PELATIHAN PENENTUAN ARAH KIBLAT BAGI SANTRI PONDOK PESANTREN HIDAYATUL QUR’AN (PPHQ)

Astronomy in Indonesia originates and develops from Islamic boarding schools. Currently, this science is not massively studied in Islamic boarding schools, because it is considered difficult to do something related to calculations. Whereas in the aspect of study in Fiqh, students are taught and given an in-depth explanation. The Hidayatul Quran Islamic Boarding School (PPHQ) in Batanghari, East Lampung, is no exception, which has two flagship programs, namely Diniyah Takmiliyah and Tahfidhul Qur'an. In the Diniyah Takmiliyah Program, where alfiyah class students have studied fiqh studies quite in depth, the study of istiqbalul qiblah fiqh is not overlooked. This service tries to complete the fiqh understanding of the Qibla that has been owned by the santri with a scientific understanding of the Qibla, both in terms of calculation and measurement. The method used is PAR (participatory action research) with the aim of seeing, hearing, as well as understanding social phenomena that occur. Through this method, the target community or group is used as a subject, not an object of activity. The results obtained were that the alfiyah class students had basic knowledge both in the field of fiqh and about the geography of the earth. So that this training can complement and add insight, knowledge, new understanding and new skills in determining the Qibla direction.

THE MISUSE OF SOCIAL MEDIA AS A CAUSE OF DIVORCE AT THE MAJENE RELIGIOUS COURT (STUDY OF FIQH AND SOCIAL MEDIA)

Abstract
 Misuse of social media is one of the leading causes of divorce in the digital era. This study explain how the misuse of social media causes divorce in the study of fiqh and social media. This study used qualitative descriptive research. The data sources were from the judges of the Majene Religious Court, relevant books and articles. The results show that social media is one of the places that causes nusyuz or disobedience which is shown by changes in the partner’s attitude (infidelity) then continues into syiqaq whisch is a dispute between the couple, while in the study of social media, there is a relationship between cognitif dissonnance theory and virtual space that can cause divorce if the elements of attitude, perception and behaviour are not interconnected. For example, husbands who are often angry for no reason and commit violence even commit infidelity by uploading intimate photos with other woman on social media which are commented on by virtual communities both supporting or blaspheming

 ABSTRACT
 
 This research entitled “The Order to Marry in Sahih Muslim - A Comparative Fiqh Study” indicates a jurisprudential ruling that the jurists dealt with in clarification and detail, which is the ruling on marriage, and this topic deserves study and research; Because it is closely related to the life of humanity So the researcher began to embark on this subject with the hadiths in which the command to marry was mentioned, so does the ordering formula make it obligatory? Or on the scar? Or on permissibility?, Then the researcher touched on highlighting the position of the jurists and their opinions on this subject, presenting and discussing their evidence to come up with a sound opinion and a middle one among those opinions Therefore, the research was divided into an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion, where the researcher mentioned in the introduction the importance of the research. In the first topic, the researcher dealt with the definition of the terms of the title, where the researcher touched on the definition of the matter, marriage, language and terminology, the definition of Imam Muslim, and his book (Sahih Muslim). Then, in the second topic, the researcher dealt with: the matter of marriage and its ruling, by mentioning the sayings of the jurists and their evidence, and among the conclusion of the research was a set of results reached by the researcher.
 
 
 

Nikah Online Perspektif Kaedah Fiqh Al- Masyaqqah Tajlib At-Taisir

Marriage is one of the most appropriate and honorable ways to continue offspring. Article 2 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 1974 stipulates that marriage is valid if it is carried out according to the laws of each religion and belief. From the provisions of Article 2 paragraph (1) it is clear that those who are Muslim must heed the provisions and Islamic law in entering into marriage. Current technological developments are leading society towards the globalization of telecommunications, media and informatics. In the current condition, there are many problems that arise in a contract through electronic media, for example, online marriages where consent and consent transactions are carried out through connectivity or activities that are connected to a network or internet system (via online). Starting from the problems above, fiqh as a product of human thought related to Islamic law must be able to provide juridical answers to changes that occur in society. Therefore, opportunities for fiqh studies must always be open, and must be carried out by taking into account the social implications of the application of the products of legal thought, while maintaining their relevance to the will of the Qur'anic doctrines regarding human behavior.

Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Poster Session Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Metakognisi Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih Siswa Kelas VIII Di Madraah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Langkat

This study aims to determine the critical thinking skills of students in Fiqh learning after the application of the Poster Session Learning Strategy in class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat. This research is included in class action research (Action Research). This research uses a type of collaborative model, namely researchers with Fiqh study teachers in class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat. the instruments in this researcher are observation sheets and tests in accordance with research procedures by observing cycle I and cycle II. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII 6 MTs N 1 Langkat in the 2022/2023 school year totaling 32 people, teachers teaching fiqh subjects, and all components that were part of this study. Based on the data exposure above, it can be concluded that the metacognition ability of students in fiqh subjects before using the poster session strategy is still relatively low, this is known from the completeness of learning in class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat in the pre-cycle is 43.75% while in cycle I it reaches 71.87% and in cycle II it is 86.25%. The application of the Poster Session strategy in fiqh subjects at MTsN 1 Langkat is in accordance with the steps of the learning strategy. This Poster Session strategy is one of the active learning methods because in the application of this method students are required to play an active role, namely free to express their opinions about the material to their friends, this of course trains their thinking skills. In its implementation, the application of the Poster Session Strategy can be carried out well through two cycles. This can be seen through the activities of students in cycle I and cycle II have increased. The results of observations of student activity in learning which initially in cycle I only reached a score of 70% then increased by 20% to 90% in cycle II. After the application of the Poster Session Strategy, students' metacognition abilities have increased, this can be seen from the results of the pre-cycle metacognition ability test which only reached an average score of 68, 43 (less) and increased in cycle I to 73.52 (sufficient) and in cycle II increased again to 86.25 (good). The increase in metacognition skills can also be seen in the increase in the percentage of student completeness, namely in the pre-cycle only 43.75% while in cycle I it reached 71.87% and in cycle II it was 87.5%.

MAKAN DAN MINUM BERDIRI DALAM HADIS AL-KUTŪBUSSITTAH DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA PADA SANTRI PESANTREN

The attitude of eating and drinking while sitting has been rooted since childhood in society. So it raises a tough attitudetowards others different from the attitude. Radical tendencies that tend to be radical are very dangerous for proper religious practice. The search for the attitude of eating and drinking in the hadith al-Kutūbussittah is necessary to know the law of eating and drinking while standing real. Therefore it is necessary to know the extent to which the implementation of hadiths of eating and drinking while standing in the environment of santri. The subject of this research is studentsof class XII SMA Al-Minhaj Ma'had Minhaj Shahabah Tamansari Bogor. Research is a qualitative research that focuses on the problem of how to eat and drink attitude in Hadith al-Kutūbussittah and whether impelementasinya eat and drinkstanding at santri class XII Ma'had Minhaj Shahabah Bogor and how the interaction of understanding students with theimplementation of Hadiths of eating and drinking while standing. The approach used in this research is the normative theological approach with the field research design combined with the literature research. The data collection is done by the researcher himself by way of; (1) closed questionnaire;(2) observation; And (3) documentation study. For data analysis using descriptive technique that its application is done in three activity flow, that is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. To know the credibility of data, done with triangulation technique. The results showed that first, In al-Kutūbussittah mentioned attitudes related to eating and drinking in some form: the prohibition of eating and drinking while standing, may eat and drink while standing, the attitude of eating with al-iq'a, the ban on eating while leaning, And may eat and drink while walking either implicitly or explicitly. Second, Santri class XII SMA Al-Minhaj Tamansari Bogor implements the hadith ban on eating and drinking while standing alone and not apply the traditions of eating anddrinking while standing and walking. Hadiths may eat and drink while standing and walking is not applied because of theignorance of the hadiths. Thirdly, the Ignorance shapes their understanding of eating and drinking while standing andwalking. Understanding is practiced so that it becomes a habit. These habits form an imprecise attitude to their different practices. From the research results can be suggested (1) Implementing improvements in the way of teaching pesantren in teaching the hadiths of the Prophet integrally on a problem is not partial so as to make a complete understanding of santri; (2) Increasing the study of muqaranah fiqh to eliminate khilafiyyah fiqhiyyah gap on Muslims; (3) To popularize the study ofhadith al-kutūbussittah for Muslims so that they better understand the teachings of Islam from the main source.

Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Bambo Dancing Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Akidah Akhlak Siswa Kelas VIII Di MTS N 1 Langkat

This study aims to determine the Learning Outcomes of students in Akidah Akhlak learning after the application of the Bambo Dancing Learning Model in class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat. This research is included in class action research (Action Research). This research uses a type of collaborative model, namely researchers with Fiqh study teachers in class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat. The subjects in Class Action Research VIII are students of class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat with a total of 32 students. the instruments in this researcher are observation sheets and tests in accordance with the research procedures by observing cycle I and cycle II. Student learning outcomes in Akidah Akhlak subjects before using the Bambo Dancing model are still relatively low or below the KKM standard. This can be seen from the students' scores, namely out of 32 only 13 students 40.62% who obtained a score ? 75 or who met the KKM score. Whereas in this study it can be declared classically complete if the completeness of student learning outcomes reaches 85%.The application of the Bambo Dancing learning model can be implemented well through two cycles. This can be seen through the activities carried out by teachers and students in cycle I and cycle II have increased. The results of teacher observations in cycle I were 72.5 then became 89.28 (good) in cycle II. Likewise, the observation of student activities which initially in cycle I reached a score of 72.5 then increased to 87.5 in cycle II. After the application of the Bambo Dancing learning model, student learning outcomes have increased, this can be seen from the results of the pre-cycle learning test which only reached an average score of 66.71 (less) and increased in cycle I to 72.96% (sufficient) and in cycle II increased again to 85.31% (good). The improvement in learning outcomes can also be seen in the increase in the percentage of student completeness, namely in the pre-cycle only 40.62% while in cycle I it reached 65.62% and in cycle II it was 87.5%. Therefore, it is concluded that the use of the Bambo Dancing model can improve student learning outcomes.

Pernikahan Rungal Persfektif Hukum Islam: Studi Kasus Masyarakat Desa Kebarongan, Kecamatan Kemrajen, Kabupaten Banyumas

Rungal marriages or a marriage that step over the elder sibling has become a tradition in Kebarongan Village. The effects emerge not only for the brides but also for the elder siblings, and their families believed it may cause calamity. The people’s negative view for the rungal brides has also created another fear; therefore, “uang pelangkah” is needed to avoid this calamity. Although this tradition is no longer done by many people, people in Kebarongan Village still do this tradition. How is fiqh perspective? Previous studies on rungal marriage have not discussed this from fiqh perspective. Based on the study of fiqh, rungal marriage and “uang pelangkah” belongs to 'urf. The type of 'urf is based on the scope, material and the perspective of the rungal marriage practitioners, whether it is good or bad. In terms of the scope of its use, the rungal tradition and the step money are included in the 'urf khas category. In terms of material, including 'urf fi'li. And in terms of good and bad, it can include 'urf fasid or 'urf shahih depending on the goals and views of the perpetrator in giving step money in marriage.

