, upregulated BCAT1 in resistant cells reprogrammed branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) metabolism and promoted alpha ketoglutarate (α-KG)-dependent demethylation of lysine 27 on histone H3 (H3K27) and subsequent transcriptional derepression of glycolysis-related genes, thereby enhancing glycolysis and promoting tumor progression. Moreover, we identified WQQ-345 as a novel BCAT1 inhibitor exhibiting antitumor activity both in vitro and in vivo against TKI-resistant lung cancer with high BCAT1 expression. In summary, our study highlighted the crucial role of BCAT1 in mediating resistance to third-generation EGFR-TKIs through epigenetic activation of glycolysis in NSCLC, thereby supporting BCAT1 as a promising therapeutic target for the treatment of TKI-resistant NSCLC.

A controlled vocabulary and taxonomy for the submission of quality attributes for therapeutic proteins

Structured product quality data offer tremendous promise to revolutionize the submission of drug applications. However, the quality attributes for biological products do not have a systematic naming taxonomy, and consequently this limit poses a critical challenge in the development of systems for structured regulatory submissions. Here, we describe the creation of a controlled vocabulary with a structured taxonomical naming approach for quality attributes of therapeutic proteins. Additionally, we endeavor to make the case for why such systematic harmonized naming is required to support the successful implementation of structured data systems. We also describe the key principles of our structured naming approach, including a top-down view of the product and protein structure and a distinction between a quality attribute and the test to evaluate the attribute. Finally, we describe how this approach can accommodate emerging product types, advanced manufacturing technologies, and be used across the variety of submission sections in a regulatory dossier that discusses quality attributes.

Practical Sustainable Software Development in Architectural Flexibility for Energy Efficiency Using the Extended Agile Framework

Many regular business operations are transforming into digital services, increasing advanced multi-platforms, rapid operational alignment, flexibility, and environmental impact through energy consumption, hardware waste, and technology investments. Flexible and sustainable system development models emphasizing energy efficiency can help innovate software development as digital servicing applications shift. This research is motivated by the need to improve energy consumption in early software design and development due to rising technological efficiency and sustainability demands. Although effective in iterative development and stakeholder engagement, traditional Agile methodologies often struggle with long-term sustainability and energy efficiency. Extended Agile, combining Agile, layered architecture, and aspect-oriented frameworks (ALAI), promises to improve system modularity, flexibility, maintainability, and sustainability. This study’s findings are not just theoretical, but also practically relevant, as they explore the energy efficiency of ALAI software development methodologies, using graduate admission information system services (GAISS) as an example. GAISS is a complex system that handles the entire process of graduate admissions, from application submission to final decision. The study quantifies the energy usage of a student-list webpage by analyzing Microsoft IIS server logs from February 2022 to May 2024. Directly applicable findings show that the GAISS based on the ALAI framework reduces energy consumption by 10.7914% compared to traditional Agile software developments. ALAI used 892.80 kWh versus Agile’s 1000.80 kWh during operations, saving energy. These findings demonstrate the benefits of integrating aspect-oriented frameworks and layering approaches into Agile methodologies, contributing to sustainable software development discourse. The study emphasizes the importance of energy-efficient frameworks such as ALAI to reduce software systems’ environmental impact and promote software development sustainability. The findings of this study, with their practical relevance, assist software developers and organizations in choosing software design and development methods that maximize operational efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Preference signaling in orthopaedic surgery: applicant perspectives and opinions.

Orthopaedic surgery has become increasingly competitive over the years, with the COVID-19 pandemic creating additional challenges for applicants and programs. To promote an equitable match experience, the American Orthopaedic Association (AOA) introduced a formal preference signaling (PS) system into the 2022-2023 application cycle. PS allows applicants to indicate their heightened interest in specific programs, which improves the likelihood of receiving an interview and ultimately matching at their desired residency program. The objective of this anonymous survey is to assess applicants' opinions and perspectives toward PS in orthopaedic surgery prior to the 2022-2023 match results. Additionally, we sought to evaluate the signaling strategies being utilized by applicants. An anonymous 22-question survey was distributed to applicants of an orthopaedic surgery residency program (34.2 % response rate). Responses were collected after the application submission deadline but before the match lists and results were available. This survey included questions germane to demographics, signal utilization, signaling reasons and strategies, and opinions toward PS.Descriptive statistics were calculated utilizing R (version 4.2.1) and RStudio. Most respondents (96.1 %) participated in PS, and 96.7 % utilized all 30 signals. Signaling encouraged 24.2 % ofapplicants to apply to fewer programs. In accordance withguidelines, 83.2 % of respondents signaled each away rotation program; however, only 53 % signaled their home program. Applicants commonly signaled 1-10 "reach" and "safety" programs each. Proximity to Family and Perceived Operative Experience were the most important reasons forsignaling, whereas Program Prestige was the least. A program's social presence and virtual interview option did not influence many applicants' decisions for signaling. Most applicants believe that the COVID-19 pandemic and pass/fail licensure examinations influenced PS adoption. Sixty-seven of 149 respondents (45 %) claimed that applicants and programs benefit equally from PS, while 41 % believe programs benefit more. Nearly half (40.94 %) knew very littleor nothing about PS. During the inaugural introduction of PS in orthopaedic surgery, nearly every applicant utilized all 30 signals, prioritizing factors like family proximity and perceived operative experience over program prestige. Thisshift reflects the importance of geographic location andpresumed training quality. Despite unfamiliarity toward PS, personalized signaling strategies were implemented, accompanied by a slight decrease in application volumes. The30 allotted signals in orthopaedic surgery may serve as aninformal application cap due to the necessity of signaling aprogram for an interview invite. However, improved educational efforts are needed to enhance the understanding and maximize the benefits of PS for both applicants and programs.

