The practice of judicial protection of environmental rights in Ukraine: problems and prospects

The scientific article is devoted to the study of the practical experience of judicial protection of environmental rights. The article defines the main concepts in the field of protection of environmental rights of citizens: “ecological rights”, “judicial protection”, “ecological policy”, “judicial protection of environmental rights” and other concepts in the context of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the subject of research. The scientific article contains an analysis of the norms enshrined in the current legislation of Ukraine regarding the judicial protection of environmental rights of communities and the separate protection of environmental rights of citizens. The peculiarities of the practice of consideration by Ukrainian courts of cases regarding the violation of the environmental rights of citizens are given. The methodology of researching issues of environmental rights of citizens is given. The information policy of the state in the sphere of protection of environmental rights of citizens is defined. The peculiarities of the legal doctrine in the field of judicial protection of citizens’ environmental rights and the protection of citizens’ environmental rights in general are indicated, as well as the proposals of scientists in the field of law to improve the regulatory regulation of citizens’ environmental rights, as well as to improve the practice of judicial protection of citizens’ environmental rights. Peculiarities of normative and legal regulation of the sphere of judicial protection of citizens’ environmental rights have been studied. The environmental rights and obligations of individuals and legal entities in the field of protection of environmental rights are defined, and the responsibility of legal entities and individuals in terms of violation of environmental or nature protection legislation is defined. The importance of increasing the level of ensuring the realization of the environmental rights of citizens in Ukraine by implementing an effective state information policy, improving the legal regulation of ensuring judicial protection of the environmental rights of citizens, and forming an environmental policy to prevent violations of the environmental rights of citizens was emphasized.

The Effect of Self-Regulation on Academic Stress Among Tahfidz Students at MA Ulumul Qur'an Pagar Air

Self-regulation is an individual's ability to manage thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviors to meet the standards and goals they aim for as evidence of self-improvement. This ability is particularly essential for Qur'an memorization students (santri tahfidz), who not only study general subjects but also have to memorize the Qur'an. The objective of this study is to examine the influence of self-regulation on academic stress among Qur'an memorization students at Madrasah Aliyah Ulumul Qur’an Pagar Air. The research method used is quantitative. The subjects in this study consist of 146 students from Madrasah Aliyah Ulumul Qur’an Pagar Air, with the sample selected using a probability sampling technique, specifically simple random sampling. Data collection was conducted using the Likert scale method by distributing questionnaires to the research subjects. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression test. The results showed that there is an influence of self-regulation on academic stress among Qur'an memorization students at Madrasah Aliyah Ulumul Qur’an Pagar Air, with an R Square value of 0.276, an F value of 55.028, and a significance value of 0.000. The influence of self-regulation on academic stress among these students is 27.6%. The aspect of self-regulation that has the highest impact on academic stress in this study is self-reflection.

Bakteri Penyebab Gingivitis dan Sensitivitas Antibiotik Pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus

Gingivitis is an inflammation of the gingiva caused by plaque and poor oral hygiene, including in patients with long-term diabetes mellitus and uncontrolled blood glucose. Gingivitis is caused by various bacteria such as Streptococcus sp, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Neisseria meningitidis and also the Enterobacteriaceae family, Haemophilus influenzae and Actinomycetes. Management of infection with antibiotics, especially beta-lactam class. The study aimed to determine the characteristics of the research subjects, the type of bacteria, and their sensitivity to the bacteria that cause gingivitis in diabetes mellitus (DM) patients. The research was a cross-sectional descriptive study at the internal medicine polyclinic at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province, and the Microbiology Laboratory of Medical Faculty, Universitas Riau. The research sample was a gingivitis plaque swab in DM patients who signed an informed consent. Samples were cultured, identified, and tested for antibiotic sensitivity. The results of the study obtained 34 samples with characteristics aged 33-67 years, most of them were women, high school education/equivalent, civil servants/army/police/retired. Most aerobic bacteria Klebsiella sp. The highest sensitivity to levofloxacin, amikacin, ciprofloxacin, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, and meropenem, the lowest sensitivity to amoxicillin, ceftazidim, and amoxicillin-clavulanic acid.