Upaya Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Melalui Model Pembelajaran Deep Dialogue/ Critical Thinking (DD/CT) Pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih Kelas VIII MTS N 1 Langkat

The subjects in Class Action Research VIII are students of class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat with a total of 32 students. the instruments in this researcher are observation sheets and tests in accordance with the research procedures by observing cycle I and cycle II. The application of the Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking learning method can be implemented well through two cycles. This can be seen through the activities of students in cycle I and cycle II have increased. The results of observations of student activity in learning which initially in cycle I only reached a score of 67.5% then increased by 17.5% to 85% in cycle II. There is a difference in the critical thinking skills of students in class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat between before and after the implementation of class action research using the Deep Dialogue / Critical Thinking learning method, this is known from the completeness of learning in class VIII MTs N 1 Langkat in the pre-cycle is 66.71% while in cycle I reached 72.96% and in cycle II amounted to 80.93% . After the application of the Deep Dialogue / Critical Thinking learning method, students' critical thinking skills have increased, this can be seen from the results of the pre-cycle critical thinking skills test which only reached an average score of 66.71 (less) and increased in cycle I to 72.96% (sufficient) and in cycle II increased again to 80.93% (good). The increase in critical thinking skills can also be seen in the increase in the percentage of student completeness, namely in the pre-cycle only 40.62% while in cycle I it reached 65.62% and in cycle II it was 84.37%. In addition, from the test results it is known that in cycle I and cycle II the Sig (2- Tailed) value is 0.000. <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test learning outcomes. Therefore, it is concluded that the use of the Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking method can improve students' critical thinking skills.

Penafsiran Hukum Waris Beda Agama di Indonesia

In classical fiqh studies, most scholars agree that Muslims and non-Muslims do not inherit from each other. Jumhur's opinion is stated implicitly in KHI, which says that heirs must be Muslim. After the 1995 Supreme Court decision regarding obligatory wills for heirs of different religions, differences of opinion began to occur over inheritance from different religions. Some follow this jurisprudence, while others still hold the jumhur opinion in classical fiqh. This article attempts to analyze the different interpretations of the regulations regarding heirs of different religions by using the theory of legal interpretation. This article is qualitative research with a normative juridical approach. The research data was obtained from various literature relevant to the object of this study. This article concludes that, in reading the regulations regarding heirs of different religions, there are three methods of legal interpretation, namely: first, a grammatical interpretation which results in the conclusion that non-Muslim heirs have no rights over the heir's assets; second, an analogical interpretation that can be used to make an analogy of a mandatory will for children or adoptive parents with the status of non-Muslim heirs; third, a sociological or teleological interpretation that functions more flexibly because it can be adapted to the context of social values that grow and develop in society.

Upaya Meningkatkan Pola Berpikir Kritis Peserta Didik Melalui Probing Prompting Model’s Pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih kelas VIII Di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jam’iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura


 
 
 
 This study aims to determine the ability think critical students in learning Fiqh after the application of Probing Prompting Models in class VIII MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura . This research is included in the class action research (Action Research). This research used a collaborative model, namely researchers and teachers in the field of Fiqh studies in class VIII MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura . Subjects in Class VIII Action Research were class VIII students at MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura with a total of 28 students. this researcher is the observation sheet and test which is in accordance with the research procedure by observing cycle I and cycle II. The application of the Probing Prompting Model's can be implemented well through two cycles. This can be seen through the activities that students in cycle I and cycle II have increased. The results of observing student activity in learning, which was originally in cycle I only achieved a score of 70% then increased by 17.5% to 87.5% in cycle II. There was a difference in students' critical thinking skills in class VIII MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura between before and after carrying out classroom action research using the Probing Prompting Model's, it is known from the learning completeness in class VIII MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura in the pre-cycle was 42.85% while in the first cycle it reached 67.85% and in the second cycle it was 82.14 %. After the Probing Prompting Model's students' critical thinking skills experienced an increase, this could be from the results of the pre-cycle critical thinking skills test which only achieved an average score of 67.85 (poor) and increased in cycle I to 73.92 (enough) and in cycle II increased again to 81.25 (good). The increase in critical thinking skills can also be seen in the increase in the percentage of student completeness, namely in the pre-cycle it was only 42.85% while in the first cycle it reached 67.85% and in the second cycle it was 82.14%.
 