This study aims to: (1) Describe the analysis of human resource needs in two Islamic boarding schools (Comparative Study of Pesantren Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani and Maraqitta'limat Mamben). (2) Describe the implementation of human resource recruitment within the religious education environment at the Islamic boarding schools (Comparative Study of Pesantren Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani and Maraqitta'limat Mamben). (3) Describe the placement of human resources in the two Islamic boarding schools (Comparative Study of Pesantren Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani and Maraqitta'limat Mamben). This study uses a qualitative method. The research locations are at MAK Hamzanwadi II and MA Maraqitta'limat Mamben. The data collection process involves observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation (triangulation). Data analysis is conducted using the Milles, Huberman, and Saldana techniques, which include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To ensure data validity, testing is conducted through the criteria of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability.This study analyzes the recruitment of educators at Pondok Pesantren Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani and Pondok Pesantren Maraqitta'limat Mamben. The process involves needs analysis, setting requirements, information dissemination, and candidate selection. Recruitment is based on religious values and competence, encompassing application submission, interviews, and document selection. The placement of educators is carefully arranged to ensure maximum contribution, with an emphasis on integrity, loyalty, and educational mission.

Trends in research grant applications and outcomes among medical students in the United Kingdom: a national self-reported cross-sectional survey.

Background: Research funding disparities contribute to clinical-academic workforce inequalities1-3. Hence, our study explores the association between student demographics and research grant application rates and outcomes among UK medical students. Methods: This is a national multicentre cross-sectional survey of UK medical students in the 2020-21 academic year. Multiple zero-inflated negative binomial regression and generalized linear model (binomial distribution; logit link) were utilized to investigate the association between student demographics, number of grant applications submitted, and successful grant applications (yes or no). P-values less than a Bonferroni-corrected significance level of 0.05/36 = 0.0014 were statistically significant. Results: 1528 students participated from 36 medical schools. 151 respondents (9.9%) had applied for research grants. Black students submitted applications 2.90 times more often than white students [Incident rate ratio (IRR): 2.90, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.37-6.16], with no ethnic disparity in the odds of successful applications. Gender did not influence application rates significantly (P = .248), but women were 4.61 times more likely to secure a grant than men [odds ratio: 4.61, 95% CI: 2.04-10.4]. Being a PubMed-indexed author was associated with increased grant application submission rates [IRR: 3.61, 95% CI: 2.20- 5.92] while conducting more research was associated with greater odds of securing a grant [odds ratio: 1.42, 95% CI: 1.17- 1.73]. Conclusion: Although black students submitted more applications, ethnicity did not influence success rates. Gender did not influence application rates, but women were more successful. Across 53 panels, 42% of panelists were female; no differences were identified for the proportion of female panelists over time (P = 0.9762) or by program (P = 0.7028). Females submitted less than one-half as many applications as males, but the proportion of submissions by females increased over time. This trend remained consistent despite challenges of relocation of NIFA and COVID-19 during this time. Funding success rates did not differ by gender, but some variation was observed across programs. Pre-ANDA strategy and Human Factors activities to de-risk pharmaceutical companies ANDA submission of drug–device combination products: case study of a formative Comparative Use Human Factors study

