STUDI ANALISIS PEMAHAMAN JAMAAH TABLIGH DALAM PENGKAJIAN HADIS NABI DI KOTA PALU SULAWESI TENGAH

This paper analyzes the use of the study of the hadith of the Prophet saw in each da'wah delivered. one of the cases is the activities of the Tabligh congregation in the mosque there is usually a study of hadith held after morning deliberation, meal break, charity infirady (personal) from 9 to 12 o'clock after that recite the Qur'an fadhilah, prayer fadhilah, dhikr fadhilah and alms tabligh, fadhilah ramadhan (in the month of Ramadhan) and fadhilah haji (in the month of dzulhijjah/month of hajj). This is a special study for researchers related to the hadiths used in his preaching. As well as its implementation in everyday life. In the search, the researcher of Jamaah Tabligh understood the hadith textually in accordance with what is contained in the hadith. So that sometimes it seems very textual and goes back to the time of the Prophet. For example the hadith of preserving the beard is understood not to shave the beard. The method used by researchers in analyzing the hadith is the method of takhrij Hadith which is reviewed from various books and tracked by each narrator.

Study of Living Hadith on Social Practices in The Framework of The Itba'ul Janāzah Tradition in Kauman Village

Researchers see a reality where the tradition of burying the dead in a religious system that is part of the rituals that occur in several religious groups. The itbā'ul janāzah tradition is part of the religious system built by the Muslim community. Kauman village has its own tradition of delivering corpses as a form of religious behavior. This study uses a qualitative type with a living hadith study approach. Researchers see that this tradition is received by hadiths related to the obligation of Muslims to deliver corpses for others. There are two types of hadith that are used as theological references in carrying out itbā'ul janāzah activities in the village of Kauman. First, the narration of Bukhari (1164) sourced from Abu Hurairah about the rights and obligations of every Muslim over other Muslims. Second, the narration of Muslim (1572) which is sourced from Abu Hurairah about the reward of delivering the corpse. From the results of this study, it was concluded that religious practices carried out by the Kauman community were indirectly based on the itbā'ul janāzah hadith.

Digitalisasi Hadis Ala Pusat Kajian Hadis (PKH): Distribusi, Ciri, dan Kontribusi dalam Kajian Hadis Indonesia

PKH is a pesantren which is famous for digitizing hadith, which has unique characteristics and designs that make it different from other pesantren. By using interpretative approach, this study showed that through variety of hadith, creativity can be enjoyed by the wider community. At least through the PKH’s url that not only gives the hadith emphasis but also general science, digital products that can be enjoyed as well as highly enlightening videos from various religious teachers who are highly trusted both from within and outside the country. Students who conduct training at PKH are also able to make applications through Android, namely thematic design and others such as pdf books which can be enjoyed in general. This phenomenon is a natural phenomenon in the technological era and they are hadith experts capable of displaying traditions to be readable in society at large. Explosive Isnad and Isnad Family: Thoughts of Mustafa Azami and Nabia Abbott

Ismologists Nabia Abbott and Mustafa Azami specialize in the study of hadith. Many of their works refute orientalist claims that the Prophet's hadith was compiled by Companions and generations in the second and third centuries. The purpose of this research is to glance at Mustafa Azami's and Nabia Abbott's opinions on the Explosive Isnad and the Isnad Family, as well as how they compare to the views of classical hadith scholars. This study employs a literature review method. The findings show that most of Abbott and Azami's viewpoints are similar to those of hadith scholars, such as in the context of the increasing number of hadith narrations in each generation and the fact that the family isnad cannot be used as a criterion for determining the validity of a hadith. The difference is in Abbott's interpretation of the Sunnah.

Al-Qāḍī ʻIyāḍ and His Method in Studying the Noble Hadith: “A Book with Bughyah Al-Ra’id Lima Tadammanahu Hadith Ummi Zar’ min al-Fawa’id The Pioneer Endeavour for Benefits in Ummi Zar’s Report”: As an Example

Al-Qāḍī ʻIyāḍ’s explanation of the hadith of Ummi Zara’ is considered one of the most authentic explanations and was approved by the early and later scholars. The aim of this research is to clarify the method employed by Al-Qāḍī ʻIyāḍ in the study of the noble hadith through his explanation “Bughyah al-Ra’id Lima Tadammanahu Hadith Ummi Zar’ min al-Fawa’id”. The researcher relied on the inductive approach in introducing Al-Qāḍī ʻIyāḍ and his efforts in this explanation, and the analytical approach in order to highlight Al-Qāḍī ʻIyāḍ’s innovative methodology, which distinguished this explanation from others. The research concluded that Al-Qāḍī ʻIyāḍ established the rules of a new approach in dealing with the religious text, based on comprehensiveness and integration, which explains his extraction of a huge number of jurisprudential and Arabic issues, with unique investigations and wonderful references.