Pembelajaran PAKBP dengan Metode PJBL Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kemandirian Fase C kelas 6 SD Katolik Karya Yosef Pontianak

This study aims to enhance the independence of students in Catholic Religious Education and Character Education (PAKBP) through the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PJBL) method in the 6th grade of SD Katolik Karya Yosef Pontianak. This research is based on the low level of student independence in completing tasks during lecture-based teaching. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 30 6th-grade students in Phase C. Data collection instruments included observation, an independence questionnaire, and field notes. The indicators of independence observation covered students' ability to manage study time independently, complete tasks without teacher assistance, make appropriate decisions during the learning process, take initiative in seeking additional information, and take responsibility for assigned tasks. The results showed that the application of the PJBL method significantly increased student independence in PAKBP learning and academic achievement. Improvement was observed in students' ability to manage time, take initiative in completing projects, and make decisions during the learning process. In the first cycle, independence increased from 65% to 80%, while academic achievement in the proficient category rose from 70% to 85%, and in the competent category from 60% to 75%. Therefore, it can be concluded that PJBL, focusing on the independence dimension, can enhance both student independence and learning outcomes. It is recommended that PJBL be considered an effective approach to improving student independence and learning outcomes in PAKBP. The implication of this research is the importance of broader integration of the PJBL method in learning activities to support the development of students' character and abilities.

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pak Dalam Materi Pribadi yang Unik Menggunakan Model PBL (Problem Based Learning) dengan Media Video Youtube pada Kelas IV Fase B SD Joannes Bosco Kota Yogyakarta

The learning method that has been applied in Grade IV at Joannes Bosco Elementary School Yogyakarta is less engaging. It affects the students’ performance. They show less cooperation. On the other hand, the expected achievement targets are not to be met. This research aims to improve the Gotong Royong dimension character and achievement targets through the implementation of a problem-based learning (PBL) model assisted by YouTube video media. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles with the theme "My Unique Self," focusing on the sub-topics of strengths and weaknesses, and gratitude for uniqueness, with each cycle consisting of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 26 students of Grade IV, Phase B, at Joannes Bosco Elementary School Yogyakarta. The results showed an increase in the Gotong Royong dimension of the Pancasila Student Profile (P3) from 57% to 81% during the learning process using the PBL method. There was also an improvement in student learning outcomes, with the percentage of students achieving "proficient" increasing from 38% to 62%, "competent" remaining at 38%, and the categories "adequate" and "developing" decreasing from 19% and 4% to 0%, respectively. Overall, focusing on the Gotong Royong dimension using the PBL model assisted by YouTube videos proved effective in enhancing both the Gotong Royong character and learning achievement in Catholic Religious Education for Grade IV students at Joannes Bosco Elementary School Yogyakarta. It is suggested that teachers focus on one dimension in the character development process using methods that emphasize problem-solving.

Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikiri Kritis dan Kreatifitas Siswa dengan Model Problem Base Learning (PBL) pada Siswa Kelas IV Fase B di SD Negeri 12 Sungai Risap

This research aims to describe the application of the Problem Base Learning (PBL) model in improving the critical and creative thinking abilities of class IV phase B students at SD 12 Sungai Risap. As well as describing how the critical thinking skills and creativity of class IV phase B students at SD 12 Sungai Risap increased after implementing PBL. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), entitled "Improving Students' Critical Thinking Abilities and Student Creativity with the PBL Model in Class IV Phase B Students at SD Negeri 12 Sungai Risap." This research was carried out at SDN 12 Sungai Risap, Binjai Hulu District, Sintang Regency from 13 to 19 September 2024. This research was carried out using the Problem Based Learning model. The research subjects were students of class IV Phase B at SDN 12 Sungai Risap. The research object was the application of the Problem Base Learning (PBL) model in improving the critical and creative thinking abilities of class IV phase B students at SD 12 Sungai Risap. The research was carried out in two classroom actions. The activity stages include planning, implementation, observation, analysis and reflection which are carried out face to face. Data collection was carried out by making direct observations and distributing questionnaires to students. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection, data condensation, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model can improve the critical thinking skills of class IV Phase B students at SD 12 Sungai Risap. Overall, PBL forces students to be active in their learning process, thereby improving critical thinking skills by teaching them to analyze, evaluate, and make better decisions. The application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model can increase the creativity of class IV Phase B students at SD 12 Sungai Risap. Use of Innovative Ideas, Diverse Learning Outcome Products, Alternative Approaches to Problem Solving, Deeper Exploration. Overall, PBL facilitates increased critical thinking and creativity in students by placing them in learning situations that require complex and innovative problem solving.