ABSTRACT Background This article presents a strategy that a Drug Delivery Device Developer (DDDD) has adopted to support Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) submissions of drug–device combination products. As per the related FDA guidance, a threshold analysis should be compiled. If ‘other differences’ between the Reference Listed Drug (RLD) and the generic drug devices are identified, a Comparative Use Human Factors (CUHF) study may be requested. Methods The DDDD performed task analysis and physical comparison to assess the pen injector design differences. Then, a formative CUHF study with 25 participants simulating injections using both RLD and the generic pen injectors was conducted. Results After each participant completed four simulated injections, similar type and rates of use error between the RLD (0.70) and generic (0.68) pen injectors were observed. Conclusion DDDDs can support pharmaceutical companies in the ANDA submission strategy of their drug–device combination product by initiating comparative task analysis and physical comparison of the device as inputs for the threshold analysis. If ‘other differences’ are identified, a formative CUHF study can be performed. As shown in our case study, this approach can be leveraged to support the sample size calculation and non-inferiority margin determination for a CUHF study with the final combination product.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in driving the Indonesian economy. However, many MSMEs do not understand the importance of business legality and trademark registration. This can hinder their business development and access to capital. To overcome this problem, the Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Office of Malang Regency conducted socialization and consultation on trademark registration procedures for MSMEs. Socialization is carried out face-to-face using PowerPoint presentations to explain the process of trademark registration and the benefits of owning a brand. Followed by individual consultations to help MSMEs. The success of the activity is measured through questionnaires before and after the activity to assess the understanding of MSMEs. The trademark registration process for MSMEs includes verification of availability, submission of applications to the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, completion of requirements, and waiting for announcement. Brands are very important for MSMEs because they facilitate product identification, protect product characteristics, create a company image, and attract loyal customers. Therefore, socialization regarding business legality and brand interests needs to continue to be carried out to help the growth of MSME businesses.

Blockchain Based Placement Management System And Job Recommendation Using Content-Based Filtering

The integration of blockchain technology with placement management systems and job recommendation mechanisms presents a robust solution for enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and security of the recruitment process. This paper proposes a Blockchain-based Placement Management System (BPMS) coupled with Content-Based Filtering (CBF) techniques to streamline the job matching process for both job seekers and recruiters. The BPMS leverages the decentralized nature of blockchain to ensure immutable records of job listings, candidate profiles, and transactional data, thereby reducing the risk of fraudulent activities and ensuring data integrity. Smart contracts are utilized to automate various aspects of the recruitment process, such as job application submissions, candidate evaluations, and offer acceptance, facilitating trustless interactions between parties.In parallel, the CBF approach is employed to provide personalized job recommendations to candidates based on the analysis of their skills, qualifications, and preferences. By analyzing the content of job descriptions and candidate profiles, the system generates tailored recommendations that match the expertise and interests of the candidates, improving the likelihood of successful placements.The proposed system offers several advantages over traditional placement management systems, including increased transparency, reduced operational costs, minimized bias in job recommendations, and enhanced security of sensitive data. Through the synergy of blockchain technology and content-based filtering techniques, the BPMS aims to revolutionize the recruitment industry by fostering trust, efficiency, and fairness in the job market.

115 Strategies for Training and Advancing under-represented Researchers (STARs)

OBJECTIVES/GOALS: Minority faculty have inequitable access to information, professional development, and research resources. A structured research-mentoring program could help strengthen the research acumen of underrepresented (UR) faculty, provide a community, and support to ensure their success in becoming independent investigators. METHODS/STUDY POPULATION: The Translational Research Institute (TRI) STARs program aims to build a peer support community of UR in biomedical, clinical, behavioral and social sciences to support career development and research success. The program provides a structured peer support group with a 3-month grant training and development program and addresses issues of isolation often felt by UR faculty in academic settings. It encourages the development of innovative research ideas in a safe environment. This peer support group can also help improve confidence and self-efficacy in clinical and translational research development and execution by UR faculty. At the didactic program’s conclusion and seed grant application submission, STARs provides $10,000 as a TRI DEI Equity, Diversity, and Grantsmanship Expertise project. RESULTS/ANTICIPATED RESULTS: Since its launch in 2021, 11 scholars have enrolled in the program;three have fully completed the program, and all three have received subsequent grant funding. Four scholars have completed the didactic program and are in the process of using seed funding to collect initial data and working on initial publications. The remaining scholars are currently in the didactic program. Initial scholar satisfaction with the program is high: 100% reported satisfaction with their participation (Very Satisfied/Satisfied), and 100% agree the program provides adequate support to their research project (Strongly Agree/Agree). Overall, scholars reported an average increase in confidence of 7.9% in grantsmanship skills (Scale 0-10). The return on investment is 3106%, with over $1.9 million in subsequent funding. DISCUSSION/SIGNIFICANCE: Research shows diverse teams working together, capitalizing on innovative ideas, and distinct perspectives outperform homogenous teams. Our preliminary experience demonstrates success for the model. Additional, long-term support will be furthered developed to address additional challenges experienced by UR faculty across their careers.