Takhrij Hadits Nilai Kemanusiaan (Berbuat Baik kepada Istri dan Orang lain)

Abstract 
 Doing good toward human beings is something that must be done as social beings in order to create a peaceful life in society. Being a very important thing to do good to the wife, this is often neglected by husbands. Doing good to the wife is an absolute obligation for the husband by doing good will create peace in the family and raise peace-loving generations. In this study, we will discuss the study of takhrij hadith about doing good to the wife and others, which will examine partially, namely how the reliability of the narrators, the connection of sanad, whether or not the hadith is valid, converts (note whether or not) the hadith is valid and examines the hadith in detail. Simultaneously, this study uses the Gamee Al-Kaleem application version 4.5. an application designed for Takhrij Al-Hadith.Based on the research’s finding, it is concluded that first, the narrator Sufyan Al Tsauri is a Tsiqah narrator. Second, the hadiths studied are in the Shohihul Al-isnad category. Third, this hadith about doing good to family and others can be concluded to be in the Sahih al-Matan category. Fourth, the existence of this hadith and other hadiths are in one corridor to support each other. Fifth, the hadith about doing good to family and other people under study does not contain illat which can make it rejected by the Aqli argument. Sixth, by partial research, this hadith is shohihul al-hadith/shohih lidzatihi. Seventh, the simultaneous research shows that this hadith is ahad ghorib.

The issue of spelling errors in the books of Atraf ul Hadith Study of the book "al'afrad Walgharayib" By Imam Al-Daraqutni as a model

Arabic language is a very sensitive in a sense that a change in a letter or Harkat( Fath, Zamma and Kasra) can cause a huge difference in the meaning. If such errors occur in books of Atraf, it can cause multiple difficulties in reaching the exact Hadith. The book Al Garaib wal Afraad is no exception. There are many spelling mistakes in this book and there can be many reasons of it. The book consists of 6400 Afrad Ahadith; I have just conducted research from Musnad Muaaz Bin Jabl, Hadith number 4284 to 4592 around 308 Ahadith. From these Ahadith, I encountered 18 such Ahadith where such errors can be found. This research paper contains an introduction, three chapters and the conclusion. The first chapter deals with a short introduction of the book Al Garaib wal Afraad; while the second chapter presents a brief introduction of life of Imam Dar Qutni. The third chapter presents examples of spelling errors from the book. In conclusion, outcomes of the research have been provided. The research is a descriptive and empirical in its nature as it will give evidences from the book

The Genealogy of Ali Mustafa Yaqub’s Hadith Understanding

Ali Mustafa is an Indonesian hadith expert who has had a significant influence on the development of hadith studies in Indonesia in term of the study of hadith authenticity and the study of hadith understanding. This article explores Ali Mustafa's genealogy of understanding, method of understanding, and academic experiences during his education in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. The data sources for this paper were Ali Mustafa's work entitled Female Imam, The Meeting Point of Wahabi-NU, and Islam is not only for Muslims. Through text analysis method with a genealogical approach, it can be described that Ali Mustafa's understanding of Genealogy was strongly influenced by several sources such as NU, Wahabi, Occidentalism, and the understanding of classical scholars. Ali Mustafa understood the hadith with the textual method first, then he used contextual method if the textual method could not be used to understand the hadith. The influence of Ali Mustafa's education in Indonesia through Islamic boarding schools was stronger than his educational experience in Saudi Arabia

In Islam in addition to the Qur'an, hadith is an interesting thing to study and explore the elements of knowledge that exist in it. HAKIKAT MANUSIA DAN POTENSINYA MENURUT AL-QUR’AN DAN HADITS