Upaya Meningkatkatan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas II SDN 2 Batu Buil dalam Pembelajaran Pak Melalui Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL)

This research aims to improve learning outcomes for Catholic Religious Education and Character through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method in class 2 of SDN 2 BatuBuil in the 2024/2025 academic year. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The material discussed is "God Gave Me a Family" with a focus on activities and positive attitudes towards family. The research subjects were 8 grade 2 students. Data was collected through observation and tests. The results show an increase in learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II, with significant changes in the affective aspect. In cycle I, only 2 students were proficient, while in cycle II this increased to 4 students. The post-test results also showed improvement: in cycle I, 3 students were in the undeveloped category, while in cycle II there were no students in that category, with 5 students reaching the advanced category. The application of PBL has proven to be effective in increasing students' understanding and skills in applying the values ​​taught.

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Melalui Metode Problem Based Learning pada Peserta Didik Kelas 2 Fase A SD Mardi Waluya Cibinong

At Elementary School Mardi Waluya Cibinong, it was found that the critical thinking ability and learning achievement targets of Catholic Religious Education especially in grade 2 were not optimal. This could be due to the use of less varied learning methods and the less optimal implementation of strategies that encourage active student participation. This research aims to improve the character dimension of critical thinking and student achievement targets by applying the Problem-Based Learning method in phase A of especially in grade 2. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles with materials on the safety of God’s work through Kain and Habel, with each cycle consisting of four stages: planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. The research subject is students from Elementary school Mardi Waluya Cibinong with a total of 34 peoples. The results of the research show that the use of the PBL learning model can increase the character dimension of critical thinking in the Pancasila student profile (P3) from 70% to 84%. There was also an increase in student achievement outcomes, with mastery increasing from 20% to 68%, proficiency from 50% to 32%, and a decrease in appropriateness from 18% to 0%, which then increased to 12%. This indicates a significant decrease in the critical thinking dimension of the Pancasila students profile, which overall improves the critical thinking process and students achievement in grade 2 phase A. Recommendation: Teachers can focus on one dimension of P3 in the character development process by applying problem-solving learning methods.

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik melalui Metode Problem Based Learning berbantuan Media Video pada Siswa Kelas IV Fase B di SD Negeri 17 Nusa Poring Kab. Melawi

The low learning achievement of students in working together and overcoming subject matter problems related to daily life in Catholic Religion and Character lessons causes the achievement of learning outcomes to be low. The aim of this Classroom Action Research is to: determine the increase in the dimensions of mutual cooperation and learning achievement in learning using the Problem Based Learning Method. This classroom action research is divided into four stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection and is carried out in 2 cycles. The research subjects were students at SD Negeri 17 Nusa Poring with a total of 10 students. Indicators for observing aspects of the mutual cooperation dimension are caring, collaboration and sharing. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in the learning outcomes of Class IV students in the material "I Developed My Abilities as a Man and a Woman, namely an increase in the dimensions of mutual cooperation character using the PBL method from cycle I, which was 65% to cycle II, which was 90%. There was also an increase in the average learning achievement in cycle 1 from 70% to 87% in cycle II. Conclusion: The dimensions of mutual cooperation in the learning process using the PBL method are able to increase the achievement target at a proficient level of 90%, proficient 10% worthy of 0%, just developing 0%.