 
 

Tinjauan Integratif Fiqh dan Sosial terhadap Fenomena Murtad di Indonesia

This study examines the review of the integration of fiqh and social towards the phenomenon of apostasy in Indonesia. The problem is that the phenomenon of apostasy in Indonesia is increasing, while religious doctrine, especially Islam, does not tolerate such apostate behavior. From these problems, research questions arise: 1) How does society react to apostates? 2) What are the implications of apostasy in social life? This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with 20 informants, tracking online media and print media such as social media, Google, news on online sites, and Youtube to collect information relevant to apostates in a review of fiqh and social integration. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques which will be presented in order to answer the problems. Based on the results of the study it was found that in the problem of apostasy there is a significant integration of fiqh and social. This can be seen from the impact/implications arising from the act of apostasy in a fiqh and social review, namely being the cause of a person's apostasy through a study of fiqh and social facts, apostasy being the cause of rifts in the family, being a hindrance to child custody, and being the cause of a couple's divorce. husband and wife, as well as the reaction of an indigenous community that advises apostates to return to Islam is also taught in fiqh and social matters.

DEVELOPING THE ENTREPRENEURIAL SOUL OF SALAFI STUDENTS AT USHULUDDIN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL

Ushuluddin Bawang Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools that is required to produce quality students in their fields. Santri must be able to become good entrepreneurs when they are already involved in society. The problem faced by some students is that students are often confused when they finish boarding school what work they should do. There are many reasons behind this, among others, in Islamic boarding schools in general, it prioritizes aspects related to religion, such as how to teach morals and. its application and deepen the study of fiqh and so on, without providing additional insight when it is already in the community. This article is based on his dedication to the Ushuluddin Bawang Islamic boarding school for 21 days. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the development of an entrepreneurial spirit using the ABCD method. This article was prepared using a descriptive qualitative method. The data was obtained through interviews with students, especially female students and then analyzed with inductive thinking. Based on the results of the analysis using the Asset Based development method, the program being implemented is mentoring to broaden entrepreneurial insights and the mentoring process. This will allow students to feel the positive benefits of the program implemented.

Murabahah dalam Literatur Fikih Klasik dan Kontemporer

Along with the development of the times, of course, the problems and phenomena of this muamalah are increasingly diverse, so that it requires deeper study. The scholars found a solution to the muamalah phenomenon which became known as the contemporary concept of muamalah fiqh, where the concept is very different from the classical muamalah fiqh concept. Discussion regarding the two opinions regarding the murabaha concept needs to be understood more deeply for practitioners and academics in developing products sharia financial institution. Therefore the purpose of this discussion is to find out comparatively the concept of murabaha according to classical and contemporary studies as well as the weaknesses and strengths of the concept. This research is a library research (library research) with a qualitative descriptive model with a focus on studies on various matters relating to the classic murabaha buying and selling system in muamalah or business studies from the point of view of experts and the contemporary murabaha buying and selling system in the banking system. The results of this study indicate that the concept of murabaha according to classical fiqh is the concept of buying and selling a product purely for the purpose of trading that upholds the value of trust and cannot be fully implemented in today's banking world. While the advantages of the murabaha concept in contemporary fiqh studies are that it is a short-term investment mechanism that is quite easy and the weaknesses of murabaha in contemporary fiqh studies can be seen from the majority of mechanisms in Islamic banking that take too much into account the loss/risk of goods that are not in accordance with the customer's wishes.

