Motivation has two basic forms, namely artificial (extrinsic) and intrinsic (intrinsic). Organizations need both in order to improve employee performance. (extrinsic or intrinsic), extrinsic refers to the actions that the organization will take to motivate employees, while intrinsic refers to the forces or causes within the organization that push employees towards certain goals. Because every employee who works certainly has motivation which is the reason why they join the organization of their choice. Based on the results of the researcher's initial observations, work effectiveness at the Tolinggula Subdistrict Office, North Gorontalo Regency is not yet optimal. This can be seen where there are still many public services that cannot be completed on time, simply because the employees serving the public are not there or arrive late to go to the office. Another problem that appears is the slowness of employees in working due to lack of communication. Some employees lack responsibility for their duties and work. If you look at the behavior of employees, it is very clear that employees arrive on time for attendance or roll call in the morning, but after roll call and roll call are finished they do not immediately enter the room and start work, but choose to be quiet and talk to their colleagues and then enter the work room for an hour. after they did attendance and morning assembly. If you assess employees' efforts in carrying out their duties, some employees often delegate their tasks or work to other employees. When appointed by the leadership to carry out work, both inside and outside the office, there are employees who nominate other employees to carry out the task. It was found that the services provided by employees at the Tolinggula Subdistrict Office still showed signs that employee discipline in their work had not been carried out well, this had an impact on employee work results which still showed signs of ineffectiveness in terms of both work quality and time issues. The problem phenomenon above is caused by a lack of motivation for employees. Work effectiveness and employee motivation are closely related; With the support of the right motivation, every employee will try to increase their productivity and have high work morale.

Mobile Platform for Building Applications at the Integrated Services Office Medan City

The advancement of computer technology has developed rapidly and has been applied in various aspects of life. At that time, computers were considered one of the most efficient tools in supporting technological development. At the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (OI-OIS) in Medan City, the process of applying for Building Permits (BP) was still conducted manually and had not been computerized, resulting in slow and inefficient licensing processes. Applicants were required to fill out forms manually and deliver physical documents to the village and sub-district offices, which extended processing times. Furthermore, application reports were often piled up, hindering prompt and accurate handling. The lack of efficiency in managing applicant data further exacerbated the situation and slowed down the completion of applications. Therefore, an integrated digital system was needed to expedite and facilitate the submission and management of IMB applications. This research aimed to develop an Android-based Information System for Building Permit Applications at DPMPTSP in Medan City using the R&D (Research and Development) method. It was hoped that this application would make it easier for staff to manage IMB application data. The research results indicated that the development of the Android-based Information System for Building Permit Applications successfully addressed the issues encountered in the previously manual IMB application process. This application expedited and simplified the filling out and submission of applications, eliminating the need for applicants to deliver physical documents. Additionally, the management of applicant data became more efficient and computerized, reducing the backlog of reports and speeding up the verification process.

Penerapan Metode Scrum untuk Sistem Informasi Arsip Surat di Kantor Kecamatan Umbu Ratu Nggay Barat

The implementation of an effective and efficient information system is very important in managing letter archives in government offices. This study aims to design and implement a letter archive information system using the Scrum method at the Umbu Ratu Nggay Barat District Office. Scrum was chosen as a software development framework because of its adaptive and iterative nature, allowing the team to accommodate changing needs quickly. Through this approach, system development is carried out in several sprints, which ensures that the development process runs in a structured manner with a clear division of tasks. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Scrum method can increase efficiency in the letter archive management process and accelerate the response to changes in system needs. With this letter archive information system, the sub-district office can manage letter documents in a more organized, easily accessible, and secure manner. This study is expected to be the basis for further development to improve the quality of administrative services in government institutions.

The Influence Of Servant Leadership And Intrinsic Motivation On The Performance Of Employees Of The Inamosol Sub-District Office, Western Seram District

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of servant leadership, intrinsic motivation, and employee performance at the Inamosol Sub-District Office, West Seram Regency. The research approach that will be used in this research is a quantitative approach. In this study, the population in this study were all employees of the Inamosol Sub-District Head of West Seram Regency totaling 34 people, where the entire population was used as a research sample using the saturated sample method, the sample used was 34 people. The data were analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination test. Data processing using SPSS software The results showed that servant leadership, intrinsic motivation had a significant and positive effect on employee performance at the Inamosol Sub-District Office, West Seram Regency.

Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Beji Kota Depok

Beji Sub-district Office is 1 of 11 sub-districts in the city of Depok which has the task of assisting the Mayor in coordinating the administration of general government affairs, government affairs in the field of community empowerment and urban villages as well as the delegation of part of government affairs in other fields. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on the performance of Beji District employees in Depok City. The research was conducted for 3 months (April - June 2024). Data collection methods are through interviews, questionnaires and observations distributed to 58 respondents. The analysis method is quantitative statistics. Data analysis includes instrument quality tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t tests and F tests. The results of this study indicate that the Work Environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Beji District Office. Work Discipline partially has a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Employees of the Beji District Office. Work Environment and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Employees of Beji Subdistrict Office. The implication of the results of this study is that providing a good work environment and work discipline will improve employee performance..

Analysis of the Circular Economy's Implementation at Maggot House Mengger Sub-District Bandung City

In 2023, the city of Bandung faced serious problems because the Sarimukti landfill caught fire and the city of Bandung experienced a "waste emergency". One of the programs launched is the construction of maggot houses in every sub-district in Bandung City with a target of processing 1 ton of organic waste/day. Mengger Sub-district is one of the sub-districts that received assistance to build maggot house. The land area of ​​the maggot house is 150 m2, managed by 4 officers. This study aims to identify various problems that must be resolved first so that the circular economy concept can be implemented at the Mengger Maggot House. The study was carried out by conducting observations, detailed surveys and in-depth interviews with various stakeholders in Mengger Sub-district. Observations were carried out to see the level of compliance of residents in sorting, a detailed survey was carried out on the waste collection and processing system at the maggot house, and in-depth interviews were conducted with assistants from Bandung City Environmental Service Office (DLH), maggot buyers, sub-district officials, maggot house officers, neighbourhood (RT) and hamlet (RW), and waste collector. Based on the results of observations, it was found that only some residents carry out sorting consistently, a collection system already exists in each RT/RW but they have not implemented a segregated waste collection system, and there is no system for transporting waste from the RW to the maggot house so that the amount of organic waste entering the maggot house is still low, no electricity and clean water, no choppers, leaks in the fly cage, and no diversification in maggot products. Through various socialization activities and Focus Group Discussions with all stakeholders, various agreements were obtained to resolve various problems at the Mengger Maggot House.

IMPLEMENTATION OF PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION NUMBER 26 OF 2009 ON E-KTP SERVICE POLICY AT SUB-DISTRICT OFFICES IN BANJARBARU CITY

The E-KTP programme was initiated in response to the conventional ID card system in Indonesia, which allowed individuals to possess more than one ID card. The policy for changing the administration of population registration, as mandated by Law Number 23 of 2006, aims to establish an orderly population database, proper issuance of Population Identification Numbers (NIK), and accurate population documents. To achieve the main goals of population administration, it is necessary to implement a Nationally-based NIK ID card (Electronic ID Card) for all eligible residents. This study aims to examine the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 26 of 2009 concerning the E-KTP service policy in sub-districts within Banjarbaru City, focusing on the challenges encountered and possible solutions. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, documentation, and field observations. Primary data sources included informants, supported by observations and documentation from the research location. The data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive techniques. The study's findings reveal that the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 26 of 2009 regarding the E-KTP service policy at sub-district offices in Banjarbaru City has been effective, with clear procedures and free services. However, challenges remain, including residents who are registered but have not yet completed the E-KTP recording, a shortage of service staff or operators (only one person available), and a lack of information and socialisation regarding E-KTP knowledge among the local population. The implications of this research suggest the need to raise public awareness about the importance of the E-KTP programme, increase the number of service staff or operators, and enhance the dissemination of information and socialisation efforts related to E-KTP awareness among the community. Tuberculosis in Aceh Province, Indonesia: a spatial epidemiological study covering the period 2019-2021.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were any TB clusters in Aceh Province, Indonesia and their temporal distribution during the period of 2019-2021. A spatial geo-reference was conducted to 290 sub-districts coordinates by geocoding each sub-district's offices. By using SaTScan TM v9.4.4, a retrospective space-time scan statistics analysis based on population data and annual TB incidence was carried out. To determine the regions at high risk of TB, data from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2021 were evaluated using the Poisson model. The likelihood ratio (LLR) value was utilized to locate the TB clusters based on a total of 999 permutations were performed. A Moran's I analysis (using GeoDa) was chosen for a study of both local and global spatial autocorrelation. The threshold for significance was fixed at 0.05. At the sub-district level, the spatial distribution of TB in Aceh Province from 2019-2021 showed 19 clusters (three most likely and 16 secondary ones), and there was a spatial autocorrelation of TB. The findings can be used to provide thorough knowledge on the spatial pattern of TB occurrence, which is important for designing effective TB interventions.