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar PAKBP pada Materi Manusia Berkembang Berkat Peran Sesama Menggunakan Model Problem Based Learning di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of seventh-grade students on the material "Human Development Through the Roles of Others" using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model at SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis. This research employed a Classroom Action Research design conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 7 students from the seventh-grade class at SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests (formative tests) and non-tests (observations). The results of the study in cycle I showed an average score of 68.14 and a classical learning completeness percentage of 72.42%. In cycle II, the average score increased to 84.85. The average student attendance in cycle I was 100% and remained 100% in cycle II. Student involvement in learning in cycle I was 66.28% (high) and increased to 76.50% (very high) in cycle II. It can be concluded that the PBL model can improve the learning outcomes and activities of students on the material "Human Development Through the Roles of Others" in the seventh-grade class at SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis.

Bibliometric analysis of occupational exposure in operating room from 1973 to 2022

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to identify and visualize from different perspectives the topic on occupational exposure in operating room (OEOR).MethodsIn the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC), all the half-century data were retrieved from January 1st, 1973 to December 31st, 2022. CiteSpace, VOSviewer and Excel 2019 were employed to analyze and visualize data, based on publications, countries, institutions, journals, authors, keywords.ResultA total of 336 journal papers were found. The increase of publications virtually started in 1991, peaked in 2020 and has been slowing down ever since. USA played most significant part among all the 49 countries/regions, while Universidade Estadual Paulista out of 499 institutions published the most papers. International Archives of Occupational and Environmental Health bears the most documents and citations in all the 219 retrieved journals. There are 1847 authors found, among whom Hoerauf K is the most influential one. "Occupational exposure”, “nitrous oxide” and “operating room personnel” are the top 3 co-occurrences keywords.ConclusionThe trend in the field lies in “anaesthetic gas”, “blood borne pathogen”, “radiation” and “aerosol”, while “surgical smoke” and “occupational safety” are the recently researching hot spots in this study. Accurate recognize and effective protection are always essential subjects for researchers.

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pakat dan Mandiri Melalui Model Discovery Learning Fase F SMA Negeri 1 Siantar Narumonda

The aim of this Classroom Action Research is to find out and measure whether or not the students of class The research subjects were 13 class XI students of SMA N 1 Siantar Narumonda, consisting of 5 men and 8 women. The object of the research is the learning outcomes and student independence in learning Catholic Religion and Ethics in teaching module 1 "The Church as God's people" and improvements in teaching module 2 "Church and the world". With data collection techniques, namely observation, documentation and tests. The results of the research show that there is an increase in learning outcomes and independence for Class The increase in learning outcomes and independence is proven by the average score for increasing independence in cycle I of 60.5% and in cycle II it increased by 25%, namely 85.5%. And the increase in learning outcomes in cycle 1 was 67% and in cycle II it increased by 27%, namely 94%.

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar pada Materi “Peran Keluarga Bagi Perkembanganku” Melalui Model PBL Bagi Peserta Didik Kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Tempunak

This research aims to reminded student learning outcomes and determine the ability of the teachers to manage in learning through the problem-based learning model in PAK grade VII-C SMP Negeri 6 Tempunak. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which consist of two cycles. The research subject of students in grade VII-C SMP Negeri 6 Tempunak amounted to thirty-two students consisting of seventeen male students and fifteen female students. The data collection technique in this study uses observation, test and documentation. The result of study was that the average score of students in the first cycle was seventy-two percent then increased eighty-one percent in the second cycle. The improvement was seen significantly for students who needed attention and guidance from teachers and classmates. This can be seen from the fact that number of students has increase quite a bit by fourty-one percent. This means that, if the PBL learning model is implements properly and consistently, it will improve student learning outcomes.

How Well Are We Protecting Human Research Subjects?