Humans are the noblest creatures in the sight of Allah swt in various fields, from form, behavior, communication, social interaction, to the establishment of applicable laws and connectedness with God. The Qur'an and Hadith in relation to Islamic Religious Education convey studies related to human nature and all its potentials that can be carried out by each individual human being for the benefit of himself, others and broader interests, to the level of becoming the best human profile in the version. Al Qur'an and human quality according to the study of Hadith. This article aims to find the meaning of Potential and Human Nature according to the Qur'an and Hadith. This writing method is in the form of a literature study (Library Research). The results of the writing describe that human nature has the basic meaning of Basyar (human with body dimensions), Insan (human with dimensions of growth and development), Bani adam (humans with hereditary dimension). The potential that exists in humans is the Instinct Potential (Emotional), Intellectual Potential (Intellectual), Sensory Potential (Physical), Religious Potential (Spiritual).

The Implications of Understanding Contextual Hadith on Religious Radicalism (Case Study of Darus-Sunnah International Institute for Hadith Sciences)

In hadith studies, many conclusions state that textual reasoning towards hadith is the main cause of intolerance and radicalism. This makes some scholars such as Yusuf al-Qardhawi and Ali Mustafa Yakub offer a more complex understanding of hadith involving asbab wurud al-hadith, al-wahdah al-maudhu'iyyah fi al-hadith, ikhtilaf al-ahadith and so on. Hadith reasoning like this is considered by some as a contextualization of hadith that will prevent someone from religious radicalism. This study wants to answer the question, to what extent does contextual reasoning in hadith prevent a person from religious radicalism? Researchers will examine the formulation of contextual hadith reasoning initiated by Ali Mustafa Yaqub in al-Thuruq al-Shahihah fi Fahm al-Sunnah al-Nabawiyyah and standards of religious radicalism initiated by LIPI in the Strategy for Anticipating Radicalism and Religious Intolerance in Indonesia. Each will be used as an independent variable and dependent variable. This research is mixed research with the type of field research. The data processing technique used is a simple regression test using the SPSS 20 program. The research object of this study is the Mahasantri Darus-Sunnah International Institute for Hadith Sciences with a total of 32 people. While the sampling system in this study is a random sample. The results of this study indicate that contextual hadith reasoning has a sig. 0.008 which is less than 0.05 so it is said to have a significant effect between contextual hadith reasoning on religious radicalism. The magnitude of the influence of this hadith reasoning itself is 21.2%. The direction of the effect is negative with a magnitude of -.643 at a constant of 69.792. This means that there is a negative relationship between contextual hadith reasoning and religious radicalism. The more contextual a person's understanding of hadith is, the further away he is from radicalism.

Objek Dan Ruang Lingkup Kajian Hadis Masa Klasik Dan Kontemporer

This paper seeks to map and format new typologies in the study of hadith, ranging from the classical period to the present. As the second source or teaching of Islam after the Qur'an, hadith has an important position in the lives of Muslims. From time to time, traditions continue to be studied with a variety of methods and approaches. The hadith which was originally shaped "the sunnah of the Prophet (living traditions)" began to be studied massively at the beginning of the second century of hijriah, and reached its peak in the 3rd century hijriah. This happened after there was official instruction from the eighth Caliph of the Umayyad Dynasty, namely ‘Umar bin‘ Abdul ‘Azīz (d. 101 H), to several state officials and local hadith scholars. In addition to carrying out the codification (tadwīn) of hadith, previous scholars also wrote literature related to the traditions of hadith. There are two forms or models of the study of hadith science, namely the science of hadith riwāyah and hadith science dirāyah. As time goes by, dirāyah hadith or what is commonly called the science of muṣṭalaḥ al-ḥadīṡ, receives enormous attention from the scholars of hadith. From these two branches of the science of hadith, scholars develop their studies more broadly. The object of the study of hadith which initially consisted of sanad and matan, is now beginning to be studied in a more interesting form after the emergence of thinkers from the Western world or among orientalists. Even including Muslim scholars who are critical of the study of hadith. There are at least four objects and the scope of the hadith study that needs to be studied further, namely the Sanad/Figure Study, Text/Matan Study, Hadith Book Study, and Regional Study. Of the four things, it certainly can be expanded into several separate and detailed studies.