WEB-BASED TOURISM INFORMATION SYSTEM IN BUNGUS TELUK KABUNG SUB-DISTRICT OFFICE

This system design aims to develop a web-based tourism information system for Bungus Teluk Kabung sub-district office and create applications that can be implemented in this sub-district office. This system research method is built on a website platform and runs online. The research method uses the system development life cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall model approach, which consists of 5 phases, namely: a) Analysis b) Design c) Implementation d) Maintenance e) Planning. The programming language used is (PHP), and the database application uses a data processor (MySql) as the database (RDBMS). The system design tools use Unified Modeling Language (UML) method with 4 (four) diagrams according to the design requirements, namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams. The tourism information application in the sub-district office of Bungus Teluk Kabung facilitates visitors to find information and tourist places in the study area. This system was tested and validated using the software testing method, using black box testing. This system can overcome the problems that exist in the area of Bungus Teluk Kabung sub-district.

Respon Masyarakat Kalidoni Palembang terhadap Penari Wanita Pegon dalam Kesenian Kuda Lumping

This research discusses a phenomenon in the Kuda Lumping art where there are female dancers called female pegon dancers. This phenomenon can contain various responses from the surrounding community. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The primary data used in this research was obtained directly from the field through an interview process with the head of the Rt and the administration section of the Kalidoni sub-district office. The theory used in this research is the phenomenological theory by Edmund Husserl. The results of this research show that Kalidoni District has the art of Kuda Lumping in which there is a phenomenon of female Pegon dancers. Pegon female dancers, Kuda Lumping art, have changed the rules and appearance of Kuda Lumping art, especially in Kalidoni District, and is one of the traditional arts which in its development has received various responses from the community, both positive and negative, and some factors influence people's interest and there are impacts. or the influence of female pegon dancers.

ANALISIS AKUNTANSI DALAM PROSES PENGADAAN BARANG DAN JASA DI KANTOR KECAMATAN SUKARAJA KABUPATEN SUKABUMI

In the era of globalization and rapid development of information technology, financial management and accounting have become crucial aspects for organizations, including government agencies. In Indonesia, procurement of goods and services is a vital component in supporting the implementation of government programs, where efficiency and transparency in the procurement process greatly affects the quality of goods and services obtained, as well as accountability for the use of public funds. The Sukaraja Sub-district Office, Sukabumi District, as part of the local government, has the responsibility to effectively manage the procurement of goods and services. However, accounting and financial management practices in the sub-district often face challenges that affect the effectiveness and efficiency of budget use, as well as the quality of public services. This research focuses on analyzing the accounting system used in the process of submitting payment for goods and services at the Sukaraja Subdistrict Office. The accounting system is an organization of forms, records, and reports that are coordinated to provide financial information needed in management. An in-depth understanding of this accounting system is very important because this system serves as a financial control mechanism, which if implemented properly, can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of regional financial management. This study shows that although the existing accounting system at the Sukaraja Sub-district Office is quite good, there is still room for improvement, especially in terms of integration of modern technology and training of officers in the use of the system. Accurate and timely financial data is needed for effective decision-making. In addition, transparency in public financial management is expected to increase accountability and reduce the potential for corruption. In this regard, measures to ensure that financial information is easily accessible to the public are crucial. This study concludes that the improvement of the existing accounting system, including the utilization of technology and the improvement of officers' competencies, is essential to improve financial performance in Sukaraja Sub-district Office. Thus, a strong and transparent accounting system will drive increased accountability, efficiency, and better quality of public services, which will ultimately support overall local economic development

Re-design of Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces in Kebon Pala Village

The Community Service activities conducted by the UKI’s Architecture Study Program focused on the theme of 'Green Action 35: Redesign of Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space in Kebon Pala Village’. The aim is to provide design proposals to restore its usability and functionality for Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space which has become unsuitable and non-functional. The method involves conducting a location survey, measuring and documenting the existing conditions, and creating a design proposal for the renovation, which will be presented to the Village Head, sub-district officials, and the management of the Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space. The result of this Community Service activity is a design proposal that is expected to be implemented so it can be reused.