Protecting human research subjects is an ethical mandate for all contemporary research involving human subjects. From 1974 to 1999, we had the institutional review board (IRB) system and the Common Rule, but realized that in addition to IRBs, investigators, institutions, sponsors of research, research participants, and the government, all share responsibilities in protecting human research subjects. Starting 2000, institutions established human research protection programs to ensure the rights and welfare of research participants and to meet human research ethical and regulatory requirements. Some institutions had their human research protection programs further accredited to ensure rigorous standards for quality and protection. In 2018, the Common Rule was extensively revised to modernize the regulations by enhancing protections and reducing burden for researchers. However, throughout these periods, we did not know how well we were protecting human research subjects, because we did not know how to measure human research subject protections. With the publication of human research subject protections performance metrics in 2023, it becomes possible for the first time to assess quantitatively how well we are protecting human research subjects. Research institutions can now monitor the effectiveness of their human research protection programs and identify areas of vulnerability for quality improvement. We should also be able to determine how well human research protection programs are doing in protecting human research subjects; determine whether external accreditation improves human research subject protections and whether the revised Common Rule in fact leads to enhanced protections; and identify prospectively which procedures or interventions can enhance human research subject protections.

The Patterns of GI Cancers in Western Sudan

Background: Because GI cancer is the most common type of cancer seen every day in Sudan's clinical practice, research into this illness is critical. Our study sought to determine its epidemiological characteristics. Methodology: This is a retrospective descriptive study that includes all patients who presented with GIT tumors between January 2019 and July 2024 at the EL-Obeid Histopathology Center in North Kordofan. Results: This study included 127 individuals with GIT cancer, with 52% being male and 48% being female. Their ages varied from 20 to 98 years, with an average of 57.9±15. The age group (51–60) had the highest proportion of research subjects, with 66.7% being men, followed by the age group (61–70), with 54% being female. The most common kinds of GIT cancer were esophagus, colon, stomach, rectum, liver, small bowel, bowel rectosegmoid, and appendix, accounting for 35%, 25%, 16%, 11%, 8%, 3%, 1%, and 1%, respectively. SCC was the most common histological diagnosis, accounting for 96.6% in the esophagus, followed by AC (37.5%), 34.4%, and 21.9% in the colon, stomach, and rectum, respectively. Hepatocellular carcinoma is the diagnosis for 100% of liver cancers. AC accounted for 35.6% of all histological diagnoses across age groups, with the majority occurring in the 51-60 age range, followed by SCC at 27.6%. In all cases, 40% of others' histological grades are highly defined, with the majority developing between the ages of 61 and 70. Conclusion: The most prevalent cancers in Western Sudan were esophageal, colonic, stomach, rectal, and liver. Many incidents occur when people are over the age of 50, and they affect both men and women.

Meningkatkan Mutu Evaluasi Pembelajaran: Analisis Soal Pilihan Ganda Bahasa Arab

<p style="text-align: justify;">Learning evaluation is one part of the learning process. Through evaluation, a teacher can find out students' abilities and understanding of the material they have studied. Evaluation instruments require quality tests or questions in terms of validity, reliability, level of difficulty, distinguishing power and effectiveness of distractors. Question items prepared by a teacher to test students' abilities must be recommended to be tested for suitability based on these aspects so that the instruments that have been prepared can be used according to their function. This research was conducted using a descriptive methodology and quantitative research form. The research instrument used was 15 grade 5 PAS Arabic multiple choice questions and the research subjects were 5th grade students at SDIT Al Inayah for the 2023-2024 academic year who were tested by 37 participants. The results of the analysis of the questions in this study in the validity aspect were still not good because only 3 questions (20%) were valid. Then, in terms of the level of difficulty, it is sufficient but not yet balanced because no difficult questions were found. From the aspect of discriminating power, the questions studied were quite good and produced a discriminating power of each question which was 40% and good, reaching 33%. The effectiveness of the distractors in this study was also sufficient because 25% of the distractors were found to be functional, and 25% were rejected. Thus, from the results of this analysis, a teacher can improve and develop question items that are still not good in some of these aspects.</p>

The Relationship Between Religiosity and Forgiveness in Wives Who Experience Domestic Violence (KDRT)