Prophetic Theology; The Study of Criticism and Understanding of Hadith About The Existence of Allah

This article focuses on studying the existence of Allah in the hadith. In this study hadith is used as the subject; of course, hadith is the main text used as the basis for the study. An interesting problem in this study is that the authority of hadith as legality to explain the existence of Allah is rarely disclosed in a separate study. The reviewers and observers of theological studies generally depart from the the Qur’an, even if there is the use of hadith only to complement the study of the the Qur’an. Even though the authority of hadith (shahīh) as a second source after the Qur'an cannot be doubted anymore, moreover, for legality in theological issues that continue to develop among Muslims and non-Muslims, making hadith as a second source must be utilized. Therefore, this article is interesting because it examines the existence of Allah through the study of hadith. The goal is that ideas about theology, especially those related to the existence of Allah, can be read through hadith as a basis for rational thinking. This study analyzes hadith texts related to the theme. Because discussing hadith is closely related to issues of validity (shahihan) and understanding, this study uses the jarh wa al-ta'dil and fiqh al-hadīs approaches. jarh wa al-ta'dil is a method to measure the validity of hadith, while fiqh al-Hadis to find meanings about the existence of Allah. From the study conducted, it can be concluded that the Messenger of Allah said that Allah alone (monotheism) is not plural and existed before something that had no beginning and no end. There is not a single creature that preceded him, and Allah is eternal forever and ever. This idea is agreed upon by all scholars regarding the oneness and eternity of Allah.

Theory Dating and Isnad Cum Matn Harald Motzki in Revealing The Authenticity of The Prophet Hadith

According to Kamaruddin Amin, the discourse on the authenticity, validity, and reliability of the hadith authentication methodology is the most basic thing in the study of hadith. The doubts of some Muslim scholars over the role of hadith as the second source of authority after the Qur'an, are not entirely related to their rejection of the accuracy of the methodology used in determining the originality of the hadith. If the authentication methodology used is problematic, then all the results achieved from the method are not sterile from the possibility of re-verification, historical criticism and even results can collapse. Doubts also come from the orientalists regarding the authenticity of the hadith. The epistemology of the orientalists with characteristics of skepticism or doubt in terms of testimony and tries to re-question what the hadith really is, is it true that the hadith is the oral speech of the prophet, the prophet's behavior or the perception of the Islamic community about the prophet, is the book of hadith that we inherit from the third century such as Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, is a reflection of the sunnah of the Prophet? This school of skepticism is represented by Joseph Schacht (Austria) and Ignaz Goldziher (Hungary) and Harald Motzki.

Sheikh Jamil Al-Husaini’s Analysis Method For Gharib Hadiths; Critical Study of the Book al-Qamar al-Sari li Idah Garib Sahih al-Bukhari

Sheikh Jamil Halim al-Husaini has contributed greatly to the study of hadith in the global era. His students are scattered in the word, including the archipelagi. However, Research on his character in the field of hadith has not been done. This Research will examine of Sheikh Jamil al-Husaini in the field of hadith by conducting a critical study of his work entitled al-Qamar al-Sa>ri> li I>d}ah} G{ari>b S{ah}i>h al-Bukha>ri. >This book will be studied critically to find out how Sheikh Jamil al-Husaini’s concept is in understanding the Gharib Hadiths. This research uses a qualitative method with a historically approach, this approach will describe comprehensively the intellectual journey and the background of the book in the field of hadith. This research can show that Sheikh Jamil al-Husaini uses the mujadalah method to explain the gharib hadiths in his book. He denied the understanding that was considered incorrect \\in understanding the Gharib words in the Hadith, especially understanding that is contrary to sunni understanding. Conceptually, Sheikh Jamil al-Husaini understands Gharib hadith based on three concepts, namely, 1) interpreting the argument of the Koran and Hadiths that are relevant to the word gharib. 2) conducting linguistic analysis 3) expressing the opinion of the salaf scholars from sunni and refuting arguments that contradict the meaning of hadith. Sheikh Jamil al-Husaini also gave his personal arguments in every explanation in his book. This book shows that Sheikh Jamil al-Husaini had expertise in the field of hadith. His Contribution to the study of Hadith has also reached the archipelago. Sheikh Jamil al-Husaini also transmitted hadith with his complete sanad to his students in the archipelago, either via virtual or in person.