180 Building an evaluation platform to capture the impact of Frontiers CTSI activities

OBJECTIVES/GOALS: In 2021, Frontiers CTSI revamped its evaluation infrastructure to be comprehensive, efficient, and transparent in demonstrating outputs and outcomes. We sought to build a platform to standardize measures across program areas, integrate continuous improvement processes into operations, and reduce the data entry burden for investigators. METHODS/STUDY POPULATION: To identify useful metrics, we facilitated each Core’s creation of a logic model, in which they identified all planned activities, expected outputs, and anticipated outcomes for the 5-year cycle and beyond. We identified appropriate metrics based on the logic models and aligned metrics across programs against extant administrative data. We then built a data collection and evaluation platform within REDCap to capture user requests, staff completion of requests, and, ultimately, request outcomes. We built a similar system to track events, attendance, and outcomes. Aligning with other hubs, we also transitioned to a membership model. Membership serves as the backbone of the evaluation platform and allows us to tailor communication, capture demographic information, and reduce the data entry burden for members. RESULTS/ANTICIPATED RESULTS: The Frontiers Evaluation Platform consists of 9 redcap projects with distinct functions and uses throughout the Institute. Point-of-service collection forms include the Consultation Request Event Tracking. Annual Forms include a Study Outcome, Impact, and Member Assessment Survey. Set timepoint collections include K & T application, Mock Study Section, and Pilot grant application submission, review, and outcomes. Flight Tracker is used to collect scientific outcomes and integrated with the platform. Using SQL, the membership module has been integrated into all forms to check and collect membership before service access and provide relevant member data to navigators. All relevant data is then synched into a dashboard for program leadership and management to track outputs and outcomes in real-time. DISCUSSION/SIGNIFICANCE: Since the launch of the evaluation platform in Fall 2022, Frontiers has increased its workflow efficiency and streamlined continuous improvement communication. The platform can serve as a template for other hubs to build efficient processes to create comprehensive and transparent evaluation plans.

The purpose of the "College Placement Recruitment Management System" is to improve and expedite the placement procedure in educational establishments. This project aims to design a complete system that automates and streamlines the recruiting workflow in response to the increasing complexity of handling placement activities. The technology makes it easier for students, recruiters, and administrators to communicate with each other in a smooth and user-friendly manner. The College Placement Recruitment Management System's methodical study, design, and implementation are described in this project report. With capabilities like user registration, job posting, application submission, interview scheduling, and result administration, the system meets the varied needs of its users

This study delves into the concept and legal nature of building permits within the Saudi regulatory framework, highlighting building permits as crucial administrative licenses. These permits allow individuals to engage in construction activities under defined rules and conditions aimed at organizing urban development and preserving the civilized character of cities and towns. The research discusses the definitions of building permits as set forth by the Saudi regulator and clarifies their legal nature as administrative decisions issued by the administrative authority to serve the public interest, demonstrating how they align with the elements of an administrative decision. The study details the conditions required for the issuance of a building permit, such as the necessity for the land to be within the urban boundary and the submission of a formal application by the owner, fulfilling all the statutory requirements and conditions. It also discusses the administrative authority's power to grant or withhold the permit and how this authority is restricted by statutory conditions to ensure a balance between private and public interests. Furthermore, the research explores the scope of application for building permits, elucidating the works requiring permits like construction, alterations, restoration, and others. It clarifies that the Saudi system encompasses all regions of the kingdom without exception under specific conditions that ensure the safety and quality of construction, considering the public interest. The study concludes by affirming the importance of building permits in regulating urban development and securing real estate rights within a legal framework that serves the public interest and promotes sustainable urban development.

IB Hijrah KPR Financing Mechanism with Murabahah Akad at Bank Muamalat

This research aims to comprehend the mechanism of financing for Islamic Home Ownership Credit (Kredit Pemilikan Rumah - KPR), particularly KPR IB Hijrah, and seeks solutions to address financing issues arising through the application of the murabahah contract at Bank Muamalat Bengkulu Kc S. Parman. The research method employed is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study concludes that the KPR IB Hijrah financing process involves stages such as application submission, fulfillment of requirements, scrutiny of document prerequisites, financing approval, and the execution of the murabahah contract. Customer responses to the financing mechanism indicate a clear understanding of requirements and administrative costs. To address emerging financing problems, the researcher recommends several solutions. Firstly, a direct approach to customers to provide a deeper understanding of the issues they face. Secondly, proactive and periodic debt collection efforts to prevent payment delinquencies. Additionally, issuing warning letters can serve as an initial step in resolving issues. In more complex cases, restructuring of financing is suggested as an alternative solution. Finally, if necessary, collateral execution can be implemented as a last resort in resolving problematic financing.
