The research highlights how each city has tailored its approach to address specific geographic and socio-economic challenges. Key findings indicate that smart city technologies, robust urban planning, and active community involvement are critical components of successful adaptation. Despite significant achievements, challenges such as funding constraints, technological disparities, and the need for continuous public engagement remain.