Living Hadis Nilai-nilai Inti Sistem Manajemen Strategis pada Pengelolaan Pendidikan Tinggi

This study aims to discuss the core values in strategic management systems. This research method is qualitative through literature study with a living hadith approach which is a case study in Islamic higher education. The results and discussion of this research are in the form of a vision, mission, goals, strategic objectives, and core values of Islamic higher education institutions. These are substantially understood as a manifestation of the management of the Prophet, as a noble person with al-Qur'an morals. This study concludes that the relevant living hadith approach is used for research on the core values of strategic management systems that are initiated by institutions in their efforts to achieve strategic goals. The recommendation of this research is the importance of developing hadith studies and developing value-based institutions as a reference for decision making.

Characteristics of Hadith Studies in the Era of Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia

This study aims to determine the characteristics of hadith studies in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study indicates that the study of hadith in Indonesia in particular and the study of Islamic studies, in general, are currently leading to digital scientific studies and development. The pandemic situation in the last two years that has changed the pattern of life from traditional to digital has further strengthened digitalization in Islamic science, especially the study of hadith. Thematic studies of hadith still dominate hadith studies during the pandemic. Hadith researchers have shifted from the tendency to write about studies on the development of Indonesian hadith towards studies related to the Covid-19 pandemic from the perspective of hadith as a form of sensitivity and concern for pandemic conditions in Indonesia. Four hadith thematic study articles respond to the current pandemic situation. This research is qualitative-descriptive-analytic by making scientific e-articles about hadith on the Moraref portal as the object of study.

The impact of the science of the Hadith on Holy Qur’an interpretation is so important that an interpreter cannot dispense, and the aspects of this influence appear in various aspects. It is driven from the relationship of the Holy Qur’an with the Sunnah of the Prophet, as they are two inseparable companions, and inexhaustible sources of revelation. The Sunnah of the prophet plays major role in interpretation oh the Holy Quran, as in the early literatures of hadith reserve a specific chapter for interpretation of the Quran. Besides, it is known that the narration of hadith gone through a strict evaluation process to differentiate between accepted hadith (al-hadith al-maqbul) and rejected hadith (al-hadith al-mardud), therefore acceptance of some aspects in interpretation of the Holy Quran also should be affected. This study will explore the influence of study of hadith in different aspects of interpretation of the Holy Quran.

ACCULTURATION OF LOCAL CULTURE AND RELIGION IN THE LEKLEK-AN TRADITION IN THE SEI KEPAYANG ASAHAN COMMUNITY

<p class="03Afiliasi"><em>This </em><em>research is a form of living hadith study that discusses the acculturation of local culture and religion in the implementation of the lek-lekan tradition in the Sei Kepayang community, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques in this study using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. And the informants are the government, ulama, community leaders, event organizers and the Sei Kepayang community in general. The results of this study, that the tradition of lek-lekan which is carried out at the birth of a baby by holding activities at the place of the baby's parents. The tradition of lek-lekan is perfected with a wedding ceremony for the baby. The main foundation for the community in carrying out the tradition of lek-lekan, namely in the form of carrying out the traditions of the local community continuously and practicing the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad related to the akikah worship of a newborn child.</em></p><p class="03Afiliasi"><strong><em> </em></strong></p>

BELENGGU RASIONALITAS DALAM TAFSĪR BI AL-MA’THŪR

The Interpretation with transmitted text (riwāyah) which uses to get meaning far away from the influence of ratio (al-ra'y) still cannot occur. Various different narrations for interpreting the same verse in the exegesis via narration (al-tafsīr bi al-ma'thūr) can be evidence of the use of ijtihad in that interpretation model. In this context, this study aims to find evidence and reconceptualize the terms to prove the existence ratio on exegesis via narration. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of study that uses literature research and uses content analysis as an analytical tool. This study finds that the interpreters in the category of exegesis via narration used ratio in the form of transmitted text selection to strengthen the meaning desired. The unawareness of the existence of rationality in the exegesis via narration is caused by the confusion of the terms used which are borrowed from the term of hadith study (muṣṭalah al-ḥadīth). Based on this, this study proposes to redefine that term to illustrate that dichotomy does not refer to the use of transmitted text or ratios in interpretation, but that dichotomy occurs from the proximity of the resulting message to the literal meaning content in interpretation.
