This study was conducted to identify the current status of Agro-healing and to use it to establish policies by defining the scope of Agro-healing through the classification system for Agro-healing industry. The classification system is based on the Korean Standard Industrial Classification System(KSIC), and a special classification system that reflects the characteristics of the Agro-healing industry is constructed. It was intended to verify the practicability of the classification system by investigating a pilot the operation and management status of farms operating Agro-healing service. As a result of recording the proportion of farms by this classification system, 70 farms carried out mental rehabilitation and community service education based on sub category, and 80 cultivation and breeding of crop were the most common by middle category. 81.1% of responding farms built facilities to operate healing farms, and landscaping, parks, and green areas were the most common at 77.9%. The results of this survey are considered to have limitations as data on the current status of industrial conditions in that the Agro-healing industry has been introduced and attempted as a government-led so far. However, it is considered that it can be usefully used as basic data for policy preparation for efficient business management in the future, while it is evaluated that it has prepare the foundation for a regular survey under the Agro-healing act.