This study is based on the phenomenon of domestic violence (KDRT) that occurs in many married couples in Indonesia which is very concerning. Violence in intimate relationships is a serious threat to the health and well-being of women. This quantitative descriptive study applies correlational analysis to explain the relationship between religiosity and forgiveness in wives who experience domestic violence, with 90 wives as research subjects. Forgiveness uses the Transgression-Related Interpersonal Motivation Inventory (TRIM-18) scale and for religiosity uses The Centrality of Religiosity Scale. The scale has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study showed that forgiveness is in the high category, namely 33 people (36.7%), and religiosity is in the very high category, namely 78 people (86.7%). There is a positive relationship between religiosity and forgiveness, which shows that if the religiosity variable increases, the forgiveness variable also increases.

DEVELOPMENT OF PLASMA RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGIES AT THE GAS INSTITUTE OF THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF UKRAINE AND THE GLOBAL SITUATION

A multi-faceted analysis of the development of the subject of plasma research and technologies was performed, the center of which is the production of hydrogen from hydrocarbon-containing raw materials. The competitive selection of scientific and technical (experimental) developments under the state order, the implementation of which will begin in 2024 at the expense of the state budget, objectively proved the relevance of the subject matter of the department of plasma processes and technologies. Indeed, immediately two of the total number of 25 competitive works are directly based on plasma technologies in the field of competence of the department. The in-depth history of the initiation at the world level of plasma research or the “fourth state of matter”, as it was called in the 19th century, is analyzed; the outstanding role of the Ukrainian scientist Ivan Pulyuy is shown in it (in addition to his already well-known X-ray research, which is similar in terms of experimental technique). Peculiarities of the early formation of the problem of gasification of hydrocarbon-containing raw materials (as the basis of modern plasma technologies of hydrogen production) are also analyzed on the basis of a comparison of publications from the early period of the existence of the former USSR and Germany. In order to return to historical justice, the most prominent role of the former director of the Gas Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Academician V.F. Kopytov in the establishment of the institute as a powerful scientific organization and a scientist who also actively supported the development of research into high-temperature processes and plasma technologies. Individual scientific achievements of employees of the department of plasma processes and technologies at various stages of its formation and development are analyzed. The directions of development of plasma technologies are classified according to the physical state of the plasma and areas of application; the developments of the institute are briefly presented according to the directions where they are carried out. Factors determining the scientific status of the theory of education – introductory notes

In the article I analyse factors determining the scientific status of theory of education. An addition to the three elements recognized by methodologists of all social science disciplines namely: a separate subject of research, own terminology and developed research methodology I add new elements such as: a lexical database for other sciences, specialized journals, prestige and organizational culture of academic institutions, outstanding personalities in science, judgments and opinions issued by state control bodies and the scientific community. All these factors determine the degree of independence maturity and prestige of theory of education among other social sciences.

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pakat Melalui Model Pbl Pada Peserta Didik Sd Negeri 6 Salaon Toba

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Catholic Religious Education (PAKAT) through the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model among students at SD Negeri 6 Salaon Toba. The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of students in PAKAT, caused by the lack of active student engagement in the learning process and teaching methods that do not support the development of students' character competencies in line with Pancasila values. This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles at SD Negeri 6 Salaon Toba, with the research subjects being 14 Phase B Grade IV students, focusing on the topic "Jesus Proclaims the Kingdom of God through Parables." The research was conducted in September 2024. Data collection techniques include observation sheets, learning outcome tests, and affective observation rubrics. The research focuses not only on improving academic performance but also on developing student character in line with the Pancasila Student Profile, such as critical thinking, collaboration, independence, and faith in God Almighty. The results show that the application of the PBL model significantly improves students' learning outcomes and supports the development of the Pancasila Student Profile. In the first cycle, students' average learning outcomes increased by 10%, and in the second cycle, by 20%. Additionally, students demonstrated improvements in critical thinking, group collaboration, and responsibility in completing tasks. This study indicates that the PBL model is effective in enhancing PAKAT learning outcomes while simultaneously supporting character development in line with Pancasila values. Educators are encouraged to continue applying this learning model to integrate academic achievement and character development.