The Influence of Human Capital and Spiritual Capital on Employee Performance in the District Head Office

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of human capital on employee performance at the Central City District Head Office, Gorontalo City; knowing and analyzing the influence of spiritual capital on employee performance at the Central City Subdistrict Office, Gorontalo City; determine and analyze the influence of human capital and spiritual capital together on employee performance at the Central City District Head Office, Gorontalo City. The analytical method used is a quantitative data analysis method, using a multiple linear regression model. The research population was all employees of the Central City District Head Office, 38 people using purposive sampling, 38 people were obtained using census techniques. The results of the research show that in partial testing, Human Capital and Spiritual Capital have a significant effect on employee performance at the Central City District Head Office. The results of simultaneous calculations show that the Fcount value of 327.063 is greater than the Ftable value of 3.259 with a significance level of F of 0.000 which is a value smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that together Human Capital and Spiritual Capital have a significant influence on employee performance at the City District Head Office. Middle. For the Adjusted R Square value of 0.944, it means that 94.4% of the two independent variables Human Capital and Spiritual Capital together can explain the model of this research and the remaining 5.6% is explained by other variables or factors that were not studied.

Analysis of the Implementation of Resident Check-in Program in Mulyorejo Subdistrict, Surabaya City

This research aims to determine the output of the Resident Check-In application in Mulyorejo Subdistrict, as well as the involvement and availability of human resources in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection based on interviews, observations, and descriptive documentation. The results of the research indicate that the output achieved has not yet met the established targets. There are still issues faced, so the Resident Check-In application has not yet become a solution for problem-solving in Mulyorejo Subdistrict. Through community participation, the implementation of the Resident Check-In program is running well, and the feedback received is very positive. To address the shortfall in the output achieved, Mulyorejo Subdistrict is improving communication by utilizing current technology such as WhatsApp. Recommendations from this study include enhancing the implementation of the Resident Check-In application in Mulyorejo Subdistrict regarding the quality of the subdistrict officials' performance so that it can eventually become a good example for other subdistricts in producing outputs and increasing community participation. Additionally, further socialization regarding the Resident Check-In application is necessary so that residents will be more conducive to updating data. The results of this study can serve as a guide for the government to improve the existing system of the Resident Check-In application, to enhance the quality and efficiency of the performance of subdistrict officials in each area of Surabaya City. Moreover, it includes improving the quality of performance by developing officials in Mulyorejo Subdistrict.

The Impact of Phentagonal on the Economic Resilience of the South Kuta Community

This research took as its object the South Kuta Subdistrict Office, Badung Regency, which aims to examine the Pentagonal Impact on the Economic Resilience of the South Kuta Community using the main theory, namely the grand theory (Van Holk, 2008) which suggests that what forms resilience and these factors interact with each other throughout life. This research uses quantitative methods using a questionnaire and a sample of 92 people from the South Kuta community, as well as five hypotheses using SPSS V 2024 with multiple regression. The results of this research found: 1. Human Resources showed a negative and insignificant influence on the economic resilience of the people of South Kuta, 2. Natural Resources showed a significant and positive influence on the economic resilience of the people of South Kuta, 3. Social Capital showed a positive influence but no significantly to the economic resilience of the South Kuta community, 4. Financial Capital shows a negative and significant influence on the economic resilience of the South Kuta community, 5. Economic Resilience has a simultaneous influence on Human Resources, Natural Resources, Social Capital, Financial Capital so that they become one unit in the South Kuta Community. Implications of this research found: 1. Policies in developing Human Resources, 2. Sustainable Management of Natural Resources, 3. Strengthening Social Capital, 4. Access to Financial Capital, 5. Increasing economic readiness and adaptation, 6. Development of local initiatives.