Reproductive Fiqh: The Phenomenon of Egg Freezing Among Muslim Societies

This study was intended as a response to the egg freezing phenomenon, a growing issue among contemporary society, through the formulation of fiqh of reproduction. As seen in the culture of contemporary society, technological advancement affecting the culture of people is an inevitability. Along with the advancement of technology in today's contemporary era, the phenomenon of egg freezing and its impacts cannot be ignored. As in the study of Islamic law (fiqh), every action is always considered to have an impact caused by the act, both positive and negative. This study used a literature review with data on the phenomenon of egg freezing as a new reproductive phenomenon in contemporary society. The data then became the basis for interpreting the concept of the principle of maqashid sharia in the study of ushul fiqh as the basis for the formulation of fiqh of reproduction. The findings in this study show that egg freezing according to the study of fiqh of reproduction may be performed with the right reasoning of benefit for women.

PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING USHUL FIQH IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF STUDENT MODERATION ATTITUDE IN MADRASAH

The study of Usul Fiqh, in general, is still conventional-doctrinal. On the other hand, there are still attitudes of madrasa students that are indicated to be intolerant. This study aims to analyze the moderation attitude of students from the application of problem-based learning of Ushul Fiqh. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field research model through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the problem-based learning model of Ushul Fiqh from the material aspect was based on Arabic books (Kitab Kuning); the method used consisted of tatbiiq, musykilat, and bahtsul masail. The evaluation used measured attitudes and skills. The application of Ushul Fiqh learning has been able to build student moderation attitudes based on tolerance (tasamuh), consultation (syuro), and exemplary (al-qudwah). This finding can be an alternative model for building student moderation attitudes.

Implementasi Persyaratan Calon Pemimpin dalam Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 pada pasal 33 Tentang Desa perspektif Fiqh Siyasah.

This article discusses the implementation of the requirements for prospective leaders in article 33 of law number 6 of 2014 concerning villages in Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency from the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah. The type of research used in this research is field research with an empirical normative legal approach. The data source for this research is the data source used is primary data, which is data obtained from the Secretary of Sikara-kara IV Village, head of RT, community of Sikara-kara IV Village. secondary data is data that includes documents, books, journals, articles and those related to research, while data collection techniques are through interviews, observation and documentation while data analysis techniques use descriptive qualitative techniques. The results of this study indicate that the Requirements for the Implementation of Candidate Leaders have not been implemented properly, in the sense that the law has not been complied with in the election of leaders in Sikara-kara IV Village, this needs to be corrected so that there are laws that must be obeyed or obeyed properly. From this research it can be concluded that the requirements to become a leader in Siyasah Fiqh studies must be fair, honest, trustworthy, intelligent, like the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

PERSPEKTIF MUSLIM PROGRESIF IJTIHADIS TENTANG NUSYUZ: APLIKASI TAWARAN METODOLOGIS ABDULLAH SAEED

This study focuses on the application of Abdullah Saeed's methodological proposition to deconstruct the meaning of nusyuz. Nusyuz itself in the context of classical fiqh studies is often assumed to be a wife's disobedience to her husband, and therefore, in the face of this condition, a man is allowed to beat her. Through this study, the concept of nusyuz as indoctrinated in classical fiqh is considered to be contrary to efforts to protect women from various forms of violence. Thus, the act of beating must be interpreted as a husband's indifference to his wife.

OMBUDSMAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF FIQH SIYASAH

This article contains the Islamic system of government, judicial power (Al-Qada), divided into three regions: Willayat al-Mazalim, Willayat al-Mazalim, and Willayat al-Hisba. Wilayat al-Mazalim is a power in the field of justice which is higher than the power of judges from the power of Muhtasib. This body examines matters that are not within the jurisdiction of ordinary judges. The agency investigates cases of abuse carried out by rulers, judges, or children of powerful people. In this study, the role of institutional control is very important in the study of Siyasah Fiqh. Without supervision, the government will not function. In this regard it has also been shown that the meaning of custodian of the state is found in the Qur'an to refer to a "group of people" who perform the supervisory function, namely al-amr bi al-ma`rufwaal. -nah'yanal-munkar. Hisbah is a contrived task performed by rulers and thus custodians of fiqh. Wilayat al-Hisbah is responsible for safeguarding the truth and preventing evil.