THE INFLUENCE OF WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH MOTIVATIONAL MEDIATION AT THE GRUJUGAN BONDOWOSO SUB-DISTRICT OFFICE

Human Resource is an essential element in the an organisation. To accomplish organisational objectives, optimal human resource management is required in order create a balance between organisational and employee needs. The existence of this balanced condition is a key factor in driving organisational growth. This study examines the relationship between work discipline, motivation and employee performance. This research aims to determine the extent to which a high level of work discipline can encourage motivation, which ultimately leads to increased employee performance. The results are hoped to inform the development of work discipline practices policies for boosting employee performance through effective discipline and motivation management in the government sector. This study's novelty lies in its focus on a specific government office and the mediating role of motivation, an understudied area in related research. Employing a quantitative approach, the study analyzed data from all 45 employees at the Grujugan Bondowoso District Office using a census and SEM-PLS 4.0 software. This study shows that 1) Work discipline has a significant impact on employee performances in the sub-district office of grujugan bondowoso, 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect effect on motivation in the sub-district office of grujugan bondowoso, 3) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance in the sub-district office of grujugan bondowoso, 4) work discipline on employee performance via mediation motivations has a positive and significant effects in the sub-district office of grujugan bondowoso.

Can Education Level and Work Environment Affect Employee Performance ?

This study emphasizes the significance of the work environment and educational level in influencing the performance of employees at the Mallawa Sub-District Office in Maros Regency. The results indicate that a favorable work environment has been proven to enhance employee performance. Furthermore, employees with higher levels of education tend to perform their tasks more effectively. The positive relationship between these variables indicates that improving the work environment and investing in education are important steps towards enhancing the quality and performance of the workforce. Previous studies have indicated that education and work environment are crucial factors for employee performance. Therefore, supporting further education and providing a conducive work environment are crucial for the success of the company.

Optimalisasi Pelayanan Masyarakat di Kelurahan Kilasah Kecamatan Kasemen Kota Serang dalam Mencapai Good Government

Community services that do not run optimally result in obstruction of the government regulatory system in the agency. It can also cause fatal problems, such as increasing complaints from people who experience inconvenience and their service rights are not fulfilled. In principle, community service is a determining factor in the quality of government and the welfare of all sub-district officials and the community. This happened in various subdistrict agencies in various regions, including in Kilasah Subdistrict, Kasemen District, Serang City. As for the physical condition of the Killah sub-district office, it still does not have a permanent and independent sub-district office building, limited competent human resources, minimal facilities and infrastructure, minimal number of community service administration staff. So this Community Service activity aims to help optimize community services in Kilasah Village. The steps taken in implementation are the observation, preparation, implementation and evaluation stages.This community service (PkM) activity runs smoothly, the PkM team can assist in community services such as compiling sub-district correspondence, assisting in collecting data on poor people for social service events, collecting data on MSME actors for assistance in making NIBs and product branding, create social media accounts for online community service, and as a forum for citizens' aspirations in an easy way, as well as other administration . This can realize the role of the Kilasah Subdistrict government as a progressive, innovative and optimal service provider. So that we can achieve the ideals of Good Government that are aspired to by all governments, especially Kilasah Village

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI KELURAHAN SEMBILAN SEPULUH ULU KOTA PALEMBANG

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality provided by governmental institutions, particularly the Sembilan Sepuluh Ulu Subdistrict Office in Palembang City, on public satisfaction through indicators of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, utilizing the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS 3 method. The results indicate that Tangibles and Assurance positively influence Public Satisfaction, whereas Reliability and Responsiveness do not show a positive influence. Empathy is also proven to have a positive influence on Public Satisfaction. The managerial implications suggest that the Subdistrict Office can enhance public satisfaction by addressing and improving aspects that have been shown to have a positive influence. The theoretical implications of this research contribute to understanding the relationship between service quality and public satisfaction, particularly in the context of governmental institutions. For future researchers, it is recommended to conduct a deeper analysis regarding the implementation of solutions, particularly by considering the effectiveness of training, the application of service information systems, and continuous evaluation of the transparency and efficiency of services.
